Every time we have ordered from here it's been incorrect. Missing items again! Do your job properly.

The orange drink taste like water. The app told me that there were no Big Mc. I am having trouble with the app.

A reasonable size restaurant with place for kids parties buy is always quite busy. Staff is polite and well trained. Overall a tidy and a very good store.

Very well kept, clean and tidy. Food was fresh and hot, only complaint is the atmosphere is very sterile now.

Will always get your order wrong or miss items

So I'm not really experienced with tech. I had vouchers to use up which I've taken off food I've purchased. Half went through, half showed already redeemed after I got messed about on self service. Slim manager with brown hair and beard refused to give his name or assist even though he said its already been redeamed whilst giving half my order to me which he also said was redeamed. Waffled and said he can't help with the other items. I haven't even used them before. Customer service was lacking. If I had used them before why would I have them to hand in. Won't be using this venue again. Have preciously messed my orders up which I never complained about but now it sadly seems like just a trap to get customers without care.

The car park and Drive Thru layout is a bit confusing, particularly at night. Last time I was there, 2 cars in the Drive Thru queue had collided, and the drivers were holding up the rest of the customers ! More lights in the car park might help

Yet again my order was wrong but only have half an hour lunch break but 4 am in the morning so will be going back tonight to moan

Worst McDonald ever!!! I had to wait 30 minutes For a cheese burger and a mayo chicken and my kids were crying because they were hungry and I had to go three times to ask about the food. Very unprofessional and unorganised

Joke of a McDonald's, staff couldn't give a f... about the work and leave u sitting there for ages while they talk to eachover. Food is always revolting and cold by the time it gets to you. Never fill up things outside of the counter because they can't be bothered. Nothing new though this McDonald's is known for being terrible , just a shame they never actually try to make it better.

McDonald's wad good and it was clean

on delivery they are great ,my daughter has allergies ,and they read what I've ordered and deliver it .on take away they usually get it wrong and I have to go in and get it corrected.no bun means no bun .also no cheese doesn't mean 1 cheese instead of 2 .

Slow service. Warm nuggets. Not impressed.

The food isn't up to scratch, big Mac wasn't hot enough also couldn't add extra sauce as an option also the chicken nuggets are very bland no flavour a disappointment! If I'm getting fat off this food I want it to be delicious lol.

Didn't like the burgers much, and the chips, they just not what they used to be. But that's something I noticed in other macdonalds, unfortunately.

Would someone please explain why my partner was refused access to the disabled toilet by a worker named Kerry? After explaining to her that not all disabilities are visible and asking for her name, was he then free to go. Someone should tell Kerry to stop stereotyping disabled people as just people in wheelchairs.

Incompetent staff can't get simple orders correct. Wouldn't mind if it was and occasional mistake but lately it's constant

Ordered and waited nearly an hour and 40 minutes baring in mind we live about a ten minute walk from it,delivery driver changed 4 times as order was still being ‘wrapped’ absolute joke no staff answering the phone either so NO customer care given…will NEVER order from here again or any other McDonald’s in the future

Order was wrong as per usual I took it back order was wrong again as expected way too much sauce for any burger let along a tiny hamburger morons not a brain cell in the place

Service was good but when I asked for hand gel as my hands were sticky the female assistant laughed at me as if I was crazy for asking. Not very polite

Food is cool, take long time. When I want to manager, the manager was coming act like owner, completely mad and stupid. I am already mail to McDonald's head office. I think this type of manager terminate from McDonald's. Manager name patel something like.

It's a standard McDonald's with a huge wait because it's not actually fast food now.

Quite surprised at all the low scores although it does seem most of them are for McDelivery and drive thru. Quite like this McDonalds, service is a little slow but that's OK. The restaurant looks clean. The lady doing the the deep clean today was very thorough. Think most of the staff are friendly especially any contact I've had with one of the male managers who seems eager to please. Food is standard McDs so no issue there. This beats the worst McDonalds in the area, Cook Road, into a cocked hat. The only gripe I have here is the parking. Take today for example. There is ALWAYS a McDelivery scooter parked on the yellow hatching of the disabled parking space and both spaces were taken up by McDelivery cars although they did move when it was indicated we wanted access. Annoying when there were plenty of "normal" parking bays.

