Very good typical pret, quality is always top…very busy as in an airport as expected, but all good no complaints!

I attended pret in Heathrow Terminal 5 today and every member of staff was notably pleasant and cheery despite a very busy day. It really made a difference to have such nice and friendly service, especially in a pret as I notice this is mostly not the case in the central London stores. It made a positive difference to my day and I felt it should be commended. Thank you!

Pret A Manger – Fast and cheap solution to hunger in Terminal 5 Pret A Manger in Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport is more of a self-service shop than a restaurant. There are plenty of refrigerators with prepackaged sandwiches and drinks (both hot and cold). The prices are relatively cheap for an airport - we bought two rolls which cost less than £5 each. The concept is ideal if you have little time, as the store is centrally located in Terminal 5. In our case, this was crucial because we dropped off our luggage late and then had to rush to the flight. In such situations, a quick stop at Pret A Manger is a practical solution. There are a lot of checkouts and things go very quickly with a lot of customers because everything is well structured. However, there is no service in the classic sense - you are not given any advice and everything is pre-packaged. The food itself isn't bad, in fact it tastes quite good, but there isn't much variation. The ambience is open and uncluttered, but seating is limited and it's geared towards quick consumption. It's fine for a quick sandwich, but if you have more time, you should definitely choose another option and visit a real restaurant. Conclusion: Quick, cheap solution for travelers in a hurry, but not the best choice for someone looking for a real meal. Rating: 2/5 stars

It does seem a lot extra 20% added to the cost of the food and drinks at terminal 2 Pret Especially when there are very few seats actually free and the tables are dirty and not cleaned-I was asked if I would like to clean the table and the operative gave me some tissue to clean it with-This does not seem good customer service, especially for the extra 20% added on - We also only got one paper napkin given for two sandwiches and two adults and when I asked for a second one after using that one tissue to clean the table, the operative was very unwilling

I met a gentleman called Gaurab and he was the most fantastic individual ever. I was having a really bad day but talking to him brightened my day up. Will definitely come again!

I love Pret, no matter where they are. The one at T5/Heathrow has a great selection and even better customer service. Especially Krzysztof B. made my day today! Lovely guy, very customer friendly!

In typical British fashion, the only budget option are a bunch of carbs to rush you into an early grave. Classic English trying to kill off the poor as usual. Disgusting options at this airport.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Waree (apologies if I misspelled your name). The service was outstanding! My friend was really craving the hot porridge from Pret, but there was none left on the shelves. Waree suggested calling other locations to check availability, but then went above and beyond by taking the initiative to check in the kitchen and try to get some prepared, even though it was a busy time. This level of care and dedication truly made our day. Thank you, Waree!

Algunos productos encantadores. Nuestros favoritos son la tortilla de verduras en un bollo brioche, las ollas de mango y la mousse de chocolate. Sin embargo, los precios son cada vez más ridículos y menos asequibles. ¡Lo que solíamos conseguir por unas 20 libras cuesta ahora unas 30 libras! Tomé un café que sabía a cenizas de cigarrillo y un croissant de almendras que era un trozo de masa a medio hornear con un sabor artificial a esencia de almendras y ni un solo deslizador de almendras a la vista... ambos fueron a la papelera. Ambos eran asquerosos y caros. ¡Nunca volveré allí!

Always a great experience at Pret. Sandwiches, wraps and salads. The fruit juices are also remarkable. Clean environment, attentive staff, new and comfortable seats.

Siempre confirmo mi pedido de bebidas, pero una empleada escribió mal mi pedido y le pedí la bebida correcta con café, ya que me dieron chai, luego se dio la vuelta y le dijo al abogado que estaba equivocado y ahora quiere otra bebida que de hecho era incorrecta. Escuché esto y corrigí al empleado, pero me dieron ojitos... Siempre un desastre, sin modales. Gracias a Dios Starbucks ha vuelto a abrir.

Bought 2 hot drinks and staff refused to fill a water bottle. Not the usual level of service I'm used to from Pret. Response from Pret after following their response below and instructions to contact them below ..."We're so sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing time when you visited. Please be advised in some of our stores the staff are unable to accommodate to this request due to in some instances the facilities not being available to provide this" ...... It's incredulous that Pret doesn't have a cold water supply.

The place at Terminal 5 opened almost an hour ago and still no warm sandwiches available. Pretty annoying.

The staff at Terminal 5 Landside is very proffesional, especially Claudia who is excellent barista. She always welcome everyone with a smile, trying to be above and beyond. Don't lose her, because she is a real treasure ;) Food is a bit pricey but fresh. There is always good selection.

