Came in here after an appointment for a cup of tea and the girl behind the counter was just rude. Didn't make me feel welcome or smile. She also wasn't clear about the bagel deal which I had to cancel. She also didn't even bother to offer me a receipt. If she doesn't want to work here there will are others who do.

Apareció aquí por primera vez hace un par de semanas. Lo he pasado muchas veces y siempre pensé que parecía un lugar fresco e independiente para pasar el rato. Me sorprendió un poco descubrir que tenía una sensación de comida rápida en el interior, y solo había una persona allí en el tiempo (alrededor de las 10: 45 a.m.) y sucedió durante el transcurso de mi visita que esa persona realmente trabajó allí. Tuve un bagel de desayuno con huevos revueltos y tocino con salsa marrón. Hay una buena selección de bagel, pero es difícil leer todas las etiquetas, así que les pregunté si tenían bagels de cebolla y lo hicieron, ganador. También tenía una lata de Diet Coke y un lado de hash browns. La comida me llegó bastante rápido y sabía delicioso. El lugar estaba meticulosamente limpio, pero. . . Simplemente carecía de alma. No obtuve ninguna vibración más allá del hecho de que la persona detrás de la caja probablemente no se preocupó por mi desayuno tanto como yo lo hice (el servicio era simple, aburrido y sin sentimientos). Entré realmente queriendo amar el lugar, pero salí pensando que probablemente no estará en mi top ten de lugares para comer la próxima vez que tenga hambre en Nottingham. We stopped in here for a quick lunch and my sister ordered a chicken salad. Despite all the ingredients for same being at the counter we were told that one couldn't be made. This is despite several posters inside saying salads were made fresh. Apparently not. I was told it was because they had pasta in it. I then asked for a simple salad of the vegetables available at the counter with the chicken on display on top. The ignorant blonde waitress who clearly couldn't be bothered doing her actual job said "no salads". Pathetic. Won't be returning.

The first thing that struck me was the friendliness of the staff, and in particular the manager. What a nice chap! Mind you, we found Nottingham to be a friendly city in general. The rest of the staff were nice and helpful talking us through the options available on the very good value meal deal - choice of fillings, style of bagel, drink and crisps all for £5.50 each. Bagels were fresh and the toppings plentiful and tasty. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Great for a quick bite and fifteen minute break from shopping.

One of the best spots in town for lunch! Much better value for money than other cafes. A great selection of hot and cold fillings, from the breakfast bagel to BLT to Nutella on a toasted bagel, of which there are a range to choose from. There is a selection of non-bagel foods available though there could be more variety. Staff are always speedy and very polite, shout out to the manager who was lovely and chatty on a recent visit! Loyalty card much appreciated, wish there was more seating to eat in! Top find!

I had high hopes for this little eaterie in central Nottingham. The up beat decor and warm, friendly service promised a lot, but sadly the actual bagels were a bit disappointing. Slightly salty but otherwise tasteless bread with nowhere near enough filling to make them interesting. My crayfish topping contained only a few fragments of actual crayfish in a dull sauce. Not very impressive, and at nearly a fiver for a bagel, it really should have been.

First time I went to bagel Nash was an unplanned trip whilst in town, I used to go and get McDonald’s or a Greggs as a lunch but without fail I always go here now! The staff were really good and friendly, they have a chat with you whilst serving and showing an interest in you! Th food is really good and I highly recommend the chicken Caesar bagel(as part of the meal deal), they aren’t tight on the filling which is nice to see!! I’ve been quite a few times now and just look forward to going when I’m town!!

We had travelled down by train from Sheffield to meet some friends. We went to look for somewhere to have a coffee and stumbled on Bagel Nash. It does not look very special from the outside but it is very nice inside and the upstairs is very welcoming. Staff really friendly and helpful and coffee first class. No complaints apart from why is there no mirror in either toilet? But don't let that put you off-give it a try. We didn't try the food but it looked delicious.

I love the bagels here but the man who served me wasn't very friendly and didn't give very good customer service. It also seems a bit strange how tight they are with bags - they never ever offer any!

We just ordered bagels for a team building lunch to serve around 15 people. The food was delicious but, most importantly, the experience was very pleasant and hassle-free, something that is very important when you're trying to arrange catering for an event alongside your normal day job! The manager, Darren, dealt with the order personally and communications over the phone and via e-mail were smooth and friendly. On collection, the food was ready on time, excellently packaged and well-labelled with each individual's choices. Absolutely loved the sausage and scrambled egg bagel! The tea was delicious as well. The service was fast and very friendly. The shop is comfortable and has free wifi. Will certainly stop in again next time in in Nottingham.

