Mcdonald's in Peterborough

Ordered mcdelivery and they DIDNT include my burger just got chips and drink

Standard McDonalds, fast service

It's expensive junk food, served by a very miserable looking female. Shan't rush back!

No soap in Gent's toilets, and no soap dispensors, There are witnes marks on the wall where two dispensors used to be, but appear to have been ripped off.

Was disappointed yet again they only put down some I ask for on order. Not listening to everything I say. This happens at padholm Rd and bourges boulevard ones too. So dont go McDonald's much now. Because when they say sorry. I still have to wait for the delayed burger. Does not come straight away. I saw one Muslim girl pushing her greasy hair back in her hijab and didn't wash her hands before handing over a customers order. I did tell the manager.

Too many Chinese people working they no good service and they no speak English they no use gloves so dirty and ugly food I hate

My old store I used work at 30vyears ago, clearly things have changed but not the peak time congestion and waiting for my order...

Busy but quick service food as ordered

This mcdonalds in Peterborough is a great to visit. It has plenty of space to eat in or take away. There are also plenty of spaces upstairs. However it's the first mcdonalds thar I've heenan to that did run out of coca-cola and and Fanta. Had no fizzy drinks at all. This was the only disappointment.

Food is cold and tasteless. Cola has been watered down too much. Seems the mix setting has been tweaked too far guys. Fries are unsalted and cold, burger cold and tasteless. The whole burger thrown together as if the operator was blindfolded. All in all it's a poor effort and at the moment Burger King is way above you.

Grim ! And slow . Went in to get a small milkshake and I waited up to fifteen minutes.

Last visit I waited over 10 minutes for my order of mcflurry and a double cheeseburger. I ordered on the app to collect and they had already prepped the mcflurry leaving it sat there melting. Once my food finally arrived, the cheeseburger was cold and the bun crispy and as predicted the mcflurry was more of a milkshake. Terrible service and rude staff.

Just the thing i don't like is busy otherwise everything great

This place is shocking. Ordered a mcdelivery. Waited 45 minutes for it and it was freezing cold. Just to top it off, they forgot half of my order. Tried 5 times to ring the branch to sort it out and no-one bothers to answer the phone.

Never have any worries about food ,staff, service atmosphere it's always a pleasure. We are pensioners but no problems especially with the FOOD. CHEERS.

Tight,but otherwise classic McDonald's. Toilets doesnt work.only working one is for disabled guys. I guess its just too much cleaning for them,coz it happens so often.

Food is standard McDonald's, good tasting fast food. Unfortunately the service was extremely slow, and the toilets stank.

The place is always horribly packed, the orders are regularly wrong, cooked badly or not even included! The staff take forever and the place is always messy. Go to other McDonald's locations for better service and food

Had a good breakfast here hot and tasty

It was one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a double happy meal. When it finally was ready there no one said sorry for the delay. Would recommend going to a different branch or going elsewhere/hunt and gather your own food as it couldn't be any slower!

The self service machine was not giving out receipts, we had breakfast at 9am food was hot, the table had food marks on prior to us getting our food, the toilets were not clean, very off putting.

Not enough staff to cover a busy dinner service, place wasn't the cleanest either

Good for a quick bite to eat. I've been here a few times and for some reason there is ALWAYS classical music playing. Unsure why, it's a bit random. Apart from that it was decent.

Prices going up noticeably over the past year. Can't all be down to inflation.

Messy, due to lack of manners of Peterborough citizens

Staff are nice and friendly on the whole, restaurant gets dirty quickly during more busy times though. Always packed on a weekend. Super fresh and hot chips, especially during busier periods, and they never forget to bring you your milk or sauces. But when they're busy they can also struggle with cleaning tables and floors. They're not particularly fast but it's understandable as they're probably the busiest McDonald's in the whole of Peterborough.

Good fast service and decent food for Price

I am not really a fan of McDonald's and this place reminded me why. The food that i ordered did not even come close to what was advertised. Chips cold and dry, burgers again cold and dried up, no sauces at the pumps, the place was not particularly clean and the restaurant was full of very annoying idiots. The only good thing I can say about it was the service was quick, probably because all the food was pre cooked judging by the poor quality. Guys, go to Burger king, they have better staff, better food and better prices. The only reason I used this restaurant was because Burger king was unfortunately closed. I wish I had gone with my first thought of going home to cook. I will never recommend anyone to use this restaurant and Wil never go back

First Macdonald's I have been in where a beggar was allowed in and asked us for cash.

