Being rejected breakfast, money has been taken out and no food, ordered from the app money gone, no food

Getting sick of driving to this place for breakfast in the morning only to find the place ‘coned’ off for whatever reason. Complete waste of time and effort to drive there to find you can’t get access, so won’t bother in future.

Drive through. Fresh and hot food. Lattes are nice hot chocolate goes down well, too.

Good maccas, but they usually give you medium fries in large fry box when you order a large fry. And there's always a wait for drive thru.

Yet another terrible vist. Ordered a big mac chicken meal took one bite and it just collapsed all over into the box. Was going to complain but had my Grandchildren with me. Will give this place a miss now

No one at payment window in drive through, then directed to go back around to pay, instead of taking payment like any other mcdonalds

This is simply another branch of McDonalds. It has a very busy drive through, 10 bays for click and collect and a number of other parking bays including a couple for blue badge drivers. The staff seemed pleasant and helpful and unusually for McDonalds they dealt with in store orders quickly rather than prioritising the drive through. All in all it made for a pleasant visit. I recommend the triple cheeseburger for being one of the best value items on the menu. When it is available, the Big Tasty with bacon is the tastiest item on the menu.

Ordered a McCrispy deluxe large to be delivered to our car outside. We received the order and went home to find our fries missing, requiring me to drive 10 minutes back and get them, I did Indeed receive them, however the rest of my food was now cold and the milkshake ordered melted, and all I received as as a sorry was a browne. Then upon returning home I realised my burger was also missing the bacon, my worst experience with McDonald's yet!!!!

The cleanest, tidiest, organized mcd I have come across. All the kids tablet were there and working Could be difficult to park in busy hours, long queues in drive thru. During off peak hours, enough parking

Ordered through the app and used the 'drive thru' option. The order was brought out quickly, and it was right. I really like the rewards points, the add up, and you get a reward back quickly.

Bought a Large quarter pounder meal, got a large box for the chips but only half full so paid large meal price for really a medium chips, being ripped off

All ways nice staff customers same very miserable and grumpy and don't say thank you. As I was watching the young lad serving rushing around to get the ungrateful grumpy sorts their food. But the young man was doing his job very well ? Next to no queue fast food that's it get happy you junky food addicts you?

Hampton McDonald's is a joke. They have got my order wrong in the drive through the past 3 times I've been here. One of the occasions I had already driven home with someone else's order and I had to return and wasn't even offered a refund or fuel reimbursement. Nothing. Not even a proper apology! Went for breakfast only yesterday and ordered a breakfast wrap only to find a sausage egg mcmuffin in the bag and had to go inside and sort it out. This is embarrassing for such a business as you'd expect they could at least get your order right once in a while.

Staff friendly, quick service compared with some McDonalds.

Order correct 95% of the time, staff usually friendly enough. Frequented by a lot of teenagers who aren't all that socially aware, and the lobby is packed with delivery drivers. Parking can be tight but usually ok. Drive-Thru perfectly good.

Today (16/2/2 ) at 13.30 hrs. I went to Hampton Mcdonalds to give my family a treat,however,I was absolutely disgusted by the abslolute disresepect given to me by staff.When given my cup of soda there was a leak in the cup so I decided to respectfully ask for a new one but the serving girl had no dignity and utterely disrespected us for a simple request.I have been in the UK for 39 years and i have never experienced such a moment.Utterely disgraceful

Had disrespectful behaviour from the staff and low quality food.The chips are over cooked and it tasted bitter.

If you decide to have a meal inside with your family, then in principle everything is fine (if you find a free parking space). But if you decide to order through the app and pick it up at the restaurant, then be sure to check the execution of your order :) It has already been noticed more than once that they forget to add something to the order. If your order is large enough and it takes a long time to prepare, then some of the food that should be hot will already have cooled down by the time of delivery. Good luck!

Ahhh mcdonalds , the only place people seem to lack the basic ability to stack a burger. Let's face it Maccies is only an option when your on the road and the kids need feeding, if you soley choose to go to mcdonalds because you "fancy it" then you belong on a register.

I live in East anglia and was in the area for a day I found that mcdonalds in the west cater for there clients who live in the area the fries were well over cooked,big mac has a different taste to big mcs in the east the shake however did taste the same.

Watch out for the parking restrictions in the pub car park! Otherwise your cheap meal soon become expensive

It was OK we went when it was busy so alot of running around got our order wrong but never mind it was really lovely had the cheese and bacon berger really lovely.

Drivethru. Ordered several items, including chicken select. Not able to check the order until I got home, when I found the chicken select was missing. Phoned McDonalds to report the missing food, they were apologetic and gave me a code for a free chicken select meal....all very good and positive so far. Visited McDonalds to collect the meal, using the code. They refused saying the code we had been given had already been used (who by, not us?)...."there is nothing we can do" was the managers feeble response. Out of pocket. Short changed with food. Unsympathetic and non-customer friendly, incredibly poor all round. I won't be visiting again to purchase food that is slightly warmer than cold including fries that never appear to have been in the fryer.

