RUDE!!! didn't receive order as driver delivered to wrong address , when we called the restaurant to ask where order after waiting over a hour were assured they would send order again after the restaurant contacted just eat to ask how to resolve issue as they sent order and was the drivers mistake . After another hour we called to check when to expect delivery was bluntly told driver on way and put phone down!! We did get order but disappointed with service and really would not rate the pizza tonight

Order 2 pizza's 🍕 from this shop via just Eat app,the Pizza's took 3 hours to arrive and when we called the shop the shop we said where are the Pizza's they said they said they delivered them, they blatantly lied and after multiple calls 📞 we finally got the items we ordered, basically called us liars,it was the delivery 🚚 drivers mistake.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and confirmed twice that we wanted thin crust but unfortunately the pizza arrived and it was deep pan. Toppings were nice but the thick base ruined the pizza for us.

Great value pizza. Ordered a giant (18") through Just Eat. Arrived within 30mins. Tasty and quick. No complaints and will def order again. So much better than the overpriced high st chains.

Do not order from them!!! Awful customer service and behaviour. The pizza arrived cold, and the ingredients wasn't fresh and were burned. When I have called Manor Pizza on the phone to ask for another pizza to be sent they didn't arrange for another delivery and hanged up the phone !

Waste of money! Asked for Coke Zero he confirmed that I said Diet Coke then admitted it and after that he said sorry I will make sure next time I get it right. Doesn’t resolve my issue but anyways and the driver said he wasn’t even a driver he was just doing a favour for them One guy charged me extra for extra toppings that didn’t arrive I even asked for the wings to be well done they not. Pizza is dead anyone rating this defo suffered loosing there taste buds during covid

Best pizza’s around! I don’t eat alot of pizza but when i feel like one the other two main names are always soggy and have hardly any toppings. Manor pizzas are exactly what you expect, nice base, good toppings and tastes exactly how they should! Always brilliant and never feel dodgy after eating unlike another high street Go pizza. BTW your google listing diverts you to a virus on your website. Your going to loose business unless you sort it out.

Ordered through Uber Eats after years of ordering and recommending this place. Was looking forward to our usual great service. 45 minutes after placing our order we get a missed Call from the restaurant and try to call back, with no luck. We then have our order cancelled. Apparently this is due to a courier issue. Living only a 10 minute walk from the establishment in question , we decided to head down ourselves and pick up the order. If it’s a recent courier issue, surely we can just grab it and pay ourselves. As soon as we walked in and said we were the cancelled Uber order they literally named us. Apparently it wasn’t a courier issue… they had run out of dough… 45 minutes ago!!! They then tried to outright lie to us and say that they had tried to call us multiple times. When faced with my actual call log that showed one call after 40 mins, they said that they’d had to cancel multiple orders and that if we wanted Pizza on a Friday night, we should have pre-ordered in the morning like other people had! Funny that after cancelling SO many orders they still instantly knew me by name. They ended by saying that they’d literally stopped picking up the phone. A delivery place… out of dough… and no longer answering the phone! All in all they were abrasive, rude, dismissive and quite frankly… unpleasant! Sadly we won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered a small pizza only to wait an hour for it to have still not been delivered - I only live down the road from manor pizza. I called to cancel my order and before I could finish my sentence I was told ‘the driver had already left’ and then had the phone put down on me. After calling back multiple times and have no answer, the driver still has not delivered the food. Appalling service

Worst service by staff and the old man was very rude

This independant Pizza shop is the best locally and my preference on the Manor comparing to the others on the same high street. Their dough is freshly made and they always make sure to add any additional request as I have a thing for Jalapeno's on garlic bread and it is always done without hesitation and a smile. The value for money is also amazing. They had become my local Pizza shop since they opened in the Manor and the owner has been there from the start working hard to make sure all his customers are serviced and leave with a smile. Thank you!

Like a good independent pizza establishment, different to your chains. The tomato base is good and the toppings are of good quality. From experience I'd recommend staying clear of the chicken popcorn and stuffed crust.

Kids fancied a pizza and manor pizza looked good. Our pizzas were perfectly cooked and tasted fabulous.

