I ordered McDonald's at 10.19 it took till 11.48 to he delivered when it arrived it was a breakfast order so u know it was stone cold and the restaurant don't cook breakfast they said he got the food at the place 10.30 so he has been somewhere with location of with my food sitting in bag I couldn't even contact just eat till it was delivered now when it came I was missing my hashbrowns and one egg mcmuffin and one missing an pattie just had egg so I'd we work it out he ate my food !!!!! fuming

Food arrived cold and my whole order was missing all the fries

No straw, no sauce, fries are cold.

Everything was cold despite being delivered within the timeframe - meaning I got served cold food from the restaurant.

A 5yr old could do better with their eyes closed. Also cold and delivered late! Another fail

i didn't ask for vegetables or sauce on my big mac and the ketchup smelt weird but the rest was good

By far the best McDonald’s in Nottingham beating to it even newly opened branches. Always quick and efficient service and staff members with manners which is rarity in hospitality these days.

Nothing wrong with food, driver argued with me over the phone stating he was outside of my house even though he was no where near my house and said it’s where it is stated on the map but he was 5 minutes in the wrong direction from my house, when he eventually got to mine he didn’t even apologise.

I have been coming on and off for around 20 years, it used to be a flag ship Mcdonalds, sadly it isn’t any more, on my last hand full of visits its been very very dirty, with the day before’s food all over the floor, the windows are always smeared , as i’m sat writing this, the young manager is trying to get an even younger member of staff to help clean the floor, but the staff member is point blank refusing to help out the cleaner, the manager has know Authority, its a real shame such a good Mcdonals has fallen so far,

The driver turned up at the incorrect address, when i tried to call him he didn't answer at first. After he answered I told him the address and he still proceeded to turn up at the incorrect address another time. When he arrived, he was extremely rude and shook his head at me. Not happy at all.

the staff at mcdonalds packed my orderly terribly to the point the delivery driver apologised because the mcdonalds staff had packed my latte with my food and the contents of the latte emptied out all over my breakfast. This is unacceptable and disgraceful of the staff that work at castle marina mcdonalds.

Would be good if they checked they had the full order in the bag, No large coffee that was paid for, just check the order against whats in the bag doesn't take long

My wife ordered a normal meal whilst a friend and I ordered two Happy Meals. We also shared 20-piece chicken nuggets. The food was fine and the milkshakes good. But when comparing the Yu-Gi-Oh! x Hello Kitty and Friends toys in the UK with that currently available in Japan, the figures in Japan are much much better in terms of quality. I just wonder if McDonald's has quality control policy on its HM toys.

Told them l didn't think l had slice of cheese in my Mcmuffin , cleaner willing to help ,manager wandered off when l said l wasn't complaining, no sorry or are you sure,just sometimes the cheese shrinks. Not your usual Mcds happy service.

I got not even half in my medium chips! All chips were cold and stale! I asked for a plain cheeseburger everything came on it!!

the entire drink was spilled inside the bag and there was only a 1/4 of the drink in the cup

Who eber put this order together will probable get the sack as they put milk and sugar in with the order, ok it was only 3 milk and 2 sugar for 2 large teas but they don't normally put either in

Used to hold meetings here with my staff and spend a fair bit of money with this site. My staff left before 90 mins was up but I stayed on to carry on with some work. Slapped with a stupid parking charge a week later. I attended and asked for it to be cancelled as I was still eating and drinking in the restaurant. Was told it would be sorted. Weeks later still being hounded by the parking company. Long story short, taken to court for non payment of fine. Had no choice but to pay or a CCJ. Upshot is don't stay more than 90 mins even if you haven't finished your meal. Pack up and leave as you will be fined and will have to pay. Don't listen to all the people saying ignore the fine. Not that my decision to never eat in there again will impact their revenue, but they won't get a bean off me again. Ignore at your cost is my parting advice.

I'm not sure it is related but I have seen massive improvement since I tweeted about this McDonald's few months ago about forgetting ingredients in burgers and indolent staff. I did get cold burger very rarely but that is all McDonald's i visited so We'll done!

A young man called Shemaray served me he was very polite, welcoming and assertive. It made my day and I don’t usually come to this mcdonald’s but in the future I will due to the great service.

Disaster from start to finish. Ordered take away on Just Eats last night. It arrived, couple of items missing, several items incorrectly made, and then to top it off, my husband and son (the only ones to have the chicken nuggets) have food poisoning this morning. Will be avoiding in future.