Expensive, the pickles are thicker than the burger. Back in 1996 they used to sell hotdogs BRING THOSE BACK AND THE McRIB then ill be happy.

Its McD's at its best. Order via the app and collect for speed or sit in for a chilled out meal.

My order was 2 toffe latte and the staff give to me coffe latte. I said to him and he made another 2 coffe latte. Again wrong.😠😠😠😠.

Got our pick up order wrong and missed off 2 x Double Cheeseburgers. Tried calling and no one bothers answering the phone. Luke warm food at best, nothing tastes fresh, just tastes like its been sitting around too long. Don't bother.

Called in for 2 deserts. Large crowd had just left. The place was a complete mess, tables and floor. Orders shouted out several times loudly, ruining any atmosphere for those dinning inside. Would only advise drive through & run lol.

£4.90 for a double sausage & egg Mcmuffin with a dried out muffin! No thanks, not again.

Burger was bad, and it's self service. Felt myself in a Staple.. seriously. Why we pay that much for a saggy burger, when we have to order by ourself and wait in line?

Ordered online. Went to collect. Got home to find the plain double cheeseburger my daughter ordered was a plain single hamburger! Ended up going all the way back to the restaurant to get what I ordered. The woman I spoke to was very nonchalant but luckily I saw the manager so I explained to him that I'd had to drive all the way back to get it changed and thankfully he was a bit more caring and apologetic and offered a free mcflurry as an apology which I accepted. My burger also had no onions when I only asked for no gherkin but I didn't bother saying anything about that as it wasnt really a major issue. The reason I've still only given them a 3* review is that wrong items and missing items is a regular occurrence from the Ballards Road Dagenham McDonald's The staff need to take more care in what they're doing.

The only downside is the toilet is upstairs. Just a bit of a challenge with a 2 year old.

Yeah it's fine. It's a McDonald's. Clean and efficient. Not sure you'd ever be expecting more from the place so it gets a thumbs up from me.

Food is consistent. Service is prompt. Hard to review something that everyone will know what to expect. Didn't fall short, no complaints.

Was waiting a long time for my food.

Multiple people complaining when we got there, they had no clue what we had even ordered when we got to the window and had to read out the whole order again. Mess of organisation

The delivery is always messed up. No way to contact the place after. Always getting half filled fries, cold Burgers and often wrong drinks, missing items even though delivery isn't far. Don't know why I bother. Just an edit though, if you do go in instead of ordering to your house, the place is nice and the ladies behind the counter are always sweet and helpful. The food is given to you hot and handled with care. Theyre happy to fix any issues in person. Something is just going wrong behind there with delivery orders.

Twice in the last week I've order from here on uber eats and both times I've had meals missing. Almost everytime order from mcdonalds there is something missing. The staff need to take a bit more care when packing deliveries. It's okay getting a refund evertime from uber eats but also means people in our household with no food.

horrible experience i had with a witch who works here. I couldn’t catch her name but she was the manager. She was pregnant at the time and was just a horrible person i could hear how she spoke to the employees there and it was awful. Not only that but she had a ton of attitude when i came to get my order. I don’t know who gave bugs bunny that role as manager but it should be taken away from her! so should that poor child that will have to suffer with her for its whole life! Forehead was massive as well i feel bad for her

Everytime I go here they miss an item, and I have to go back for it. . They rarely get the order right, it, so frustrating. Not going back there anymore.

All McDonald's are cheaper and good experience with outside seating family place

Well for starters you need to keep your drivers in car or on bike out off the disability car spaces as I'm unable to park and that really gets up my nose and I've been fretted by your drivers I am boycotting that franchise

26/11/23 time 9pm-9:30 pm This branch staff behaviour was really disrespect full and lack professional ethics. I used drive through it took them 10-12 mins to send my order in parking. when reached home one burger was short. I went back and explained the girl serving me but her tone and behaviour was really disrespectful instead of admitting her mistake she questioned me, like I was trying to get a free burger even i showed her the receipt. so, I complained the manager but her behaviour was also cold and not costumer friendly.

Stopped about 02.00 Thursday 2nd November. It was a drive through so we ( wife & myself) paid and just took the package and drove of as we were in a rush. Unfortunately the food was ' luke warm ' at best !!!... It must have been standing a long time ( not fresh) . Surely staff would think " that's been there a while " ??? Surely this company has supervisors ???