Ordered Pizza, fries, and salad to be delivered by Uber Eats. Very pleased with the service and quality of the food. It arrived quickly, the pizza and fries were great quality and still hot. The salad was fresh.

Firstly I would like to note that this place is extremely cheap for what you are getting. I ordered an 18” meat feast pizza for only £10! The slices are cut evenly and all pizzas come with garlic and herb dip without you having to pay. The pizza is well cooked and not greasy it’s extremely filling and you could get the 18” between 3/4 people. I also ordered there barbecue chicken wings. These where properly cooked and tasted delicious. The flavour was also fantastic. Although they could have had some more barbecue flavouring. The chicken nuggets where nice, super market quality, but that’s not good enough. The garlic bread was fantastic and cooked to perfection! They usually deliver between 30-40 minutes which could be shorter, but for the distance away is decent enough. Pro tip - order over the phone, not in Uber eats. It’s rumoured you get better quality 🥰 Overall a solid 5/5 perfect for a pizza night with friends.

I ordered food, but after an hour I chased the delivery. The app said the food left 10 minutes ago (I live less than 5 minutes away), but when I chased the delivery I was told the food hadn’t left. When I asked why I was told the food had left 15 minutes earlier, all of a sudden no-one could speak English and the phone was put down on me. I tried to ring back but no-one would answer. Food turned up a further 10 minutes later, but it was STONE cold. Restaurant would not answer phone afterwards

Respect your customers over the phone PLEASE.

I'm a enthusiast for trying all the pizzas in my general area.. it lead me to Manor pizza! Which seemed to have decent reviews. The pizza was OK, though nothing great. To be honest, the dough and sauce tastes exactly the same as any other knock off pizza places in greater London it seems. That's not to say it doesn't taste nice! I still ate the pizza and couldn't say it was unpleasant.. it was just very basic. The dough is more.. bread like. There isn't any signature flavour in the dough, which makes it very dry. I just wish a lot of these - clearly not Italian run pizza places would have a little signature style, rather than tasting exactly the same as everyone else.

I travel quite a way to get this pizza it's simply the best 😁😁😁

I ordered yesterday on UberEats a piece of tiramisu and it came totally frozen... Had to wait hours until I got to eat it... It was faster to just make myself the dessert than to eat the tiramisu from this place... And it wasn't even a good one...

Could not order...said they dont have ingredients in stock..to be fair this was before the euro 2020 finals.

These people are very rude. They spoke about me in farsi language which i happen to understand. They swore and commented about my appearance. Very bad food and very bad attitude. They recently moved from Holland and i could understand that they were downgrading the English culture. Very arrogant and up them selves. The older man looks like he came out of a horrible divorce. Miserable as hell. My order was thrown at me onto the counter without any communication. Holandi kuss maadar! Please avoid these freshies!

I ordered from Manor Pizza at 10:37pm last night with Deliveroo and received the "Orders in the kitchen" message with a delivery time of 11:05pm. At 11:10pm I get a call from Deliveroo telling me that the pickup driver is at the restaurant and it is closed, so my order has been cancelled - but now it's too late to order elsewhere. He is not alone, there are several other delivery drivers trying to pick up orders. I phone the restaurant today and they said that they close at 10pm - so how did they accept an order 37 minutes later? Something is wrong with Deliveroo's system if it doesn't require the restaurant to actually manually accept the order.

The best pizza joint in Ruislip. Tastiest pizzas and starters. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and riders. Well done guys.

Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had

Had a 1/4 pounder, lovely crispy fries! Usual Standard patties but for a good price with a drink not bad. Was cooked to decent standard. Cooking wasnt rushed and imo I dont mind because I have fast food as a treat and it has to be good and it helps if its cooked properly. Extra £1 for delivery I walked in and picked up, so no comment on delivery. They use those cfc style containers they really need to go to a thick cardboard so no environmentally friendly packaging. They lose a star for that. So up a star if you don't care about the packaging and want a decent burger late one night.

