This is a bad place to order from we ordered a plain chicken wrap came with everything thing on also ordered a vanilla got a strawberry one and also got no straws either and also ordered large chips and gave us small chips

ordered a caramel frap, got it and went home then realised they haven't even put CARAMEL in. bought at 1am while the place was completely empty so there isn't even a reason to forget cause u wasn't doing anyone else's orders 😆 ur flipping paper straws aren't doing me so well either

As per usual item missing from order. One of our orders was a big mac meal, got home the big mac was missing and all our sauces. Couldn't go back as live to far away, so one of us had just chips and a drink. It's isn't hard to just check the orders before they go out

Every single time and order is placed via just eat they fail to provide dips and straws. I have added a note to request the dips be added to the order but they simply can not manage to provide. Apes could do a better job.

It's not acceptable in stairfoot mcdonald's, when u are currier delivery u have to wait for half an hour to get your order, and it happened many times. You just waste your time. Old Mill Lane Mcdonald the best

I've sat in tonight and witnessed an awful manager shouting at the staff. Her name was Shauner and she spoke to staff in an appalling manner. It was uncomfortable to see and hear. Ruined my meal.

Time and time again I have been held up longer than necessary because the traffic going to this establishment are queuing onto the roundabout. I have even seen emergency vehicles struggling to get through because of people wanting hamburgers. It’s inconvenient and an accident waiting to happen.

Ordered click and collect today hoping for a quick service. drove in , parked up and ordered. 10 minutes went by, 15 then 20 until someone came out and passed us out food . no reason or apology just handed the food, now for a restaurant I wouldn't mind but fast food 20 minutes takes some doing. Anyway it is what it is and we went home and found out the most important meal ( the kids) was missing. I phoned up and explained to be given a option of coming back or having a voucher for a kids meal , yet again no apology or " were sorry" ....nothing. I suggested checking the orders before taking out and maybe letting people know there was a wait when receiving orders . All i got out of this was the normal bull of " were short staffed and busy" which yes that mat be the case but the managers are there to manage not make the same excuses. The manager I spoke to couldn't care less and I hung up. Now this service was so poor they managed to make a calm and rational man who worked in hospitality for 20+ years angry , do staff not get trained in customer service anymore? A business like this should be at the top of their game and be able to react to situations like this not shrug it off and move on at the blink of an eye, are customers not valued anymore? PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS ! the surrounding ones are much better , this one has always be substandard at best but today was the final straw.

Wasnt busy, more staff than customers and still had to wait without an explanation as to why. Chips only warm, burger thrown together and no napkin offered which is slightly annoying when your on the go and eating in the car

I pull up to one of the drive through machines and waited ages and nobody ever came through on the intercom. I pull to the first window and still nobody came to serve me. Eventually I drive to the collections window to place my order by which time I'm now late for work. I explain that nobody has served me at the intercom or first window and I've been waiting for service. Barely even an apology, the young girl on charge was clearly out of her depth and didn't know how to handle this simple situation. She never made any attempt to say sorry, had zero management skills and no people skills. She couldn't even muster up a "sorry for your wait" when she brought my food out to me. Terrible service today by the team who on this occasion were led by a member of management who needs customer service and management skills. She wasn't rude, more timid and couldn't even look at me to say sorry for your wait. I dred to think how she'd handle a real situation!

Ordered food and was waiting for it to be called to collect to be told to go sit down as they waiting on three lots of fish finger happy meal I went and sat down food was brought over ten minutes later when we got it the meal of ordered was stone cold as was cheese burger and fries took them back swapped them and then waited another five minute to get fresh ones

Myself and my sister went here as a lunch 'date' of sort, mostly to catch up. Used fast track machines and went to sit down however soon as food came worked out our date was being crashed by dead and half alive flies on dirty window sills. Since there was no where to move to we put up with it. Sister went to get ice cream however heard that the ipads on the tables found only one working whilst my sister got caught up where the machines refused to print the receipt and staff member just told her to claim the first two ice creams which came to desk. Nice.

Attitude towards customers is terrible, food is always cold. It must be the worst McDonald’s in the country. Will never step inside the place again, rats outside that run around your feet and hen crossing the old railway bridge. The food lace needs a new management to bring it up to the standard of other McDonald’s around the country.

