Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nottingham

Was not delivered. Had to reorder and pay again. When I attempted to claim a refund, I was told somehow the courier must be a 007 super spy and somehow be able to bypass my ring doorbell and leave it on the doorstep. Funny, because the replacement courier after I paid again was picked up just fine.

When my food arrived it looked like it had been crammed into the deli livery drivers bag and all 3 bags came out squashed. No apology from the delivery guy, he simply blamed the restaurant

Order arrived much later than estimated at checkout and hasn't been packaged properly - the drink spilt everywhere with only about a fourth remaining in the cup. I also had to mop the floors because it dripped everywhere.

Arguably the worst McDonalds in Nottingham City - aggressive begging from homeless drug addicts outside the door, fights breaking out inside regularly during the night, really feel for the staff who do care & try their best, but best avoided in my opinion.

all our drinks were spilled and ended up mixing together so I had no drink cos who wants Fanta orange coke well what was left of it anyway!!! the bag was pretty much falling through and the delivery guy just told us to hold it up but it had already gone everywhere, he was on push bike aswell so should have really taken more care.

Despite the 20 minute wait, I gave them some sympathy for the business of the venue but 10p charge per sauce for the same sauce that’s in a pump upstairs was ridiculous. The cheese dippers were half the size, the McCrispy tiny and the burger covered in sauce with the appearance of it being thrown into the bag from across the kitchen.

McDonalds lets face it folks it sells crap food that needs mass advertising to make it appealing. However it's a good place to deposit a bit of crap. Nice clean toilets at this branch.

It was a McDonald’s not too much to say about it. The toilets were grim though and it was packed at 1 o clock so maybe it’s best either going not at peak times or just finding I nicer place - there are lots of nice pubs and restaurants nearby as well.

They don’t do the job correctly look how many ice cream they put in and it’s the large one

I am very very upset. I payed £15 for a £9 meal. I was given the complete wrong order. My happy meal was fine. My boyfriend ordered a large McPhilly Cheese meal, he was given a bacon cheese burger and that was it. I was also given no water with my happy meal. I payed extra for nothing. I am very upset with this service.

Ordered 5 chicken selects but received mozzarella sticks in a selects box unfortunately the person who ordered the selects does not like cheese

The staff is extremely rude and racist. We forgot to ask for coke without ice and when our order came we requested while asking if they could replace the coke and make it without ice. The lady staff with her arrogance said to us that next time you remember to ask it while ordering and “do say please thats the basic manners one should have” firstly she was not the one taking our order and the we were very polite to the guy who took our order. There was intervention of the female staff and made our experience even more pathetic and started to argue that we didn't say please

Took well over an hour to arrive. When it did, the food was soggy as the drinks had spilt in the bag. So no food to eat.

So when we ordered no problems, then they handed me the order with part of another milkshake in my milkshake, due to allergies, they re did my milkshake. Sat down to eat I ordered the McCrispy BBQ.... they got it all right apart from, they put a BEEF burger on... hmmm, think the staff need retraining... avoid if you want a decent meal that you ordered, not what they want you to have....

When the delivery tracking started the courier was in a completely separate area, food arrived cold and squashed.

And this is my lunch break so I’ve not even got the time to sort something else? Or the microwave at home to heat it, even though they never taste the same after, but…..So Yh lousy service v.disappointed

Nathan was an absolute legend we were drunk as anything but he helped us out as best he could with the problems we were having with a smile and a positive attitude. give that man a raise

went in with my friend after a bit of a rough night out..... sophie was absolutely amazing, made sure my friend was okay repeatedly and cleaned up after her. i cannot praise them enough for treating us with grace and respect. 🫶🫶
