Highly recommend,service was excellent food hot and presented well all staff were amazing and credit to Ruby who was our waitress.

I ate here for the first time today and was very impressed. I was greeted quickly by a girl by the name of Maria and she seated me quickly and helped me with the ordering process as i had no idea how to, she was very lovely. The food came quickly and was delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very good and the service was great, the restaurant was very clean. I will be returning.

Disappointing Experience at The Ladz We used to enjoy visiting The Ladz, but our recent experience left us very disappointed. We noticed that what was once complimentary basic sauce on the plate is now being charged for, which felt excessive considering it's part of the meal presentation. The service was especially poor. One of the waitresses, dressed in a gothic style and clearly disinterested, showed a lot of attitude throughout. When asked simple questions about the menu, her responses were unhelpful and sarcastic at one point even saying, “Don’t you know what you’re ordering?” which was incredibly rude and uncalled for. We understand that the restaurant closes at 11 PM, but the way we were treated just before closing was unacceptable. A few minutes before 11, all the lights were turned off, leaving customers sitting at their tables in the dark while still trying to finish their meals. It felt like we were being pushed out the door. Staff came around 10 minutes before closing to start clearing plates—even though we were clearly still eating; rushing us to finish as if we were an inconvenience. We had explained before ordering that we were running late due to unforeseen circumstances - a deer had been hit in front of us and the road was closed while police managed the scene. We had travelled from out of town, and this delay was entirely out of our control. Sadly, no understanding or empathy was shown. Instead, we felt rushed, unwelcome, and frankly disrespected. This experience has made us rethink ever returning. Customer service and a little kindness go a long way. Unfortunately, The Ladz at Peterborough missed the mark on both.

First time trying this place and definitely the last . As soon as I walked in from the start the customer service was really bad , the lady at the front very strongly without even greeting us told us there were only 2 tables available which were at the front magically then two other tables come available for other customers . I felt like I was eating there for free by the way I was spoken to with a very rude tone and no regard for any sort of customer service . Food arrived within seconds which was a big red flag the food was cold and had a weird over powering taste . It was luke warm like the food was just waiting for some time . There is nothing that can be done for me to come back to this establishment. I was given funny looks and will definitely be taking this further with management I await your response .

Food, as always, has never disappointed me. I asked my daughters where they wanted to go and they automatically said here which just shows how amazing this place is. Food, amazing, staff incredible, the atmosphere just so friendly, once again Ladz never ceases to impress me.

The food was divine and very delicious we devoured!!!!!!!! It in second the waiter was very kind (our waiter was Namat ) The food was absolutely spectacular. I have ate food at the lads but the service I have received from Simona, was exemplary polite assertive, diligent and all the others are just hard-working as well but she always gives great service. No table left without a service, she is just shot of having 20 hands.

Attended on a busy Friday evening, service by Simona was lovely. Polite and friendly, will deffo be coming back! Food was also hot and came out within 10 mins (ordered for 13 people).

I use this place often as I work around the corner, normally get a takeaway but nice to eat in for a change. Food always fresh and tasty. Great value I don’t have a big appetite so it’s great I can have a little ladz. Shout out to Luba and all the staff

Cashier was rushing the whole time I was ordering and couldn’t get a word in, seemed to not want to be there. Didn’t have a very appealing attitude considering they are speaking to customers. Other than that, food was decent and came fairly quick.
