McDonald's Hinckley - Dodwells Road in Hinckley and Bosworth

Every time we have ordered from here there is always items missing so make sure that you check your food order. Every order that we've had delivered is stone cold when it arrives. Ordered on the 25th November through just eat. The food was stone cold, its great eating stone cold burgers and wraps and disgusting fries. Plus once again missed items. Awful food and awful delivery This mcdonalds is the worst by some margin (Hinckley Dodwells). Even when you make a complaint due to missing items, there's never an apology or an offer of a refund. Terrible service

Twice now I have been to McDonald’s Dodwells Road Hinckley and they have blocked up the disabled bays with either a cone, trolleys or rubbish bins and let their delivery van park there!! I made my original complaint about 10th October and have sent another complaint but both times I’ve received generic responses that don’t even address the issue. They don’t care. Absolutely disrespectful. Accessibility isn’t a joke people…😡

We have ordered take out twice in the past two weeks. The first time was for 4 people, we waited a long time for only 3 to arrive and had to go back for the last one. Thought it might have been a one off. Ordered for 2 people tonight (not much) and have been waiting for over an hour to receive it . So much for fast food. Hungry and still waiting will not be recommending even if the food does actually arrive.

Appalling service, arrived home after picking up my Drivethru and I was missing a wrap, cheese bites and a drink. Obviously well versed at ripping off customers.

We were passing here and decided to get some breakfast. We car park and drive thru were relatively busy. We found a parking bay and ordered food via the app. The food didn't take overly long to arrive at the car to which the staff member apologised for the delay. I had the double sausage and egg mcmuffin which was nice however this time it was quite greasy, the wrapper was greasy and the food had some grease dripping off it when eating it. They didn't provide any napkins which luckily we had something in the car to clean our hands otherwise we would have had grease all over the touch points of the car. Overall the food was ok, the staff were friendly, Parking can sometimes be an issue and the drive thru can be slow at times.

Horrendous service. Order completely wrong and took over 20mins to come, and the clown that served us thought it was funny. He offered us a little Pokémon toy as an apology.

Order wrong again…ran out of sauces/napkins/straws etc but most of all this branch of McDonalds are using the disabled bays as storage for their rubbish bins and cafes prior to collection - thus making it very difficult if you are disabled - their normal bays are to narrow to get out of the car and into a wheelchair. Thanks McDonalds for not prioritising disabled people.

We decided to get some breakfast from here as we were going past here on our way somewhere. The car park was reasonably busy but managed to find a parking space near to the door. We decided to go in, the inside seemed clean and could tell decor was fairly new. It was quite quiet downstairs not sure how busy the upstairs area was. We had ordered food via the app and had to click that we were there when we arrived for the order to complete. It took probably about 10 minutes to get our food which we had ordered pancakes, coffee and double egg mcmuffin. The food wasn't overly warm and they didn't put cutlery or syrup on the tray so had to ask for them. Overall the staff seemed friendly, the place seemed clean. Food could have been hotter and faster served

Honestly if you want fast food you’d be better off going to a restaurant and placing an order. I’ve never been and actually had my food delivered at the window! Park in the bay, every time. Usually there are no bays free because that seems to be how they serve everyone at the drive through. Absolutely useless

We were going to order through the app for delivery however there is sometimes an issue with not getting everything which was on the order in the bag so we decided to drive here instead. We ordered the food via the app and when got there looked for the bays which other McDonald's have for food pick up's however they didn't have them we saw a sign which said to park in any numbered bay which was the whole car park. This was good as there is only usually 4 or 5 spaces reserved for food pick up's. We parked in a bay and did the process on the app to say we were there. The place was quite busy, the car park was quite full and the drive through was quite long. After about 15 minutes our food and drinks came out which was all correct. The food was ok, the usual quality. Would come back here again

Extremely rude manager when I questioned why I was being asked to park at the drive through after receiving my food to get my drinks.

Absolutely terrible everytime I use it, and every time I say never again but its very convenient for my journey. This time I really mean it probably.

I order Mozzeralla Dippers and Chicken Select I literaterally added the salsa and bbq dip to go with it They only sent the bloody food. Who eats or how can anyone eat theses without the dipp or salsa. The fact I order via uuber eats. Mc Donald's workers you need to pay attention. I'm not happy. My Dippers went to waste. I would only ear MCD mozzarella stick with there salsa n you let me down. Iits always the case. I give you a -1 rating

We decided to get something to eat from here which we went through the drive thru. There was a bit of a queue but it went down reasonably quickly. We ordered nuggets, a couple of burgers and a chocolate milkshake and ice caramel latte. We had to ask for some more sauce because they only put a couple in that we had asked for. The nuggets were good, the burgers were a little squished and dry, the chips were soggy and cold. The drinks were ok, they had filled the chocolate milkshake up properly not the way most of the chains do of only 3/4 full. Overall the staff were friendly, the food was ok but some items could have been better. The drive thru can be really busy at times

I had a delivery and bearing in mind that I live 1 Minute away from restaurant waiting about 5o minutes food came and it was cold and soggy called McDonald's to complain they said it's Uber issue so called Uber they said sorry food didn't meet expectations and goodbye !!!!

Never order from apps like uber or just eat as they will never get your order correct even when going though the drive though staff seem lazy and are have no problem just giving you what they like
