great location unfortunately staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired. lack of communication bordering on rudeness when you can’t even bother acknowledging your customers . like getting blood out of a stone service wise. if it wasn’t the location wouldn’t shave bothered going there.

Staying in the premier inn down the road for one night prior to our flight. Tried to order at the counter to ensure blue light discount was applied but was just ignored. Ordered from the screen which then didn't apply it which was frustrating. Food was OK and warm.

Brought some chicken and got a £100 parking fine please stay clear of this establishment parkingeye give you the fine then they say use Popla to get the fine squashed which they can’t do not use Popla they are crooks then you get hold of KFC and they keep saying they can’t get hold of the restaurant what a joke of a company well hopefully this goes to court and everyone who have been fined in this way will get their hard earned money back

I ordered a 3 piece meal on the app,got to the drive thru and added two chilli bites tobmy order,as i got to the lady at the payment window she said £16.45 i said id paid on the app and only owed for the two chilli bites,the lady called the manager over then i paid £5.48,i was given one bag with just two pieces of chicken in,the lady said i could leave i have my order,I explained it was not my order,the manager lady comes over they speak in their language indian it was,i was then given another bag with 3 pieces of chicken in,and was told to leave because i had my order,by this time people are hooting in the queue,i said iv no drink no bites or chips,was given my drink and told to wait in a bay and was assured the bites and chips would be two minutes,i waited 20 minutes i assumed they forgot about me,i went through the drive thru again for a refund,i spent a total of 40 minutes in a fast food gaff lol whoever put that young girl on the drive thru till should be spoken to,not the girls fault il blame her boss,oh and don’t expect an apology for terrible customer service 😂just waiting on a refund,if you want a laugh go there and watch the auntie who bags the food,her interaction between the screen the bag is a joy to behold,ko leadership what so ever,they dont even talk to each other so no wonder orders are forgot.

Check your bucket. I ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket for £17.99 . I got 5 medium size and 5 wing size. These tiny pieces were hidden at the bottom. I feel cheated and I couldn't feed my kids properly. Check all orders and make sure you get reasonable sizes.

I order 10 piece bargain bucket and what i got was 6 pieces and 4 little wings plus i waited more than 1 min to be asked what i wanted and the plaice was empty i was the only car never again for this crap

Arrived at approximately 11pm via the drive thruafter catching a show in London. Lots of to'ing and fro'ing at the point of ordering but managed to place our order for two meals in the end. When we finally received our order the "large fries" were half full, the tower was missing a hash brown and we had been given beans instead of gravy. Frustrating but we managed to sort it out with the less than enthusiastic server after groans of it being a long day. Parked in the car park to eat our food only to find them chicken in the tower burger to be pink. I walked the drive thru and requested a replacement which was duly delivered, only for the server to pick up the bun with his bare hands to"prove it had been cooked". Obviously hygiene and COVID regulations do not apply to this restaurant. After requesting a third replacement it was handed to me in a paper bag. I left the presumably teenage server arguing with a delivery driver whilst cars queued into the car park. After arriving back to my car I open the bag to find a tower burger with chicken pinker than the first order. In the end we threw the food away and left. Great if you're crawling out of the nearby hotels for a snack but if you want good service, basic food hygiene, Covid regulations and a correct order,this is not the place for you.

It’s not a restaurant… it’s hub for young people congregating and take parking spaces. I did not see anyone with bit of chicken in their hands. I drove out and went to a different establishment.

This place has always been slow. Drive-thru's are given priority. This means lengthy queues at the walk-in counter. There doesn't seem to be any management leadership at all - indeed there never has been any. So staff serve you if and when they feel inclined to. The staff wear masks but below the nose - useless. Most customers do not wear masks, neither are they asked to. When ordering no-one takes your track & trace details. I asked a manager for a form to write down my details - and he refused. The food is bog standard KFC - mainly recon. luke-warm chicken pieces.

Absolutely shocking. If I could give 0 stars I would... Order was for my sister birthday as a treat, & we paid £40 worth of food.., not only was the shift manager hopeless.., when making my complaint she kept talking over me. The order was cold & half of the food was missing! And had a receipt to say the order was CHECKED! Haha what a joke. Avoid at all costs.

I came here yesterday. There was a long queue and 2 lady's taking orders and severing I bill came to £7.05 I give her £7.20 I should get back 15p change. I ask where is my 15p she said you give me £7.05 I said no I give you £7.20. She went to check the cctv. She came back and give me the 15p But the queue was getting longer. I got the food but the sauce and tissue wipe where missing.

