Delivered very quickly and food was delicious, the doner kebab was exceptional and will 100% go back there.

We’ve now had our last meal from here …. Ordered at 6-30pm which I thought would be a reasonable delivery time …. However 2hrs 15minutes our meal still not arrived! I phoned a short while ago and ours is apparently the next delivery to be sent! We love the food and the really nice lady at the shop and the delivery. This is not the first time as we’ve ordered before but this problem is getting worse so a message to the owners you need to sort this before you loose your business as the food is wonderful…. It’s the order to delivery that is the problem!

I've had many takeway kebabs up and down the country, this is the best takeaway kebab I've ever had. Highly reccomend the chicken shish, lamb shish and lamb kofte all are perfectly seasoned. The garlic sauce is great too.

Casper makes the BEST pizza! Extra saucy and delicious 🤤 Ignore all the bad reviews…..they have been going years so they must be doing something right!

Been ordering here for 5 years now and it's always great food and service. Was the first food I had in my new home when moved in so this place has great memories us. Also kebabs are homemade and so is the chilli and garlic sauces 👍

Thought to myself, really fancy something with chilli sauce, home-made chilli sauce. So I order a wrap meal with mayonnaise and chilli sauce and chips with mayonnaise and chilli sauce. Of course like the last time I ordered it came with no chilli sauce. Never ordering again!!

If you want food poisoning from the doner meat like we had after eating it last week, then this is the place for you. A week later and we still aren't right, had to have time off work too!

Ordered food and paid for delivery kept ringing to find when order was coming after 1.5 hours no food then when checked online they had closed still no food steer clear of this place regular customer won’t be using again

Take out from here is always lovely, if you ring the order ahead of time it's normally ready when you get there Friendly service, no real atmosphere but can't under-rate them for that as it's a takeaway only, they don't have a restaurant to rate atmosphere on

Usually alright but after this chicken has put me right off , also other bits the same which I spat out after realising it was rock solid. & Pizza also not cooked properly on the bottom also piece of lamb shish had a fishy taste which also made me start wondering is this place gunna make me ill? Sort it out !

My first time ordering takeaway. I had high hopes. I ordered a 9 inch bbq chicken pizza. I received mushroom. Also ordered Dr pepper drink. Didn't receive that at all. Cheesy chips and onion rings were nice but you can't really mess that up. Not really much help on the phone. A 2 hour wait from ordering to when I received the food. I shall never use these again. I recommend this place ....... TO AVOID.

Very slow they say 45 mins and comes after an hour and a half happened more than once

Placed an order at 18.30 it is now 20.30 and have still not received it. Expected to wait 1 hour not 2. Won't be ordering from here again. It's not the first time this has happened and you don't even get an apology after ringing twice

Very tasty take out! Ordered ham & mushroom pizza, regular doner kebab (generous portion!) and spicy chicken wings - all super delicious! Tasty garlic sauce also. Will be ordering again :)

Just moved into town, ordered a couple of time for this place and every time food has been hot, tasty and fresh highly recommended

A lovely walk along the river in manningtree is a must . Walk down to the station then the path to Dedham for tea get a map and follow the river

Mixed lamb and chicken kebab was good, but small. Chicken wrap wasn't so good, the chicken was all dried out and chewy. Scampi was over cooked and dried out. Chips were OK edible.

Forgot half the order. Dissapointed.

Been waiting two a half hours for my delivery and can’t get through to phone line…

Terrible I ordered my food at 7pm and it turned up at 9:30 pm when I rang to.find out where my order was there response was thay have new delivery drivers and tryed to blame them when it eventually turned up it was delivered by a member of staff who had worked there years and it was cold and swimming in grease, we are regular customers and will NOT be using them again, what a waste of money and time.....

Nice clean tasty food. Chilli sauce too hot. Salad bit boring where was the shredded cabbage lettuce etc. Lovely meat. Portion slightly small

Not the cheapest but certainly one of the best! Good menu, clean and well presented, cooked fresh to order and the salad was fresh and tasty.

Service 3/10 Burger meat 4/10 Tomatoes in my burger were really fat and clearly not meant for a burger I wouldn’t recommend this place only if everything around is closed Someone at that place really needs to watch some videos on how to cook burgers properly

Ordered a large lamb shish and an extra chicken shish skewer, we were so disappointed. It was tiny, the salad was so basic with just iceberg lettuce, onion and cucumber.

Friendly staff and actually good doner kebabs which is hard to find these days. All I would say is the chilli sauce recipe needs sorting. I could help them as i make my own.

Absolute hidden gem of a kebab house. All the kebabs are to die for, decent salad and proper sauces! Even the Pizzas are pretty good as well. Beats anything in Colchester!

I ordered a ‘Full House’ meal for 2 and it was honestly the best kebab I have ever had! The customer service was top quality and I cannot fault the quality of the food. It wasn’t greasy and salty like other kebab shops! Thanks guys

Had my first take away since moving to the area and thoroughly enjoyed my chicken kebab. I find chicken kebabs often under or over cooked but this was cooked well. Good value for money and really friendly service. Will be ordering with you guys again soon!

I normally come here in the evenings after a long shift at work and the food is always made in a timely manner with big portions with the staff being efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Go here weekly for meat & chips. Gorgeous meat and great chips. Great portion for £5.50. Good staff.

