Completely wrong order delivered. continuously trying to contact by phone for but no answer.

I am only going to rate my chicken donner Didn't like...... It was hot and I said I didn't want hot and the meat mixed with a red paste that I have never seen on any chicken donner. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice....

The driver had my food for over a hour I spoke to the restaurant gave him food at 3.48 I never got my food until 4.50 and all I get back is 10.99 it’s a joke of a service was the driver not the restaurant

Cookie dough was burnt from underneath, I wasn't happy about it.

AVOID! 50/50 chance of them excepting your order or not. Multiple occasions now when they have just cancelled the order.

Got to love you have options for different drinks such as Pepsi/Vimto but all you send out it’s some cheap Barr Cola. Update your menu if you no longer stock a product

food arrived late and was cold, driver changed delivery time which was delayed meant four was really cold.

Food arrived late and very cold, due to delivery on peddle bike. The drinks were also wrong from the ones ordered. When deliver person asked about the wrong drinks, was rude and told me not his problem, he just picks up. Not what I would have expected from the restaurant. Very disappointed

They missed a box and won’t pick up the phone

The best takeaway place! Go there whenever I fancy chicken curry or doner kebab, Pleasant customer service too!

Food was late and was very very cold!

Extremely poor service. Food was supposed to take 35 minutes and took 2 hours. Food arrived cold-luke warm. Order was incomplete upon finally arriving some of the food had fallen out of the containers and was loose in the bottom of a paper bag. Will never be using megabite again as even when we phoned the speaker was rude and the hung up on me multiple times. This is not the service I expect from a well known company especially with the prices they charge. Terrible food and customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

The somoes were tasteless the it didn't looked cooked not nice I had one .the potatoes wedges were warm but not cooked through and some of the wedges were hard

Ordered the lamb seekh kebab roll. Tasted like ready made kebabs not sure if this was because of evening order or new recipe

If only there was a feedback option for customer service. Food was fine however I ordered a mb full house 12inch and received received a margerita 12inch. Upon calling the takeaway to rectify their mistake, I was given an excuse "we can't send out another as our dough takes 2 hours to get ready" (so anyone else ordering that pizza wouldn't also receive the same pizza they ordered. I then asked for refund of the difference in the pizzas £4, which the takeaway then gave another excuse oh next time you order food just write in the notes we owe you and we can sort it then. Can't trust that as I wrote my sauces in the notes and they didn't even bother to read the notes for that! Ridiculous customer service received. Million pound company and yet can't refund £4. WON'T BE ORDERING THE OVER PRICED FOOD AGAIN FROM THEM.

Delivery was incomplete, a lot of times were missing. The delivery was an hour late, what can we do?

Food tasted great. Removed a star for x2 drinks being missed from order. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer.

It took an hour from placing the order, food arrived cold and they hadnt followed instruction on the order to put ketchup, mayo and chilli sauce on. Which was disappointing, but the cold food was no good for me

Been using mega bite for years & the quality of food never changes everything on the menu is very good & it’s one of my favourites In Peterborough highly recommended by my family JLTD

I enjoyed the food and all tasted nice and such but sadly never received the slush I ordered.

Best curry anywhere In Peterborough, by far portions are good, but quality and taste prevail.

I ordered at 5 past 5 and it came just after 650. I would have rather it was cancelled.

You can never go wrong with Mega Bite! Their food is really good, the portion sizes are filling & the atmosphere is always the best. The staff members were really friendly & there's always plenty of space to sit & enjoy your meal. I sometimes get takeaway from here & it's just as good when you dine in, but of course dining in is better.

Hello we are missing one mixed kebab please, can’t get through on phone line

Very slow delivery, ordered vegetable samosa & meat but no label to say which is which so couldn't eat them. All the food was cold. Tried to call the shop no answer.

Forgot to include the orange fruit shoot with the kids meal. Otherwise, very good food, nice portions

Loved the donner kebab. They were very flavorful. Seekh kebab was good.

Messed up the order gave me a plain kebab and chips and with no salad or sauce

no sauces on chips or in pots. so chips bland. chicken fillet burger meal looked worth £4. smallest fillet flat burger. not worth 10£ more expensive than a KFC ZINGER meal with wings! rest was good

Food was all cold and tasteless when arrived. Had to reheat everything and had no flavour

The nutella cookie dough was not even nutella it was milk chocolate shocking considering it cost 6 quid and was about 3 mouthfuls.

Poor quality and poor presentation for the price. Megabite kebabs used to be tasty and well presented. This looked like the sort of thing that gets slapped out at 3am.

Wasn't impressed when the driver turned up with the wrong order, BUT rang them up and within 15 mins the right order turned up , good food and really good customer service 👍

If I could give this a minus I would. This was so bad. Firstly, my husband ordered me a grilled chicken burger and said it 3 times to make sure it’s the correct order but it turned out to be fried. He told them to put the salad and sauces on my chips and they didn’t do that either. My husband got the lamb kebabs and then got a bad stomach the next day. I don’t recommend getting a takeaway from here.

Gave me the completely wrong food, ordered spicy meet and chips got donnor meat and chips, asked for chilli Mayo, got ketchup Mayo lettuce, clearly can’t ready very well, or just plain ignorant. 10.99 for a 5.99 priced meal.

The restaurant closed we didn’t get our order now currently still trying to get a refund, the restaurant really should of confirmed with the customer that we got our order we did try to call before 8pm which they should be opened but no answer it was like our number was ignored. This is the second and last time we are not ordering from you ever again. Sort your staff and post codes out the next procedure will be legally. It’s not on it’s just not on we had to order from somewhere else.

Half portion of chips... They were cold The kebab wasn't a large at all I paid 10.99 for mine... Wow wasn't worth it at all... Looks like there was supposed to be salad but what was there wasn't even a mouth fall Was really disappointing to get these meals to a friend.... Ive never had issues from here before i am not happy at all

Food was ok I ordered a doner kebab and was hoping it would be in a man bread but came in pitta which was disappointing but the portion size was decent and only came 5 minutes late

Order was wrong 2 portions of chips , didn’t order , salad was 2 bits of cucumber chilli sauce so sweet it was like eating sugar sorry didn’t like it even salad dodger me needs some onion and cabbage

My food was not cooked properly and had to waste the whole meal. When the food came something was leaking in the bag. Second time this has happened to me when ordering, wont be going back anymore.

Ordered the jumbo platter Peri peri chicken x2 hot. The chicken was bland, no flavour. This is 3rd time bland food. £4 meat samosas were nice but only 2, I expected six. They were tiny. Rip off. I’m offended by lack of care or quality.

Very disappointed, ordered a grilled chicken with chips meal and all they delivered was the chicken. Conveniently the driver had run off by the time I got to the door and the restaurant was just letting their phone ring. I thought megabite was an upper tier takeaway until today. Very poor.
