I have found staff to be very rude at this particular branch

Best McDonald's I've ever been in. Always clean and quick service. Toilets are always spotless and staff are also very helpful. Food is always hot, fresh and tasty.

Burgers dry and burnt and annoyingly certain staff speaking in their foreign tongue around other English staff, not needed

generally speaking they have decent queue management and service, the 3 stars though is down to the fact that its comical how often they dont have or cant serve (presumably missing a component of) a big mac, and this has been going on for years. how hard can it be to ensure sufficient stock of mcdonalds main menu item?

Standard mcdonalds never fails to deliver

Very pleasant Macdonalds clean and friendly staff

Drinks were flat and only half filled. Fries only half filled and food takes ages to be served. The milkshake and ice cream machine is broken most of the time too.

Food sometimes came out cold, they don’t fill the drinks up to tue top only just pass half way. And they are to quiet when shouting your order

Went today 12:30, Bank Holiday weekend, saturday. Food was piping hot, Drink wasn't overfilled with ice, and the service was fast and polite. 5⭐️

They have been incompetent, not able to do 9 orders in 10 as they should. In this example extra onion in the burger. When I brought it inside, I told the manager I ordered extra onion. He asked me what is wrong with it, if I wish more onion. Look at the photo. The crew with management in this McDonald are just joke.

An inconsistent McDonald's, 9 times out of 10 the food is great but sometimes you do get a poorly put together burger or wrap and cold old chips

Just been to McDonald at the castle Marina cannot believe l paid nearly £13 pounds for chicken burger and double burger with fries and put them in the bin the burgers were near black and burnt the chicken burger was awful and the presentation was messy. The staff mess around to much

Just saw some low life steal someone’s order over the counter. One of the staff reacted by refusing to serve his friends and gave away his food for free. Great service, highly recommend

Dreadful service this morning..to busy doing orders for delivery ..waited 20 minutes for a muffin with jam ..my coffee meanwhile had been made and stood going cold for 15 minutes ....but apparently the staff didn't think it was busy ..!!!

I went outside to get my order but the deliverer was no where to be seen. This is completely unacceptable as I waited outside for over 30 minutes looking for him.

Update 13 07 25, male duty manager who currently works here has reslly made a difference to how friendly the atmosphere is. Staff seem happier and therefore friendlier, as such service is much better than it has been in latter years. Apart from needing some heating on in the building......it was a pleasant visit and the food was good.

When it's not busy, everything is OK. Sometimes it will get really busy, there won't be empty seat.

the information that it is open 24 hours a day is not true, often at night you can see employees inside for several hours, but the entrance is closed like tonight from 1a.m till 3:30 . it's very irritating when you go there especially because google shows 24h

Order didn’t even turn up due to the fact the driver rang me and told me he didn’t want to wait because they are taking too long so he drove off without the order and put that it’s been delivered when it hasn’t!!

Well, after many, many visits, my patience has worn out with this McDonalds. They regularly don't have milkshakes available via the drive through (or at least tell you that, but bizarrely you can still order them on the app from that same restaurant). This time again, there were no milkshakes and they made it worse by getting my order wrong - my apple pie was missing and my chicken selects had no bbq dip, the food was also luke warm, and I'd had to take drinks I didn't want in order to preserve the meal deal pricing. I only discovered the missing items when I got home, and I wasn't going to waste my fuel driving back there. It's not like the price is particularly reasonable any more to even justify this lower standard. So, that's it... the simplest thing is to stop giving them my money. I won't be back again.

Visited late at night. The restaurant seemed swamped by Deliveroo orders. I waited 15 minutes for my order and when I got it it was cold. Even by Macdonald's standards it was bad.

ordered on uber eats and asked for no cheese on two big macs for allergy reasons. both burgers had cheese on and pickles which was also asked to not include. the staff need to put more effort into reading custom orders, even if not for picky customers, then at least customers who have serious allergen issues. it’s atrocious the amount of times in general mcdonald’s workers choose not to adhere to custom orders or just can’t be arsed to do it as it puts people in dangerous medical situations

Today I am extremely disappointed in the service and attitude that was given to me. I ordered one LARGE McFlurry and one mini McFlurry and I only received two mini McFlurrys. I had to drive FOUR times round the drive through to receive a full refund and lies were told regarding this issue, there was finger pointing and cheese burger swinging involved. And I then received the refund in pennies not actual coins which is beyond ridiculous. I am furious and this has completely ruined my day. I won’t be returning unless you replace the window workers and insure they have manners.

They fixed my cheeseburgers without cheese and when I asked them for new ones they said they can put cheese in the ones they gave me because they're busy. I've never had an argument in McDonald's like this. It was 24th January order "16" 00:46:07. Was waiting about 15 minutes just to receive that mess and rude treatment.

The food arrived with the bag open, the drink was spilt all in the bottom of the bag too, which meant food was ruined and soaked in Coca Cola. Spoke to just eat and they said they can’t give a refund, even though I provided evidence of the food ruined. Absolutely shocking.
