Missed an item in my order. I don’t understand why on earth do we as customers need to go through the hassle of contacting them, report a missing item, at the end get nothing but a “refund”, reorder the item, pay the service fee and delivery fee AGAIN, just because they don’t know how to do their JOB. I mean what the hell I am getting with your refund? Empty stomach? We as customers should also charge you “waiting fee” for of this wastage of time and energy.

The atmosphere is amazing, there was one worker named kabir he helped me on the kiosk and he is quite cheery with his laugh and made me feel at home, he advised me to the allergen board with no hesitation. The food was 10/10 would recommend

Food was a 10/10 everything was made fresh to order and portion sizes were beautiful. A lovely young man at the counter, if I recall correctly called Kabir guided me through what to get to suit my dietary restrictions and that would still suit my taste. Overall the environment, staff and food were exceptional and I would definitely visit again :)

Just went in for a quick snack and was served by the best person on drive thru (pushti) she’s the clearest person weve come across so far.

snail 🐌 pace drive thru, every time I visit, rude and unhelpful staff, girl insisted that I pay for my Chicken 🐔 Royale via debit/credit card 💳 and that they will not accept cash 💷. Just shut this place permanently, so that I'm not tempted to take up the offers shared in the 🍔 👑 app or by email, maybe I should just uninstall the app altogether as it's definitely not fast food 😠

Had a great experience. The burger was delicious—juicy and full of flavor. Service was impressively quick, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean and well-kept, which made the visit even better. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re craving a solid burger.

My service was horrendous firstly a worker slapped me and told me that my outfit looked like something she would see in a horror movie secondly the food was bland no taste (no I don’t have Covid) No smell It was just horrible The atmosphere was so bad everyone was depressed and there was some guy getting arrested outside because he had a gun

Terrible as usual no tea as advertised Still no milk shake The chips as I asked first are they hot shexsaid yes they were actually cold what more can I say really gone down hill it's not what we use to know sadly won't be going again

Just going through the drive through at Burger King, Yeading. The young lady (Pushti) on the speaker spoke extremely clear (we were very impressed!) & was very pleasant & patient taking our order. Once we arrived at the window, Pushti couldn’t be more kind, polite & helpful! We left feeling valued! Thank you Pashti! ☺️

Viewing from the delivery tracker went from Yeading, past Northolt to Greenford. Driver had at least 5 deliveries prior to mine, all of which happened after he passed my turn-off. He ended up all the way in Greenford Broadway, where I can only assume he picked more deliveries from other food outlets, before returning back to deliver my food. resulting in my food being cold.

The dining area is so tidy and the food made it the complete experience. Hernan especially was a very nice worker and Mike is a great manager.

luke warm by the time it got here, but it's a trip, so no worries. the downer was the portion size. the burger was fine, but there must be a world shortage of fries. Tiny portion. the box it came in wasn't even half full.

Food was made before the delivery driver arrived , so my food was COLD.

I visited the Burger King at yeading and I ordered a Whopper meal, and it was fantastic! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and hot. The staff was very friendly and took my order quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Fancied a late night dinner after an event and opted for Burger King. This is a local one close by so used the drive thru as it was after 22:00pm. Very fast service and the food was a good temperature. Although I have noticed they tend to be very stingy on the fries and by not filling up the bag but overall enjoyed my meal.

It was my first visit at this burger king. First of all the counter attendant was totally free and felt relax. Because it was not rush in time. I made my order my self using the order machine. Between 5 mins I got it from counter the service lady named from Sh. ... Looks Asian. She give me the empty disposable cup with my order for take the drink by machine. I took that and tried to use that machine but not was able to get. On this I asked her for help and she spoke something in her language and made the strange face impression on it. This type of help I got from them on my first visit. The young fair guy also spoke loudly on it Never will recommend and not go there again.

The girl refused to take my order, said I have to use the kiosk. I can't because of my dyslexic condition. 2nd time this has happened at this branch. The counter is working fine. These new staff are simply lazy. I am furious, so getting someone to write this on my behalf. The senior franchise management need to do something.

I was missing multiple things from my order it got to me on time but was cold and some bits were burnt

Well I usually get my Whopper from this restaurant as I am a big fan and live locally. To my surprise the Whopper I had yesterday was not as good as usual. It was soggy and lacked that recognisable flame-grilled taste.Even the way it looked was different (grey-ish instead of blackened) . I asked for a new one that I got without too much problem. But it was exactly the same 😞 . Very disappointing. I don’t know what they’ve changed in the way they cook it ( am pretty sure they shortened the grilling time as the new Whopper was ready in 20secs!) but they got to do better or I definitely not coming back

Yeading, I went to BnM for some bedding didn’t know I would find a place to have my wedding. I went to Burger King it was unreal I say. What an absolute shining light for the area. Served by Mike and what a guy aside from his dashing good looks and insatiable charm he gave me loads of food and a date to have my wedding there. Would scran an again.
