Manor Pizza in Hillingdon

Delivery was very fast. Pizza looked fresh out the shop and was hot. Toppings were neat and tidy all over the pizza. Would definitely recommend.

(Delivery) Pizza arrived folded in half and looked to have been thrown about. (Food) Very little toppings and sort of only on the one side of the pizza, having said that the pizza was actually still quite nice and for the price great value.

Never ordering again from this excuse of a business! Half the items don't get delivered, they mark it as delivered long before delivering it, complain how far they have to deliver and the manager is a nasty piece of work.

Cheapest pizza in town, can't complain

When I entered this place, I didn't expect to eat a good pizza here. I was very wrong. We ordered two of the largest pizzas because I didn't expect it to be so big. Very hot, tasty and filled to the brim with ingredients. I highly recommend it.

I just ordered from Manor pizza as oppose to the pizza hut on the same road, the pizza took over 40 mins to arrive and when it did, it didn't even have the correct toppings, waste of money and time will never order from here again best to stick to the bigger chains in future suppose there's a reason, really let down wouldn't recommend at all

Since first ordering from this place a few years ago for a party we have been back about 15 times. The taste is better than the big chains in my opinion and the price based on the size is much better. Keep doing what you're doing.

The rating does not do Manor Pizza justice. There are some extremely stupid people who do not realise Manor Pizza are not responsible for external courier services (ie ubereats justeat etc) - take your issue with them - most of those drivers are rubbish! The issue is not unique to one place. Manor Pizzas own drivers are actually very good. This is the only American style pizza shops in Harrow that is worth your money and one of few non-chain options that are not that halal cardboard rubbish. Been ordering from here for years.

No. 1 pizza place in Ruislip and surrounding. Pizzas vary in quality, it's best to order off peak for quickest delivery and highest quality. Highly recommend, I've had no bad experiences in the last 2 years I've been a frequent customer.

I've ordered take out from here multiple times and for the most part had a good experience and quick delivery, at a much cheaper price to comparable big pizza chains. Giving 3 stars as we did have one experience where our delivery was cancelled after a long wait, and after contacting the restaurant they said they'd run out of dough!

pizza was so hot difficult to pick up with the stretchy cheese making strings. lots of veg. Very tasty. had my favourite ice cream and kept it separate from hot which some don't think to do. friendly service. very reasonable prices.

RUDE!!! didn't receive order as driver delivered to wrong address , when we called the restaurant to ask where order after waiting over a hour were assured they would send order again after the restaurant contacted just eat to ask how to resolve issue as they sent order and was the drivers mistake . After another hour we called to check when to expect delivery was bluntly told driver on way and put phone down!! We did get order but disappointed with service and really would not rate the pizza tonight

Order 2 pizza's 🍕 from this shop via just Eat app,the Pizza's took 3 hours to arrive and when we called the shop the shop we said where are the Pizza's they said they said they delivered them, they blatantly lied and after multiple calls 📞 we finally got the items we ordered, basically called us liars,it was the delivery 🚚 drivers mistake.

Pizza arrived all folded up in the box; driver must have turned it sideways while delivering. Called restaurant, and I was told the driver was blaming me and the restaurant worker was agreeing. Very disappointed.

We ordered pizza yesterday and we don’t like the taste as well as the vegetables are raw and we ordered hot vegetables pizza and they gave us little bit spicy ,Also we asked for chilli sauce and they said it’s inside but when we saw at home that time we saw only garlic sauce inside …..The experience was very bad with this shop

Food was late, delivery driver was reluctant to deliver it over the phone. All items were missing some sauce which we always get. Usually a really nice meal for us, this time it wasn't.

Stole my money and didn’t give me my food

Normally very happy with the food and service here but today was a disappointment. I called to request a plain burger and the man on the phone was abrupt, the fish burger has changed patty and is now way lower quality than it used to be and the delivery was late so the food was delivered an hour and a half after the order was placed. I'm not sure what has happened since I last ordered because the service and quality used to be a lot better.

Do not even think about using this shop. Called when they were late, and they swore blind that the delivery guy had left 5 mins before with another 5 mins before reaching the door. Waited another 20 minutes, and still nothing. We called again, and this time I was told that my address, 10 mins on Google maps, was too far and I was inconsiderate. Then they put the phone down. Called back and they said the delivery guy will be there in 2 mins but I should never use their shop again. I haven't even complained by that point, just wanted to know the delivery for my daughter on her birthday.... I was told to get a refund from justeat...so I did... Never try these guys. Over an hour and when the delivery guy finally came along, it was a soggy tasteless pizza. You're warned.

Ordered a thin crust pizza and confirmed twice that we wanted thin crust but unfortunately the pizza arrived and it was deep pan. Toppings were nice but the thick base ruined the pizza for us.

Ordered for 1.05 p.m. as it was a natural break in the event I was runnirng with 21 people. When it was 10 mins late, I called Manor Pizza who said a driver had lost his keys and was just leaving the restaurant now. Not happy, 16 were hungry kids.

I tried to call the restaurant 5 times. Didn't get any options on making the half pound burger a meal and it consequently came with nothing additional so it should have been the same price as the burger on its own. Pizza was delicious as expected as was burger but where are the burger options (salad/sauce/etc)?

Last time they forgot coleslaw and had to resend. This time they charged me £2 for green chillis didn't add them and the pizza was cold. Didn't bother calling them this time because even if they redid it, the boxing was about to start and I had friends round so no point. Been a regular here for ages but I think not anymore.

There were a couple of items missing. Phoned and they apologised and delivered within 10 mins. Still hot. No problem, mistakes happen. Dealt with fine, ordered from other establishments in the manor before and told I had to collect them....never ordered from them again! Manor Pizza do great pizzas and sides, would defo recommend them...fries and chicken wings are tasty.
