Wish I read the reviews before eating here. So bad, chicken had no flavour or taste really. Should have known by how quick it was ready.

Had a good run first couple of years but the chances of you getting the shizzles are 50/50 nowadays. Sort it out bossman

Honestly the worst thing I've ever spent money on, the chicken was so raw it's was clucking in the box still, honestly used to be lovely here now wouldn't give it to my cat

We had ordered Peri Peri wings yesterday takeaway however after we took our order at home we saw it was dry wings with no peri sauce or gravy on it just grilled. When I called them the guy is telling me that we will give a lot of gravy next time. That was so unrealistic and stupid answer he gave. It’s highly recommended to check your order before you take form that shop or never order online as they can’t handle in house customers & online order.

From today on if I am looking for Fried Chicken I’ll come here

they've served me pink chicken so many times it's certain they don't cook there food well enough to ensure your not gonna be sick afterwards

Chicken burger was bland no flavours mayo was very sweet wings wer not cooked properly also need to clean the shop as there was food on the floor had a lot of expectations from this place but not the same

I ordered 3 meals, all 3 meals had items missing. I basically paid nearly £30 for 3 snack boxes. I phoned the restaurant & was told I needed to order again on just eat to get the food that was missing. Meaning I would have to pay for service charge & extra food to get what I had already paid for. I don't have a lot of money for takeaway & was treating my family. Very disappointed. I will not order from here again.

Use to be a nice chicken shop shame about the prices now better off going kfc now it’s actually cheaper to get a box meal 10.50 for a fillet burger meal with a hash brown way over priced

I clearly stated NO MAYONNAISE twice and MAYONNAISE was still added. It ruined my meal as I don’t like MAYONNAISE

Had high hopes of this place. The chicken fillet burger was deplorable, it tasted like a large piece of lettuce with a god awful sweet tasting mayo. The wings were extremely average and the only redeeming item was the chips... Definitely an overrated place or I just went in at the wrong time.

Taste extremely bad. Undercooked fries and wrap tasted like it was expired waste of time and mone to get there in the rain to collect it using my credits. Didn’t bother to ask me for peri peri on my chips and no sauces until I asked. I am genuinely really disappointed with them service today.

Order was half missing and when I called the restaurant, I got accused of lying saying that he has footage that he put the missing fries in?? Shouting at me down the phone and would not let me speak at all!! Then tried to say the driver probably took them! Shocking! How is this person allowed to work with the public☹️

Steak burger 10/10 however the wings were a let down. They were not fresh and the breadcrumbs on them were not to my liking.

Staff is so rude in bheviour like he is asking me that from where I belong then he said me that you are in UK SO SPEAK IN ENGLISH he spoke me in very rude manner and made me in insult in front of couples sitting next to me. I recommend everyone who visits this shop must know English very well because without this the staff will definitely disrespects you.

The Chicken Connoisseur was not lying. Easily the best chicken shop I've ever been to. Spicy wings and chips a for sure highlight.

Left off 2 things on the order and gave me a wrong item. Forgot to put any peri sauce on the chicken. Took a long time to assign a driver.

Delivery driver was being extremely weird. Had a weird encounter with him before however it was at a time where I was working at greggs a couple months back, was following me home and today when he saw and recognised me, started staring at me weirdly and saying how he now knows where I live. Didn’t know who to contact hence why I’m saying here but the food was absolutely amazing.

Nice food seems alot better then when it first opened, but obviously still fried stuff service very polite.

My burger was completely wrong

I was introduced to Dawley chicken by my colleagues at work 2 1/2 years ago. They told me it was good and very reasonable in price, they weren't kidding as the quality is exceptional. We go there frequently, when we can . This can be (depending on how busy we are) 5 times a week.

The peri peri sauce is very acidic and the chips are awful. I had a double peri peri burger and it just fell apart.

Great food, a bit more expensive than the other chicken shops in the area but worth it.

I ordered via Uber Eats, priority. The drinks were missing in the meals, all food was stone cold, had to heat up some of the food and even threw away chicken as it was so cold and hard, completely inedible. The chips were rock hard, cold and half the usual portion. I have ordered from here many times before, the last time was a few months ago where standards had dropped, I thought I would give it one more go- never again! You have lost a customer. Absolutely waste of my money; disgusting food not fit for any living being to consume. Please think about quality you send to customers- it’s really unfair. I did try to call you, however there was no answer. This is an order under priority delivery, so imagine the standard one! Saturday night takeaway ruined! Thanks Dawleys - never again.

We order grilled chicken regularly from here - always found quality of food to be excellent, well cooked and really tasty. Best place in Hayes by a mile.

I love Dawley chicken, their rice is so gooddd and their peri peri chicken is amazing. Their peri peri salt is also so good I tried the one from the shops but nothing compares to this shop. Everything else is equally as good! Also compared to other shops this one is much cheaper and good quality.

If you order from Ubereats at least half hour before closing time, be carefull they can cancel your order saying you call them and cancel it. I happends to me. They are trash. Please avoid them if you're in a hurry.

Always order grilled chicken from Dawleys - always really well cooked, tastes great, nice proper French fries, good value and delivered promptly. Knocks the spots off anywhere else locally.

Food is good and the guys are very friendly and hard working. The BBQ pizza is my favourite along with pri pri chicken, but mild not hot. Still the best at what they do, shame they don't do pizza anymore.