So, the food is on par with all other Mcdonalds therefore would be happy with the overall meal. My concerns with this location are as follows:1) There is a one way system, therefore if you are coming down the opposite side of the road you have to go around a busy roundabout full of traffic lights.2) As you come through into the car park, the junction is blind & the signposting for give way is very difficult to manover therefore I have witnessed a few cars near missing each other.3) Today's visit to the drive thru...the screen wasn't working to display your order, therefore when we arrived at the window our order was too expensive and we didn't understand why. I asked to see the receipt and was asked to go to the next window. The next window asked us to park up and said they would bring receipt with order. Once this was brought, the order was wrong, they brought too much food and charged us too much. Im sure I couldve gone inside to ask to charge correct and give food back, however, out of principle refuse to go back inside whilst the rest of our food goes cold and the whole idea of a drive through fast food restaurant is to get it right first time.Otherwise food was nice.

No matter when I come here and no matter what food I order,I'm asked to 'park up' and it'll only be a couple of minutes.It doesn't happen at any other McDonald's in the vicinity very often and here the two minutes turns in to twenty on numerous occasions.

Paramos a comer algo, ya que pasamos y pensé que sería un lugar bueno para un descanso en nuestro viaje. El restaurante estaba muy limpio (en aseos hecho y pisos estaban limpiando como llegamos) y había una cantidad moderada de negocios. La comida era el típico MCDONALD'S hamburguesas y patatas fritas, así que no hay nada emocionante que ofrece - ni esperar. En general, la comida rápida, rápido y volver a la carretera.

Llamé para un bocado rápido para el desayuno en la ruta a trabajar, así utilizado el paseo en coche por.puso mi pedido me pidieron que "Park" y mi comida lo sería en 2 minutos. ... 20 minutos más tarde, tuve que ir y pedir mi comida sólo para los miembros del personal que decir "no sé qué pasó". comida estaba tibia así que obviamente ha permanecido.

En la tierra donde alguien ha tenido que hacer cola DOS VECES por la comida? La respuesta está en el nuevo sistema de doble cola empleado en el 'outlet' de comida rápida McDonald's Wombwell Lane, Barnsley donde anteriormente los clientes podría ser servido en 5 minutos. Este nuevo sistema no es sin duda muy RÁPIDO! Diez minutos en cola 1 para pagar con dinero en efectivo y a 15 minutos de cola 2 a recoger, con una persona que hacía las comidas para más de 10 clientes, donde algunos han unido con los billetes obtenidos de máquinas tomando tarjetas. Cuando otros miembros del personal a ayudar a que haga las mismas órdenes en la pantalla, les aparte y empezar de nuevo. Por lo tanto comida fría. Si la idea es salvar a personal que perderá sin duda alguna sobre los clientes. Una experiencia totalmente horrible que no seré repitiendo hasta que vuelve a los viejos probado y ensayado servicio que McDonald's es famoso.

No podía creer que este lugar cuando fuimos en! pantalla táctil pagar con sistema de pedido de tarjeta que le da un número de orden como Argos! El sistema para ordenar rápido y fácil. Luego de un lote de bancos hay pantallas de ipad para que los niños jueguen. La mayoría de los fines tienen pintura de cara y cosas especiales para los niños. Éste es cómo Mcdonald's debería funcionar. La comida era, bien, Mcdonald's! Pero era bueno!

Best chicken shop in Barnsley, its overtaken my old favourite AFC Wombwell as chips are nicer and bigger portions. Our first order in years as moved away from delivery area and they've just started delivering to our area so glad to be able to use them again. Thankyou Kings for being so good.

Where do I start, perhaps the only consistent thing about this branch is that they get it wrong 100% of the time. The last 4 orders placed for delivery have had items missing, and guess what, on the App there is no tab to report a missing item from your order. The lack of effort put in to getting the most basic order correct is unacceptable. Looking at the other reviews, at least I can relax knowing they are not treating me differently to their other customers.

Great tasty food and lovely service! My go to place in Barnsley, they have a variety of selections and choice of drinks. Thank you and I can’t wait to be back :)

Visited today and all staff were hanging out of the drive through window chatting. One staff member then made the order for that customer. I waited a while and asked if she could let them know there was a customer waiting. Her customer service response was they were busy and they were allowed to talk. They need proper customer service training and manners. I will take my business elsewhere as its obviously not important to Starbucks.