Das KFC ist ein normaler Fast Food-Laden, der keinen Aussreißer in eine Richtung hat. Man bekommt das typische Hähnchen-Fast-Food zu den normalen Preisen. Die Angestellten sind bemüht und die Einrichtung des Restaurants normal.

Stop for lunch as the restaurant had parking spaces despite being very close to Heathrow airport. Service is OK, nothing great. Bought the 1.99 lunch, pepsi max and an ice cream. Not bad for 3.98. The hotwings had been overheld, fries were hot. Mini fillet burger was nice. The restaurant was not that busy for lunch. Some tables were dirty. One of the till for ordering was not working.

This place was not very clean and because I wanted a special order and couldn't use the automated order machines I waited 10 minutes at the counter to place my order. The fries weren't cooked and the chicked was over cooked, dry and like rubber.

Well this is not the best branch of the chain. I have only been in a couple of times and I don't think that I will be going back unless I am desperate. Basically the staff are not friendly and really do not seem to care. You have to wait for some time, even though it was quite quiet when I went in. The food was actually quite nice and nothing wrong with it at all. They got my order right each time and the food is great value. The place also looks like it could do with a thorough clean. I am not sure why it is like this when there are so many fast food outlets in the area, as they could get far more trade if they kept it clean and tidy and provided more helpful service.

We attended at 9 o’clock at night, the restaurant was extremely quite. I ordered my food at 21:05, I was left waiting for 15 minutes before being told that they couldn’t fulfil the order as they didn’t have the food required too. Change the order & still has to wait another 10 minutes!Toilets were dirty, hand drier didn’t work & no toilet roll.

While we were waiting for our chicken, noticed how dirty this restaurant was.The food was good but the chairs and tables really needed some serious cleaning. It took a while to receive my order, this is how I ended up noticing the dirty tables and chairs.

to start you spend a lot of time in the car park as cabs use it as a waiting area as it's close to the airport, the car park is shared with Starbucks.Once your inside it’s a long Waite to be served, it was so long I had to speak to the manager, as it’s a fast food not 30 minute later will take your order, over all I spent 25 minutes in the car park and 30 to put the order in total I spent 1 hour and 30 minute for a place you should be done in 30.

Soggy Chips, ordered Gravy which had a V Picture next to it, Corn on cob was ok sealed in bags, I asked staff are they sure that the Gravy is vegetarian they did Not know so I phoned KFC and was told Gravy is made in Meat Juice.Restaurant food Poor Quality, will not be back, slow service staff very slow.

Jamais vu un "restaurant" aussi sale... Un sol collant jonché de serviettes en papier, gobelets, frites etc. Des poubelles de desserte qui débordent, à tel point qu'il est impossible de débarrasser son plateau, des tables dégueulasses (et je pèse mes mots), on hallucine quand on arrive avec son plateau pour s’attabler. Si on ajoute à cela les aboiements d’une mégère derrière le comptoir de prise des commandes, on comprendra que je puisse être déçu par cette chaine dont mes petits enfants m’avaient vanté les qualités. Un vrai Bad Food ! Un premier essai KFC qui sera aussi le dernier.

We popped in here as we were early for a flight at Heathrow and couldn’t find many food places. Has a decent size car park and lots of seating. Staff okay, food fine especially the just cooked chips. Let down by the toilets and tables. Both could really do with a good clean! Toilet floor sticky, toilets not great and no soap in both male and female toilets. Looked at a few table surfaces and found one that wasn’t too bad. Maybe they were short staffed but giving tables a wipe a quick job.

Staying up the road at the Premier Inn...called in for a coffee whilst out walking. the site was under some sort of updating but this did not stop it operating plenty of sitting room.

Decent parking, drive through service is good. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Better then most KFC's in terms of cleanliness including the toilets. Staff are abit slow with the orders, buts its probably one of the busiest KFC's in the area. Free wifi, starbucks opposite. Will be returning.

I like KFC, just not here. Visited on a Sunday three weeks ago just before midday so no queues. No smiles or greetings from lady behind counter, no please nor thank you either. Chicken dripping in grease, not crispy at all. Fries OK, toilets Ok. Would not recommend as meal not tasty.

Visited here a few times recently, and each time I get the food I requested, but it's always cold. The staff are always rushed off their feet and it never appears there is enough staff to take care of the ever growing queue.Make use of the Colonels Club app to earn rewards on purchases.

Manager needs to pay attention and get of his phone, apparently this is a standard muffin size, as you can see egg is bigger, toffee latte bitter and overly stronger, again manager dismissed any comment made.
