Roosters Piri Piri in Hillingdon

Was on time but the packaging was leaking and food was cold. Unlike the previous time at least I received the order this time. Be careful of this establishment as sometimes they take the money and don't deliver.

I am very disappointed with this food delivery service. My order was marked as delivered on the app, but I never received it. I tried contacting the delivery driver and customer support, but got no helpful response. This is unacceptable as I paid for food that never arrived. I expect a full refund immediately. This experience has caused me inconvenience and frustration, and I will think twice before ordering again. Delivery services must ensure orders are actually delivered before marking them.

I'm very fussy when it comes to food... I can honestly say my chicken burger (with changes no salad etc) and the lemon and herb strips, we're the best chicken I have ever tasted!! 😋 All delivered promptly and all came nice and hot and cooked to perfection. 5 stars 🌟 If your hungry around harefield. This is a must! 🙌 👏

Had bbq half chicken and coleslaw and I have to say chicken was lovely but the coleslaw is to die for!! Best I’ve ever had. I need the recipe!!

very expensive for what it is I ordered the lamb burger which was very dry and barely any sauce and it was spicy which wasn't mentioned I don't mind that it was spicy but I didn't want that. the fries were good but there wasn't much seasoning on them but the seasoning that was there was very nice.

Chips cold as anything, burger cold, delivery driver spent 10 mins trying to listen to me direct him i live on the other side of where he was stood, & I only get 2.36 back ?! What type of refund is that ! Not roosters fault, just the drivers !

I’m a big fan of the food and called to order at 22:20 for collection as they close at 23:00. No one picked up, so jumped in the car went in only to be told they are closed. This is 22:40! So this business doesn’t answer calls or open to the advertised time. I get staff wanting to leave on time but I was trying to reach them 40 minutes before they closed. Businesses in the current economy are struggling, yet this place is turning away paying customers. So essentially rubbish customer service with the guy essentially dismissing me with a wave when I simply tried explaining I had called earlier, rude with a rubbish work ethic.

Asked for Peri salted chips, for each meal and all of them were plain

Ordered delivery a couple of times on Just Eat. Had 1/2 chicken and chips meal. Chicken was very good. Succulent and tasty. Price is reasonable too.

Got Order Completely Wrong. Gave Wrong Chips. Never Added Peri Salt To Either Chips. Never Added Requested Items In Wrap. Paid Extra For Extras & Got None Of Them.

Absolutely stunning and healthy! Such a nice experience with the staff being so friendly and professional, the portion sizes are really good, the food is fresh and my favourite is the wings and sweet potato fries with mayo! Definitely recommend yummy

Nice food but often the food sometimes isn't warm and feels like room temperature. Service is great and the restaurant itself looks good. There is plenty of space inside for many customers at a time a sink near the washroom for easy access to washing your hands. Food is pretty expensive when compared to other fast food restaurants but still tastes good.

Again for 3 weeks in a row the food was dry. This only happens on the weekends.

My family are regular customers here however we were very dissatisfied with this experience, nearly 40mins for our order to finish only for some of our chicken to be slightly raw, with some of the meat inside having blood from not being cooked properly

Been to the one in hayes a couple of times and wrap and fries have always been just warm or cold,thought that was how they come from getting delivered from Uber eats,but just the restaurant in hayes won’t go there again!uxbridge roosters great job keep it up!
