It leaves a lot to be desired already, they modified Burger, it's not my old one

Always sending order incorrectly or missing the main muffin. This is happening to me many many times. If I order 2 meals , one is missing. I don’t understand how they make this mistake from such simple order. Paying for the delivery fee and receiving wrong orders all the time literally makes me frustrated. Please train your staff or tell them to always double check orders, specially delivery.

Customer service is just amazing

So I went here to take a quick bite and ordered a big Mac with some fries and noticed I didn't have my wallet with me so the worker paid it off for me I later came back and gave double the cash.

I have literally seen how during the assembly of a burger with bare hands, a newly arrived employee came into the kitchen from the street and shaked hands with the cook with dirty hands. The cook, in turn, didn't even bother to wash his hands afterward, continuing to cook the burger. It is easy to get poisoning or worms in such a place. The atmosphere is very noisy, and you have to wait in a queue for 15-20 minutes to pick up your order. The tables are dirty, nobody wipes them, thank God I always have wet alcohol wipes for such an occasion. I don't understand how you can treat your business like this, especially when the main customers are children.

Bad experience... I popped in this evening to order some food after a long, exhausting day in London. I've ordered 2 plain triple cheese burgers, 1 share box mozzarella dippers, 1 share box chicken nuggets, 5 chicken selects, 2 large coca cola classic. Look what I've got: 1 double plain cheeseburger instead of 2 triples, 6 mozzarella dippers instead of a share box, one large fries instead of 2 and 2 coca cola zero instead of classic one. Absolutely horrendous place, staff is rude and not helpful at all. Ridiculous... please guys check your orders before upu step out from this place. Will never recommend it to anyone.

The place I visited is a best please for kids and hygienic food

Always fast service, clean place with plenty of seating options upstairs and downstairs. This place doesn’t have drive-through, not sure why it comes up as drive through.

Went to grab a quick bite with girls. Was approached by Deputy Manager for a quick face painting session for girls. What a lovely gesture and engagement with the customers by him and Anmol taking time out and doing it RMHC charity.

Tasty food at affordable prices

Food is as good as any mcdonalds I've been to. However the staff in this particular chain need to be told its a fast food restaurant. The slowest service in the world. Also All the take away drivers are a nightmare they should be managed on some way. Customers can't move or get to the counter for them all.

My personal experience of this McDonalds was actually nice. Being a Muslim, I can't eat any of the meat options so I am reviewing these off the chips, fish fillet and apple pie. First off, the fish fillet is pretty good in my opinion. Also, the buns look extremely nice. Secondly, the chips are extremely nice with a good amount of salt to it and the apple pie is very very good as well.

Like many McDonalds, the joy of their comfort food can be let down by the behaviour of teenage clientele; we popped in with our grandchildren and they were made nervous by a large group of rowdy teens.

Good place to dine in. Great service tried the big mac burger taste average however fries taste good also the mc crispy is the best!! however the fish fillet burger is not that great its half cheese slice with Little mayo n the fillet with not much taste but the buns seems fresh! Over all good place.

It's McDonalds, pretty much the same everywhere. It's reletively clean, as fast as I guess can be (though all mc donlads have become slower at serving since home delivery). Cons for this store is it's always busy so can be hard to find seats sometimes.

Wonderful team and great customer service. The restaurant was clean, and the food was hot and fresh. Despite the restaurant being packed, I received my dinner promptly with all the condiments. I've noticed a lot of individuals criticising workers for not wearing gloves. However, after speaking with the workers about the matter, I discovered that wearing gloves in a busy work atmosphere is more unhygienic and that they need to wash their hands after every 30 minutes, regardless of what. I love going to this place and would recommend everyone to visit hayes mcdonalds.

Awful delivery. Order was completely wrong and everything stone cold. They even forgot to add the chicken to the chicken salad. AVOID AT ALL COST when getting delivery.

Wow!!!!!!! What is wrong with this staff?!?!.....,2 filets of fish,balsamic dressing,straw for my drink missing on our takeaway order. On the receipt but not in the bag. hey wake up guys!!!!! Have a bad evening.

It's as good as McDonald's gets. But they have a massive upstairs seating area that was closed off despite the place being packed.

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences. Ordered on UBER eats. Stated 15-20 minutes but took 1 hour to arrive. Upon arrival the drink had leaked everywhere, the fries where cold and stale. The Big Mac was dry and cold. Total waste of money. Avoid like the plague. Burger King is much better.

The food is good, just any McDonald's, but sometimes they forget to put salt on the potatoes and you have to ask for your salt separately.

Make sure you check in the bag. One of my veg burger was missing when I opened the bag at home. So one person did not have the food that day. Hayes branch is going down the drain.

Poor service, worst staffs and too rude, i wen to drive thru 3:00am but I haven’t got car, i was so hungry and i just for a burger they refused serve me i know it ur policy, but i know they can serve but they too lazy serve me. Date is 6/4/2022

This place is normally good and well maintained but recently I ordered a large chicken nugget meal and one one the nuggets was half raw and it now given me food poisoning.

When our order arrived the bag containing 5 drinks split. Driver said he'd be back with fresh ones. Still waiting......

I hadn't gone to McDonald's for a long time. I ordered on the machine which didn't deliver the ticket. Fortunately I could remember the order number. My Cheeseburger didn't taste good. It seemed the meat was not fresh.

The two Managers on shift on 20/03/22 @ 11:04, I requested for a warm coffee for a homeless man who sat outside, you turned me away saying tills are closed and make me wait over 18 cars just to get him a coffee, I even offered you not to give me the change back. Your tone and the fact you both jumped on me for it being 5 mins over, well on the door says 12, so i insist you get that changed but fingers crossed you feel great reading back on this.

Is ok just your standard MC Ds. Has clean toilets on the first floor tho toilets are not always open. Not the best for big tasty, it was dry and burnt.

Very bad food quality. They give burgers with half the condiments, cooked long before instead of in the moment (Fast Food), large fries come in medium portion (their explanation is 'this is large'). The only mcDonalds in UK that does not accept Amex even though it is even written in their POS machines and screens

This is the chips i got from delivery half of the chips this is how Macdonald make money saving few grams of chips from each order. Total disrespectful to the kids who order it. And they are too busy to handle uber order dont eat from uber delivery

While waiting to collect my order I saw the staff preparing food without gloves touching the food directly with their hands I am not sure if they at least wash their hands regularly this place is so unhealthy.
