Mcdonald's Restaurants in Hillingdon

Manager needs to pay attention and get of his phone, apparently this is a standard muffin size, as you can see egg is bigger, toffee latte bitter and overly stronger, again manager dismissed any comment made.

I went there with my kids today nobody was wearing hair nets around food or beard nets that raised a big red flag for as health safety please avoid going there if u concern about ur health

McDonald’s advertise the cheesy flatbread as be fluffy and open with the cheese and bacon showing and looking very appetising. In fact when it is served it looks like a lorry has run over it. You can’t even see the filling. Absolutely terrible.

Since last 8month when We go to Mcdonald for shakes. The Staff always says this is out of stock. Really disappointed. I really like shakes.

Have order twice view Uber eats and BOTH times they have forgotten or done my order wrong!. And then when you try and call no one answers! USELESS

So I’m only scoring a one as zero is not an option. Ordered at the counter and staff member assured me he checked the order thoroughly. When returned with food, order not complete. Back in car and returned to restaurant to fulfil order. Done with no problem. HOWEVER of course I should have re checked. Never ever did a double sausage and egg mc muffin only contain egg!!! What a waste of my time and money. We are local from a large business and will never visit again Really - how difficult is it to get orders correct????

Really disappointed with service. Food was fine but the staff was really rude when asked the lady about my order getting delayed.

This mc D is always busy no matter when you go but few things need to improve like breakfast needs to start on time every time, then things like icecream, or shakes are finished most of the time, pls guys let your boss know this. service ppl are good

Paid for eating in....but was served in paper bag....so asked the lady to give me tray !!!! Chips were cold....complaint..then waited for my turn for few minutes!!! When started eating my Burger was colddd ...:( Have to think twice to come here again..... one unhappy customer :(

Rats running around food storage area. Prices higher then usual mcdonalds. McDonald's should not allow franchises.

Bought a Big Mac meal for myself. Food was ready reasonably quick but this is because it was already prepared. When I sat to eat my meal the burger itself was cold, no sauce at all in the burger and cold fries. I went to ask them to remake my burger and give me fresh fries but was told no directly and rudely. At that point I decided to leave and eat at a coffee shop. I would have given 1 star and it only 2 stars because the food was ready quickly...little did I know how bad the meal would be!

Food was okay, for a midnight snack, each time me and my son ate from there it was always hot as we were in the hotel over the road, I don't normally eat from McDonalds

Visited earlier this week for a drive through . Disorganised service with poor attitude . Always have to wait , irrespective of what I order so pointless driving through . Had to enter resturant as napkins were not provided with the order ... Basic mistake as far as I am concerned

My daughters doesn't like going in to the restaurant, so we have to always use the drive through, have been a couple of times in the last month. Can't say I really like the new layout of the two lanes merging into one for the drive through bit. Always find there is not enough time to read all the menu boards, so we go by memory when ordering. Lately have been having the big box of chicken nuggets and fries, or the brioche bun double burger and chips. Pricing is ok, do find the chips Abit salty sometimes, the food is always hot, but only problem is by the time I get it home to eat its cooled down. Some times the chips can be a bit Like they have been reheated. Can't really comment inside , last time I went it was busy. There can be a bit of a wait during busy times, but generally this drive through is quicker than the one the a40.

Fast & hot food most of the time, if you have any complaints they don't pick up the phone nor do they get back to you.... service, what service?

i found trying to go through the drive thru was a very bad experiance as had to tell our order 3 times,then the lady at next window was on another customer but did not apologise for keeping us waiting before handing us the payment thing . the third window where we got the food was the only one that smiled and said thank you.the quality of the food was poor. this place has only re opened. would not reccomend to anyone

Only use this McDonald's as drive through, sometimes the drive through can get very busy, sometimes their system is down , so there is a member of staff taking your order, We haven't had any problems with our orders or the food. It is always hot. Service is ok once you get to the check out.

small and very busy mcdonalds in a busy retail park, easier for us to walk to after parking the car rather than using the drive through, same food and service as any other mcdonalds though.

but most recently was let down.... as the child's burger was cold...... which l thought was not served at the right temperature.... surely would have given some poor child food poisioning.... l complained to the woman who serve me but she ignored me....

Soy regular aquí va a menos de 10 veces en una semana. No son ocupados tanto como otros en el oeste de Londres. personal agresivo pero una vez realiza una larga cola para tomar algo. Por favor haga dos cola, uno para pedir y uno para comer.

Ordering 2 McFlurry only and we were asked to park and waited for 10 minutes before we got our items. Not a hint of apology nor an explanation for the delay.

were eating our food, and first of all the big mac, cheeseburger, fries were cold. took them back they replaced them-then as we were all eating got a member of staff spraying the glass by the stairs, and came over all our food and on us, DO THE STAFF KNOW NOT TO CLEAN WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE EATING . As to us it puts us off and can't chill out eating, than worrying what the staff are around you doing. Need a bit more staff training.

Recently met a colleague for a business meeting at this particular Macdonalds. Chosen because we can have our lunch a coffee and use the wifi. All went smoothly until I received £100 parking fine as I was there longer the 90 mins. At no point did I see any signs or anything on the table to ensure I leave at 90 mins. What a con! They want you in their restaurant but you're not allowed to stay. Won't be meeting anywhere near there again soon.

Can't fault this place at all, always here when j need them and the food is consistently tasty. Lots of mc Donald's get your order wrong and these never tend to do so!

Thought I'd give the grand Burgur a go, a slight Change from the norm chicken nuggets. And I wouldn't bother again didn't even feel half the box it came it.

So glad there was somewhere open for a late night snack. After a Wembley experience, we arrived back at the Premier Inn and were starved. Thankfully the Mc D's was open. Good service and usual Mc D food. Can't complain....

Another fast food chain who oil seems to be getting real horrible. The Big Macs are often warm and not hot enough.

The prompt service was good, just needed a quick coffee fix.It is good to save the loyalty points for a free coffee later on.Upstairs is more pleasant but is not always open.
