McDonald's in Middlesbrough

We hadn’t had a McDonals breakfast for a while so we really enjoyed it. The only thing was the courier struggled to understand my partner when he gave him the Delivery Code so he ended up having to input the code into his device

Absolutely terrible .. half a box of chips and and all food is cold .. time kept changing

Sent me a hot chocolate instead if latte! Delivery driver very nice and polite

food was over an hour late. Phoned McDonalds and was told that the order was sat in the shop, FOR OVER AN HOUR!! McDonalds then told me the driver had stolen the food I did not receive my food!

asked for large meal, no fries arrived just drink and burger, asked for a book with Happy meal and got a toy, shop was no help when they were rung they were very dismissive

we waited 4 hours and by the time it got to my house everything was very cold and never even got the right drinks that we ordered and one of the mcChicken sandwiches was hard.

no fault of the delivery guy, it was an issue with the restaurant. he was v polite and quick with actual delivery.

Why put you close at at 3am on on a Saturday night when you don't. I went at exactly 01.46 am and was refused entry saying you were closed. Just put you will close at 01.30 am then .

Just short of 40 pound worth of food arrived cold and had to be reheated in air fryer

I was worried with it being new years day and the eta kept moving that the wrap would be cold and the ice cream melted however it was still at a suitable temperature thank u all for working today. happy new year xoxo

Once again no sauces, 15 minutes late, items missing.

No fried with large meal or chicken nuggets with kids meal. Also no free chicken nuggets as spent over £20.

When rang restaurant rude said was t his fault it’s just eats. McDonald’s are the ones who pack up the offer but seem to get it wrong every time and blame just eat

I should give one star as usual chips is so cold. They don't bother to cook the chips at the same time with burger .. burger was warm ish but chips was freezing cold disappointed as usual.. the problem I complain a few times still they don't bother

Food was lovely and fresh and hot although I was rather greedy by accepting the offer of a discounted muffin and also adding on an extra hash brown. I’m stuffed now LOL! If I had one slight criticism it would be that the hash browns seemed a little greasy

The food came later than originally scheduled. One of the cheeseburger happy meals came without the burger in the bun (had a refund of £1.79) but every item of food was freezing cold, like it had been left sitting for a while

The staff were rude, and when i ordered my food was freezing cold And I tried to cancel but they didn't let me and the day after I had a really bad stomach and was being sick I think it was off the mc chicken, will not be eating here again!!!!!

My order was made at 12.30 and a driver didn’t get assigned till 1.30 so when my food come it was cold you should not have to wait that long for your food

Got the wrong order, ordered quarter pounder, triple cheeseburger burger and share box of cheese bites, only came with a happy meal, not happy to say the least

Half the order missing (full meal). If you can’t honour the order at least contact the customer with other options or at the very least refund them so that the customer doesn’t have to chase this.

The quality of their food is okay but if you want to get hot chips or even warm chips it is impossible to get it from McDonald's always freezing cold. Thanks

Waited over a hour for the food, once with delivery it was relatively quick but the food turned up all cold, chips dry and hard so food was not enjoyable.

Is it impossible for McDonalds to deliver HOT food? Every time we order a delivery is arrives stone cold and we live less than a mile from the place. The driver has it in an insulated bag, but it is still cold when it gets here.

Food was just awful and I normally like Mcdonalds I got two cheeseburgers because the fires I've gotten from here are cooked far to long and taste nasty the burgers were burnt and were heard to eat and the cheese tasted like cheap plastic cheese andhalf of it was hanging out the burgers 🤢I didn't eat the rest

The delivery time had changed by half an hour from what it was originally. The food also arrived freezing cold without the sauces I had ordered. This is becoming typical.

Went in today took our not so hot food upstairs chips a little overdone/cold it wasn't the cleanest upstairs food left on tables.. bins over flowing could do with a good clean very scruffy!!!!🙄🤮
