Long wait ito be served as only 1 member of staff. She was obviously overworked but very pleasant. Did not realise until paying that this cafe is part of the adjacent Masserellas, when I noticed that my order of a toasted sandwich was taken there to be heated. After waiting a considerable time for the sandwich, I asked another member of staff how long it was likely to be. She returned fairly quickly with the item, but then remarked that it was not fully toasted as I was not willing to wait!!! I believe the management need to invest in some proper customer service training if they ant to keep customers.

The coffee was little more than hot milk. The woman (?) behind the counter needs a personality transplant.

Called in for a sandwich lunch on a Saturday afternoon last month and was asked if we wanted chips or coleslaw with the two sandwiches we ordered. It said nothing anywhere on the menu about these items so we thought they were complimentary but it turned out they were not. This made a toasted sandwich and a Panini with hot drinks quite expensive for a quick lunch. Total was £14;78 with £1.95 added for the chips and 99p added for the coleslaw. The food was very nice but we will not be returning.

Can’t believe today took My little boy to town — we are currently potty training and we was in shop next to the cafe in Alhambra...he says to me need a wee ... I said can you hold it and he says no...so I rush to cafe and says can my little boy use the toilet he’s potty training...no it’s customer only so I rushed out saying that fine then I’ll make him do his wee in public...so I covers him up and get potty out...the security guard comes over to me and goes you alright the toilets there and said they weren’t let me use them for him...he couldn’t believe it. They would like a boy to wet himself going to the toilet than just having a heart so I had to stop in public and let him go to toilet and then carry the potty all way through lifts to upstairs because they wouldn’t let him use the bathroom disgraceful.

Coffee burning hot taste like hot milk and short changed at till check your drink for coffee and check your change better elsewhere