I have ordered my usual coconut hot chocolate as I can’t drink normal coffee. After few sips realised that my drink tastes really funny, so when opened the cap I found coffee bean swimming in it! Was really angry as even these couple sips gave me a massive headache, which is why I’m avoiding to drink coffee. Went back to the counter and the lady who was taking an order would at least apologise. And that’s not the 1st time when this happened. Hope is not going to happen to the person who has allergies as this will put them in a big troubles. Poor service for sure !

Wide selection of hot and cold food and good organic coffee. Very busy and pushy queue jumpers irritating and area quite noisy. Despite this, the counter service was fast and delivered with a smile. My hot macaroni cheese was tasty as was the filter coffee and just what I needed between flights.

Normally, I would say that Im happy with Pret A Manger. However, I got food poisoning after eating salad with prawns in therminal 5 departure lounge. I felt sick on the plane after, so wasnt' ideal, shall we say. This was not cheap either. Dissapointed.

Can you please bring back the powdered chai latte sachets rather than the syrup ☹️ - chai latte has no taste in it what so ever. Thank you

£3 for a croissant and £3 for bottle of water unless you’re a member. Whoever came up pricing strategy should be fired. Last time I ever set foot in a Pret.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. The lady who served me was 2nd from the end on the counter and wearing a “baby on board” badge. I asked for 2 skinny lattes and 2 pastel de natas. She repeated the order to me and I again repeated it to her. I was given 2 flat whites. When I said that I had ordered 2 lattes, she got nasty and started to argue. She said that she had repeated my order to me and I had asked for flat whites. I have never drank a flat white in my life. The customer next to me said rather loudly, “ she clearly has never heard of customer service”. I suggest you either give her thorough training or replace her with someone who cares about customers!!!!

AVOID! I ordered 2 skinny lattes. The member of staff repeated my order and I again repeated back to her. I was given 2 flat whites. When I told her that I had asked for 2 lattes, she started to argue with me and told me that I was wrong. The customer next to me said to her “have you ever heard of customer service?”

Clairisha went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and listened to. She’s a star and a credit to the team! 🤩

Baguette was tasty but SOooo expensive. Pret seems to be taking advantage of its current monopoly on fast food in T5 while Starbucks is being refurbished. Queues long, service disinterested and lacklustre, chaotic, long wait for a cup of tea. I would suggest that you don’t bother with it but, at the moment, you don’t have a choice

The chai latte they serve tastes like medicine. It is not even a chai. Why do they even have it in menu if they don’t know what a chai is.

Advice: if you go to Globe pub and kitchen which is town side at LHR terminal 5 you can get a nice flat white plus hot croissant, jam and butter for £4.95...and it's served at your table. Massive bargain compared to Pret. Pret's high prices at airports where you're cornered infuriate me

Just bought two americanos lady handed them to me but was rude and had a bad attitude. A smile with service doesn’t hurt!

Always reliable for a quick bite to eat or drink. The coffee has thankfully improved. Think half decent "High Street" coffee rather than anything more interesting. Good selection of sandwiches, wraps, soup, salads plus smoothies, juices and the like. Busy but service is fast and friendly. Plenty of seating but you get a lot of people loitering without any food or drink being consumed.

I queued for ten minutes only to be told they can't make a black coffee. I spoke with the manager, who said they limit the coffee types as they are busy. Fair enough, but put a sign up so we don't have to wait. Not everyone drinks latte or capachino.

Ten pounds for a black coffee and a bacon roll. Coffee was so hot I barely hold it even after double sleeving. Of course I couldn't finish it, or barely have it

Almond croissant is flaky but mostly bland. Confusing service, coffee is handed out in a small corner and you need to remember the person who served you. Staff are generally very patient, big kudos to them. Airport prices (under GBP 7 for croissant & espresso) but decent discounts for ClubPret subscribers.

27/01/2024 I came to get my coffee prior to my flight and asked for a caramel mocha with oat milk. The guy then said we don’t have that, and continuously asked me to repeat what I wanted even though I said it clearly. It was quite disappointing

I “discovered” the Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette on this trip to London. That and the Hot Shots might now be one of my favourite things about London.