Visited for the first time as always looks clean and inviting. Good selection of fillings and friendly member of staff. Quickly served, with a smile. My only comment would be that for the price, although nice and fresh, there was not much filling.

I love bagels and have frequently passed this shop and said I would try one so last week I did. I wasn't dissapointed. Good choice of bagels and fillings. Plenty of filling in my bagel served with a lovely hot coffee and they gave student discount. Can be a little pricey if you want extras but all in all yummy food. Try it.

One of my favourite places in Nottingham. I love bagel and I love the choices as well. Quick service and lovely stuff. Ohh and amazing smoothies.

The first time I ate here, I had the cray fish and avocado bagel- it was well filled with cray fish, avocado and rocket. When I returned again, the filling had reduced dramatically, but I assumed this was a one off. In my most recent visit, it was even poorer filling with very little crayfish, 2 thin slices of avocado (there was about 10 slices previously) and mostly rocket. It's really unfortunate that the standard has dropped like this as they do taste very nice, but I will not be visiting here again.

Ho scoperto questo posto per puro caso e ne sono molto soddisfatto, cibo healty e di qualità, varie combinazioni di bagel con varianti anche per vegetariani e vegani ed inoltre potrete trovare anche succhi, smoothies, cibo perfetto per un break veloce dal lavoro o per chi ama il take away, il locale é inoltre dotato di posti a sedere all'interno, costo nella media, praticamente "attaccato" alla piazza.

Was warned the service was slow here. Wow no kidding. After ordering it was a 12 minute wait for two bagels. The two orders in front of us were wrong. When they started to make our order up good job we were there watching as our's was going down the wrong route without our intervention. How the hell they manage to cock up so much is amazing. All the staff need to go to subway for some speed and customer service training. And the bagels were not that tasty at all. Will not be back!

Popped in here as thought it would be something a little different. Coffee was lovely, bagel was ok, but not a lot for your money, and service could have been quicker, but then it was a lunchtime, so fairly busy.

I often pop in for a quick bite and I'm never dissapointed. Attentive and friendly staff make the experience pleasant and easy. Highly Recommend :)

I love coming here for lunch, sometimes it can get quite busy but always worth the wait. The Mexican chicken is a favourite of mine but I've tried plenty of the others and they are all the same quality. Great for getting out of the office and out of the plain sandwich rut you can get into

Good bagels, but I'm really disappointed by the customer service. I came 3 times and same issue. The staff is really slow, no matter how many people there is in the shop. And never offer a bag in take away ... you have to ask for it everytime. I come most of the time on my very short lunch break and it took me at least 15min to get my bagel. It's way to long.Then one of my friend asked a bagel with bacon, one of the staff forgot the bacon wich is not a big deal. But instead of doing a new bagel, it kind of open the bagel again and just add some piece of bacon, not very professional or presentable.A bit sad, the place could be really awesome if the staff was more caring.

We went to the bagel Nash for lunch and we ordered 1 Philadelphia bagel,1 ham and cheese bagel,and a another creation of a bagel, we waited for the Philadelphia bagel and the others for 30 minutes, the tables are not cleared and need wiping down. To be honest I will not certainly be going there again.

we were walking around the city and in need of a sit down somewhere out of the rain. Bagel Nash was the first place that we found. Only had a cup of tea each but the staff were good on entry and exit. Area was clean and cuppa was priced ok. Would certainly go in again.

Went to Bagel Nash today for lunch as I was stuck for ideas on what to have and could not face any of the large fast food chains, the bagel was well priced and freshly made in front of me, it was clean and tidy and the seating area. Would recommend for quick lunch freshly made.

had some plain bagels since i am a minimalist person but they were yum! friendly staff aswell. they serve nice coffee too.

Good choice of food and the staff were very friendly. However, the presentation of my bagel was rather messy, and for the price I think they should perhaps offer more for the money!Despite this, would still return as its a unique cafe and makes a change from many of the others around!

We have been eating here for about a year and it has steadily been going down hill. Today will be our final visit. The cream cheese bagel was barely covered and I am sorry that we interrupted the two staff who were clearly far more interested in talking to each other than us. There are plenty of other places for breakfast, this place is not cheap and for a Saturday morning I can see why it was empty.

I've been here twice now and ordered different bagels. Both bagels i've ordered were really nice and tasty. The service was good and your bagels are still warm when you get to eat them. But the price of the bagels are higher if you want to eat them in the cafe. But thats not a problem really. Its a great little place and would definitely go again. The only problem for me was that having one bagel, doesn't really fill you up. You would need something else with it.

