Mcdonald's Restaurant in Barking and Dagenham

I ordered some chicken nuggets at the self-ordering kiosk, waited about 25 minutes, and when my food finally arrived, they had forgotten to include the sauces I ordered. The food was flavorless. I wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have to suffer with this being my closest mcdonald’s. I do order from this one quite frequently however i don’t think i can anymore. Every time i order from here the chips are cold and are not even cooked properly. Regardless of whether you eat in, drive thru or get your food delivered i guarantee it will be luke warm at best. Even after refurbishment, there has sadly been no improvement.

Do not ever visit this McDonald's. Almost every McDonald's especially in Romford has a very bad name and it's a place to avoid. You have people that stand outside smoking by the door, keep their car engines running - McDonald's have no care whatsoever for the environment. The car park is really the worst, with very little space or if not none at all, you can find yourself stuck in a traffic jam before you are even on a major road. This place should be shut down by an environmental agency. McDonald's head office and the management don't care. They have no principles or standards and allow people to smoke right by the entrance doors, and your meal is completely ruined. Don't even order from them by Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber as all their delivery drivers smoke whilst touching your order and it's absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a mcplant meal for myself and a happy meal for my daughter via Uber Eats. When I got it delivered the mcplant burger was missing. The main part of the meal and the main part of what McDonald’s serve are burgers. I was starving. Beware when ordering from this store

Stupidly ordered from here knowing it was dubious….. And they ‘forgot’ 3 items…..3…….1 I could understand…..but not 3….there’s also no way of them claiming the stuff (or the money) useless tinpot etc etc

Ii ordered my food and while I was waiting witnessed a member of staff approach the manager regarding an issue to be told “whatever” and dismissed in front of house which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch When I received my order I said to the server that certain peoples attitude are terrible and took my food and made for the exit, just as I was about to exit, the manager then yelled out to me “better you don’t come back then” I returned to the store and pointed out to her that she was very unprofessional and rude and she continued to abuse me verbally in front of the other customers. This is not the service I expect from an established business and would expect all members of staff to be treated properly and that they are taught to treat customers in exactly the same way they would like to be treated’ Very annoyed and to make it worse my food was cold..

They forgot one of our burgers and we only noticed when we got home 😳 gutted. It was such a disappointment so we just had to share the meals around

It is not often I have to write such a poor review for a McD's. The service was slow and the person who took my order was so disinterested it was hard to believe. The coffee was the usual fare but the chilli wrap was almost cold. The tables were sticky with lots of bits on the floor. Probably the worst I have been in.

Food was disgusting and cold, we pay vat for hot food but mine was cold, asked for a banana milkshake I got strawberry. Never again.

Och well... I am a regular customer in this place, every single time as I coming to make an order the place a so dirty bins are full exceptable. Dirtiest toilet I have ever seen always in this place. I don't have any other option otherwise I will never go back again... There is lots of staff on the shifts making a jokes no one bothered to look after the shop, very poor management......

Managed to mess up all 4 people’s orders. The cherry on the cake was the fact they actually produces our orders twice 😂

Definitely not the fastest mcdonalds, I felt that the service could have been faster, and the lady taking my order could count and short changed me twice

Ordered McDonald's to have at home using my card, only for them too tell me they couldn't take a payment from it, so at that point, even though there was nothing wrong with my card, my daughter used Hers, low and behold, two orders show up, McDonald's are saying its our fault, I want one of us to get our £24.00 back, through what was there fault.

We ordered breakfast through uber eats, it took almost half an hour for a small order to be processed, the fastest part was the delivery, thank you uber , in the time it too to process the order McDonald’s changed the hot chocolate we ordered and we got a coffee and a tea , both not ordered... slick job checking that order!

We were driving through to Ipswich and stopped at the drive through for breakfast. We had nothing fancy , sausage and egg mcmuffin meals, and the new breakfast flatbread (it was yummy). My big gripe is the service is so slow, not what you expect with a mcdonalds drive through.

