Order meant to be delivered for half 7, didn’t arrive until 8. The food was fine but we didn’t get the bottle of pop ordered with it and no one answered the phone when called afterwards. I called at quarter past 7 to change the address for the food to be delivered to because I had forgotten to change it on the app, a mistake I’m sure plenty of people make. During this call I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve had in a while! I acknowledged that it was my mistake and apologised numerous times for it, the woman who answered seemed totally fed up - she replied with “well you’re lucky because we were just going to send it out. Where do you want it” I apologised again and gave my address, she then said “right, ok bye” and hung up. The way she spoke to me was like I was a piece of rubbish she had stepped on. Absolutely unacceptable! If you can’t deal with customers then don’t work in a place that requires some kind of customer service! Had a similar experience last month, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again but I won’t be making that mistake again! It’s a shame because I’ve never had a problem with their food, it’s quick and easy and I’ve always got good amounts for the prices! the customer service lets them down massively!

Dllelivery ended up late but they were brilliant said cam have it another night and the next night they Brought the order fresh thanks alot always great food

Made order through Barrow Eats at 7pm. By 8.15 it hadn’t arrived so phoned them. They blamed Barrow Eats on no delivery and when we asked for refund they said no and we’d have to take it up with Barrow Eats

Disgrace. First of all, the food took a grand total of 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive, when normally it takes 20. Upon arrival, the driver almost took the change. Now to the food. All food was freezing cold. They used the bbq base very sparingly and all I could taste chemicals. The garlic bread did not have a crust due to it being smothered with cheese despite me even requesting less cheese. There was also a hair in the chips. Even the dog refused to eat it. The so called “chocolate fudge cake” was in face not a chocolate fudge cake, but a frozen mousse with a thin layer of dry sponge. After the disappointment of this, i couldnt even cut through the mousse. In conclusion, it was not good and I will not be purchasing again.

The pizza's had a plain base, NO SAUCE! Also VERY meagre toppings and we didn't receive the so-called free garlic bread. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I can't tell you how bad this meal was, it was dreadful and went into my bin after a couple of tastes. There are no words for how bad and tastless this food was. They should be shut down. I learned the hard way. Please beware.

Whilst visiting Barrow, thought we'd give this place a go. Food took over an hour, warm & certainly wasn't upto much.

waited for our food outside in the cold for about half an hour still stood in the queue now the door was shut in our faces after spending a lot or money, freezing outside. almost autumn, how long does it take to whack a iceland pizza in the oven??? and serve premade chips

Ordered a chicken and donner kebab salad and sauce on side, chicken Kiev pitza. No salad or sauce with kebab and no garlic dip with pizza, kebab meat not the best either so won't be back here bad customer service

Food arrived on time as scheduled through the app,the ONLY-positive thing from this establishment! As it was the first time to place an order, we were granted with 20% discount, which was applied. Myself & partner opted for the Donner meat & chips combo. The Donner meat is what I I could only describe as dog meat. I know Donner meant is not suppose to be like fillet steak, but this was thick, burnt & dry! The chips were cremated & the sale was dripping in water! I would never recommend this place or order again!!!!

Allow staff to eat well-making food, allow staff to sit in each others cars despite none of them living in the same homes, in and out of each other's houses despite not living together zero hand washing goes on in-between delivery or picking up the bag. they allow drivers with no tax or insurance to drive for them or drivers who do not have take away insurance. bins at the back overflowing and rats are in and out of the shop . NO FOOD HYGIENE RATING DISPLAYED IN THE SHOP..

Where should I start? I ordered a pizza a burger and a calzone they sent 2 pizzas and a burger so I phone up and asked about my calzone and they said they were going to send one out for me. I received my calzone it was freezing and mouldy I would not recommend this plaslce for food and will not be ordering from them again!!!!! As you can see it is not on the rest of the calzone just that little bit!!!!!!!!

Horrible kebab shop dead expensive to now Fried chicken was cold like it had been sitting in the fridge avoid this takeaway like the plague.

Had a take out from here.. Pleasant staff.. Bit of a wait as they were busy.. But food was tasty and plenty of meat on the kebabs.. Fairly reasonable price to

Not a nice experience as a single person alone in the house, having an intimidating, rude, ignorant "gentleman" showing up at the door. Not a good advertisement. When I've spoken to friends about my experience, they've advised that a man if an extremely similar description, employed by the very same place is notorious for being a bit of a bully boy.

Food was a hour late, rang up to ask where my order was and they hung up rang again and they were very rude to me and cancelled my order without my knowledge! Terrible service never going again and definetly not going to recommend!

so phoned last night to place a large order..to be told they can't offer any free cheese garlic bread as we were getting they buy one get one free offer but we were still order 60quids worth of food...so then I had to ask the group if we wanted add garlic bread the woman on phone was very rude telling me she is very busy and put phone down....shame there loss in best kebabs gain!!!!

It was late at night and this place was open, I ordered a collection, I arrived on time, but had to stand there for at least 5 minutes before they knew I was there, then the guy that served me was rude and dirty, and also the pizza was also cold, never going again

The Pizzeria app doesn't have reviews so I'm writing this while my pizza is in the microwave. We ordered the meal deal (2 pizzas, chips etc) got the email which said with you by 6:51pm at 18:20 I rang up to see if they had got lost and the charming happy girl on the phone said it's not set off yet and the 30mins is an auto response on the email (why have eta if you can't meet it?) When it did arrive an hour later it was cold. I rang up just to let them know it was cold and the charming happy girl did offer to resend but for the sake of just warming it up it wasn't worth the hassle. The chips were ruined however the chilli sauce was nice and the Pepsi was cold. I've used this place for years but I won't be ordering again. Being busy is no excuse for cold food. Oh the charming happy helpful girl on the phone said sorry but I didn't expect anything less. Just needed to get it off my chest. Rubbish

Visited here for a takeaway.. All food cooked where you could see.. Plenty of meat on the kebabs and tasty.. Well recommended

This is what i found on my partner chips chese and gravy this totally disguting we will not be eating from this place again why send food with insects in not on feeling sick

We've just ordered from here via the app as we've done loads of times before, usually very happy with the food that's why we keep goin back! So today after travelling for 6-7 hours we ordered to pick up on our way home, to then get home and the food is luke warm I phoned up and was told I could take it back....last thing I want to do after being away! Won't be rushing back, don't see why they give you a choice time to pick up when it's just going to be cold!

This is our favourite takeaway for pizzas, kebabs, etc. We love the Kiev Pizza because it swaps the tomato base for a garlic one. the menu is varied and extensive with something for everyone including kids meals, vegetarian and meal deals. It is open from 11am which is unusual for this type of takeaway. Prompt, friendly service, good value and well made, tasty food.
