Poor customer service. One of the orders were wrong so we went back and spoke to someone who was nicer than the previous person. Order was corrected, so we added a hot chocolate before leaving. After driving off, my sis took a sip and almost puked. Opened the cup only to find milky water. A whole cup of milk with no hot chocolate to be found. She swished her finger around just to confirm, looked like it had been diluted with water at the bottom and covered with milk froth at the top. Imagine that.

Ordered via just eat and food never arrived! Just eat are refusing to refund me. This is a disgrace, I tried to call when it had been an hour that the driver had apparently been at the restaurant but of course no one answers the phone. I am now out of pocket because of this place

2 hours after ordering I have had no delivery. Driver apparently at the restaurant for an hour and a half. No one answers the phone. Now they have the audacity to mark the order as delivered!!

I ordered 2 whopper meal, plant base and regular beef whopper plus additional chicken royale but when they served the order they give me the wrong one. They said I ordered vegetarian chicken royale and they don’t want to replace it…bad experience and poor customer service. The way they took my order is they rushing…avoid this Yeading Burger King branch….

I ordered through just eat and for the 2nd time in 3wks items were missing I went to the restaurant the manager Micheal was dismissive and unhelpful and kept saying to go through just eat and wouldn't even entertain me or look at the recipt to c who packed it I will never eat or order form this restaurant again I left and a lady stopped me outside a saying she had the same problem woth the unhelpful manager Micheal

I grew up in this area, even before this Burger King was built. Ever since it opened, there have been constant issues. The drive-thru is a joke! I don’t want to criticize the lady who took my order because she was very polite and urged the staff to hurry up with my order since I had been waiting a long time. However, there’s always a problem at this Burger King. The card machine often doesn’t work, they can’t accept codes from their own app, or the electricity is out, preventing card payments. Additionally, the fizzy drinks are always flat, so don’t bother ordering them. While the Whoppers taste bland, the fries have actually improved.

My man Mike's customer service is off the charts. Gave me the best chicken royale ever!!!!

This place used to be terrible but thankfully has new management and omg 1000%. Better, staff helpful and polite management willing to help and is a friendly guy Would recommend now. But wouldn’t if in the past.

No free tap water, even when spending money. We sell water so can't lose a sale but dont mind losing returning business.

They cant understand English, have no clue about service or urgency of food both in restaurant and on delivery apps. This is what you get when people from abroad work in places in the UK, Cheap Labour means poor service, no ones cares and I will never eat a BK again for as long as I live.

All the servers were talking to each other. Then manager came and joined in the chat. The electronic board displayed that my order was ready. When I went to pick it, one of the girls said they have just started to prepare it. Obviously no one was interested in serving customer. No management and no discipline. How you can survive with this attitude god only knows. The food is not up to normal standards either. I do not recommend going to this place.
