McDonald's - Basford in Nottingham

Terrible servicio la mayoría de las semanas. Sólo ve como ocupado. 3 veces la semana pasada mi pedido era incorrecto. Pedí un simple 1/4 sin queso. Incluso me repetí la última vez al cajero 3 veces. Y todavía se ponen queso. ¿Por qué no lo cambian a 1/4 de libra en lugar de 1/4 con queso? No tengo ni idea. Tienes que pedir 1/4 de libra con queso como sin queso... claramente confuso para los cajeros y cocineros Cuando entré para un reemplazo ellos donde resoplar y soplar... ahí confunden no el mío. Muy grosero y desagradable

Absolutamente no recomiendo hacer pedidos a través de la aplicación McDonald. Más de la mitad de mis cosas faltaban y cuando trataron de contactar a Uber que entregó mi comida dijeron que no es nada que puedan hacer al respecto. No estoy seguro de quién fue la culpa de que ni McDonalds ni el conductor me dieran suficiente. Quedarme sin comida lo cual pagué absolutamente irrespetuoso no volverá a usar esa rama.

Irrespetuosa como la mierda. La comida no llegó durante más de 2 horas, así que llamé, fue recibido por un gerente, pero en el segundo que pedí una actualización de mi comida, colgó abruptamente el teléfono. Neek

Embarrassing customer service. Delivery driver lied to the restaurant and ran off with our food and the daft slag on the phone had no intention of correcting the issue. Would stay as far away from this establishment as possible

This is one of the friendliest McDonald’s we have been in. Jeannie was very kind and polite. Ty was also very friendly when she bought the food out

The worst Mcdonalds in Nottingham the Manager in this case a gentleman called Owen had no people skills nor was he apologetic when a drive thru order was incorrect i rang the restaurant and Owen was full of sarcasm and a disgrace of a Manager and when i was asking questions he said you need to come to the restaurant, I finally got my issue resolved by two other Managers Mark and especially Danny so i was grateful to them however Owen didn’t even come out to the shop floor even though I asked for him his staff a guy called Josh greeted me when i asked for Owen he said sure ill just grab him went to the back came back 5 minutes later sniggering saying he has finished his shift what he failed to realise is we heard the conversation and Owen specifically said she actually came but refused to come talk to me such poor and disgusting attitude from Owen the shift Manager who I spoke to.

Worst McDonald's in Nottingham. Orders always incorrect. Shame as there are some lovely staff.

Had a meal this evening. The restaurant has recently been refurbished. They have hidden the just eat delivery behind a separate door nice too not have to see them but that's where the positivity ends.... There continues to be a long wait guess putting a partition wall between the delivery drivers and customers doesnt deal with the issue of preference being given to them. When the order finally arrived it was a luke warm fries and a cold burger that looked like it had been thrown in the box struggled to pick it up to eat it. Not impressed a quick refurb does not deal with the staff issues and ingrained problems with this branch. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Just had a delivery via Just Eat and it is totally wrong. The site does it answer the phone , Just Eat useless and I don't have my breakfast What rubbish customer service

This branch has so many faults I would give no stars if I could. This is due to the fact its like a just eat staff room. There seems to be half the small seating area dedicated to delivery drivers who sit on tables surrounded by bags waiting for multiple orders to take. Often there are no tables available for Family's to sit due to this. The just eat drivers also seem to be a priority on orders within the restaurant. If you order "fast food" you are waiting half an hour for luke warm food while staff prepare the endless delivery orders . When watching and waiting for my food you can see bags and bags of delivery orders sat waiting bagged up on the counter for further orders( no wonder the food is cold if you order a delivery). This has to be the worst mcdonalds I have been in. I ordered a Happy meal on delivery a few weeks ago. It arrived in a brown paper bag without a toy or book, when I asked for a refund (as my child was clearly disappointed that his happy meal that is supposed to be in themed box with a toy clearly wasn't very happy) they stated that as the toy is free they could not refund it. Just sums up this place. Date of visit: November 2022

I’ve just received my order. Unfortunately all dips (6 requested) and an apply pie are missing. Not a good outcome from Uber Eats as now I am eating dry food. I’ve tried a few times to call McDonalds directly nobody picked up the phone, despite it is open on Sunday till 23.30. Never again I am going to order from them!

25 minutes stood waiting before we was even acknowledged by staff only to be told it will another 20 minutes till it’s ready. Was only 3 burger meals no changes just straight forward. Staff all to busy talking behind counter to bother serving. Coffee came cold. Restaurant was filthy no clean tables toilets not cleaned fir what looks like a week. Definitely a place to avoid.

Serving other customers out of turn on drive through. On having to reverse to change lanes to get a response and when I questioned why they were serving people out of turn I was told they were busy. The member of staff just asked me what i would like to order. I informed him that I wouldn't be ordering any food. I drove to the payment counter and told the member of staff that being busy was not an excuse for serving other customers out of turn and ignoring waiting customers. He then gave me the same excuse that he was busy. Training issue I think. I won't be coming back.

