Driver was very quick to get here food is hot a surprise there should have this driver all the time really quick getting here

Can’t even get the order right even early in the morning

Usually rate this McDonald’s, but they just gave me a chicken and bacon wrap instead of the sweet chilli… when I don’t eat pork. Also, last time I ordered they just entirely forgot my chips. Not great recently from here. Disappointed honestly.

Got the correct order, but my drink had split

it was okayish and i had eaten much better veg burgers in india . why MCD is so unfair with veg items?

A few times they’ve rushed and got orders wrong but my most recent topped it which completely missing a meal and not putting the 80p sauces in the bag that was paid for!

The time kept going up. Started at 25 went up to 47.. not impressed

AGAIN, quality of food appaling, missing items from my order! Staff need to double check the orders before sending through! It’s disappointing that this branch cannot take large orders efficiently!

It was nice and hot just how I like it. When it’s hot the food tastes even better. It was delicious 😋

McDonald’s got delivered. Everything was grounded wet as drinks has spilled all over the food. Drinks was damaged poured all over outside my house.

Delivery was never made. No idea where what was supposed to be my lunch ended up. Delivery person deserves to be sacked.

I enjoyed the meal but the Steakhouse burger on the whole is very dry. This is not a reflection on McDonalds, that style of burger is just not to my taste so I will stick to a good old cheeseburger next time. Glad I tried something new though :)

Food nearly cold and I've creamed completely melted as I suspect they was done first and the sat for awhile before being bagged up. .. Ice cream should be the last thing prepared in a delivery

The McPlant burger is reminiscent of McDonald's burgers of yesteryear, with pickles, lettuce, 'cheese' & tomato. They should make the same burger with a beef patty. Fries were cold, unsalted & they forgot the dips.

Ordered a chocolate shake and got a vanilla. Poor customer service on a minimal order

This McDonald's is the worse you can order from online for a home delivery, literally 3 out of 5 orders will be wrong with missing items and whats not. This has been going on for months at this site. Its about time they let the management go.

There wasn’t a specific time but it was faster than I thought it would take and the delivery person was phenomenal

I placed a small order so had to pay the small order feel plus delivery which was I was expecting. When the order arrived it was wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder meal but ended up with 20 nuggets! I have requested a refund and had to reorder so having to pay for delivery again!! I now am left out of pocket as you do not refund.

Cheeseburger, fries and hot chocolate were nice and I was happy the hot drink was packaged well. I ordered an apple pie but instead was given white chocolate & rasberry so I guess they ran out of apple. Good way to get me to try something new I guess

Haven’t ordered from here for a while because of the quality of food and always a problem- always something missing from order well they kept there poor standards going - burger missing from order and fries were horrendous! Half the fries in the kids meal missing as well.

Wasn't impressed with the presentation of the burger but it tasted pretty good. Really happy with the way the hot drink was packaged, thank you.
