McDonald's in Peterborough

The food is always nice and the staff are polite. My problem is the amount of times food is missing! We check before we drive away, but when ubereats delivers it via mcdelivery you're stuffed, paid £7 for a burger and service and delivery charge as we couldn't go and collect on this ocassion, and was refunded £2.63 for the main part of meal being missing! What i always wonder is, how do they always manage to miss food off so many ocassions, but never actually put too much in 😅

What can you say, McDonald's is McDonald's. A bit overpriced but the kids like it. Always clean. Shame the tech isn't always working.

Alright in a pinch but food is overpriced for what you get.

I ordered early hours this morning and it said online it will be here between 00.40 and 1.00. I kept checking the just eat app. And it never changed. I kept checked outside my flat, nothing. No phone call nothing. This morning said 00.41 it was delivered. It wasn't

The cleanest, tidiest, organized mcd I have come across. All the kids tablet were there and working Could be difficult to park in busy hours, long queues in drive thru. During off peak hours, enough parking Drive thru can be busy mostly

I’ve ordered multiple items not one was correct. I received no correct sauces, no pickles in my burgers, no chilli in my chilli cheese burger, no grilled chicken in my grilled chicken wrap. It’s like I got the wrong order, absolutely ridiculous!!!

If you do drive thru please check you're items. They all the time give you less

Worst McDonald's, there Hot Chocolate isn't Hot Chocolate it's Dishwater and they really need to do something about it, and service is slow, when you get to the drive through you end up sitting there and the person who was behind you gets served before you, they really need to sort themselves out, best McDonald's are Ollerton and Colsterworth...

Drive through has gotten alot quicker since there are only to click and collect bays now

The road driving into this place and the hotel has a massive pothole in the middle that's now widened so much your rear tyre will hit it, tyres risk damage from this. PCC won't fix as it's deemed "private land"

Awful mcdonalds this one, always forget items

Ignored "No Ketchup No pickle slices" in 2x burgers, undercooked fries, ordered 3x apple pies, only delivered 1x apple pie & 1x cold toffee apple pie. Unimpressed!

One food quality in this place is disgusting chips are hard and cold food is chucked together for the prices we pay I expect my food to atleast be hot!! This is the worst one in the whole of Peterborough for food quality!! And yes the many times we use them nothing changes

Terrible food breakfast mcmuffin bacon egg cheese no bacon and really greasy horrible tasting egg, considering I had to wait for it to be cooked was a mess.

What you expect from a fast food chain, food that isn't cooked to order so tends to be luke warm but service is quick.

I go as the kids like it and they get to choose a takeaway every couple of weeks if Santa would be happy with them. For myself I wouldn’t bother with the dry cold fries and average burgers. The atmosphere in my car is the same as at any other venue. I don’t recommend anything

Half the food is missing. Ni mozzarella dippers. No chicken mayo, 1 chips for the double meal. 2 quarter pounders instead for f 1 and 1 Big Mac. No sauces

Missing food is always a problem here. The most basic orders are to much for the staff.

We visited one of the many local drive-in McD's in the town earlier today. Unfortunately for us, the staff weren't having a good day. We checked the bagged contents and noticed that both meals were incorrect. I despair!! Why wasn't the order checked before handing it over? What a bunch of hapless and illiterate clowns. At least you're consistent in your failings, McDonalds.

Used to be the quick and cheap go-to meal in the area. Save yourself some money and grab a Fray Bentos pie or a Rustlers burger from the local supermarket. At least you know it'll be hot when it's ready. Every meal is another little letter of disappointment to your taste buds.

He vivido en Hampton ahora por 13 años y honestamente puedo decir que el McDonald’s aquí no sabe cómo cocinar preparar alimentos. No he tenido un buen McDonald’s desde aquí en años, ya sea congelando frío mal cocido o demasiado cocido o incluso encima de la mitad de su pedido faltante juro que esta tienda es solo dirigida por adolescentes que no tienen idea de cómo cuidar de la tienda o preparar la comida. Ahora trato de evitar este lugar como la peste , y uso un McDonald’s diferente porque al menos tenemos garantizada comida caliente sobre todo cuando pagas los precios que pagas no quieres comida fría sin cocinar

Had a big Mac and fries and a banana milkshake. Very tasty. I don't have Macdonald's as often as some people do I like to have it as a treat.

Warned not to order from here, should have listened.... Cold UNDERCOOKED chips. Cold burgers, No straw with milkshake... first & last time ordering from here.

Go here a lot because it is fast and they don't get your food wrong.

THERE WAS NO SAUCE!!! 6 packets of sauce missing plus i kid you not this guy was trying to bang the door down, 1 in the morning and he was pounding on the door he woke up the dog, the twin babies and the neighbours!!! not satisfied.

This location is clearly not 24 hours, when you go round the drive through twice and there's at least 5 staff members in the premises and they ignore the fact that you're there and they're just laughing and chinwagging, you might as well be closed.

The employees are all immature children who pull pranks with your food. I received a lettuce root in my wrap.

Stopped here on the way back from a family holiday. It was one of the cleanest McDonalds I've been to in the UK and the service was very efficient!

Of the several outlets we use in the area this has to be the slowest. We ordered today at approx 1100 and so it wasn't majorly busy. Two happy meals and a couple of burgers (not meals). It was well over ten minutes wait from point of order via the app at click and serve and then two drinks from the Happy Meals were missing. On the few occasions we've used this Maccies the service speed and order accuracy have been issues. Not much has changed since my last visit. That being said, the food was presentable and warm etc so no complaints there.

We come here as a family every Thursday, we do sometimes have issues with cold food, but the staff sort it straight away. Always impressed with the quality of food here.

Xadeee needs to address her attitude. As a customer, don't need to hear her telling the Uber driver how this place is poorly run. I'm just wanting to dine, not listen to publicly air her drama

I enjoy the wraps as they are a healthy option and filling. Not too busy for lunchtime and quick service.

The car park was PACKED it was extremely difficult to park anywhere near the click and serve. The queue to get in had lengthened by the time we wanted to leave. Where we had parked we had to rely on someone letting us out and pedestrians not continually walking behind the car as we slowly tried to back out. Stressful not likely to go there again in a hurry

Mcspicy was missing but everything else good

Sick and tired of this McDonalds, every visit they forget my dips. I wouldn’t mind as much but it’s the 50p dips and if I’m paying 50p I expect my dip. It’s just pure laziness at this point. One visit I had to ask the worker about the dips being in the bag and he recited which dips they were and said he would get them now. How hard is it to do it without me having to ask for them? I understand the point could be made of checking the bag but I shouldn’t have to every single time.

The food was made perfect, just gad to wait around 1hour. Food came cold :/ sad to wait 1hour at night for a food and get it cold..

Why is it every time I use the drive through at this Mc Donald’s they leave something off the order. I now say is everything in there before leaving. Nothing changed on my last visit “Thanks, is everything in there?” “Yes of course.” Got home Chips are missing and one of the meals. Not worth the 20min journey back through rush hour and phone is constantly off the hook. Thought it was just my bad luck but now think it’s the nom here!

Drive-through was great all round good experience

Visited on 17/05: very friendly staff which never happens at a Maccies so pleasantly surprised. And the food was freshly made as we had to wait in a bay but it didn’t take too long- it’s rare to have hot food usually 😅 and given three curry sauces not just one between us! The only thing was the syrup in the Fanta was obviously going because the drink was bitter tasting.