Worst service ever We ordered 6 chai latte and we were served room temperature chai latte. We asked them to make them hot and they said we dont heat it up again but they refused. Worst service 3-4 employees are fighting with us on this issue. Pathetic behaviour

The place is located in front of gate #3 the smell of the croissant call you ,the coffee and tea ,they have great salads ,juice and the service is fantastic ! Definitely a must . Highly recommend ! Thanks so much to the girls at the counter . They made my day ,with these special coffee !

Falafel wrap was great, fresh. Coffee and chocolate croissant also.

Awful humans, awful attitude. No sense of service or even basic decency.

Very busy. They didn’t have what I wanted but the lady at the till didn’t tell me that, she just decided to process my order without it and let me pay. I only saw it from the receipt and then asked and only then was I told. It’s expensive and not worth the money but what do you expect from a chain like Pret in an airport like Heathrow?

PRET MANGER - COMPLAINT - DREADFULLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RECIEVED On the 16 November 2023 at 13:33, I purchased a latte and cappuccino from Pret Manger Heathrow terminal 5, shop number 218 unit 8 gate level terminal 5 Heathrow Airport. I was served by a young black man who told me his name was Wayne though this may not be true. references on my receipt are 44985 Timileyin A, WS#:7 CHK 154667. The person was incompetent and extremely rude. He initially refused to provide me with a receipt and aske my '' why do you need a receipt '' ?. It was only when I insisted that I wanted and as entitled a receipt of purchase and had to follow him around the serving area whereupon he tried to ignore me, did he eventually provide a receipt. I and my employees have been a customer at Pret for many years. If this is the standard of customer service then we wont be using Pret in the future. The person serving me fondled my pastry with his fingers and when I asked to change it to another that he hadn’t touched, he simply put the original one back on the hot shelf for someone else to pick. He then walked away and left me to be served by someone else who was too busy talking to other colleagues. Being in an airport proving rapid on the go service doesn’t excuse such terrible “customer service” and poor food safety etiquette! Truly disgraceful. I did not buy from here and wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so either.

Refused to provide tap water and asked me to go else where to fill it up and is not like I didn’t buy from them. They just want you not to bother going all the way to fill it up so you ese up buying one from them! It very environmentally friendly in my opinion.

My grandaughter and I were there for tea and coffee so busy and the staff amazing how they cope with those queues all day long is nothing short of brilliant the happy and pleasant manners are a joy. Our experience was great, we were served by a lovely, young lady named Renu who had a smile on her face the whole time. Lady taking order literally stood sighing and rolled her eyes at me when I was looking for my wallet to get my credit card as I only had US dollars in my pocket from holoday. Complete lack of customer service and totally uncalled for.

Food was delicious, service was nice n fast. It was crowded so I guess it's a popular and a good place for food. Especially when you are traveling from the airport, it's a good place to grab a quick bite...

Very busy but the line moves fast and the service was friendly. Italian chicken salad, mango smoothie and muesli were delicious as usual.

Your prices are very expensive, around 30% more than your normal shops, M&S are far cheaper than you, we were going to use you for lunch working here but not now ..

Definitely a meal that didn’t blow me away nor was it too bad (taste wise), but it certainly came overpriced, even in comparison to expected higher airport costs. Ordering a Korean Chicken Panini, a bag of Chorizo Crisps and a Cappuccino, I ended up paying £11.44. To me, a tad ridiculous. The staff were friendly enough and I did find a table, although it could have done with a quick wipe. It was busy however so I understand that it might have been attended to at some point. The queueing system, as manic as it looked, seemed to fall into an organised chaos which surprisingly worked. I don’t know how, but it did. As a makeshift evening meal goes, it just didn’t cut it for me overall - I needed something more substantial and therefore may not have moaned as much about the cost.

Visited at 7pm and it had full stock. Prices are not too bad. Queues were quite long.

Good food, but the service was quite bad, they couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge you or say thank you.

We are all familiar with Pret, and there's no need for me to write a review about it. However, I wanted to emphasize the exceptionally cheerful service I received here, which was quite different from my experiences in central London. The friendly staff made my visit all the more enjoyable, adding a special touch to the familiar setting.

It was extremely busy. They had areas for us to peruse then you had to go up to pay. It was a bit of chaos over there but people were patient and generous. I got the proper porridge. It wasn’t the porridge that I grew up with though. It was oatmeal. I added some honey and it was delicious. They also sell wine. They should be probably have a better process with the lines and who is taking orders vs who is making them and dropping them off. It would be more efficient.

Nice food and good quality, but prices have gone up which makes a simple lunch quite expensive. £4 for a small smoothie is not good value! Chocolate mousse was lovely and rich, but again an expensive price point so not anything we would be able to afford on a regular basis. Staff were generally friendly.

