There chicken wings are the best. The service are great, follow your instructions. Highly recommend

they've served me pink chicken so many times it's certain they don't cook there food well enough to ensure your not gonna be sick afterwards

Chicken burger was bland no flavours mayo was very sweet wings wer not cooked properly also need to clean the shop as there was food on the floor had a lot of expectations from this place but not the same

Use to be a nice chicken shop shame about the prices now better off going kfc now it’s actually cheaper to get a box meal 10.50 for a fillet burger meal with a hash brown way over priced

Had high hopes of this place. The chicken fillet burger was deplorable, it tasted like a large piece of lettuce with a god awful sweet tasting mayo. The wings were extremely average and the only redeeming item was the chips... Definitely an overrated place or I just went in at the wrong time.

Never had this problem before but today I ordered for delivery and never got my food and was charged from it.

Great place for chicken, which they have many varieties of. Very reasonable price and staff always very lovely.

Staff is so rude in bheviour like he is asking me that from where I belong then he said me that you are in UK SO SPEAK IN ENGLISH he spoke me in very rude manner and made me in insult in front of couples sitting next to me. I recommend everyone who visits this shop must know English very well because without this the staff will definitely disrespects you.

Very oily undercooked wings, had to throw them away, ordered a cheese burger but they didn't put cheese, terrible customer service, used to be good but has since gone downhill, AVOID.

I was introduced to Dawley chicken by my colleagues at work 2 1/2 years ago. They told me it was good and very reasonable in price, they weren't kidding as the quality is exceptional. We go there frequently, when we can . This can be (depending on how busy we are) 5 times a week.

The peri peri sauce is very acidic and the chips are awful. I had a double peri peri burger and it just fell apart.

This surprising little shop could be easily ignored, but that would be a mistake. The service is with a smile and rapid, but imperatively the chicken, yes , fresh and tasty and hits the spot! Try this hidden fryers of chicken, can not be ignored!

Great food, a bit more expensive than the other chicken shops in the area but worth it.

I ordered via Uber Eats, priority. The drinks were missing in the meals, all food was stone cold, had to heat up some of the food and even threw away chicken as it was so cold and hard, completely inedible. The chips were rock hard, cold and half the usual portion. I have ordered from here many times before, the last time was a few months ago where standards had dropped, I thought I would give it one more go- never again! You have lost a customer. Absolutely waste of my money; disgusting food not fit for any living being to consume. Please think about quality you send to customers- it’s really unfair. I did try to call you, however there was no answer. This is an order under priority delivery, so imagine the standard one! Saturday night takeaway ruined! Thanks Dawleys - never again.

I love Dawley chicken, their rice is so gooddd and their peri peri chicken is amazing. Their peri peri salt is also so good I tried the one from the shops but nothing compares to this shop. Everything else is equally as good! Also compared to other shops this one is much cheaper and good quality.

If you order from Ubereats at least half hour before closing time, be carefull they can cancel your order saying you call them and cancel it. I happends to me. They are trash. Please avoid them if you're in a hurry.

Food is good and the guys are very friendly and hard working. The BBQ pizza is my favourite along with pri pri chicken, but mild not hot. Still the best at what they do, shame they don't do pizza anymore.

My 6 piece chelicken meal was dripping with oils and fat. Wh n eating the skin of the friend chicke it was like eating slush... Not great

Price for a cheese burger meal went from £3 to £5.10 on UberEATS in 3 years, why would anyone buy this. Shocking to increase prices because of a YouTube video. The food is mid at best, making it a good cheap option, but now its just mid and expensive. Not to mention the cheese burger is equal to McDonalds £1 cheeseburger. Tragic.

Great chicken. I can agree on the amnesia part of things. I normally go for the family bucket of wings and 4 large chips (for myself) as i am on keto. I am a meating eating vegan. Meaning i keep a asparagus in my pocket and have a tattoo of a cow drinking soy milk. Anyways. Great food, loved the bucket, as usual ending up forgetting most of my day. Police caught me speeding in a farm lane, screaming thug life. Later they calmed me down by slapping me couple times. I don't blame the wings but i do blame my greatness. Dawley is my favourite and i can get extremely violent if you oppose my views. Take notes all those fake chicken shops that be serving up pigeions, humans etc. Wonderful, i am humbled. Dawley chicken the best of best. We can fight regarding this too.

Very nice and tasty food, buying from this shop from long time but all of a sudden what happened to their prices, I ordered from Ubereats many times but today prices were bit shocking for me, too much difference in prices. That's not very nice we do understand that prices going up with time but there's a huge difference before and now, specially with peri peri meal £6 difference. I hope u will think about this and keeping your loyal customers with you.

Came here after it was reviewed on youtube, the food is okay nothing special. Your bang average chicken shop.

The prices have gone up since the burger shop kid from YouTube gave a decent review, I spend roughly £120 per month but now I go to the other shop instead after 4 years. No need for the Greed it's only chicken and chips, maybe I'll pop by for a 2.50 milkshake now and then though.

Hit and miss, can be amazing or can be lack luster. I guess it depends on the time and day you go. But overall a decent choice with very reasonable prices.

Very tasty food. Ate maybe million times and never got food poisoning, vomiting or immediate evacuation sort of toilet visits. Definitely recommend this place. Chefs are wonderful, when i visit, they always laugh, enjoy and say wonderful things in a different language at me. Dawley chicken has changed my life. I will forever be grateful.

Came here because of Chicken CNSR, the food was fresh, juicy and it was a very hygienic establishment. One thing that was a let down for me was the flavours and the chips, not seasoned enough for my palette personally. But all in all a good chicken shop

My experience there the staff need to have more customer service training I used to go there before because the old workers customer service was welcoming the new workers attitude stink they in the back talking while people waiting on they order they need new workers

Chips were decent Wings were crispt not tender no special taste Half pounder burger bread lettuce sauce was all good but the meant just didn’t give a taste I felt like I was taking a bite of dough no flavour. Drink Miranda strawberry was nice

Ordered food via uber eats missing items....ring up says driver issue he has all items. Driver then says handed 2 bags denies everything. Oh wait your on cctv clear as day giving 1 bag. Still waiting for missing items they say the driver gone out.......

The place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Ordered pizza of them via uber eats, when it arrived the pizza was runny and topping were all on one side. The delivery guy told us that once they made the pizza rather than letting it cool down they just gave it straight to him for delivery. Furthermore when we called them to complain they would take no responsibility for what happened and began blaming the delivery guy. They would not give us a refund nor would they give us a new pizza and then THEY JUST CUT THE CALL WHILE I WAS TALKING TO THEM. This is absolutely poor customer service. I would NOT recommend this place at all. The food quality is also below par. This is a cheap establishment with the sole purpose of making money and have no regard for customer needs or satisfaction. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!

Great tasting food on the go. Extremely pleasant services. Have done well to ensure safety for staff and customers during covid. Would highly recommend, only issue is finding parking 😅 but if you dont mind a little walk there are plenty of places to park near by.

It may not be KFC, but for a local chicken shop its quick, reasonably priced and rather tasty. Staff mostly know what they're doing and a few guys are friendly too!
