Cracking Chicken Mayo x2. Took the bun lid off and put them together to make a budget Chicken Mayo big Mac!!

One food quality in this place is disgusting chips are hard and cold food is chucked together for the prices we pay I expect my food to atleast be hot!! This is the worst one in the whole of Peterborough for food quality!! And yes the many times we use them nothing changes

Terrible food breakfast mcmuffin bacon egg cheese no bacon and really greasy horrible tasting egg, considering I had to wait for it to be cooked was a mess.

What you expect from a fast food chain, food that isn't cooked to order so tends to be luke warm but service is quick.

I go as the kids like it and they get to choose a takeaway every couple of weeks if Santa would be happy with them. For myself I wouldn’t bother with the dry cold fries and average burgers. The atmosphere in my car is the same as at any other venue. I don’t recommend anything

Half the food is missing. Ni mozzarella dippers. No chicken mayo, 1 chips for the double meal. 2 quarter pounders instead for f 1 and 1 Big Mac. No sauces

10 out of 10 love deal packaging course 3 days.

Missing food is always a problem here. The most basic orders are to much for the staff.

Burger missing and all the food was cold

We visited one of the many local drive-in McD's in the town earlier today. Unfortunately for us, the staff weren't having a good day. We checked the bagged contents and noticed that both meals were incorrect. I despair!! Why wasn't the order checked before handing it over? What a bunch of hapless and illiterate clowns. At least you're consistent in your failings, McDonalds.

Used to be the quick and cheap go-to meal in the area. Save yourself some money and grab a Fray Bentos pie or a Rustlers burger from the local supermarket. At least you know it'll be hot when it's ready. Every meal is another little letter of disappointment to your taste buds.

This is a just breakfast. This is a full account of how bad this McDonald’s in the whole of Peterborough is. I have lived in Hampton now for 13 years and can honestly say the McDonald’s here does not know how to cook prepare food. I have not had a good McDonald’s from here in years it’s either freezing cold undercooked or overcooked or even top it off half your order missing I swear this store is just run by teenagers who have no clue how to look after the store or prepare the food. I now try to avoid this place like the plague , and use a different McDonald’s because at least we’re guaranteed hot food especially when you pay the prices you pay you don’t want cold uncooked food

Had a big Mac and fries and a banana milkshake. Very tasty. I don't have Macdonald's as often as some people do I like to have it as a treat.

Drive through has gotten alot quicker since there are only to click and collect bays now

Warned not to order from here, should have listened.... Cold UNDERCOOKED chips. Cold burgers, No straw with milkshake... first & last time ordering from here.

Go here a lot because it is fast and they don't get your food wrong.

THERE WAS NO SAUCE!!! 6 packets of sauce missing plus i kid you not this guy was trying to bang the door down, 1 in the morning and he was pounding on the door he woke up the dog, the twin babies and the neighbours!!! not satisfied.

This location is clearly not 24 hours, when you go round the drive through twice and there's at least 5 staff members in the premises and they ignore the fact that you're there and they're just laughing and chinwagging, you might as well be closed.

The employees are all immature children who pull pranks with your food. I received a lettuce root in my wrap.

Stopped here on the way back from a family holiday. It was one of the cleanest McDonalds I've been to in the UK and the service was very efficient!

Quiet, calm and clean. A relaxing few minutes break while drinking a coffee.

Of the several outlets we use in the area this has to be the slowest. We ordered today at approx 1100 and so it wasn't majorly busy. Two happy meals and a couple of burgers (not meals). It was well over ten minutes wait from point of order via the app at click and serve and then two drinks from the Happy Meals were missing. On the few occasions we've used this Maccies the service speed and order accuracy have been issues. Not much has changed since my last visit. That being said, the food was presentable and warm etc so no complaints there.

Opening hours incorrect - arrived at 2.45am and was closed, despite Google and sign outside stating 24th

Burgers always put in the bag sideways , so when I get home its a mess in a box, why? I don't get pizza delivered sideways. Where is the logic? Please stop doing this. Doesn't anyone care anymore?

