It was very busy when we went in with the grandchildren. We didn't have to wait to long and the food was hot and tasty. The children all had happy meals and enjoyed them. Excellent quality for the money.

A bit busy. I prefer the Hartlepool one as they have a large outdoor seating area so not so noisy

Went in here today for breakfast, I went to the self serve, all I could hear was a conversation between the staff, I assume it was the manager as she was dressed in a,shirt and the others were in polo's. She was speaking rudely to a young female member of staff by going oii I'm talking to you. I was sat about 5 metres from the counter and could hear this. If you want to speak to staff take them round the back not for customers to hear. Very unprofessional and off putting

Its a mcdonalds innit, not much to say here, but not a bad one, table service works fine

Never coming to this one again! Made my Fillet burnt and takes so long. 🤮

Always wait forever in this place for your food, they are more concerned with deliveries.

I ordered a milkshake and fries. Employee got it in her hands for 10-15 mins and speaking with her colleagues without serving order. When i got my order milkshake wasnt that cold and fries got cold. Had a very bad experience 😕 😞

Delivery came and the cokes where half full as the driver said the road was bumpy, the food is soggy and cold. The order was 20 mins late too, not happy I paid £15 for a order to come half full and cold.

Fries was cold and the amount of fries for a large is literally a joke. Just half of it hahahah

This is my third order but I have not once received the dips for my Chicken Nuggets 👎🏻

Unfortunately Half of our order was missing, around £18 worth of food hasn’t been delivered and I also tried to get the drivers attention and he completely ignored me and drove off. Disgusting attitude and I’m disappointed with the service and expecting a refund of the missing items I have highlighted.

Chicken was cold and hard and chips cold too

So I wasn’t given chicken selects as ordered instead it was replaced with nuggets which won’t have been to the same value as what was originally ordered. In addition in delivery the coke had been spilt so a bit of the food was soggy and wet hence why I have requested a refund of atleast half the value of the order as it was not worth what we paid.

This was much better. Food was hot and coffees weren’t spilled and I remembered to tick no egg!

Food didn’t seem to be very hot on arrival and hash browns were a bit bland. Also I thought I had asked for no round egg but on looking at the order it looks as if the button didn’t activate.

I paid £18 for 6 mcflurrys and what do I get I get 6 tiny portions of ice cream smaller than the mini McFlurrys absolute garbage

As usual the McDonalds "experience" wasn't great, customers agueing with each othe about close space waiting for there screen order, probably had too much meth in the morning and looking to get some munchies! Gents toilet doors were broken so you couldn't even have a good poo without someone bouncing the the door open whilst curling a big one out! Awesome ...not!!!

Items missing freezing cold and dry felt like they were all cooked 5 times payed 30 pound for an order I wouldn’t even pay £1 for extremely dissapointed left a note saying don’t forget any items or sauce and shock items missing, repeating problem missing items refund isn’t good enough I want the food I order and pay for delivering to me

the worst experience i spend 40 pounds for food and it comes within 2 minutesb lioke magic with food worth 14pound that is for a diffrent costumer im am realy upset l;ast time i used this service i demand a refund.

Staff were great, but one was asking customers to write a review on their website for herself using receipts she found. I don't think this should happen as the customers have a receipt already.

The only redeeming feature was the older staff members who were very helpful and switched on. I could not believe how thin the "patties" were, Iceland does its own brand Aberdeen Angus beefburgers x 4 and they are beautiful, tasty and at least three times thicker. They should be ashamed at serving these to the public.

The food was freezing when it came the wrap was hard on the sides as if it was stale the sausage McMuffin wasn’t even made up properly it was all over the place and there was a sausage missing from the pancakes I’m very disappointed about this the first I have received of it coming cold I’d like help getting a refund please

didn't expect the food to be 10/10 late on the night but it was worse than expected. fish in the fillet was hard and chips tasted of old oil - all very cold. best thing was the frozen lemonade.

this McDonald's must have the most usless staff who can't remember to put food in an order about the 3rd time this has happened get staff who know what there doing not a bunch of idiots who can't read an order

the next time I get a delivery from this place I a making sure everything is there before I give the driver my code the sauce I choose with my nuggets is part of the meal the straw for my milk shake/ice cream what ever it is should be provided every single time I get a delivery from this mcdonald's the same always happens if I could choose the mcdonald's on uber this place would be dead last also I did try to call the place 6 times to say I wanted what I ordered if they did answer I probably would have got a snotty note in the bag like I did last time I am a manager at a chain myself if only I was a mystery shopper at this place lol bit either way this will go thought the GM the AM, RM or the BDM might as well shot this in too last time I went in the the " restaurant " half of it was closed off with chairs even the full upstairs and any other empty tables where filthy and me my 19 year old son and 16 year old daughter had to sit on the children's tables not one member of staff though let's clean a table so people could sit 5 pm on a Friday as well btw close the place and send the staff to the job center

When I order something, I order because I want to eat it the moment I order. I'm aware that McDonald's food quality is, for a lack of a better word, mediocre. Nothing impressive, but the time of me ordering to me enjoying my food is so short, that is absolutely worth it if the price is acceptable (wasn't so acceptable lately). Had great couriers in the area lately, food gets delivered early, no food is stolen from my order, polite and smiley people, etc. Can't ask for more.

Food cold no straw for milkshake and no condiments

Order completely wrong, no straws provided for drinks, delivery driver half way down the street complaining that we didn’t come meet him; garbage.

The delivery guy was incredibly kind. Hope he gets credit of some sort. Great tasting food.

The delivery person circled my block of flats several times. By the time he turned up, he barely said sorry for being so late, and was busy talking on his phone. VERY disappointed.

Delivery was okay drink was spilt but that happens a lot, there was bits of onion on both burgers when I had specified plain

Regular McDonald's, breakfast burgers and cup of tea, all tasty, toilets are upstairs but there is a disabled toilet downstairs which was handy as I have a poorly knee.

I never received my food/order I did submit a complaint to just eat to say I didn’t receive my food and I didn’t get no reply!

Once again items missing £28.00 and got 3 drinks 2 fries and sauces! not happy at all appalling service
