doner meat had the texture of rubber and tasted strange and the chips tasted like they was reheated

normally good unfortunately on this occasion the food was warm and seems to have sweated in its wrapping. shame guys

Order here often and have to say they actually cook the food properly unlike some other places with their anemic chips. QF have the crispiest chips, lovely portions, always tasty 😋 never had a bad thing from there

rubbish food. ordered medium kebab and it was so small, hardly any chicken, I even rang them up as I thought they sent us a small instead of medium but they hadn't. chips were horrible and chicken was do dry. this was the first time I have ever ordered from here and definitely the last.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. I ordered a medium chicken kebab, it was so small, couldn't believe it, the chicken was so dry and the chips were awful. First and last time I will be going here.

It's truly amazing how fast Quality Food delivers but Just Eat really need to adjust their delivery time estimations accordingly!

Yes I got my food but no one knocked on my door or buzzed the buzzer and when I did check to see if it had been left by my door yes it had I had to reheat my food.

Everything was fine but chips were not fresh at all and never are! They are obviously just recooked and fried over and over again! Other than that okay!

Lovely meal as usual but food tends to arrive a lot earlier than the Just Eat website indicates. It's great service but perhaps the estimated delivery time on the website could be adjusted.

I've ordered from this shop a few times and it's been excellent each time!

Regulars, me my wife and 6 kids, absolutely appalling last night, by the time I got what I asked for the kebab was stone cold and went in the bin, waste of money, only apologie I got was from the delivery person who said he would try to resolve the situation and never did, will be finding somewhere new.

Forgot my sauces then redelivered, again with the sauces asked for missing. Food was cold by the time everything came so had nothing in the end.

Really have been severely unwell since eating. Will be seeking a refund, can't tell you how unwell we have been. Serious stomachs and stuck in WC.

I ordered my food an hour before it arrived, which is fine because they said it would arrive 5 mins before it did, however, I literally live down the road. & I couldn’t go in personally because I have young kids in bed. When the food arrived, it was cold. & there’s no need for this as I live literally 750 yards from the takeaway! Shame, I eat from here quite regular. They offered a remake, but by then it was to late, so we went Elsewhere.

Certain parts of food was missing. Portion sizing was all over the place. Sauce ordered with food look like it had been thrown on food. Really messy. Wont be ordering again

Often pop in after a few drinks in town. Love their kebabs, they do really nice chips, and especially their jalapeno cream cheese bites! Always friendly, busy and popular.

i ordered 6 peices of chicken, 4 of them were really nice, however the other two was extremely dry and flavourless like they had been heated up or prepared earlier in the day, also my food arrived nearly 2 hours after i had ordered it

Little bit disoppointed with todays order,chips was over cooked and rock hard and donar portion were very very small compared to last order. Also asked for extra chillie sauce, there was barely any sauce in the kebab.

Lovely food but not as hot as usual

Very disappointed when opening up my wrap to only finding two pieces of tiny lettuce in the wrap a few onions, a small bit of tomato and hardly any sauce. Will not be ordering anymore unfortunately

Food is perfect, probably one of the best in walton on the naze, but definitely don't close at 11 but closes at 10.45

First time of ordering from here. Plenty of flavour but having just moved to the area it wasn’t as nice as what we are used to. Previously we had more salad and came in separate pots and so was sauce. But overall it was nice and would probably try again.

Food arrived a whooping 40 minutes earlier than indicated. While I applaud the restaurant for its service, this is not okay.

Medium kebab is tiny, looks more like a child’s kebab and still for £7 will not be ordering again

Don’t order through their online system. What I ordered and what I received we’re entirely incorrect. And they only thing they were willing to do to correct it was for me order again. Told me I was wrong, not system.

A portion of chips from a meal was missing which is fine mistakes happen but to then basically be accused of lying about it being missing by the person who answered the phone in the shop is ridiculous and downright rude tbh

Food was stone cold and soggy. Chips were disgusting, thrown away. Chicken was so undercooked it’s actually dangerous to serve like this, I have taken pics to prove how bad it was. Absolute disaster!

1st time ordering from here Large doner kebab, Med chicken shish and large chips. Arrived early from time given at point of ordering, nice and hot. Just the right amount of chilli sauce with great taste. Doner and chicken shish cooked very well with nice amount of salad and pitta breads that weren’t soaking wet like you get from some takeaway delivery’s ? To conclude a very nice kebab and I will definitely order from here again and not hesitate to recommend to others.

Had the family chicken meal, it was cold when arrived the chicken had a horrible taste and smell gone in bin as it was that bad, never ordering form here again.

Order was sent to wrong address so had to be re- cooked. Waited over an hour n half for food. And. When we got it. It was warm

Fabulous kebab Fabulous burger

We usually order from this company and have never had a problem but the last couple of times we have not been impressed. Last night we ordered a chicken bucket meal the chicken was so dry and black you could barely pick the chicken off the bone the chips were reheated and soggy. We have decided that we will not be ordering from here again as the money we spent was disgusting for the food that was delivered.

The food here is top class was staying Parkdean naze holiday park and used these guys really friendly people very quick delivery and well the food is a 10/10 very very nice we ordered twice and both times food was hot on arrival and no issues thank you very much I’ll be back to the naze again soon and you well have all my orders 👍

Stone cold, burnt, and didn’t follow the restaurant instructions of separate salad and sauce

First time ordering from here and may I say it was the best lamb shish I've had! The doner meat was also very tasty. So it's a big thumbs up from us and will definitely order again.

Kebab lovely, meat juicy well cooked salad fresh. Chips bit over cooked same as children’s meal only thing let it down.