We ordered £30 worth of food waited a long time, asked for some sauces so slow. We asked is everything there , the waitress said yes so we checked our receipt it had our full order on it. But when we got home some food we had paid for was missing. My son drove back feeling annoyed but they were quick to sort it

Hard to know where to start... I guess the plus sides are there are plenty of electronic 'help yourself' style tills with mixed results, table service which is good to some degree, was actually very clean for a McDonalds including the toilets, some staff where very pleasant although not very logical. I think that is the issue with this McDonalds is there is just nothing that is amazing, everything and I mean everything is very bland and forgettable, with a dash of annoying thrown in for good measure.So to start I ordered my meal and couldn't find the option to claim my free coffee (buy 6 coffees and get the 7th one free) so I left it and ordered it to the table which was a nice touch, it even let me add my order the same table number as my friend that I went with, each table doesn't have a number however you take a table number when you leave the till and type in to the machine.My meal arrived, with no straw, no serviettes or any sauce... to which when I asked how to get any sauce she said it was right by the tills. Turned out the cause for Ketchup and BBQ only is hidden behind the huge takeaway queue with you have to fight through to get the serviettes, straw and sauce. As I got back my friends meal turned up delivered by a different colleague who had decided to bring him serviettes, a straw and ketchup so I don't understand wether I am suppose to collect myself or they are suppose to put it on the tray for you... either way I asked about how I claim by free coffee with my voucher and she said I 'd have to queue up. What I don't understand is why have 'self service' tills if you then have to queue up to get served? It seems that the machine cannot process the free drinks, only sell them.The normal queue as mentioned on another review is like Argos, you have to order on the only 1 till they have for 'human' ordering (and I use that term loosely), then collect from the other side, which is what I did for my drink, I then had to wait 10 minutes as my drink was in the same queue s the person in front of me who had ordered 3 meals... surely drinks could be fast tracked, anyway this free drink couldn't be ordered to the table it had to be collected. so, once I received my drink and got back to the table my friend had finished his meal and mine was practically cold at this point. Its then I realised that the 'to table' service is almost completely useless...As I was waiting for my drink I could see at least 8 colleagues huddled round the food waiting while at least 20 customers just looked on in amazement, there was no obvious management or anyone trying to speed up the queue or making drinks or getting the fries ready, it was basically a free for all. If you live within a mile and a half from this macdonalds , don't waste your time they don't deliver despite showing it on the website.... plus receiving ads through the letter box saying they do... macfailure...

Although not regular users of Macdonalds, we find it supplies acceptable food. Somewhat out of the way for people walking.

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces, principalmente, a través de coche y siempre pierda su orden cosas que has pagado. Si me preguntan, es su manera de hacer un beneficio más grande, pero cada vez que he tenido que volver y quejarse y todavía no han conseguido mejorar. Every time we have been they have no milkshakes. I complained to McDonald's, no reply. The car parking is shocking, absolutely shocking. We normally travel to Harold Hill to avoid this place as the Grandchildren like McDonald's.

Only go here if you have plenty of time!! Staff really really painfully slow although quiet inside took ten minutes to take order! Poor layout of car park means that when drive through busy you are blocked in car park space

Fillet of fish always cold, never fresh and the fish is so thinly sliced it can barely be tasted between the bun.. discracefull.

Habiendo dicho que estaba limpia y ordenada, ya que la mayoría de macs están ocupados y la comida sigue siendo bastante bueno. sabe Lo único que puedo decir es que son muy caros en Macdonalds algunos productos y tienen precios de nuevo caminé allí este mes y en el tope con navidad supongo que quieren hacer una matanza durante una temporada muy ocupada. Quizás Dominos, ya que son mejor precio con ofertas mejores.

Good quality customer service, and easy fast food. Restaurant is very clean and tidy, and toilets were exceptionally clean too.

Following refurbishment of this branch it now resembles a nasty version of Argos. The feel is very much; place order (preferably using a screen) pay for order, move to next counter, queue for order, go away. Although clean this place has all the ambience of an STD clinic. In a near empty branch it still took over four minutes to serve two (burnt tasting) coffees and two bottles of orange juice. Coupled with a music system that cuts in and out it's fair to say this "upgrade" is more of a downgrade.

This McDonald's was clean and tidy.Staff were more helpful than in many other McDonald's. The food was hot and very good.

Friendly service - Nice and fresh and hot. My gorgeous granddaughter works here on occasion and does a grand job as her fellow workers do too. . The manager is obviously doing the job right as all the staff speak very highly of the management.

bland bland bland.....would never step in one of these places again,same menu all over the world an absolute waste of time...
