McDonald's in Peterborough

Terrible peor de todos. Llegó después de ver la película de Minecraft y pedir comidas de Minecraft. Pagado. Que me dijeran que ya no los hacían. Mucho discutiendo y encontraron dos juguetes. Vuelve a casa, abre las bolsas. Faltan las pepitas adultas. Tres patatas fritas grandes honestamente una era que podía verter tres en el medio y crudo. Big Mac de nuevo piedra fría debe haber sido sat de edades de almacenamiento. He bebido helado batido más caliente. Terrible atención al cliente y comida terrible.

Esta noche fui con mi hijo a la unidad - a través y la experiencia no fue buena. Después de pagar nos pidieron que esperáramos en la parte delantera... después de unos minutos, tuvimos que movernos porque había otros coches que querían salir. Entonces estacioné mi auto pero nadie vino a nosotros. Después de un tiempo mi hijo tuvo que ir al restaurante a reclamar por nuestro pedido. Cuando llegamos a casa, mi hijo se dio cuenta de que tenía pepinillos y cebollas con su hamburguesa, que específicamente pidió no tener en ... por lo que en general, mala experiencia hoy.

En realidad no estábamos en McDonald’s Restaurant, pero nos entregaron comida... la mitad de la comida no llegó, así que los llamé y me dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer, lo que me dejó haber gastado mi último poco de dinero para tratar a mis hijos para su cena sin su comida. Una hija sin nada y la otra con solo una hamburguesa y no es la primera vez que esto sucede desde este Restaurante. He pedido mucho desde aquí en el último año y diría que el 75% de las veces su es y artículo o múltiples artículos que faltan en mi pedido y no es fácil hacer una queja. El proceso es largo y te quedas en el momento sin nada! ! ! ! £ 25 Acabo de pagar y todo lo que recibí fueron nuggets de pollo y 2 hamburguesas con queso! ! ! ! ¡Absolutamente ridículo!

Pide 2 BigMacs y 2 Chips. Me dijeron que esperara en una bahía, todas llenas. Luego me dijeron que esperara en el aparcamiento. Después de algún tiempo apareció la comida. Esperaría que la comida estuviera caliente. 3 minutos en coche a casa - la comida era STONE FRÍA! Tuve que recalentar en microondas. BIEN HECHO

Ordered Big mac meal with no pickle no cheese no sauce. Got home and found that they had added all of the above ingredients l requested to be removed. I called the restaurant as it was nearly closing time and the lady who answered very rude and hung up on me. I tried calling again and no answer for the rest of the night. I had to throw my food away and no apology or refund has been offered despite contacting them several times.

Staff stressed and not very helpful... food cold... hot chocolate like warm dish water...complained to manager who could not be bothered to even come to drive through window..sent cashier back to say machine correctly and there was nothing wrong. ERRR I disagree will go to any branch in future... Always have a really POOR experience here....Change the manager

Order some food on the around 20.50 they delivered the food 1 hour later completely cold absolutely disgusting.... really disappointed with the service once again.

Waited at drive through to order and other cars on other side kept being served, bad system!! Very Rude staff who said nothing at all!!! No acknowledgment at all. Lady at till smiled though.

Totally disappointed.Wrap was almost empty and I made a complain.The manager came and said that is the correct one.After hundred of same wraps eaten in UK,she said I got the correct one now?This is madness!Who is the manager!!!!Totally disappoint! Young people that work here can make a mistakes , but a MANGER!!!

Visited just 2 days ago with my grandson, 3 of the 4 order stations were out of order. The one that was working could not print a receipt. The meal arrived with the coffee and spoon for granola missing. Was " advised" to go downstairs to sort out as staff are now on a break. 2 tables outside unusable. total lack of any interest, customer service awful. The toilets were at least clean. this place has gone down big time

as i had to go for check up at the hospital and on the way home we stopped hear for our dinner we went through the drive through and got our order and sat in the car in the car park

Gone downhill big time it was nice and clean but not anymore, its dirty the gents was flooded with urine which was into the corridoor, after a long wait for our order the food was cold.

This is our regular McDonalds Today the fries were AWFUL dried up and tastless, hope this was a one off.