Extremely crowded, very dirty, very understaffed. After placing a simple order (1 burger, 1 fries and 1 ice cream) it took about 15min to be prepared so this is not a “fast” food restaurant. Will not return and I don’t recommend.

they gave me a sprite with ice even if i asked for no ice but apart from that everything tastes great

Food was hot, ladies who served took order and sorted food were friendly, happy and very polite. Sadly, the building is soulless, the seating is poorly designed along with self service units, and the place feels and looks drab and depressing. Some customers are so rude and ignorant, thinking they order fiod and exoectung it to be made before everyone else.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of your Peterborough store, I had put in a order of £30 worth of food and the wrong food had been delivered, is it so complex to put burgers in a bag and put the receipt on it so the courier doesn’t get screamed at for delivering the wrong food. Ridiculous.

Not great could have been cleaner

Not overly clean, girl lady serving was not interactive and was more interested have a conversation with her colleagues.

This Mcdonald's is losing the quality. The food is always cold, salty fries, tables are always dirty and when you ask if they can clean it they get angry and ignore . Let's not talk about the toilets... always disgusting and that's a huge risk of getting some sort of infection 🤢🤮.

Love the quick order time and delivery time

It's McDonalds, what more needs to be said really, love it or hate it, it is what it is. Personally I just wanted a milkshake and fries, as I don't like the burgers.

The app doesn't work causing untold confusion when trying to order with the error code the fries were undercooked (replaced after a wait) really needs some adult management working here and probably security if you could find anyone brave enough.

Food is good and hot. It is in the heart of city centre. But parking is problem. It has self service systems.

App was rubbish. Became so annoyed it wasn't working so ended up just with the main course and didn't bother with mcflurrys. A young boy was also swearing like a trooper so it was a visit from hell as far as I was concerned.

Why is it so hard to put the correct amount of burgers in the bag ? Can you at least make sure you hire people who can read a stupid screen? It becomes really frustrating to order for two and receive only half of your order, but get charged for two….

This place gets so busy it's utter chaos at times. Unclean and so many staff literally running about behind the counter and hardly any cleaning tables, order stations etc. I wouldn't recommend going in with wheelchairs as you won't get by people or up the stairs.

Just a normal McDonald's, always a super busy one. Receipts were working from the self pay machines(at least 3) so a bit of a lottery when waiting for food. Told the lady and she wasn't overly bothered!

Is ok if you want a like something quick like a breakfast just keep me going like a quick coffee or drink and eat you out but do get quite busy enough I've seen it quite busy when I go past it so it's worth going about eight nine o'clock in the morning when it's less busy

Prices have gone up. Burgers are smaller. Fries cold and not very crispy or appetising.

This has got to be one of the worst mcdonalds in Peterborough, but the problem is its got potential due to its prime location, but fails to preform adequately during peak hours and even off peak hours. The staff are rude and lazy, making it out as if its a effort to preform any request such as asking for a straw or a napkin. I've seen the mangers sitting around on their phones while I've been waiting for my food. There's only 2 good staff members at this restaurant, one being the kind young lady that cleans the restaurant area. She is always so friendly and talkative, but I have noticed that some customers are qiving her abuse and this is not being sorted by the mangers, I would suggest that if they want to keep one of there 2 good staff then they need to get their act together and support them, such as kicking people out that are causing issues or being abusive and rude to the staff. Staff shouldn't have to go to work and get abuse from the customers no matter what industry they work in, so the customers being abusive need to be sorted and the correct management needs to be inplace. So mcdonalds locations get security quards to tackle these issues, and with the location of this restaurant I would suggest this would be a good idea for this location. The police are often here responding to calls of kids trashing upstairs or being drunk etc ... . The second only good staff member at this location is the tall mangers, when he is on the Front counter the restaurant seems to actually run a bit faster. But obviously the staff in the kitchen arnt putting in effort to get the food out on target OAT scores. CM Restaurant, sort this out.

Very busy a little slow in waiting for food and one item missing

A staff member, Holly, responsible for handling out the food was inattentive - didn’t give tissue, when asked for it; she throwing lump of tissues on the serving plate.

Always forget to put items I order ! And this is like every single time I order something always something missing ! Do you your job proper people ! It’s not a hard job ! Don’t care it’s busy ! Do what u are payed to do ! This time I don’t blame delivery people ! The package it’s sealed good and they can’t take anything ! Washrooms are nasty please don't take your kids to washrooms they will be sick.

For me, as long as it only breakfast item you getting, you can't beat it, don't rate the other meals, that widespread not just this location.
