I have no complaints about the food. But the person who served me the food she has no idea how to serve a customer, i was shocked about her behaviour and attitude as well.

I would give 0 stars for delivery, the waiting time is shocking, and there excuse is we had a busy hour sorry I placed my order over an hour ago no excuse!!!!

i havent ordered from here in a very long time but the the chips was cool, burger was nice, I ordered homemade bbq sauce and didn't taste or look like it used to witch disappointed me.

Just collected my food from there. Had the double chicken fillet burger meal and it was superb. I would definitely recommend it

even now, after 25 minutes I didn't receive my order. I've just call them, and they told that I would receivey order in around 30 minutes. this is not acceptable.

The food was lovely, it was a couple of buffalo wings short on the order, but delicious never the less.

Had an item missing, called shop and spoke to manager who tried to say we were lying and after half hour decided to send someone with our missing item. He said he checked CCTV and put the chips in himself so not sure what had happened.

Absolutely disgraceful ordered last Sunday and when the food finally turned up it was totally wrong and with the wait time for food to come again I rejected the correct order to come again so made my kids nuggets from home and the lady on phone said she would give me my order free next week just called today and he saying nothing there saying it wanted to knock couple pound off my order

Shame delivery takes so long!!!! Pizza cold burger cold chips hot food is normally really good but delivery seems to be a constant issue took 2 hours to arrive

Will never order again chicken was just bones and batter, there was spilled chicken sauce everywhere, burnt hot wings half portion of chips no gravy as ordered and the chicken fillet burger was like rubber with browning salad. Complained and was told not to order in just eat cos you get better food if order straight from them how is this right everyone should receive the best food they serve when ordering

Best chicken shop in Yorkshire, they have the best chicken strips. It's looks very nice inside and outside. Definitely recommend the chic-Fila sauce!

Only grumble I have is I paid for chicken breast and got boned chicken and ordered a donut and got chocolate cake. Second time I’ve ordered this dessert and got wrong one. If donut not available take off the menus

What a joke nearly two hours for delivery and lied to by counter staff

rang them twice got told it was with driver told them its disgusting my food is going to be cold then recieved it 45 mints late and it came hot so thankyou for that

The only good thing with the food was the pieces of chicken ordered, just eat was great with the delivery time and the driver was lovely but all the other food ordered was shocking never again

Don't normally do reviews but thought deserved it. Got 3 pieces chicken and large chips separate. Good amount of chips freshly done and in paper bag so travelled well. Full box of hot tender chicken with great crispy coating. Not had better in a long time. Plus very nice manner from lady on till. Will certainly be back

my order hasn't been delivered

I ordered american chicken burguer (with bacon and hashbrown and salsa sauce)and I recived the plain chicken burguer. Also the potatoes wedges were almost burnt and the portion was really small.

Another hot and tasty meal that my family and I really enjoyed, thank you American Fried Chicken.

We really enjoyed our meal yesterday, thank you very much American Fried Chicken for putting things right and that is why we are ordering again with you tonight, keep up the good work.

the pizza and garlic bread was both burned when it arrived I wasn't very happy about that onion rings where soggy the only thing good was the chips. not going to be ordering from here for a long time

absolutely shocking customer service, apparently every burger comes with burger sauce and I should have known this and put it in the comments section that I didn't want it. When I phoned to complain about it, it was my fault because it states it on the menu, which it didn't, after realising it didn't, it was then just eats fault so he wanted me to make a complaint to just eat and then when they approved it he'd send Me another burger hahahah this could have been days!! This was the manager btw

Looks like its going down hill , no one recent as enjoyed it reading these reviews. Waited 2 hours for cold food !! complained online via food hub - they was brilliant , they spoke to the shop on my behalf, got me fresh food and a partial refund, only the driver only gave me food no refund as promised.

1st time trying and I will be back. The ladies were so kind and helpful. They couldn't do enough for me. They let me try the chicken sauces as well serving me a delicious pizza and chips. I had the meal deal 1. Great value for money. Would recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would ordered on just eat and they accepted it, brilliant I thought carried on with what I was doing. Look back at my phone and they’ve cancelled it don’t accept it in the first place then just a waste of time. Plus looking at other reviews looks like it would have been awful

Food was delicious as usual only downside is they have changed to homemade bbq sauce and it’s not as good as what it used to be, needs changing back.

0 stars from us. Used to love this place but ordered today and the whole family ended up queuing to the toilet the whole evening. It's the second time so obviously not a coincidence. No-go for us from now on. Also reported to the Food Standards Agency as it's just a food poisoning incident. I don't know what has happened to this place but it's going in the wrong direction...

Chips quite dry and the bbq sauce isn't nice at all. It must be a new one because the old one was delicious, this one is not.

Service was quick but we spend the next few hours, after having veggie pizza, in the toilet... Not recommend. I remember pizza from beginning of last year, was delicious. What's happening the last few months/orders became dangerous. Will never order again.

Order was 10 mins late and 2 bbq sauces was missing ..reported missing items to just eat and was refunded £5 so was happy with the outcome but would have preferred order to be corrected as is spoiled our meal not having enough bbq sauces.

Ordered a family variety bucket and it only came with 6peice of chicken. Missing 6 hot wings and boneless strips ……… ordered gravy and bbq sauce came instead. Proper rip off !!!!!only thing they got right was a portion of beans

Went to order my food as delivery takes forever to arrive. Bought chicken and chips and ordered BBQ sauce, when I got home to eat it the chicken and chips were fine but the BBQ sauce was very light in colour, thin, tasted like vinegar and sweet and sour. Obviously changed the sauce and it is vile. I don't know why after all these years the sauce has been changed but you need to being the old one back.

Ordered food was told it would be delivered in half hour 45 minutes we waited 1 hour 45 and the order was still wrong to then be told they would send the order out in ten to fifteen minutes to then wait a further 45 minutes never order from here again !!!

Salad was not worth 5.00 pounds put in a box what they put chicken in so was wet through and soggy 2nd time when I have orded a meal deal it has not come with any sauce I asked for coleslaw no mayonnaise and they didn't even put any coleslaw on salad missing stuff of all the time you expect what you order and don't even get that

Food was mouldy and told I could have a full refund last night. However no money has arrived and I've just been told I can't have my money back? Which one is it? Reported to health and hygiene. Guy on the phone was rude and no help whatsoever, just repeated last nights staff were under qualified to be telling me I could have my money back!

Ordered a takeaway at 1:24pm and the food didn't arrive till 4:55pm. The food was disgusting,horrible chips that tasted warmed up and the square pizza was the worst pizza I've ever tasted,that also tasted warmed up. It also gave me a upset stomach. Chicken burgers were fairly decent but the overall price of food came to just short of £40. Not worth it at all,oh and the burger was missing and only a portion of chips wa sent instead,so that was £6 wasted. If you like disgusting poor tasting food and like to wait 2 and a half hours for your delivery then I would recommend this takeaway. Or if your like me,and poor tasting food isn't to your liking,I'd definitely not recommend this takeaway.
