Been to this Burger King a few times now and it’s always a solid experience. The staff are friendly, especially Dean, and the food’s always fresh. Service is quick and the place is kept clean. Definitely a good spot if you’re in the mood for a burger

A sleeping giant now. No longer a go to for veggies. The spicy bean burger is no more and the replacement a pale imitation. The King fries have long gone as well. The onion rings were plasticy. Such a disappointment all round. Saving grace was that the staff were excellent.

It has been a while since I have had Burger King. It was amazing! The service was quick and sufficient. I just want to thank the manager Michael for asking if we're happy with the food. He has the best customer service in the establishment. If you go to this Burger king anytime soon, Michael has got your back!

This place can't make it to reproduce the order did you ask for. At this point, after months and months trying to order loaded fries cheese and bacon and not being able to never receive it for what it was, I'll tell you to not waste your money trying order in delivery. They don't read the delivery order, they just throw whatever is there and they send it to you. I have the doubt they hire staff which is not able to read or write, or it's unexplainable why they can't manage to send something right. And on a order about 22£ I'll be gifting 2 items of 3 right to the foxes. They don't refund you for real eather. Don't bother. Call Mcdonald, they can read there.

delivery driver wasn't able to follow the instructions, to delivery at the property, I have to chase him to get my order.

Order placed, never delivered, Restaurant won't answer the phone. How do i get my money back?

Will be a returning customer!! Popped in the drive thru yesterday evening around 2130 hours, it was busy inside the store so thought I would just get a quick drive thru meal… Had the new Smoky Chimichurri Angus burger and without question this is the best, repeat the best burger I have had in a long time!! Outstanding, really worth a try!! Not as big as the double whopper, but in terms of taste by far this burger is out forming anything out there. Flavours are mouth watering!! Also had that chicken royale, which was a distant second but a safe second choice if I didn’t like the Smoky Chimichurri Angus burger!! How wrong was I!! Highly recommend, service was the usual burger king - here you go type service!! But who cares about service and atmosphere, when you got a Smoky Chimichurri Angus burger waiting to be devoured… trust me get, two cos one isn’t enough!! Should be part of the regular menu!!! Well done Burger King now just lower your prices punks!!!

Yeading, what can I say to be honest I don’t like fast food. However this restaurant under new management has to be the most spiffing new fangled fast food joint going. A great to place to eat I must say the manager Mike took care of me better than my own family, offered me extra cheese and bacon. The royale was dive and the chips sublime I shall be visiting in future

THE MOST STUPIDEST BURGER KING EVER! I ALMOST COME HERE EVERY MONTH. AND FOR SOME REASON ALL THERE STAFF ARE INDIAN. NOW. WHILE A LONG TIME AGO THEY WERE MORE TYPES OF PEOPLE AND 2ND OF ALL. THEY USED TO ADD ORDER IN AREA. NOW WE HAVE TO ORDER FROM A SCREEN NOW! I HATE THIS BURGER KING!! AND THERE SERVICE IS DAMN TERRIBLE! I WOULD RATHER EAT AT MCDONALD'S THEN THIS ONE. OTHER BURGER KINGS ARE MUCH BETTER BUT THIS IS STUPID AND HORRIBLE. THE FIRST TIME I CAME HERE IN 2014 IT WAS THE BEST THAT I CAME EVERYDAY NOW ITS STUPID.

Poor customer service. One of the orders were wrong so we went back and spoke to someone who was nicer than the previous person. Order was corrected, so we added a hot chocolate before leaving. After driving off, my sis took a sip and almost puked. Opened the cup only to find milky water. A whole cup of milk with no hot chocolate to be found. She swished her finger around just to confirm, looked like it had been diluted with water at the bottom and covered with milk froth at the top. Imagine that.

Ordered via just eat and food never arrived! Just eat are refusing to refund me. This is a disgrace, I tried to call when it had been an hour that the driver had apparently been at the restaurant but of course no one answers the phone. I am now out of pocket because of this place

I ordered 2 whopper meal, plant base and regular beef whopper plus additional chicken royale but when they served the order they give me the wrong one. They said I ordered vegetarian chicken royale and they don’t want to replace it…bad experience and poor customer service. The way they took my order is they rushing…avoid this Yeading Burger King branch….
