The chicken was soggy and cold fries and wrong drinks not what I expect when I spend almost 30 pounds on food

There was a annoying Karen complaining about stupid stuff, and after a 16 hour shift all i want is a maccies, the food Bangs as always, top notch, except that annoying Karen just being blatantly annoying, as soon as she got confronted by staff she got quiet, Perfect staff, gave me a good laugh.

food is still tasty but slightly cold. faster delivery would’ve been better considering restaurant was close.

Fast delivery and the food was hot!!

The drink came all in the bag I had half of a large coke very not happy with that over then that it’s fine

Always fresh & hot, but I ordered today 2 McWraps of the day and I was waiting 20 mins... a bit long.

I had a no bun cheese and bacon burger. The wait was so long I'd thought they'd made it from scratch. When it did arrive, it was tiny and stone cold. Worst burger I've EVER had 👎👎👎

Food was chucked together chips was freezing cold drinks was half fall joke

Ordered a plain double cheese burger for my relative who won’t eat any of it if there are onions or splashes of sauce/mayo present. All of the black pieces on this burger were onions!

My food was cold then it arrived

Unbelievably fast, fast food. My fish burger was delicious and 'almost' photo quality. Chips were hot. Service was exceptionally fast and efficient. Zero complaints here.

The time it takes to get your order varies. The touchscreen kiosks never except any QR codes that are on paper. So you have to go to the til & wait for someone to come on the til. Chips are sometimes not hot. The McDonald's app is great, but you can only use your points on certain menu items.

like always they item nagicly disapeir from order its pointless to order something when you now you send money to thievs

I picked the sauces with my order and didn’t get any.

Chips where stale sauces where missing a burger was missing and the delivery time was longer than originally stated

I was missing half of my order I would like to issue a refund immediately I was missing 2 McFlurrys and a milkshake

They have six parking Spaces for order's? & Only two Disabled Spaces? WHY?

Popped through the drive through and food was quick and hot - can’t complain. Ordered a McPlant with some customisations and they were all correct 💚

I was charged twice for this order. They also sent the wrong drink. I received a coke instead of a shamrock shake.

absolute shambles cold food n drinks

No cheese or pickle on the quarter pounder cheese burger let alone extra pickles that i ask for. Too much sauce on the bbq chicken burger and no ice cream that i ordered.

Two lots of 20 chicken nuggets did not come, i requested a refund for both straight away and still haven’t had any sort of repayment, this is not acceptable considering the order came to nearly £50, I want the money back for both lots of chicken nuggets!!

What you expect from a fast food chain, food that isn't cooked to order so tends to be luke warm but service is quick. It seems they overcook the quarter pounder burgers as they are always burnt and very squashed flatter than they should be.

Ordered a McFlurry and never turned up also bought a stormys meals and half the food was missing

Ive been eating here for 5-6 years at least once a month. Its an outstanding mcd. Other than the occasional "can you park up there" at peak times (understandable also less common recently) and once a half full bag of fries, I've never experienced any problems This is not the delivery mcd, that's behind dobbies and it does suck

Food cooked in highly processed seed oil(vegetable oil) original usage was oil lamps and machine tool lubricant. This going through many heat cycles and becoming a tran-fat. The coffee is, however, ok if not a little too hot.

Contacted Mc support over app, but they ignored my decline of a voucher and just not responding anymore after I requested reimbursement or a better resolution offer for the inconvenience caused by Mc staff at this branch. Date on the receipt: 12-02-2025 23:58:14 Order number: 096 Store: 1052 Called phone number on the receipt, but no one answered, even knowing that it is this branch number and it was still open.

Overpriced, has rocketed since I last visited (I very rarely go) The lady taking the orders on drive thru was excellent though, probably wasted in a place like this! Couldn't give an honest star for atmosphere as used the drive thru but when I've been in before there was none!

Went through the Hampton drive through, do not do mcdonalds very often, had to park up and wait 10 mins for food, on getting home found quarter lb cheeseburger was missing from order, tried to call and couldn't get through so went on the mcfood for thought and got thrown off site twice as code unreadable due to quality of print on receipt. Food was OK but had to be reheated

Items missing paid for ketchup and there is no ketchup not the first time this has happened.

The food is always nice and the staff are polite. My problem is the amount of times food is missing! We check before we drive away, but when ubereats delivers it via mcdelivery you're stuffed, paid £7 for a burger and service and delivery charge as we couldn't go and collect on this ocassion, and was refunded £2.63 for the main part of meal being missing! What i always wonder is, how do they always manage to miss food off so many ocassions, but never actually put too much in 😅

as the drink was passed to me all leaked out the bag . it's stained my carpet. I'm extremely upset with this and when I opened the burger it was not how I asked for it . very unhappy with this especially our carpet

What can you say, McDonald's is McDonald's. A bit overpriced but the kids like it. Always clean. Shame the tech isn't always working.

The cleanest, tidiest, organized mcd I have come across. All the kids tablet were there and working Could be difficult to park in busy hours, long queues in drive thru. During off peak hours, enough parking Drive thru can be busy mostly

I’ve ordered multiple items not one was correct. I received no correct sauces, no pickles in my burgers, no chilli in my chilli cheese burger, no grilled chicken in my grilled chicken wrap. It’s like I got the wrong order, absolutely ridiculous!!!

If you do drive thru please check you're items. They all the time give you less

Worst McDonald's, there Hot Chocolate isn't Hot Chocolate it's Dishwater and they really need to do something about it, and service is slow, when you get to the drive through you end up sitting there and the person who was behind you gets served before you, they really need to sort themselves out, best McDonald's are Ollerton and Colsterworth...

The road driving into this place and the hotel has a massive pothole in the middle that's now widened so much your rear tyre will hit it, tyres risk damage from this. PCC won't fix as it's deemed "private land"

Ignored "No Ketchup No pickle slices" in 2x burgers, undercooked fries, ordered 3x apple pies, only delivered 1x apple pie & 1x cold toffee apple pie. Unimpressed!

One food quality in this place is disgusting chips are hard and cold food is chucked together for the prices we pay I expect my food to atleast be hot!! This is the worst one in the whole of Peterborough for food quality!! And yes the many times we use them nothing changes

Terrible food breakfast mcmuffin bacon egg cheese no bacon and really greasy horrible tasting egg, considering I had to wait for it to be cooked was a mess.

I go as the kids like it and they get to choose a takeaway every couple of weeks if Santa would be happy with them. For myself I wouldn’t bother with the dry cold fries and average burgers. The atmosphere in my car is the same as at any other venue. I don’t recommend anything
