the food was very very good, the staff also very kind, highly recommend this place to anyone that comes uxbridge !!

I’m a big fan of the food and called to order at 22:20 for collection as they close at 23:00. No one picked up, so jumped in the car went in only to be told they are closed. This is 22:40! So this business doesn’t answer calls or open to the advertised time. I get staff wanting to leave on time but I was trying to reach them 40 minutes before they closed. Businesses in the current economy are struggling, yet this place is turning away paying customers. So essentially rubbish customer service with the guy essentially dismissing me with a wave when I simply tried explaining I had called earlier, rude with a rubbish work ethic.

Asked for Peri salted chips, for each meal and all of them were plain

Beef wrap was lovely, they served a huge portion of chips which was enough to fill my belly, nice music too, place was clean

Ordered delivery a couple of times on Just Eat. Had 1/2 chicken and chips meal. Chicken was very good. Succulent and tasty. Price is reasonable too.

Got Order Completely Wrong. Gave Wrong Chips. Never Added Peri Salt To Either Chips. Never Added Requested Items In Wrap. Paid Extra For Extras & Got None Of Them.

She just kept on saying she was outside then drove up and down the road for 15 minutes. Went on to blame my address!!! Food lovely usually but horrid cold

Great welcome friendly staff. Very clean seating area and open kitchen. Flame grilled chicken wrap and spirits spirit chips hit the spot . Chicken well cooked a nd moist. Will visit again. Thx to all the crew.

Absolutely stunning and healthy! Such a nice experience with the staff being so friendly and professional, the portion sizes are really good, the food is fresh and my favourite is the wings and sweet potato fries with mayo! Definitely recommend yummy

£3.50 for a portion of chips smaller than McD’s is absolutely scandalous. Poor quality chicken that was delicious but ultra chewy and difficult to pull apart. Very poor effort from a Rooster’s

Rooster Peri Peri are always reliable, flavour, heat and timing and people can customise their food abit too. Brilliant

Nice food but often the food sometimes isn't warm and feels like room temperature. Service is great and the restaurant itself looks good. There is plenty of space inside for many customers at a time a sink near the washroom for easy access to washing your hands. Food is pretty expensive when compared to other fast food restaurants but still tastes good.

Took too long for two burgers. Doesn’t feel like fast food. It felt like everybody was being served before us and no recognition for the 25 minute wait for a burger.

Roosters piri piri 1 nandos 0 Friendly service Deliciously food- the chicken was grilled to perfection. Nicely seasoned and tender inside You have to get the piri piri salt! Would definitely come back next time 🙏

Again for 3 weeks in a row the food was dry. This only happens on the weekends.

My family are regular customers here however we were very dissatisfied with this experience, nearly 40mins for our order to finish only for some of our chicken to be slightly raw, with some of the meat inside having blood from not being cooked properly

Chicken wrap and sweet potato fries were spot on! Been to the one in hayes a couple of times and wrap and fries have always been just warm or cold,thought that was how they come from getting delivered from Uber eats,but just the restaurant in hayes won’t go there again!uxbridge roosters great job keep it up!

every time I order at 10:30 the staff never deliver the food. they start cleaning early and turn off the grills. everytime I order after 10:30, my food does not come. I am only being refunded for the food and not the delivery or service charge. I will be going to the restaurant tomorrow!

I absolutely enjoyed this chicken shop! First of all, I can’t explain how lovely the shop is set up! I honestly didn’t even think it was a chicken shop, it is so clean and has a great set up. When I ordered my food, the staff and manager were all so friendly and provided excellent customer service. They asked me how hot I would like the seasoning of my meal- I ordered some buffalo wings, an oreo milkshake, some chicken strips and some piri pie chips. 10/10! The food is just unbeatable, worked delightfully on my tastebuds and I can honestly the say this is the best chicken shop I have ever set foot in. I 100% recommend!

I order from here literally once a week. Always add on the order notes to put peri peri on the sweet potato on fries. Also rung to make sure they did as it’s not an option to add for the sweet potato fries. And continuously even after calling and adding it to the order notes, I receive my fries with no peri peri. Happens a lot. Not the best service.

The chicken was excellent,however for such a big meal I was extremely disappointed with the quantity of fries, 1 tiny portion to share between 3 people 😡

During a delivery driver strike and little to no customers in the store. After being told a 20 minute wait for the food it came after 40 minutes? 0 interest in customer service. Would recommend food is great and its very comfortable restaurant.

Driver took 20 mins to get here went the complete wrong way, the food was cold very bad worst I’ve had from just eat.

The buffalo wings flavour was nice, not too keen on the Mexican flavour. Overall it was good.