Good selection of nice and fresh food as well as snacks. It might get a bit crowded due to being in an airport terminal. Staff is quite friendly and assistive. Prices are absolutely fair.

The Pret at T5 by gates A2/A3 is always brill. Absolutely lovely, friendly staff.

Quite possibly the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. The service was quick and polite despite the queue, but I’m not sure that makes up for the £3.25 cup of dirty water.

The best thing ever of this place are these heavenly Pastéis de nata or Portuguese Custard tarts. My layover at Heathrow was worth it because of these tarts and grabbed a lot more to take home.

Terminal 5, Heathrow Best meal I've ever had at an airport! The Caesar Chicken with bacon was devine! The baguette was crisp and fresh. Better still, the young man, Gideon, at the cashier was polite, friendly, patient and helpful. Also, I had a cup of filtered coffee which was terrific. After a tiring day of travel, this was a perfect respite! Terry B.

Terrible service this morning both servers were rude raising their voices at us because I gave them coins instead of using card. Additionally the lady server stated i gave her fake money. Very discriminatory service. I did not feel welcomed

I go to pret almost everyday and I have to say this morning was terrible. First of all, I ordered and I was waiting to pay because I scanned my description and the payment didn’t change so I told the guy 2 times and he kept telling me, you have to pay people are waiting behind you. So I paid told him again, I don’t think my description scan went through and then he told me he didn’t understood me and now it is too late because I already paid. A shame! In the plane I opened the pret bag and my order was wrong. I clearly told him I wanted a cherry croissant, he even repeated it and he gave a cookie. And I paid for a cherry croissant. I m very annoyed and disappointed. Worst pret experience ever.

A go-to food shop but crowded like anything. The terminal is small and compact and this food hall is so small that you may struggle yo to get your food. sandwich start at £4-6 which is okay. Drinks, and other cold stuff is available. located just before the boarding gates so you can get your drinks before you board.

Their salmon sandwich is very tasty. Was here in October 2022 and just two days ago. Price is just reasonable.

We were through security and decided on a Coffee at Pret A Manger. Decent decision as it turned out. Service was very prompt with plenty of staff on hand to serve the throng of Travellers. Good and Polite as well and the Coffee was super smooth.

December 2nd 2022 after a long haul flight was craving coffee and scone, stood in line for over 10 minutes. ( I do understand how BUSY Heathrow is )Finally was handed stale, lukewarm brew by an unfriendly barista. Am a coffee lover thus know when my Java is not up to par. Shrugged it off.January 25th 2023. coffee was bitter & sludgy. Totally and utterly disappointed. Once is ok but twice is unforgivable. Not again for sure.

Incredibly badly run Pret. No efficiency. Staff don't seem to understand eachother and definitely didn't understand me. They had technical difficulties today which happens but it just descended into absolute chaos. I imagine it's quite a good earner purely due to the brand and captive market but one of the worst run chain coffee shop franchisees I've ever experienced.

This has become a bit of a tradition for us. Sometimes it’s just a bit too early for a fry up. The porridge at Pret is hot, filling, tasty, somewhat healthy, good vfm and comes with either honey or a fruit compote. Easy breakfast option.

Took my dried out and burnt at the end hot wrap back.Staff told me they would all be the same as they are in the heater!Refunded but had to buy a cold wrap. on departure so really wanted hot. Coffee mediocre.. Little choice in T5 but next visit will give Pret a miss and take my own food.

Pret make tasty sandwiches in lots of varieties. Their breakfast pots are excellent too. I've been told that the coffee is excellent, better than Starbucks and other chains, but I haven't tasted it. There is a lot of choice here and it's a good place to stock up before getting on the plane.

We were very impressed with a great selection of ready made sandwiches and other meals. The prices of the sandwiches were very reasonable. The coffee lattes we ordered were expensive and not a very generous serving. But it was fast and good.

Always get my tea or coffee at the Gate A3 Pret. I find it quieter and you can charge your phone. However this morning I was the first customer and my coffee was on the house! Nice people. Thank you

My friends and I all purchased the hot swedish meatball sub. Later that night we all got food poisoning - can‘t recommend.

Great customer service, but quite appalled by the food quality. In my smoked salmon I found a bone. I was quite put off and nauseated by this.

Went to Pret a Manger for coffee and drinks. Looks like it is very busy but with numerous lines in which to pay it went very quick. Only problem is the limited seating to sit down.
