Consistency is king and McDonalds do a great job. Atmosphere on the other hand could do with some work.

Ordered a large wrap meal with chips. food was cold, chip container was half full and had loads of rock hard bits in aswell as I wasn't given a straw for my drink, only good thing about it was the wrap which could have used a bit more sauce as it was a bit dry.

Unfriendly service. Seating area and toilets unclean. The workforce was more concerned with chatting among themselves than with customer service. The worst? McDonald's I've ever been to.

It's all gone down hill food cold and service was slow no please and thank you seen staff touching there face and then doing🤢🤮

The oldest McD's in Nottingham, with all the modern touch screen features now common in most, if not all McDonald's these days.... At least the staff you do interact with are fine first thing on a Sunday morning, hence 5 star for Service... Food is standard McDonald's fare... Hance 4 star - it'll never be a 5 star food experience... Atmosphere only ruined by some irritants, who left soon after to the clear relief of staff... In summary, about as good as you're ever likely to get in McD's....

Why is there tissue in my wrap??? I’m not sure how or where you could go wrong to the point of getting an entire piece of tissue in a wrap. This must be someone’s idea of a sick joke and i’m not laughing. Go at your own risk but I will never set foot in there again! I feel absolutely sick. There was no salt on the chips and the workers are completely useless.

Kept changing the time on when the food will arrive. When it finally came after waiting over an hour it was stone cold and inedible. Waste of money!

Waited over an hour for the food to be delivered. Wasn't even sure if it was going to arrive at some stage. Naturally the food was not as warm as it could have been.

I was yesterday at McDonald's on Clumber Street, everything went well until I needed the restroom.l saw a pink poster with Water works so l was thinking about a problem with the taps. I asked politely the cleaning services who was behind her door if is a problem with the water. I got the answer on a very rude tone ,she saying : Here in England ,we call it toilet. So,ok,l said thank you and l left the restroom l saw her cleaning a table.She is a young ,skinny blondish hair ,shaved on the sides. I went to her to ask if she was the person with who l just a conversation. She said no. I have never been bullied like this ,l am a staff nurse with 30 plus years experience, but to get that answer ,l didn't expect.l will avoid that McDonald's for this reason wondering if supervisors are getting any hecks on their own rude staff?

In order food via the app for delivery. The delivery never arrived, the driver stole the food, spoke to McDonald’s customer service which was in the US, and said there was nothing they can do. I suggest DO NOT ORDER ANY FOOD VIA THE APP FOR DEL. I also spoke to the Resturant and they said they have had drivers not deliver the food and take the food. They get paid for there delivery when they are 1/2 mile from the address so get paid and then also steel the food.

Hot Food had been placed in the same bag as ice cream and liquids which had spilt and covered food with melted icecream. The bag was handed to me so soaking wet it was dripping onto my living room floor so the delivery driver was well aware. When I pointed out all the order was clearly ruined and wet he said he didn’t know what to do and walked away.

Food was soggy and fat soaked, also needed more assembly than I like. No seating available, signposted that all seating was closed for cleaning. Eventually got through the chains to find a seat. No cleaning going on, just yesterday's mess left everywhere, bina overflowing.

Driver was very rude and had spilt my drink over my breakfast and tryed to blame McDonalds not taking accountability for his actions/mistakes

1st they tried to deliver 2 hash browns and a coffee. this was incorrect and the driver said well call the restirant. the manager was swearing, denying aa £100 order, unhelpful until we had to go to the branch and have to pick up anotherorder

Not sure if you've had new managers or cooks in, but whatever it is it's noticeable. Not put a foot wrong for the last several orders. When Donalds is on point, it's one of the best. Well done for keeping it on point these days! Keep it up!!

Perfect after a night out, order was done quickly eve though the place was busy, also more bouncers than a night club.

Order is not always correct,wait times are long.. not fast food anymore, but they do a decent job of keeping the tables clear,but there is alot of staff just chatting by the bins upstairs.

