Namat was amazing! Super friendly, really on it with our order, and made the whole experience so much better. She made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. Honestly, one of the best waitresses I’ve had.

As always, lovely food prepared in excellent time and service with a smile! Simona served us quickly and made sure we were all ok throughout our meal! Highly recommended

Lyba’s and Simona’s service and food were exceptional. They were welcoming, kind and entertaining too. They were particularly sensitive to the fact that I was nervous and self conscious dining out alone for the first time in over 40 years. And they thankfully overlooked that I seemed to be a total and complete liability. Love this place already after just one visit.

what can i say. its just absolutley brilliantly perfect. i have nothing to say other than wow and thank you so much for not only the such tasty food but the kindness from the staff. from the waitresses to the chefs to the servers they all just match up so well the chemistry is unreal. i will definetly obviously be coming back because im just inlove with the juicy chicken burger. one bite and the flavours burst and dive into my mouth. i love it. thanks everyone and special shoutout to Simona and Namat who were absolutley amazing, the waitressing couldnt be better.

Really good food And good price

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our server- Maria! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even though the restaurant was busy, they quickly tidied up a table for us and got us seated right away. Their friendly attitude and efficiency made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend—thank you for the great service!

The food was good, really flavourful. Moist chicken and chips were well cooked. Good prompt service. Really enjoyed my visit Samantha was very attentive and provided great service

Alhumdulillah the food was amazing and the service was top notch. I do recommend this place a 10/10. Samanta was such a helpful and kind person. She would always come upto us and ask if we needed anything. She is a kind and helpful person.

food was great as always. wish it was a little more warm/hotter temperature wise. samanta the server was great and quick to make sure we were eating well and were served as quick as possible.

I came in today with my kids, Maria helped me so much she made sure we got a booth we were seated nicely she got us a high chair before we even asked which was amazing , and got us refills for the sauces before we even said, so chatty and helpful made the evening so much better thank you Maria :)

Delicious food, all the chicken was well cooked and tender but still juicy. Excellent value for money, got a large meal and drinks for 6 people for less than £60 (the Ladz Platter) Service was brilliant, food delivered incredibly fast - we were served by Samantha 👍👍👍 Would highly recommend!

excellent service from simona very respectful, kind and helpful

Good place to go. I spent some time waiting for the service when later I realised that I need to order food by myself. A little bit misleading. I have complain about peri peri chips. Spices are only on the top and bottom part of the portion is plain. In general it's a good place if you have focus on the chicken meals.

Food was fresh and delicious very good service by Simona and Namat

Zero hygiene and respect for people who wanted to eat veg. They cook veg on same stove along side of beef and chicken, even they don’t change tongs for them. Same tong for all kind of food. When i asked to cancel my order the staff denied to cancel it first and when I showed them their own cooking style then he cancelled it. I paid by card and he gave me refund in cash No systematic way of refund Zero hygiene Zero management

Dined in today and was served by Samantha. I had the lamb burger with wedges. The wedges came hot and super crispy, tasted amazing with their dipping sauces. The lamb burger had a great flavour, however, I would have enjoyed it more if it had been a touch warmer. I would eat from here again and would recommend to friends

This place was recommended by a friend. I’m from Melton Mowbray. The food was beyond amazing. The staff are all polite and very helpful. They made sure you had everything you needed. Great atmosphere and decor. Can’t wait to come back x thank you Samantha for taking care of us xx
