Mcdonald's in Tendring

Food nice and hot, quick service,staff lovely. Disappointed that no tissues in bag and the tops weren’t put on our drinks properly and spilled everywhere.

Only popped in to avoid the long drive thru queue and wished I hadn’t bothered. I ended up getting a refund for a coffee after being ignored for 10 minutes and politely asking if my coffee could be prioritised as I might miss my sons football and told ‘no’ Useless faceless people who don’t seem to give any regard for people being in front of them rather than an internet order. McDonald’s systems are fantastic, but just sometimes it would be lovely if a sensible person would have the intelligence to think -‘if that guys waiting for a single coffee let’s get him done’ - it’s not that difficult. Yesterday I took 15 children for a birthday trip to Brook park McDonald's. I have to say that the service was fantastic. It was easy to book and reserve seating and the manager was helpful and courteous when I did so. At the party, all the happy meals arrived within 10 minutes and all were correct. Each child also received a balloon and we found all staff friendly and helpful. Thank you Brook Park. You did a fantastic job!

Actually disgusted to think, I ordered McDonald’s breakfast for me and my family and I had been given half an eaten hash brown, the orders were wrong - I called to complain to a manager and to be told, the reason behind my hash brown was that it had been snapped off? When there were bite marks. Anyway he offered me to come in and get a hash brown to replace it? Not very helpful

why did you put the self service menus around the door people knocking into you while putting on the order poor design for a new store

Air conditioning ridiculous far to cold your food gets cold before you can eat it kids got ice cream and had to go outside to eat it as the place far to cold.asked to turn it off or up a bit no response don't think the place even has a manager back to the weeley McDonalds

Drive in good. Got Mc.D's but don't really like the food and always luke warm. Last resort on my way home Prefer B.King

Today I went for a breakfast and this McDonald’s adverts try our bacon roll I ask for a bacon roll was told sorry we don’t have any sold out. Pathetic McDonald’s went to Tesco’s instead

very disappointed, went through the drive thro my drinks were shoved at me through the window and tipped over luckily the lids stayed on, my granddaughter opened her happy meal to find chips and toy but no chicken nuggets, we were nearly home at this point, chips in the other bag were all tipped out. I've not had this service at any other one so I will not be returning, very poor service.

Went out to the beach in clacton thought I'd go in to this new mcdonalds as your just leaving Clacton. Nice interior with a good atmosphere. You have countless ways to pay drive thru. On the order screens at the till or on my phone on their mcdonalds app I opted for the latter. The restaurant inside was busy while we waited for our food there was a few staff cleaning tables and 1 going around making children happy with balloon animals which is a nice touch. Our food came out at a reasonably fast paced by an older gentleman who was very pleasent he even got myself more bbq dip when I asked. The food itself is something you'd suspect from mcdonalds it was hot and fresh. The facilities were clean when I went in. Overall a good experience despite previous mixed reviews

Quick snack after checking out of hotel opposite. The place also has "air" phone charging on the tables!

I have never waited so long!! I had my autistic nephew with me who was getting very agitated waiting for his food, which after 25 minutes arrived at the table cold!!i asked the young lady what was happening , she looked quite tearful and said we haven’t got any staff!!Will not be recommending this restaurant, I wasted money on cold food !

An average McDonalds, no better, no worse than any other in the chain. The staff were friendly and efficient. A couple of dirty tables, otherwise clean and tidy.

Ever since this restaurant has been open the service has been slower each time I've been in there. 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and a happy meal today has beaten all previous records. Given up on this shoddy place now

Being a newly opened Mcdonalds the general appearance was fresh and clean. Visited on a busy Sunday morning but plenty of seating available. No table service available but order was correct and fulfilled quickly, food was hot, hopefully this will continue. I know there have been teething problems here but my hubby and I can not fault our visit.