Usually go there for picking up breakfast mcmuffins. Good service always, parking area is bit small.

We come here as a family every Thursday, we do sometimes have issues with cold food, but the staff sort it straight away. Always impressed with the quality of food here.

Xadeee needs to address her attitude. As a customer, don't need to hear her telling the Uber driver how this place is poorly run. I'm just wanting to dine, not listen to publicly air her drama

The cleanest, tidiest, organized mcd I have come across. All the kids tablet were there and working Could be difficult to park in busy hours, long queues in drive thru. During off peak hours, enough parking Drive thru can be busy mostly

I enjoy the wraps as they are a healthy option and filling. Not too busy for lunchtime and quick service.

It's a McDonald's you get what you get

The car park was PACKED it was extremely difficult to park anywhere near the click and serve. The queue to get in had lengthened by the time we wanted to leave. Where we had parked we had to rely on someone letting us out and pedestrians not continually walking behind the car as we slowly tried to back out. Stressful not likely to go there again in a hurry

Mcspicy was missing but everything else good

Sick and tired of this McDonalds, every visit they forget my dips. I wouldn’t mind as much but it’s the 50p dips and if I’m paying 50p I expect my dip. It’s just pure laziness at this point. One visit I had to ask the worker about the dips being in the bag and he recited which dips they were and said he would get them now. How hard is it to do it without me having to ask for them? I understand the point could be made of checking the bag but I shouldn’t have to every single time.

The food was made perfect, just gad to wait around 1hour. Food came cold :/ sad to wait 1hour at night for a food and get it cold..

not happy as you left out my milkshake and my McFlurry and I am not happy with it

Why is it every time I use the drive through at this Mc Donald’s they leave something off the order. I now say is everything in there before leaving. Nothing changed on my last visit “Thanks, is everything in there?” “Yes of course.” Got home Chips are missing and one of the meals. Not worth the 20min journey back through rush hour and phone is constantly off the hook. Thought it was just my bad luck but now think it’s the nom here!

2 fries are missing from the order, only came with 1 portion of fries instead of 3

Visited on 17/05: very friendly staff which never happens at a Maccies so pleasantly surprised. And the food was freshly made as we had to wait in a bay but it didn’t take too long- it’s rare to have hot food usually 😅 and given three curry sauces not just one between us! The only thing was the syrup in the Fanta was obviously going because the drink was bitter tasting.

Drive-through was great all round good experience

Firstly previous order worst experience ever £20 order and only a fivers worth of food because things were missing. Tried to call no response. Okay thought we’d give them the benefit of the doubt and go again this time there is a what can only be described as a 3 inches of wet wallpaper in my burger!! Pics to prove and one monstrosity of a hair! I am honestly disgusted with this and will be taking this further!

convenient location, fresh food prepared quickly. attentive staff who went the extra mile to check in the back when i asked to change the toy i received in the happy meal. surely will pay more visits in the future :)

These people literally take so long to pick up the phone and are so rude. Hung up on me when I was half way through order and when I finally got my food I found an EYELASH in my burger and on top of that I found a CHUCK of hair in side my drink and nearly swallowed it. Also I ordered a Fanta and I'm pretty sure they but BANANA milkshake in there. I am NEVER ordering from here EVER AGAIN so I warn you in advance do not go here if you want disgusting food...Thank you.! (I expected BETTER from such a BIG food chain)😔😔 and it also came with a disturbing image in my daughters happy meal

Getting sick of driving to this place for breakfast in the morning only to find the place ‘coned’ off for whatever reason. Complete waste of time and effort to drive there to find you can’t get access, so won’t bother in future.

Drive through. Fresh and hot food. Lattes are nice hot chocolate goes down well, too.

Good maccas, but they usually give you medium fries in large fry box when you order a large fry. And there's always a wait for drive thru.

Yet another terrible vist. Ordered a big mac chicken meal took one bite and it just collapsed all over into the box. Was going to complain but had my Grandchildren with me. Will give this place a miss now