Sometimes this place is mediocre - and other times its bad. Accetable pizza that sometimes is undercooked and squdgy. Chips that are sometimes cooked un what seems to be really old oil. And service that is somtimes given with less than a smile.It's a sometimes place - so take your chances and hope its a good night.But if you want take away pizza - thats pretty much the only player in town.

I've had order one vegetarian pizza over the phone n phone operator told me it's £9 but when I went to collect they increased price told me £10 with bad attitude n no one can speak English there i think they done it purposely because I'm not fair color guy dnt recomend this place.

Good food, fair prices, excellent delivery driver. Busy at some times so takes a little longer but the food is worth the wait.

Just had a large doner kebab, it’s the best I’ve ever tasted, can actually taste the lamb and didn’t leave me with a feeling of regret when I finished it

Surprised about the ratings as this place is great! Delivery, open at 12 some days. Lovely food, sometimes the wait is longer than expected and then sometimes shorter! Kebabs are perfect!

Usually have the lamb doner which is always good ,but decided to try there pizza instead really wish I hadn't half cooked and hardly any topping. I will definitely stick to what I know from now on.

Went for a quick takeaway for dinner tonight. Ordered 10 chicken nuggets and chips & a meat feast pizza.

This is a great place to go if you love food poisoning, so if you are looking to lose weight then try the uncooked kebab, it will blow your socks off and make you never want to eat again 👍

Turned up an hour and 20 minutes late with items missing very poor by anyone's standards. really should have sent it back. Never again

Been a regular here for last 12mths. Always order the same inc. a chicken shish wrap but this time it was a chicken fillet in bread crumbs done in the deep fat fryer! When questioned the guy said they always do it this way which led to a heated argument....the day you argue with a customer is the day you lose customers.

The food itself is always of a great quality. However a 2 and a half hour wait for them to prepare and deliver a pizza and a kebab to an address that is 5-10 minutes away is far from acceptable...

Good bunch of staff never had any complaints on the food i always use the place when I'm in the mood for a snack. Can't fault it

I ordered a 12 inch meat feast pizza not knowing that you would only get enough topping for a 9 inch with minimal amounts of meat. I have eaten a lot of pizzas and this is by far the worst I have ever had. It’s was tasteless.

Staff were nice enough, place seems quite clean, a good range of take away food options and indeed seemed to be very busy (so it is popular locally) at an unusual time - about 6.30 on a Sunday evening. It maybe just that we are spoiled with the quality of our regular kebab shop, but this seemed rather flat - not a lot of taste in the Donor and the special chicken had an unusual taste, chips tasted a bit stale - good size portions though.

We ordered 2 x mixed everything kebabs - according to the website £8.80 each. On delivery the price was £11 each. They gave me an uptodate menu and £11 is correct. So please check when ordering via the phone and having it delivered (delivery is free in certain places over £15). The mixed kebabs were gorgeous and well worth £11. We have ordered this many times (although not frequently) and have been to the takeaway. We have always had a lovely meal - tasty , good amount and a great price. Would definately recommend it to anyone.

I often orded a take-away/pick up from Manningtree Grill and Pizza. I think the food is actually unexpectedly nice, and although when I first tried the chips I thought that they were slightly strange, I have grown to love them a lot. My ultimate recommendation is the chicken popcorn and chips. The only thing letting them down is some of the staff don't seem very happy to see you, but considering this is a take-away it's not a huge issue.

I had a Doner, my brother had a Lamb Shish Kebab, both with salad & chilli sauce. After eating we both said they were the Best kebabs we've ever eaten!

This is easily the best Kebab shop in North Essex.

We have recently moved near to this takeaway and we currently have no kitchen due to a house renovation! This takeaway is superb, better than any that are in Colchester. Very fresh food and cooked perfectly, can't fault it. Try the chicken shish for a heathy takeaway! It's amazing.

Was passing through and saw the reviews so I thought why not... Large chicken shish with salad in pitta.. was worthy of the 5* reviews... chicken was grilled to perfection, salad crisp and fresh and real chilli sauce..left me sweating!! Haven't had a kebab like that in ages...thoroughly recommend especially at £6.80!!

Better than your normal late night comfort food establishment this take away has a wide range of kebab dishes along with Pizzas. Their chips are pretty good too. They also deliver if you're feeling lazy!

Always not, tasty and fresh. Staff are fast and efficient but not what I would call a friendly bunch. Lady behind the counter has a face of thunder. No one smiles....why? A smile to customers goes a long way. You are open because people love your food. Your prices are fair and your chicken is succulent. Smile and be more friendly though please, thankyou!

Really sorry to say but worst pizza and burger I've ever eaten. Me and my partner were not expecting much but it was really bad- meats were tasteless and poor quality, everything hugely salty.

Delicious well cooked food .This is top notch take away comfort food. Hard working owner is obviously very proud of his business and the food is a reflection of his dedication. Never had bad meal from here and the only small but insignificant gripe is the wait on a Saturday for delivery but the wait is always worth it. 5 star food.

Simple ingredients cooked perfectly. The chicken shish has a beautiful taste that leaves you wanting more and it's never dry. The best Kebab I've ever tried and I never used to like them! Staff are friendly too. I'm a kebab convert.

This is by far the best chicken / lamb shish I have ever eaten. The quality is second to none. The salad is always fresh and the order is always correct. The lamb doner is good but pretty standard but the meat they marinade in the shop,and it melts in your mouth. Normally in most kebabs shops the lamb is always chewy and tough, but here it is tender and tasty. The chicken is the same not stringy or grisly but very tender and tasty. Highly recommend.
