order was fast and nice delivery, but mac donalds once more forgot to send the minecraft toy

The bag was ripped and the drink was not there the bag was soaking of drink in the bag again I ain’t happy poor customer service and food is cold

The whole drinks was spilt in the bag the bag was soaking inside the bag and the straws were all wet and soggy I am not happy with

your driver did not deliver my food. At the app shows delivered now which is not true. He did not deliver to me. I need my refund now .

I order fries and they all came pretty much empty. This has happened on more than one occasion. I’m not really happy about this at all, as because it’s delivery it’s assumed not there isn’t much that can be done.

Refund doesn't really help, does it. When you have allocated the portions to your family standards and requirements!!! All of a sudden, one of the things that you happply ordered, doesn't turn up!!!!! Well, you tell me, how I'm supposed to decide, who will not eat enough, and go back to bed, because someone else's mistake? Following from the above, where is the inconvenience caused to the Family, for not getting their dinner right?!?? Just Eat…. Well you might want to consider the client expectations

I think McDonald's need to do more to better secure their cups as it's hard for a driver to move it from the resturant to the customer without it spilling. Other than that, delivery and food were fine, thank you.

To the McDonald's management team, During my visit at 10:45 AM, despite the low customer volume, I experienced a 25-minute wait for my order. Furthermore, staff interactions amongst themselves took precedence over addressing my requests for service. Finally, my order was incomplete, lacking the mayonnaise and pineapple clearly indicated on the bill. To improve customer service, I recommend prioritizing customer interaction and order accuracy.