Absoloutley disgraceful from the restaurant themselves! All 3 meals were wrong in some way.. not to mention stuff missing from the order.. Called restuarant and a very very rude lady called Anna answered the phone in the most disgusting manor THEN put the phone down on me because she couldn't be bothered to deal with a complaint, all i got was "Its just eats problem not mine" i would like this sorted asap and a refund at very minimum

Was desperate for a hot chocolate this morning after my hospital appointment, I was told no hot chocolate being served today,arghhhjhjj

Used the drive through and was served by the friendly Amilia. Hash brown and a latte for £2.48. Hash brown cooked exactly as it should be

Trying to order breakfast online from deliveroo or uber eats at around 10:45 (15min left til their breakfast menu will be over) and it says the restaurant is closed when it’s actually 24h... the staff just turned the app off so they won’t get anymore breakfast orders.... how cheeky. Hilarious! Do your job properly!!! I’ve been working in hospitality and all that but i never turned the app off 15-20min before closing time just because i dont wanna do certain things. Shame! If you want McDonald breakfast, you need to wake you 3hours before 11am to get your bagel. Shame!

ordered 3 meals for delivery only received 2 burgers contacted the manager no help at all awful service!!!

This is my 4th visit to this McDonald's since it opened s few months ago and it's the 4th time that my order is wrong. Today beats the biscuit I ordered a French burger with garlic sauce. Well I opened it out of packaging thinking this is very light. Mmmmmm well low and behold no burger. Last week no 20 chicken nuggets in my order no chips In week before that and week before that no chips. I am definitely not "Lovin it"

went through the drive through at 9 this morning and we ordered no problem. once we got home realised that the bacon roll acctually had no bacon in. when we rang up to tell them and make a complaint, the lady on the phone actually said to me ‘you a funny one’ and she said ‘would do you want me to do’ ?! surely that’s not the kind of staff you want working over the phone ! very very rude

After ordering food. Asked to park in bay 2, drove round and someone was in it, after he pulled away, I drove in. Car behind pulls up and beeps his horn as he was told to go in bay 2, then blocked the exit road. Order came, got home. Soggy chips, 1 portion missing, no sauce for the cheese bites and no sauce for the Selects. Chaos

I have a 6yr old so McDonald’s seems to be a thing that happens once a week after swimming. This site is awful, dirty and smells! Unlike the Hampton or Boongate sites where there is always someone to clear & wipe tables & children’s tablets this one is left to rot!!Staff unfriendly & detached. Food stuffs encrusted on the tables & floors & sprayed up the windows! Trays left piled up on tables & bins full!Don’t get me started on the toilets just to say don’t! How can this be when they are a chain I know they are franchises but compared to the others in the city this one is to be missed!!

Stopped at this McDonald's for a quick meal. The place stinks of sewage as soon as you walk in the door. Not ideal for a food premises. Didn't stop for food, as the smell was sickening.

Just ordered a chicken legend meal with hot chocolate. Fries were undercooked, took back and got hotter undercooked fries. The hot chocolate would seriously struggle to use the word chocolate in its discription, the only thing in its favour was it was hot.

Immaculately clean , very nice staff but service considering not busy was not as fast as normal or expected . A mistake of 1 drink short was delivered but no trouble and rectified when we brought it to there

Again Luke warm food on take away and now we get nuggets instead of cheese bites rang to complain and refund no reply

I went to the drive through it was completely empty so i drove round to first window.The lady said you must stop and speak through intercom next time i will NOT serve you. I said there was no one there.She reied i dont care i shouldnt serve tpu know she was extremly rude and clearly did not want to serve me.I went to next window to get food and asked for manager.Someone came to window dont think they was management and just said.Ok thanks for letting me know What a joke

Cold burger, cold chips. How does this restaurant get away with serving food at these temperatures. Please Monitor your food temperatures better.

Whenever I go to a McDonald's, something gets missed out or wrong, not here! Staff were quick with my order and everything was present and correct, what more do you need?!

it was very quite Wednesday morning. Popped in with my daughter. We don't do fast food often, the main reason being is that the food over priced rubbish and we only eat it out of desperation.

I stopped by this McDonald's on my way to Peterborough City centre with my husband and 2 children. I usually get very mad when going into McDonald's as one of my children is only 3 years old and has no patience whatsoever. The young girl I believe was named Shannon could see that I was getting stressed however stayed very polite and even offered to get our food brought over to us as well as pointing us in the direction for coloring sheets and crayons. As a parent with young children I try to stay away from eating in at McDonald's however I will be returning to this McDonald's.

Very busy branch of McDonald's but food correct, hot and tasty. Car park was the only issue, with a lack of spaces

This McDonalds is just outside Peterborough central, its a nice modern design with a very clean decor with a fun area for the kids. It has lots of seats available and the staff are friendly, attentive and efficient in their duties.

This is a good McDonald's branch, and the service was very fast. The special orders we put in were dealt with happily and the flow from order to checkout went smoothly. The restaurant is clean, and the food was freshly served with no evidence of having had a long warming try life. All in all very good for a McDonald's.

Very well run franchise with friendly efficient staff , great value , great food and very useful for nipping in on your lunch break
