Fresh food really love the fish and chips friendly staff lots of parking in the tesco free car park

Very good chips just how i like them! I usually go to one on Lady M but tyeir quality changed so i started looking for somewhere that does better chips! This is deffo it after trying lots of locals! Not so keen on the sausage in batter, doesn't taste like pork but wasn't specified what meat it is. Chips still perfect though so i'll be back!

Waited about 25 minutes for a large meat and chips no exaggeration. Was told about 5 minutes. In my opinion I feel it took way too long

Friendly guys only downside is they don't accept debit cards which usually means they don't pay the right tax which is just not acceptable

Food was good and cooked fresh. I did have to wait quite a while for my order which people who came in behind me was served.

As usual I enjoyed my fish & chip lunch. Cooked to perfection and delivered on time by Deliveroo. Jolly’s is the best fish & chip shop in town. The owner is a lovely person and I highly recommend you use this establishment. Chicken is good to and they also serve those lovely Puka pies. Thank you Jolly’s.

An amazing fish and chips shop with top tier workers. Their service was very professional and they were able to cater for a group of 10+ people with no qualms. **problem with staff** This punjabi staff doesnt know to give respect n they r so filthy they deliberately do dis n food was so oilyy n they took 30 min to prepare my order and once they were fighting with uber riders and abusing himm...worsttt restaurant do not visit again

Lovely staff, but have become very slow at taking orders and serving since starting the delivery service online and over the phone. The prices have gone up very quickly over a short period of time, so for example, a chip cone used to be £1.40 a few months ago and is now £2.20. No prices listed on the main price board for anything anymore. This shop also only takes cash payment, no card. Always great food though and always very clean inside the shop.

Very poor service, you could be first ordering but later waiting 20 mins until they say salt n vinegar on your chips after so many people have left. If the owners know a local then they get first priority. The other problem Is Uber eats, they come first so owners never let you know how long your order going to take. AVOID THIS PLACE

We can customize and request for anything we need and they are friendly to respond We bought doner kabab and chips Very tasty and delicious I went again to taste in a different way based on my customized way It was even tastier I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try out something new. The taste of chicken was very nice and we loved it.

Very welcoming and friendly, helped in every way they could. Even gave me some samples to try as it was my first time going there which was very well received. They kindly gave my 2 year old daughter a lolly pop and cooked my partner and I an amazing gluten free fish and chips (my partners coeliac). From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out they were very accommodating and friendly, they even gave me more potato wedges (theyre like roast potatoes but soooo damn good and flavourful). This is 100% my new local chippy without a doubt, they don't close at stupid times halfway through the day, they're friendly, welcoming, the food is amazing! And they truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Below is a pic of the sample they gave me, the potatoes were phenomenal in every way possible and the chicken easily beat KFC, it tasted cleaner, fresher and tender!

Ordered for a family of 4 and could not fault the shop at all. Food was 10/10. Wait time was reasonable for the amount we ordered. Batter on the fish was light and airy and so flavoursome. Chips were soft and fluffy with plenty of crispy ones at the bottom of the bag too (my favourite). Staff were polite and friendly and even allowed me to try some of the chicken tikka kebab meat at the back. I couldn’t resist commenting on how delicious it looked and was then offered some to try and I must say I will definitely be going back to order a full one when we next get a take out! We also had mushy peas and curry sauce which again was delicious. 10/10. All the family enjoyed it and said it was the best they have had in a long time!

two pieces of VERY DRY fish couldn’t eat it chips were fab tho so had chip butties instead . Very disappointed as usually they are excellent.

It is ok do not go there often only with friend to take home.Right next to Tesco Yeading Hayes.Had a cornish pasty and chips takeaway there last visit which pasty was like concrete seemed to me was day befores heated up.Never been back since and never will.

We've been buying from Jolly's for 8 years and always found their chips really good and very well priced. Over the last week, we bought their small chips (as we always do) twice and firstly, the price has gone up quite a bit which I was ok to pay since the portions used to be worth it but now, not only has the price increased but both times I got half of my previous portions. When I spoke to the guy behind the counter he became quite disgruntled and just added another scoop in there with an attitude. Sadly, I think it's now time to find another local chip shop for our family.

Do not use. When my first order came it was cold and wrong. When my 2ns order came it was missing stuff. When you call the shop they are ride and don't care. This used to be a nice shop buy now they've lost a customer.

Be careful they fry beef products in the same oil as chips and fish.

Went there in the evening. Very busy place. Customer service was good, but had to wait a while for my fish and chips. When I got home, the fish was stuck to the paper. It was breaking as I tried to take it out of wrapper. Maybe next time think I will ask for it to be put in a box.

Was expecting better, from reading other reviews. This was a just eat delivery.... Everything was easy to order, but found the chips abit mushy, burgers were a little bland and chicken, I was told, over cooked, maybe it was a busy night, will try again some other time, sorry guys... Tonight maybe wasn't your night!

The food is really good although wait times can be high sometimes. But I guess that is testament to the quality of the food. As you can see from the photo the Donner burger is really tasty, so tasty I finished it before I could take this picture.

Got a large cod 2 donner kebabs and chips. I was told the fish will take 6 minutes. Waited for 25 minutes!! When we got home my wife told me that the cod disappeared, all she had was batter, maybe 10% fish, the kebabs were under cooked and chips were stale. It WAS once a good chippy. The staff were rude when I queried the 6 minutes. Cash only. Had to walk to a cash machine!! What a waste of £20.60p! All down hill now. Never again will we visit this chippy. Big big mistake. Pebbles in Ruislip or Paul’s in South Ruislip.👎👎👎😡

Very very good, the best in the fish and chips you could ever get.

Very nice staff, but food was very dry, food wasn't heat hot. The kebab we ordered was very dry we asked for salad and did not get with it. The fish and chips were not great. Don't think i will back for seconds here. Food not up 2 scratch had heard so much about this place, but what a let down.
