Too bad customer Service, and the things ordered was not given inside the box. If you guys don’t understand what we have odered you have to reask atleast!!!

We ordered mix kebab but they don’t have doner so they include so much chips in the box to compensate and when we complain about that there is no chips at a menu and the worker said us chips was needed just to show they gave huge portion. Pathetic!

Stopped over in Middlesbrough and decided to place an order with this establishment I ordered a burger meal with 4 wings but found them flavourless and inedible ‘disgusting tasting’ I have been to many chicken shops all over the country and I must say this is the WORST FOOD I’ve had from one. Despite large portions, the food was lacklustre and lacked quality, barely taking three bites before it was thrown out i ended up being extremely disappointed and hungry. Additionally, was shortchanged £10 and denied a correction, with the cashier claiming only the absent boss could review security footage and in the end went home overpaying for lacklustre inedible food and £10 short. Would not recommend.

Ordered a burger, chips and wings with a side of garlic sauce and chilli sauce. Actually food wasn't too bad except for the meatless wings. The sauce recipes have changed. Garlic sauce just tasted like cheap Mayonnaise and the "chilli" sauce was just cheap ketchup. To top it off I paid 2 pounds extra for the privilege of those two sauces! Come on guys, I come to perfect chicken for the sauces but I'm afraid if you carry on like this, I'll have to switch to a different chicken shop.

I feel sick and I have sour throat

I once had an order where the chicken wings weren’t served, rather it contain a not well cooked drumstick, there was no tissue, no fork I had to eat with my hands. My last three others from last month and this month were awful. The oil from the chips taste like it’s been in use for months and the chips no longer taste like it use to

They didn't bring me drinks that I paid for

Never use food was cold food missing ordered x4 corn on cob was not wrapped separately all shoved into one bag not good if the food if for yourself and work colleagues.😡 will never use again from here.

Not impressed! Finally found the chicken pieces - swimming in grease. Batter was falling off and soggy, chicken was nice but shame about the rest. Enjoyed the chicken wings but little if any spice! Won't be ordering again, staying with my regular after trying this place for a bit of difference.

My order was 45 mins late and I only got 8 pieces of chicken instead of 9.

Pure vile felt sick straight after, you can taste the oil and just taste like it’s been there for years, chicken was raw, the sauce was all over the bag. Worst chicken shop in the country.

Chicken tikka marinade was far too spicy, went to waste. Meal did not come with a pitta and ‘salad’ only included lettuce

It was delivered on time, but food was dry,especially chicken burgers chicken and bun. Wrap was nice and nuggets too but can't go wrong with frying some nuggets. Chips are a hit and miss they're either drenched in too much sauce or dry with nothing on.

I know I’m not the kind to write you, although I know I did before, about some feelings I had (perhaps hunger?) and how you made me not feel alone. It reads “I feel you right here with me and together we felt them”. I had this phenomenal eating experience in the comfort of my home xoxoxoxoxxo

Nice chips, tiny amount lettuce in chicken burger and nothing else. Even less in fish burger which was fried to a crisp, dry and tasteless

phoned up cause i forgot to put notes on the order and the staff where more than helpful little late but it is busy and a long distance food fresh and warm will order again and recommend to friends

Consistency is bad not like it used to be, I used to come here every weekend and order for 8 people guaranteed, we now go dixsys. They need to improve the quality of food and stop half frying the chips and then dipping it back in for when customers order and I think they need to change the oil more regularly, also the chicken burger is very dry now. Standards have proper dropped from before pandemic and it's not the same anymore and it's a Shame.

Charged me extra for my meals when I calculated myself. Got all my orders wrong. When I called up the shop the man on the phone was rude. Didn’t offer to try and send me my meals I paid for will not be ordering again.

Without a doubt the most horrendous customer service I have ever received, we order from here at least twice a week and have done for a long time, I ordered this evening and it took nearly 2 hours to come. I called the take away several times to be verbally abused by the chap I spoke to. He had no regard for my loyalty to their business or that I was a customer, his behaviour was utterly unacceptable! Do not order from here!

Never normally have a problem but normally i go in to the shop. I love there garlic sauce so I ordered for delivery I specifically asked for loads of garlic on everything . When it came there was no garlic on anything what so ever .. very disappointed. Iv been trying to call for an hour since and I can't seem to get an answer its just ringing and ringing

Really nice chicken burgers, hot and fresh, I'll be ordering again.

I was a little confused with this order as i had ordered 2 mini wrap meals but i got chicken in hotdog buns, very strange, the order was still ok but the boneless chicken was a bit too salty, probably the coating on it.

Food delivered fresh and hot. Arrived within estimated delivery time. Only little mistake was we got garlic sauce instead of gravy but not a big deal for us. Tasted delicious and will use again.

Absolutely fuming. Get a collection here every week, regular customer no problems. Got a delivery an hour ago it was wrong food. Driver came back admitted giving my food to another customer. Yet he tried to get me to keep wrong food. And he took my money! I rang shop and they tried to send me food that other customers had of mine. Didn't offer fresh food or an apology. I Cancelled the order, not impressed at all with customer service considering I'm a regular and have been for over 10 years! Will not be using perfect chicken anymore.

Just had my last perfect chicken meal delivered. I'm dissabled so i ordered a budget meal. 6 pieces of chicken 6 spicy wings x 3 reg fries. Dissabled not stupid i have now deleted the number ripped off for £13.00 wont be again
