Worst place ever to order from always miss half your order want my money back nowb

Hot chocolate was brown hot water. Not remotely chocolaty... At such an early time how could it not have chocolate???

Food was cold driver didn’t move for 10 minutes then went to the wrong address and didn’t follow the instructions I had given. They were at the wrong address for 8 minutes even tho I had given them clear directions from their location

None of the Minecraft meals came how they were supposed to and all of the sauces have been forgotten

I’m disappointed time and time again ADVERTISED as Syrup pancakes but don’t seem to get any syrup on arrival I did ask for syrup and butter on delivery notes and still didn’t get any Let’s be fair I pay for it within my order

Delivery and food was fine but I didn't get my dips for my chicken nuggets so I had to eat it dry i got 2 straws instead but I didn't need straws cause it was a tropica bottle otherwise everything else was fine

Food was cold, the bag was opened when delivered to our address. There was food missing. Not blaming the driver he didn’t seem the type to eat mac Donald’s. Wasn’t happy with this. Also ordered at 9.16am food was 45 min over scheduled delivery.

There were two options: happy meal either with a toy or with a book, I chose the toy and still got a book? Why was there even a option if it was already decided for me

Delivery time was shocking tonight I understand it’s Friday but my poor driver was waiting there for ages! The driver arrived really quickly once it left and thanks to him it arrived warm.

Ordered delivery what a awful experience we waited 3 hours I called twice to ask where our food is just to be treated unprofessionally gilr beeing rude they do not care and second time I called it was apparently manager picking up phone shouting but I guess u get what you pay for and also we never got food and manager just hang up on me hope this is next thing to close down and something better beeing build in there

Literally ordered a £50 order and recieved probably about £10 worth of food. I’m absolutely disgusted, my brother wanted McDonald’s for his birthday and we didn’t receive even half of the order. 5 out of 7 people have gone without food 😡 It’s absolutely vile.

Need someone has security in the evening Also they should have a parking spot for delivery person Especially for the bike and a little away fron the frontside but nearby

Terrible macdonalds, ordered a order for £50 forgot every single burger and just came with the fries, then tried to ring them and just rufuse to answer the phone, 100% will not be ordering from here again terrible terrrible customer service and should be embarrassed to call themselves a business.

I ordered a chicken wrap it was freezing cold when it was delivered so my husband put it in the microwave for two minutes to warm up forgetting there was salad in the wrap so very bad and l ordered muffin and ended up with a chocolate slice which wasn’t bad but l won’t be ordering a wrap ever again banana shake was the one thing l enjoyed ordered chips don’t know what happened to them not a happy person

Bought two identical burgers, one was missing the cheese the other one had a bit of scraps of cheese in it. Both burgers looked like a mess with ingredients carelessly thrown around the box. Slow service, the drive through is never efficient and they always ask us to go wait in the car park. Very poor and careless service.

I specifically requested 3:30 because I wouldn't have my phone on me untill said time. How is it you're saying it was delivered when at no point you was able to get me on the phone? I will full have a full refund, including tip and service not just the price of the order.