Never get a delivery from this branch. I can't recall ever receiving everything we ordered (which is Macdonalds fault). Then uber offer a refund for what's missing. Unfortunately children are not easily appeased with a refund for missing food. So then you have to pay again for delivery just to get the missing items delivered. Makes you question whether this tactic is deliberate?

Hardest job in the world is reading a receipt and putting the items in a bag. So I understand why they get it wrong a lot. But it’s happens A LOT. And when you call the helpline of incredible geniuses obviously you get great responses. Short story is, don’t order if you want what you order. Be prepared for half the order because it’s too difficult to put a few items in a bag

Well my gf order food for our daughter and for her self , the food never came to us ,we order from just eat from this MC's so the order never arrived , there was one option for the application show me "to call the restaurant and speak with the manager " well I do call them up and a manager name was Aron who was nice on the phone he was like if you come we take care after you and give you extra dessert or something just wrotte down the referenc no,and pop in.Well I I wake up and he make me to go to get food what my gf order ONLINE, when I get there he start act rude ,and feel me I was want free food , ofcourse Aron my hobbies to get free food from mc's at 12midnight like I want free food" and he never give me nothing extra and I have to explain him well on uber eats I pay 20pound wich obviously charge me extra, u invite me to come in wich is more cheaper if I order insite even the delivery fee I paid , I told him at least give me some extra for the online charge 2-3extra cheeseburger and ARON said he can't do that well but on the phone he was told me can give us extra dessert at least, and I ask him why u wont give me at least for the online charge, and he was like he can' do it come on little boy Aron... learn how is this situation growing u little shiit got proof recipe pict. But yes delivery driver the first problem but come on Aron boy you should fix this us a mc's manager.

I visited one of the many local drive-in McD's in the town earlier today. Unfortunately for me, staff members Bixby and Siri weren't having a good day at the office. You all know the procedure: 1st robot takes your order from the menu and you're directed towards a couple of manned 'windows'. Having placed an order, I read the white-board display and notice both of the items are incorrect. That's fine, perhaps MacDonalds are an equal opportunity employer and the 1st robot is hard of hearing. I point out the error but instead of editing the products herself, Bixby informs me that I should inform the next robot at window 1. Suddenly several anxiety alarms start ringing and I anticipate that sadly, I will need to be focused for the next few minutes to ensure I'm not short changed by the vacant and uninterested staff-bots. After I explain the situation, Window 1 robot corrects the order and I'm asked to make my way to Window 2 where Siri bot has my order ready for collection. I check the bagged contents and notice both items are still regretfully, incorrect. Like I said, somehow my alarm-bells predicted there was going to be a problem. I despair!! Why wasn't the order checked before handing it over? What a bunch of hapless and illiterate clowns. At least you're consistent in your failings, McDonalds.

Extremely busy service eith alot of staff but alot of food was bagged and left for extended periods of time before being served. This was especially prevalent with orders to go out for delivery.

The worst McDonald's in Peterborough. If You use mcdrive fries will be unfresh and cold. You need to check your order when you receive it. Wouldn't recommend....

Went to the drive through and once we had left, we discovered our fries were missing from the order even though the receipt said we had paid for them. Went again a few days later and again the order was wrong - challenged it at the window and this time were given the fries we had ordered - drove away only to discover my wife's quarter pounder with cheese was actually a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately it seems no-one there is capable of bagging up an order correctly. Shockingly poor service!

1st time visiting Mcdonalds Hampton with the missus. Service was excellent, staff very friendly and the food was hot and very tasty.

The last 4 times we have ordered from here, they have gotten it wrong. We never get our sauces! Even when we pay for them! Please start putting the sauces in!!!!

I'd been looking forward to trying the new McSpicy burger but was so disappointed. The burger was limp and not well cooked and the whole thing was massively overloaded with about 3 or 4 times the amount of spicy sauce it needed, which dripped out if the sides and all over my hands and the table. It ust left a naff fatty taste in the mouth. I'll stick to breakfast muffins and skip lunch/evening in future.

I thought it would be a quick in and out, after all, I only ordered a drink.. But I was wrong, eventhough there were only 3 other people that have already ordered and was waiting.. It still took over 10mins just to receive my drink..

All good on the food front but never seem to send sources when using deliveroo , just eat etc But still charge for them

Ordered food from there 3 times through just eat as McDonald’s app doesn’t let some area get delivered to and each time an item of food I’ve paid for or drink hasn’t been delivered and last time I complained they said I had to call just eat but just eat even verified it’s McDonald’s responsibility as they pack the food they cook it and they seal it up

Whenever I order delivery on the app it sends it to this location who always miss something from my order and its always the coke zero from my meal and missing nuggets in the children's happy meal. Last time I use delivery on the app might as well go order and pick it up myself
