Mcdonald's Restaurants in Barking and Dagenham

I ordered 5 chicken selects and they were half-eaten on delivery. They also charged me twice and would do absolutely nothing about it. They said I should call the delivery driver. What can the driver possibly do? Ridiculous to say the least.

I'm not sure if I'd go to McDonald's or the ghetto market 🥹 always forgetting squatters in front of the staff who look more disgusted than anything else when they give you your order...

You haven’t delivered this to me! It looks as though you’ve delivered to the wrong hotel! How can we get our order? I put my number on the delivery notes and you didn’t call, now it’s saying delivered but you went to the ibis budget hotel not the ibis, they’re next to eachother, how can this happen without the delivery code?!

The food was cold the nuggets were burnt I’m really not happy as I’m pregnant and crave chicken nuggets

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. My food arrived extremely late, and as a result, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was hard as a rock. It was almost inedible. The preparation process was incredibly slow, which ruined the meal. I expected better service and food quality from McDonald’s. I hope they address these issues to improve in the future.

Delivered very cold and with the drinks spilled

The fillet of fish was brunt oily cold. Not eatable. Fries were chewy cold . Food was of very poor standard and cold. I wasted my money for entire order. I will not be having food from this branch

Delivery driver pretended he could not hear my phone call, watched him for 2 minutes then proceeded to argue and speak in his language when I could understand everything he’s saying, absolutely horrible experience

Just Eat marked the order as 'Delivered' when it wasn't. I complained & they said they'd get back to me within 2 days. The delivery driver is meant to confirm your order code or phone number. This cannot have happened. It should be resolved faster.

McDonald's we're fine but was late due to courier going to the wrong address

on time but took nearly an hour from ordering and food was almost cold when it arrived. never waited that long before but food is normally chilled when it arrives. maybe those thermal bags could do with an upgrade?

Ordered 2 Terry's Chocolate Orange pies but one was an apple pie in a chocolate pie wrapper.

I received my 3 burgers meal , I asked without cheese and they made it with , 1 of the drink spilled and the 2 were half in the cups. I made a report with the photos and just eat declined the claim after clearly seeing cheese in all the burger and my children don’t like cheese and it was melt on all the burgers. Very disappointing and unprofessional company. Why asked if the proof of photos and still refused to credit me. I ordered for my three children dinner and they were not happy to see it

Burger fries and drink missing! Absolutely disgusted

The quality of the food was horrendous. It's clear that the grills hadn't been scraped/washed down after a run of meat which resulted in the quarter patties having burnt/charred previous meat on top of my quarter patties. I also had one burger arrive and the top bun looked like it had been through the ringer before it even got to me. Worse McDonalds around by far🤢

Awful, ordered a mcplant with an extra patty, it was missing. Ordered a double Big Mac with bacon, it was a regular size Big Mac, ordered a toffee apple pie and they sent a chocolate pie in a toffee apple package (thank goodness I’m not allergic as it wasn’t obvious until biting into it) they did not put in the two curry sauces I ordered. Dreadful, I appreciate it’s a McDonald’s issue not a just eat issue but still I’ve never had it this bad before

i usually have lightly warm burgers (if not cold) and cold fries from McDonald's in Barking. they should change their standard temp of meals if food is for delivery or change packages.it is 5 minutes drive from this restaurant so not courier fault.

Delivery guy was on time and handled my order well

I ordered £25 + of food and drink, the drink came as it should have, I got delivered none of the food that I ordered....instead of a big mac meal, quarter pounder meal, a cheeseburger and bacon double cheeseburger......I got a happy meal, 2 mayo chickens and 2 medium fries. All that turned up stone cold also. After a long day at work we ended up with just a cold snack. I'd say go delivered, they are much more reliable.

Firstly the order arrived without the Med Zero Coke the food was Completely COLD. Secondly it looked like the Big Mac burger was just thrown into the box. Thirdly why did it take 30 minutes to get the meal ready and then arrives Completely Cold 4 different times for delivery. Very BAD SERVICE FROM McDonalds Barking. Pay delivery charges and a charge for preparing the food and it comes like something you just thrown into a box and carton and gets delivered STONE COLD. McDonald’s is going downhill

The delivery was great shame about my chips but the delivery man was good

Not bad, hot chocolate still spilled slightly on delivery but nowhere near as bad as when I have orderd from other locations and I believe this is due to this location using two lids instead of one to secure it. Thank you

Every time I have ordered macdonalds from barking store recently there has either been issues with the warmth of the food or many items missing I can’t under stand how two whole meals PLUS the free item have been left out again tonight

It's a good mcdonalds however it's not the best for eating in. Although usually quiet, it can get so rowdy that you'd be better off ordering online.

I recognised one of the staff from a Toilet Roll advert on TV , Andrex I think , just skipping through a forest wrapped in Andrex saying how soft and strong it is. We were discussing the Beef to Bread Crumb ratio and the Percentage of Brain freeze occurring from the Milkshakes, Ah yes that Vanilla makes a difference .

Last time they forgot to include sauce but this time everything was there.

The normal apple pie is better than the toffee apple one. The taste is almost identical and there is no toffee flavour or sauce.

Was never delivered. Will NEVER use this McDonald’s again. Please AVOID. I ordered at 6:05. 10-25 minute approx wait (6:30). It got to 8:00 and I reported it to just eat as my order never arrived. Tell me WHY they forgot my order and then had the nerve to mark it as DELIVERED at 6:35. Went to double check despite putting a number to call and no. It was never delivered. Absolute joke. Worst McDonald’s and biggest waste of time. My order from ANOTHER McDonald’s is due at 8:20. AVOID.

I don't know if this feedback supposed to be about delivery or McDonald in Barking. Delivery was ok,on time ( heavy rain ),but McDonald's fries were oversalted and they forgot to add straws for drinks and napkins. every second order they (mcdonald barking) forget about straws or something