Restaurant was very busy with just eat drivers just slouching around on the tables waiting for their orders. It was making customers feel very uncomfortable. They should have an area to wait in.

Ordered a McDonald’s on delivery and had to wait over 45 mins for my order, when it did arrive it was cold and stale and was missing a whole meal (5 chicken selects, medium fries and a sprite) absolutely unacceptable. Don’t order delivery from this place

Ordered two McPlant burgers through drive-thru when we got home there was only one packed. Went back again with receipt, all I got was an apology and missed burger given. Finally got back home, bit into the burger it was freezing cold. What more can I say hence the low score.

Everything I ordered was stale and cold. Inedible. Unsurprisingly as it took 45 mins to get here. Wholly disappointing

45 minutes I've just waited in a drive through! Got to pay asked whats taking so long, 'were really busy' look inside the window and there 30 bags on the side waiting to be sent out on delivery! No wonder the food is always freezing when delivered! This macdonalds is a joke, stop taking online orders if you can't hack the pace! Fast food? Never been fast food!!

Walked round there as I fancied some breakfast. Left outside the door, ignored by staff inside. Like who does that?

Inedible flatbread. Managed to be both burnt and cold which is quite the achievement. I should stick to the Nuthall road branch who always manage to get my food to me whilst hot, despite it being a lot further away.

Terrible! consistently cold food and bad service. If you have a complaint it is not listened to and nothing changes. Do not eat here

Came to this branch earlier this evening. The silly girl didn’t read my order put when paying. I told her it was far too much. She argued with me. I asked for a receipt she I said couldn’t have one I’d have to go to the next window. I payed because I was caught off guard. She then realised she had over charged me for a whole meal but agreed to refund me for one big Mac (not the meal). She argued I was only overcharged for the burger. I arrived at the next window, there was 3 frappachinos, 3 burgers and 3 fries. I explained again where she had gone wrong. He removed the extra food, the manager (whom had never spoken to me) scuttled off to get me a couple more pounds even though this still doesn’t cover what they have over charged me.Absolutely disgusting customer service. Can I just add I paid by card so why are they giving me cash?Do not go here!

Well the staff didn’t even speak other than demand payment in drive thru. Got home and found no fries tried phoning them no answer. Feel I have been robbed £1.49 it’s not the cost but the principle

Yo uso este porque está cerca de mí, pero el personal es agradable. y te hacen sentir bienvenido Estoy conduciendo a primera hora de la mañana todos los días y estoy allí al menos 4/5 veces al día para tomar toffee con leche, el personal me conoce y conoce mi pedido

He estado hoy con los niños a tomar el té y, como McDonald's siempre es bueno, son las pequeñas cosas las que te hacen escribir una crítica. . . el personal fue tan servicial que tuvimos servicio de mesa y una señora les ofreció a mis dos hijos un globo y como iba a limpiar mi mesa, la misma señora dijo que no se preocupe, gracias por ser clientes tan encantadores, lo tomaré por usted y tomé Nuestra basura lejos. . . muuuy agradable gracias McDonalds por un té encantador

El servicio para clientes habituales es muy lento debido a que el personal se enfoca más en la conducción a través de los clientes y en las entregas. Esperamos 16 minutos por una bolsa de picaduras de queso. Solo dos pantallas de pedido así. . . Más espera. Música dudosa para jugar con niños. . . "es decir. . . ya sabes lo que me gusta, pon tu cuerpo sobre el mío y toda la noche dame un amor loco ". Las mesas que ocupan los comedores se comen a los conductores que esperan para recibir órdenes. No recomendaría este McDonald's.

Lovely staff and service but people turning right when they’re not supposed too as you leave the car park is horrendous.

Estábamos pasando y decidimos llamar para cafés. Todo estaba bien aparte de dejar el aparcamiento. No giraba a la derecha, así que tuve que ir a la izquierda y dar una vuelta en U cuando hubo una interrupción en el tráfico. Podría ser una pesadilla en la hora punta, especialmente si no conoce las áreas como en nuestro caso.

Super slow service and mean with the dairy milk bits on my mcflurry Staff always seem a bit grumpy like theyve just been told off

Vaya mucho a este McDonald's ya que solo para mi familia, para mí y para mi pareja, como McDonald's en general, ¡pero el servicio en este lugar en particular es horrible! Cuando hemos ordenado, hemos gastado mucho dinero, pero cada visita que hemos tenido no nos da la orden completa, las cosas parecen faltar. . . ESPECIALMENTE la crema agria y las salsas de cebollín que tienes que pagar.Siempre tratamos de contactar a McDonald's con el número que aparece en el recibo, pero parece que nunca recibimos ninguna respuesta. ¿Es su otra solución?

Just ordered from here through uber eats. Foods inedible. You wouldn't have served me that if I came into the "restaurant". Called to complain... apparently I have to contact uvet eats who only delivered the trash..... never again.

Very polite staff,always clean areas. usual expected fast service. Also been through the drive in service its quicker than walk in service, Think the menu pictures could be a bit clearer,as im an older customer,would like a simpler menu Love the free wifi
