Amazing food! 10/10 burgers all The meat was juicy and the sauces where incredible. Service was quick and very good. The atmosphere was amazing with the music and nice staff our server kalina was amazing and made the experience alot better. 10/10 would recommend

Great food with very quick service, which is just what we needed to be somewhere for a set time. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

The food here is really good, the different flavour sauces you can get for your chicken are all delicious and everything is really well priced. You can get a burger with two chicken breasts, 3 chicken strips, chips, and drink for £12. You're not beating that anywhere else. The restaurant itself is usually clean. Most of the staff seem helpful and polite. The only negative for me was the toilet, it always seems to be uncleaned.

Love chicken? Love the Ladz Peterborough! Stopped in by chance and was greeted by a fab team - order taken swiftly and with a smile…. Short wait and BOOM, the meal arrived! Half chicken Chicken wings Chips Mozzarella Sticks && 2x Burgers Everything was super tasty! The burgers had the grill char and flame flavour, chicken was moist and plenty of meat in the bone! Cheers all - really enjoyed! (&& Becca gave me a review card, so this one’s for you!)

Great little place to eat with good prices and nice food. You know what you are going to get. They have a consistent menu that tastes great every time. Not much of a fan of the plastic barrier in front of the cashier as they often get the order wrong but it is a bit of a challenge for them to hear with the noise behind them and this transparent wall ahead. 03/03/24 update. Still as good as ever. £1.50 to park the car right outside and a quick tasty late lunch. Washed my hands quickly before I ate, a quick renovation of the toilet area is in order I think. 13/04/24 update. Macie did a terrific job of welcoming us and serving. The food was good as expected though my wife did think there was an odd tang to the food on her Medium spice. I enjoyed my hot pitta chicken though. 23/10/24 update. Samantha served us this time and her service was excellent. Always enjoy eating here. Just one flavour that I am not a fan of, though others may like it is Mango Tango, stick to the Medium :)

Food is always great. Much better than Nando’s in my opinion. The young lad that works there called Mitchell is exceptionally good. So friendly and polite. A true credit to his parents and the Ladz.

Really nice establishment, was just driving past and decided to pop in for the first time, they offer takeaway and dine in, staff were really polite, the grounds looked really clean and it seemed the staff took pride in their work. We ordered for takeaway and everything was presented and packed really nice in plastic containers, no cheaping out anywhere: The food was delicious, no faults no mistakes, packed full of flavour, even my partner who had her chicken plain said it was seasoned beautifully, good value, obviously a Nandos knock off but a far superior one and more affordable. Nice selection of sauces and dips and spice was hot without blowing your head off, be sure to check it out if you’re near!

The Ladz has been, is, and always will be one of my favourite restaurants in Peterborough. The spices are very appetisingly flavoured and go well with any food you purchase. I wish I could buy them because they’re about 20x better than Nando’s sauces. Personally, I recommend the halloumi wrap because I love that type of cheese but I often have the chicken and lamb chops and they never disappoint. The meals are pretty well portioned and never leave me feeling empty.

I visited this restaurant on 29 August 2024 with my family. Ordered the variety platter. Food was fresh and tasted really good. The side order of rice was not so good as it was soggy and sweet. The young lady (waiting staff) was outstanding, she had a smile and was really friendly and i observed how hard working she was. Now to the negative and reaon for reduced stars. I was served by a slim pale skinned lady with slight reddish hair with a fringe. She was very rude, had no smile on her face. She was very miserable and I felt very rushed when ordering as there was no customers behind me. She failed to say any please or thank you. Management should retrain her in good customer service as this is giving this business a bad image. I definitely did not feel welcomed nor appreciated for my custom. The only highlight is the food I was served by the wonderful female waiting staff. She is a credit to your business. If this was my business I would replace her with the miserable person at the till. Management please take note. Customer service makes or breaks a business.

Very poor customer service. Mistake made with the initial order and the staff including the manager refused to rectify it and accused us of lying about the order! Food is nothing special. Bog standard.

Going in to this establishment I had high hopes however I left feeling a bit underwhelmed because although the chicken was cooked perfectly and tender it was just absolutely drowned in tango mango sauce which ruined it for me a light glaze would’ve been enough. The chips were okay but they were just frozen out of a bag with some seasoning on so I’d give it 3.9.