The wife popped in to use the loo only. We don't support fast food chains but the facilities they provide when you are desperate are usually very good so thank you for that at least

I am extremely dissatisfied with the order I received today. When my food arrived, the bottom of the back was DRIPPING wet. I opened the bag and my drink was half empty, my burger and fries were soaking wet and the second bag was wet and tearing open

Restaurant is nicely laid out and kept clean. Food is pretty much in line with all other McDonald's restaurants however staff seem to always get careless. Every visit I have to ask staff to redo Mcflurrys because the quantity is half what it should be and the presentation is awful, definitely NOT McDonald's standard!

Nothing mighty about this Muffin was half the size of the sausage patty the whole thing was an absolute mess.

Its a mackidees, what can I say. I only gave it 4 stars for atmosphere because its flipping noisy and you can't hear yourself think in there. There aught to be an age limit of about 25 in them, either no one below is allowed in or no one above.

We added three sauces to our order, but we didn’t receive any of them.

Milkshake was solid and wouldn't even travel through the straw, burger had one dot of ketchup, the thinnest slice of meat I've ever seen and a single pickle. Chips were the highlight. However, the establishment is surrounded by crack heads, the upstairs was quite dirty during the time of my visit and when collecting the food, it wasn't organised, everyone is just sort of everywhere.

staff at McDonald's when calling are arrogant and rude did not care that I spent £50 and half my order has not arrived

We paid VAT to sit in with our order however we were refused seating despite there being an upstairs area. We selected the sit in option on the til and yet this was completely redundant. We paid extra just to be rudely dismissed by the staff. The bouncers were both inside and they were drinking monsters. When we asked them about seating they were rude to us. As a lifelong loyal customer, I was really disappointed by my experience!

5 stars to the best maccies in the town centre ! All the staff are absolutely wonderful full of smiles. Big shout out to haych such a lovely guy he makes my day every time i come to this mcdonalds he really is a wonderful person!

Recent refurb has made it much more pleasant. Staff are much nicer these days too. Used to be a bit of a dicey branch, but effort has been put in and also has security in later in the day. Not seen any trouble here for a long time now. Nice work turning this one around.

City centre McDonald's which has recently been refurbished and updated. Prompt service and reasonable food quality. Have recently revisited and food quality was good. Fries and Big Mac were warm and tasty. Served very quickly with a very short wait. Seating area upstairs. Can get busy at ordering area having to queue to use touchscreens to order so recommend using the app.

As usual something was missed off the order - no dips. And again the milkshake machine wasn't working.

Ordered on the App from this place and for the 3rd time in as many months they have missed items. This time being the actual burger part of the meal. Avoid if you don't want missing items from your orders.

Great McDonald's. Busy during the day and at night, but expected for a busy city center with a lot to offer. The food was a good standard for a McDonald's and was the correct food for what was ordered.

GO HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING Kitchen using clear out of date ingredients as the lettuce in my burger was slimy, the cucumber slices were rotten and the sauce in my big mac was rock solid, now explain me how does that happens. Do not trust their hygiene ratting, its clearly a inside job or some money involved. Toilets were full of urine on the ground and tables were sticky and full of old left overs. Was told there was no milkshakes , while seeing a worker drinking one. Observed 3 workers for a good 2 hours, and they never went to wash their hands once, and kept touching their face, nose and scraching themselves in their rears. GO HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD POISONING

Did not receive everything I ordered again, second time it's happened, Food always cold when it arrives Won't be ordering from here again.

They may forget stuff if you are using delivery. You can get refund from JustEat if happens.

Quick service, hot food, perfect experience

A bog standard McDonald's. I went during a breakfast and it was not very busy. The place is large with many places to sit. The food is the same as every McDonald's. Bear in mind you will likely be listening to screaming children.

We ate inside at the restaurant today, the seating downstairs was roped off so we had no choice but to eat upstairs. We were surrounded by obnoxious teenagers shouting, swearing, spraying water at each other and on the surrounding seats, throwing food and climbing on the tables. There were small children and a couple with a young baby trying to eat nearby and their experience eating was also affected by the teenagers. Absolute chaos. A staff member was upstairs and witnessed the behaviour but didn’t stop it. More work needs to be done to stop/prevent this type of behaviour as it really does impact on others.

Good food and a speedy delivery 🚚 !
