McDonald's Restaurant in Barking and Dagenham

This McDonalds is the worst as the food was messy the restaurant was dirty and the fish fingers were deformed ALSO the chips were sooo salty! More salty than salt and vinegar crisps! .and sauce were everywhere.0 STARS

I was waiting 15 min for simple sandwich

They normally keep people on long wait. The staffs are not sincere. I had lots of bad experiences at this branch. Specially for takeaway they take too much time to deliver product and staff don't communicate nicely. If you call them they will show you their back and look away. Frequently it happens that food are missing. They don't pack the food properly so most of the time it happens that food becomes cold and drinks spills because of not keeping it properly in the holder. Their delivery service is the worst of all McDs. Management should look into it ASAP with great importance. Food is good and the atmosphere is lovely.

If you use drive thru be ready to wait 30mins for one burger meal.

This is my local McDonald's and I like it. Service here is normally quick unless it's a school break. Nice play area for kids, and lots of seats with tables offered. Plenty of parking spaces. Cash and card payment options. I highly recommended you are visit this McDonald's

Ordered my meal completely wrong order was cold when arrived . This is not the first they have got it wrong . So angry spent all that money for them to get it wrong and have u cold food . Try to call them but number dont even work .

The order was over 1 hr and 45min late. There was 1 nugget missing and the drink was also missing. I will never order from just eat again.

I came here a while back to get desserts after a very enjoyable evening at another building in the same retail park. I walked up to the tills as I wanted to pay cash, but they were quick to rudely tell me to use the kiosk. Ok, I didn’t kick up a fuss, as they would still have to process my order. I ordered some milkshakes and paid for it and waited for it near the pick up point. After about 10 mins of waiting, the same person that told me to use the kiosk came and told me their milkshake machine is broken. So I asked why she couldn’t tell me that when she told me to use the kiosk… no answer. So now, she had to use the tills to take a new order and only charge me the difference (rather than refund it all and take a new order). Another 10 mins later (it wasn’t busy by the way) my order came out. It was near closing time, so the staff were more interested in going home more than anything. The McFlurry just tasted like milk with big enough smarties sprinkled over it. The sundae was very milky and the apple pie was just about warm when it should have been hot. It completely put me off McDonalds in general… that’s how bad the experience was. I don’t know if the service and food are better during the day when different staff members are working.

The delivery took 40 minutes from order time and the burgers were cold there no bacon or gherkins, the chips were cold they were hard.

My mistake and ordered from cook rd and not ballards. Always something missing from order and no point speaking to branch! Never an issue with ballards...

Drive-thru staff was very nice and fast. The only thing missing was the salt on hashbrowns.

Not going back to this branch. Very poor customer service and filthy place. I was there on Sunday 15th September with my family for my daughter’s birthday and we left very disappointed. 1- It was around 4 pm and half of the restaurant was empty but all of the empty tables were dirty with leftovers from previous customers. We had to clean it up ourselves to be able to sit at a table. 2- the food presentation was terrible it looked like they just threw all the ingredients into the burger box without any care. We asked for it to be changed and the server just rolled his eyes back. Ok … 3- they forgot to put all our extra dips: bbq sauce, burger sauce etc. so I had to go back and ask for them. And again same rude attitude from the same server. 4- and again they forgot to put the fruit bags for the kids. At that point I lost it. I noticed there was a queue of people waiting to complain about something but there was no one at the till of course. All hiding in the kitchen. 5- fries tasted like reheated and they were too salty. The starters sharing platter was cold

Why do the team inside McDonald’s never check what should be in the bag before dispatch. Every time I order from the Cook Road, Dagenham restaurant there is always something missing. Poor service and very poor quality control.

Not clean at all! Not everyone was wearing gloves. Disgusting the burger only had beef and cheese they didn’t put anything that was in the order bad service and food. Why can’t they just get the damn order correct it’s not the first time this happens

I ordered the food for my children to watch during our movie and it says its been delivered to the address. However, never even arrived. We finished the movie and it still didnt arrive, even though it states 'Delivered' on the app. Dissapointed.

They put 5 chicken selects in my mozzarella dipper share box.

The service is what made me give this score, staff brought food out to parking bay (ordered on the app) and forgot our drinks. Waited 20 minutes until I decided to go in and ask for the drinks. No one knew about the issue and after speaking to the Manager on shift still had to wait another 10 minutes to get the drinks. All the food was cold by this point.

Food was cold like it had sat there for 30 minutes before the driver picked it up, McFlurry didn’t have the sauce just crumbs-if I had wanted ice cream and crumbs I would have ordered an Oreo McFlurry which was cheaper

Driver did not ask for my code. This is the only way to ensure that the delivery has gone to the right address. I have had an order go to the wrong address before and im assuming this is the reason why. Please make sure driver's are asking for codes

Just got give a wrong coffee in drive through. Came to work, had a sip, and realised that got black coffee instead of latte!! Really bad. I wasted my money and time, and they were not even busy!! How hard can it be??

Went there with the kids before watching a film as it is all in the same area. And yes, i admit it! My order is different from the standard orders, but it is only a little different, so I get confused why it is an issue, but they actually got my order, right? The manager was on point and was really friendly, and the service was quick. The place was busy but it was very clean.

Every burger made is always everywhere, but common. Cheese is on the side of the burger and the fillet on one side. Sauce on one side. No hard to make a burger. Think they do it on purpose 😅 fish fingers where rock solid for the little ones happy meal.