Service without a Smile/Hello/Thank you. Average quality ingredients (Think Lidl vegetables). Nothing had any real taste. No one mentioned the meal deals. At best bagels worth £1.50 not £4.50. Hot means put in a plastic container and zapped in a microwave rather than placed on a panini/toastie machine. Wont be returning with so many other places to try nearby.

I was excited to try this place after hearing good things. However my visit was less than pleasing. After paying and waiting in line for 15 minutes I asked where my bagel was. Only to be told I had only ordered it 4 minutes ago. One I can tell the time, two that wasn't my order and three everyone who was behind me in the queue had been served and received their food. When I asked to eat in, the girl making the food uttered something rude under her breath. Poor attitude and service

I went twice with my husband and both times his were over toasted. when we asked for them not to be we realized how dry and nasty they were. His latte had hardly any foam. they don't really know how to make great coffee, my hot chocolate was good but that was about it. decided to find another breakfast place so we went to warsaw diner near by, it was so much better.

We stopped here because it was a gorgeous day and it was the only place with outdoor seating we could see. Anyway it was great. The coffee was very good. The food and menu was amazing. I'll definitely go back for lunch soon!!

Went in hoping for a reasonable bagel and decent coffee and had spectacular both!The only complaint would be about the difficulty of making a choice (so many bagels! so many toppings!), and - because I was travelling - how long it's going to be before I can get back to eat there again.Eat in, and go upstairs for comfort and a good view out to the street.

They have a very odd approach to service, hung about for a while and then fled to Pret a Manger which may be a big national chain rather than a local café but have cheerful staff and serve quickly

Came to Nottingham for a visit and stumbled across this place. Great selection of bagels and fillings. The staff were lovely and were very patient with my daughter who is five and had a little trouble deciding what she wanted. She ordered a plain bagel with ham and cheese which she enjoyed. She couldn't quite finish it so they wrapped it up for her to take away. I had the New Yorker again on a plain bagel. Cream cheese salmon black olives onion and a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of black pepper. It was delicious. Would highly recommend and will definitely go here again. A good selection of choices and prepared in front of you. The bagel and it's contents were fresh and nice. I wasn't a great fan of my mozz and tom bagel as it also had peppers, but sadly it was too late to change!!

This place is so prefect for a quick lunch, even if you're just taking away. Food always tastes so fresh and there's a great variety. Staff are always really friendly even when they're packed out and rushed off their feet. Can't give 5 stars because they're always out of "Green Machine" juice, but there are other smoothie options to choose from!

Decent place to pop in to for lunch. Pretty competitive prices for something a little different than the usual sandwich.Made to order bagels with fresh ingredients for just over £3 can't be bad

I love their Bagels. Visited recently with Family and we tried a lot many of them Plain Hot Bagel with Cream Cheese, MEDITERRANEAN VEGGIE CLUB (Cheese & Jalapeno) bagel ,MOZZARELLA & PESTO MELT and FALAFEL & HOUMOUS Bagel. All of them were good. I loved the mozzarella & pesto and Mediterranean Bagel. If you like Bagels do visit this place.

Came to Bagel Nash at lunchtime in between work. I had the Ham and Swiss cheese option on a wholemeal bagel. Fast service and nice ingredients. Slightly overpriced though I feel, it cost £3.90 for just the bagel and nothing else. I also think it's wrong they charge more when you eat in. All the same worth a visit .

Right by my house, absolutely love this place. Serves a great variety of bagels and coffee. Serves breakfast also which is lovely

The restaurant itself is presented nicely but the food is terrible, we ordered two bacon bagels, one tea and one can of drink and it came to £11 which was way over priced For the standard of food. The bacon was cold and looked like it was left overs they had from the morning, and the tea that was nearly £2 was only half a cup (which was dirty). Would not return and would not recommend!

