The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

I ordered some chicken nuggets at the self-ordering kiosk, waited about 25 minutes, and when my food finally arrived, they had forgotten to include the sauces I ordered. The food was flavorless. I wouldn't recommend it.

Walked in and went up to the touchscreen order boards, which were grubby looking….. this was only the start…!!! Has I stood there I perceived something falling from the roof inside…it landed less than 2 feet away from me…..what was it you’re asking, right….. no, you’re not even close…it was a F*cking massive rat, yes you read that right… a fat rat !!! It landed and I could see it was alive but dazed from the fall from the roof, I grabbed the yellow wet floor cone and attempted to kill it but it shot away over the floor inside running around. I tried to tell the staff, who were absolutely gormless and just didn’t really do anything until the fifth time of shouting that a rat the size of a cat was on the floor running around, to which one of the gormless staff picked up an empty KFC bucket with what I can only guess they were going to attempt to catch the stunt rodent !!! Didn’t see the outcome has I left immediately saying F*ck KFC I’m not eating there or in any other KFC (which ironically all seem to be grubby and dirty)!!! In short steer clear of Ashby KFC if you don’t want to contract some diseases from rats !!! Absolutely Disgusting!!!

He estado en este McDonald's hoy 5 de marzo y en otra ocasión, y cada vez, el personal directivo no ha estado usando sombrero mientras manipulaba alimentos. Esto es lo básico a la hora de manipular alimentos. Lo he mencionado en ambas ocasiones y parece que no les importa. Qué pena.

Food nice and hot, quick service,staff lovely. Disappointed that no tissues in bag and the tops weren’t put on our drinks properly and spilled everywhere.

Visited on a few occasions and each time it's been the same, bins over flowing, tables not cleared or cleaned. We came today with the kids as we just fancied a KFC and there were 2 tables covered in rubbish and gravy all over the table and while not their fault that some customers are just rude and don't clear up after themselves (they would be first to complain if they went in and there was no were clean to sit) they weren't cleared the whole time we were there which was over half an hour. Ordered our food and my husband had to go back to the till as they had missed 2 items off. I got the 3 piece chicken meal 2 of them were really good and then I got to the third which was dry and not good at all so abit hit an missing really. I like what KFC have done with the chips now but nowhere near enough seasoning on them at this particular restaurant. The gravy is usually luke warm and the beans are red hot. My daughter got an ice-cream with her kids meal which they served alongside her meal so it had melted by the time she had eaten her meal.

Terrible peor de todos. Llegó después de ver la película de Minecraft y pedir comidas de Minecraft. Pagado. Que me dijeran que ya no los hacían. Mucho discutiendo y encontraron dos juguetes. Vuelve a casa, abre las bolsas. Faltan las pepitas adultas. Tres patatas fritas grandes honestamente una era que podía verter tres en el medio y crudo. Big Mac de nuevo piedra fría debe haber sido sat de edades de almacenamiento. He bebido helado batido más caliente. Terrible atención al cliente y comida terrible.

Terrible servicio la mayoría de las semanas. Sólo ve como ocupado. 3 veces la semana pasada mi pedido era incorrecto. Pedí un simple 1/4 sin queso. Incluso me repetí la última vez al cajero 3 veces. Y todavía se ponen queso. ¿Por qué no lo cambian a 1/4 de libra en lugar de 1/4 con queso? No tengo ni idea. Tienes que pedir 1/4 de libra con queso como sin queso... claramente confuso para los cajeros y cocineros Cuando entré para un reemplazo ellos donde resoplar y soplar... ahí confunden no el mío. Muy grosero y desagradable

It's a McDonald's, they're all the same, you know exactly what to expect? Not this one, it's rubbish! Having squeezed into the one available parking space (it's a small car park) we ventured in. Ordering was fine, using the touch screen thingy, until it offered table service. Usually I take this option so as to sit with kids whilst waiting, but although it was offered, it isn't available as there are none of those numbered little tent do dads, or even a place where they should be held! So I then get to linger around the counter for the next 25 minutes (yes, really) for an order to arrive that looked like mine (no receipt available, so no number to watch on screen). Whilst waiting I did notice many people visiting the till to report missing or wrong items, bodes well, and a huge number of staff with very little productivity. Food finally in hand I rejoin my kids, who have begun fighting from boredom / hunger, to discover one burger wrong and anemic chips. Kids wanted a McFlurry, but not risking that wait again. Add to that, some of the worst smelling toilets I've frequented in a good long while. AVOID!

Absolutely perfect, soft chips and succulent chicken burger. 🍔 There must be new management or new chef. Would definitely recommend.

BONE IN CHICKEN NUGGET!! I ordered a McDonalds from wombwell lane stairfoot for dinner off uber eats so delivered to my house, I had a burger my son had a happy meal and I ordered 20 nuggets extra but we didn’t eat them. So I saved them in the microwave for my two children incase they wanted them when they got home from school so put them in air fryer when we was home my daughter starts chocking on her third one so she’s coughing trying to get it out (she’s only 5) and a white thing shoots out of her mouth it made a noise when hitting a plastic toy so I picked it up to realise it’s a bone. Appalled as to why there are bones in chicken nuggets this could have gone very differently if it hadn’t come out.

Great Staff, Great Food. I have read some reviews on here that are negative. I can’t speak to individual details but I would gently remind people that you’re paying for cheap food, drop the ego. Some of you couldn’t hack working in McDonald’s and can’t accept that as you go through the drive-thru in your gold plated Range Rovers earnt thanks to Daddy’s help in getting that well paid, but low-effort, job.

Manager needs to pay attention and get of his phone, apparently this is a standard muffin size, as you can see egg is bigger, toffee latte bitter and overly stronger, again manager dismissed any comment made.
