Self service machine crash so then told to order again no one knew if I'd paid b4 crash told to check my bank

It's a good mcdonalds however it's not the best for eating in. Although usually quiet, it can get so rowdy that you'd be better off ordering online.

Like all Mac Donalds, good atmosphere and delicious food.

I recognised one of the staff from a Toilet Roll advert on TV , Andrex I think , just skipping through a forest wrapped in Andrex saying how soft and strong it is. We were discussing the Beef to Bread Crumb ratio and the Percentage of Brain freeze occurring from the Milkshakes, Ah yes that Vanilla makes a difference .

I am totally speechless what should comments about her😴😴😴 i never seen like this girl (moni) in my life. She don't know properly manner behaviour and she is totally unknown about customer priority 😴😴😴 "McDonald's Barking"

Food was really good and the staff were friendly.

Ordered breakfast - regular capuccino included. Barking store charged me £1.11p for medium capuccino. I want a refund please.

A McDonalds that actually delivers hot food and reads notes 👏👏

From the original time given to deliver the driver was 15mins late. Ice had melted already in the drink and the McFlurry was leaking out of the container. Food not so hot. Normally very good but this is the first time I’ve used this branch and not all that happy.

I ordered a ketchup dip I pay for it and when I opened the delivery they didn’t put any dip inside it plz make sure next time put every thing which will mention in the order.

Order was missing an item and food was cold,drinks were spilled all over in the paper bag,can’t use the straws at all! Shame …

The machine to order on once again had no paper left to print your order on the tickets. The meal I ordered was lack lustre, the coke was warm with no ice. I was offered no tissues at all and there were none on the counter as well as no sauces. The staff seemed only interested in the delivery people.

Pretty standard service for mcdougalls, the area is a dive though. Crackheads everywhere

Some of the staff are so rude . 1 staff called mo is very rude , talks down to kids like there a no body . Food is mostly cold in here .

I'm 71. Don't use machines, refused to take my order in person. Told had to use a machine even though I was paying cash. Came out without food and very dissatisfied Obviously if you ate not computer savvy you go hungry@

Chips and chicken nuggets were hot and Hamburgers. Had requested Double Quarterpounder Burger NO CHEESE, NO MUSTARD AND PICKLES. Lo and Behold came with Cheese after indicating this on Customisation and also Notes box. Have allergy to cheese, not first time happened. Staff should follow order requirements and not assume everyone can eat CHEESE. Obsessed with cheese, why can't they go back to serving Quarterpounder Burger NO cheese as they did years ago, came in a different coloured box.

My food was extremely cold and unenjoyable

Delivery driver failed to listen to basic instructions, Cannot understand English, tried to deliver my order to the wrong address multiple times, it is not difficult to type in a postcode and door number and deliver order, my address is very easy to find. I do not understand how delivery driver would go to the wrong destination multiple times.

The coffee was absolutely disgusting, undrinkable, went straight in the bin. Macdonalds has become overpriced enough as it is, to be also wasting money on items that's being thrown away is just unacceptable.

Super fast delivery and food was of good temp. Courier prompt and polite

During busy (school time) there are not much space who buy order for eat in actually so many place cover by delivery boys and there are not much space for customers and delivery boys bring there cycle in side the mac d which may cause serious injury to anyone