I had eaten here once before and was extremely impressed at the speed and efficiency that my bagel was brought to me at. I thought the prices were fair and the food was good. From what I can remember, the staff were pleasant, too.However, on my second time here (about 4 months after the first time), I quickly came to realise the place has gone downhill. Up on being served, the woman on the till was rather unpleasant. I felt rushed and she was very rude and impatient with me and my friend. She behaved in an irritable manner whenever we asked a question about the food or prices, etc. - snapping at us both and other customers. We weren't even in a big queue, yet she practically demanded that we order and get out of sight. Everything felt like a command, on her behalf. Furthermore, the food was nowhere near as good as last time! The hashbrowns were microwaved in front of me and were soggy and stuck together. My bagel had been rushed by women not wearing hairnets and did not look presentable. My friends iced coffee had been left on the side by the women as they made the food. As a result, the drink started to get warmer... Then, if we weren't annoyed enough, they gave our order to some random couple, who proceeded to venture upstairs with my bagel. It was comedic. Luckily they had the decency to apologise and give it us back after we chased it as the staff couldn't be ar$ed to do so. I complained but the woman on the till claimed she was busy "serving customers."The bagel and drink were still good (if not a little messy due to the lack of consideration with the presentation), but the hashbrowns were disgusting. The setting is pleasant, the bagels are good, however, on this occasion, the staff were rude.

We were staying in a hotel nearby and decided to get some bagels for breakfast. I had a bacon and egg on wholemeal and my wife had a plain bagel filled with creme cheese and bacon. Both bagels were really well made and were filled with a good amount of filling. We also had two coffees which were very nice but I had to ask the staff for more milk. All in all, this was a good little so for breakfast.

Staff are smiley when you go in which is becoming rarer in customer service :)Food is average. I've had a bacon bagel for breakfast which was very dry, microwaved bacon, overpriced for what it was. I've also had a toasted sesame bagel with butter which was lovely, and a cinnamon and raisin bagel with butter which was tasteless and hard. Hash browns taste nice but better to ask for them extra cooked otherwise they are hard, cold and dry.

Nice fresh bagels,They have about 6 different varieties be careful the breakfast one will fill you up, split it between 2 of you.

We ordered food and drinks to eat in for five,the staff were so patient whilst we made our minds up having never been in a bagel diner with so many choices to be made before.The great service continued by other staff once we were seated too and although busy even called out to thank us and say bye as we left.We all enjoyed our orders too!

I love Bagel Nash! My husband and I have been regular visitors since it opened and have always been impressed by the friendly helpful staff, the decor and atmosphere, and of course the totally delicious assortment of bagels. From breakfast to tea time there's always something on the menu appropriate to the time of day because you pick your bagel base and then choose your filling/topping which means you'll never be disappointed because you'll always get exactly what you asked for!Whilst writing this review I'm eating a plain toasted bagel smothered with chocolate spread, washed down with an ice cold can of Diet Coke and at £2.25 it's definitely delicious value for money! Well worth a 5*, 10/10 rating!

Went in today at lunch time and was most impressed both with the service and the food... I have long loved bagels and the choice here is top! In fact we both said there would be only one problem and that would be deciding which to try next...

The woman serving, possibly te supervisor, really needs some customer service training. Handed a free coffee voucher; "coffee machines not workin".Okay. Didn't ask if I wanted to eat in, I paid and headed upstairs and she shouts across the room from the till 'Did you pay to eat it?!' Did you ask if I wanted to? Maybe do your job right and you won't have to shout up at me in front of other customers.

Stopped at Bagel Nash for breakfast. The service was good but the food was average. For the price, you would be better off at one of the Weatherspoon Pubs for their breakfast which is the same price but with more options.

We went to Nottingham on a shopping trip, and decided to go to Bagel Nash for a light lunch. We were greeted by such friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. The lunch was superb you had lots of choice of bagels and fillings it was well presented and tasted fresh and yummy. The coffee was one of the nicest tastes I have had for a long time. The decor was modern and light. It was so nice to have something different. They also do a deal so that you can have a bagel, drink and snack for a certain amount. It's very rare we go to Nottingham but if we have another shopping trip there we will definitely go to Bagel Nash for lunch.

I recently tried Bagel Nash as it looks really nice from outside and there wasn't a big queue, so expected to be served quickly. Some of the items looked a little dried up but I chose my filling and bagel and waited, and waited......After 7 minutes. I asked how long it would be, and they had forgot my order!When I finally got it it was nice, but soo small, I was still hungry and it was well over £3.Slow service and small portions, I won't be back.

If I'm ever popping through Nottingham City Centre I go to Bagel Nash and have my regular light chicken mayo but I change a few of the items and they always happy to do so

Having lived in America for some time, we got used to a variety of flavours and filling for bagels that you just can't get in the UK, or so we thought until we found Bagel Nash!There are multiple bagel flavours including everything, sun dried tomato and poppy seed. The menu is extensive and you will take some time deciding on the bagel fro you but you won't be disappointed.The coffee and smoothies are also delicious.The staff are very helpful, smiley and friendly - we can;t wait to go back!