Got the order completely wrong, useless staff can’t get a simple order right. Rude and threatened by 3 staff members when I refused to wait another 20 minutes for them to get it right. 3rd time in 5 orders they’ve got it wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOYR TIME OR MONEY

I went to get my food the staff keep texting on his phone without taking my order in the same time the delivery man from uber eat was waiting as well one of the staff I think his the owner start speak to him rudely I can imagine if the there no customer in store how they will speak to him.

We’ve been ordering from Manor Pizza a few times a month for years. We made our usual order, through Uber Eats and the complete wrong order turned up. We called them and they found our order and said they would send out the correct items. An hour later it hasn’t arrived and we called and they said we were lying, that it was Uber’s fault and that they didn’t care. We could have tried to eat what had been delivered, but as they had said they were sending out a replacement we didn’t. It’s a shame because everyone makes mistakes but how they handled it has made me not want to order again.

Purchased a 18” Manor Meat pizza , with hardly any meat , also the dough in the didn’t seem to well cooked. Not really impressed at all a lot better places around, wouldn’t bother again.

If your the owner and reading this, you need to teach your staff how to brush up on telephone manners, you come across rude and unhelpful. I like ordering pizzas from your place, they always come hot and the pizzas are tasty even though your orders are always wrong. I like to support my local shop, I could go to the chains on the highstreet. Ive given you a 5 star review so pay attention!

Cheesy chips and pizza both overcooked and cold on deliver. Snickers milkshake had 6-7 lumps of Snickers at the bottom, not blended enough. Called to share with them and they blamed the driver. Weren't rude but hung up while I was explaining as if they didn't care. Food went in the bin, milkshake was still nice and can of coke was delicious.

Have been ordering trough just eat for more than a year now at least twice a month! Even suggested my friends to try it ( whom all used to be “die hard” Domino’s fans ) until they tried this places! But my last experience was not as delightful as i would have hoped for. Last week ordered a takeaway over the phone for the first time as was passing by so made sense! Never again tho, guy behind the counter was sooooo weird and made me feel sooo uncontrollable! 0 customers skills what so ever! And for the first time i was disappointed with my food, our pizza was soo dry! Will definitely order again as mistakes happen but only for delivery as delivery guys are ALWAYS friendly!!

First time buying from here. Ordered pizza and BBQ wings. The food arrived piping hot and before the quoted time. The pizza was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The wings were succulent and really tasty. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture 😋 will definitely be coming back for more

As a builder, I have a lot of jobs in this side of town so most of lunches are from small businesses. After reading reviews I decided to give it a go. The young man behind the counter with a Russian accent, look up pay attention to your customers. Even after taking my order he continued looking at his phone. After I got my food there was no thank you ...please come again. No thank you...I'll take my business else where.

Great pizza , so cheap and tasty , fresh dough and ingredients unlike some of the mainstream brands , will def order again.

Margherita thin crust is excellent and full of flavour the sauce and cheese taste really good , and the place looks really clean.

Surprised by this little gem tastes so much better than highstreet frozen crap , family run little place and outstanding value for money .

Decided to try Manor Pizza out...wow. Absolute delicious and a perfect pizza. Totally out does any Domino or Pizza Hut stuff! 18inch pizza for £10...cant beat it. Service friendly and good from taking the phone order through to delivery. Cant wait for next time and totally recommend.

I just bought an 18" pizza for £9.99. Total bargain. I like thin cut farmer with extra black olives. Delicious and enough for family of four.

Thin crust margherita is outstanding

Went into the shop 10pm on 2nd August 2018, I was the only person in the shop , young man behind the counter saw me waiting but continued texting on his phone, after 2 minutes I left. Never tried the food and never likely to now.

Not nice at all! First and last time customer. Ordered a manor meat feast and onion rings. The onion rings were aweful, dripping in oil and soggy. Pizza is a good size, the base is nice but toppings feel low quality and not fresh, on top of that is waaaaaaay too salty, after half a litter of water I am still thirsty. Couldn't even finish half of the meal. Price is cheap so as the quality. Not recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, was driving around on a Sunday late night and was one of the only places still open, but the pizza was perfect thin crispy crust just how it should be and great selection of toppings for a good price, the place looks nice as well and a few seats if you want to eat in. Will be coming back for more