I ordered a while ago and I put a request in for a refund because it was so late, the delivery guy has just delivered and he explained there was an accident I think with the delivery person as he turned up to the door and he was covered in grass and mud, so I would like to retract my request as it wasn’t his fault the order was late, hopefully the delivery guy is ok.

Forgot my fries and my 6 chicken nuggets.

Just now, I was there for about an hour and I had an order of £31, almost 32 pounds, and those who prepared my order did not order a product that costs almost 6 pounds. Even though I paid, these individuals did not put the product in my order and when I got home my child cried because of this useless staff. The next time I pass by, I want my money on a cheeseburger or whatever the name of the product is, which I think you deliberately didn't include.

All great but delivery driver very strange about handing me over the food. He seemed to think I needed to give him our order number which I’ve never had to do before. Meanwhile food was getting cold. Not ideal.

We arrived at the Drive Thru at 6.30pm on a clear but chilly Friday evening. To put it into perspective, my Aunty's shins were absolutely freezing even with a blanket over her legs. Upon reaching the order station, our server asked if we would be using the App to place our order. The car was overcome with panic, as we were completely unaware that that was the protocol. Our fears were immediately calmed by a warm chuckle from our server who reassured us that ordering from the App was not a mandatory part of our visit. Despite the Northern bite in the air, we threw caution to the wind and ordered 3 McFlurries and 3 ice cold drinks with our meals. We were met with the beaming smile of our order-taker at the payment window, who graciously accepted our card payment. His personable nature made this experience all the more enjoyable. A slight error of spatial judgement occurred when we continued on to the collection window, which can only be put down to the cold shins of my aunty combined with the open window. How refreshing it was that the friendly lass at the window was patient, and reserved no judgement whilst we reversed back and pulled up for a second attempt. This ensured for a comfortable food exchange for all parties concerned. Our order was well packaged, and felt secure within the paper bags. All items were present, along with the generous supply of condiments that we had requested. Parking was an absolute breeze, as there were ample bays available. As we feasted on our hearty meals, we were seduced by the flavours and quality of this particular McDonalds. We thought "It doesn't get better than this!" Well, it did. In my peripheral vision, I noticed a trio of happy ducks, waddling their way through the carpark...Which pretty much topped off our ultimate dining experience. We've now decided to make this a family tradition, to travel up to the Castle Bridge Road Mcdonalds Nottingham from Sussex every Easter, in an attempt to recreate the magic of this flawless evening.

I would have given 5* for the food, but there was a burger missing. The food bags were stapled and intact with no signs of tampering. I'd had reservations about ordering from this restaurant because everytime we buy via drive thru, there's always something missing. When my husband called the restaurant concerning the missing burger, their response was, we should contact the delivery company for compensation. I don't know whether that's how it works.

The courier didn’t deliver the food to me, even on the app it said delivered. He may have delivered the food on to someone else’s house, he didn’t arrived at my house he didn’t even knock so as I have check outside my house if he has left but no luck.

If I could put Zero stars I would. I always go to this McDonalds and I’ve never had an issue previously - However this time I ordered through the app and had it delivered. The food that did arrive was burnt and cold and the breakfast wrap wasn’t in the delivery. I called the restaurant and was told there are no wraps on the menu and to sort a refund I’d have to talk to Uber Eats (which is IMPOSSIBLE) and that there is nothing they can do to sort it or to help. I wanted to either get my food or a refund so I had to leave work to go the McDonald’s I ordered from, only to find the wraps are available and I had been lied to. I expressed my disappointment with who I assume is the manager and was practically brushed off, spoken over and not listened to. I’m really not happy with the service I received.

Delivery was late, despite having sat nav drivers are unable to fine our house, this happens to often. Some.of the meal was missing and some was wrong. The box of chicken selects was filled with mozzarella dippers and not chicken. Had a very disappointed daughter.

Looking at the tracking it seemed like the delivery driver decided to go for a pint in waters edge before delivery our food. Missing items and the items we did get were stone cold. Absolutely awful!

The estimated time said 20-30 minutes however I waited 2 hours for my order to arrive, and the food was very cold. You could tell it had been sat at the restaurant for a while. I have been refused a refund which I think is unacceptable as I complained twice to customer service about my order being two hours late.

ordered this to be delivered at 23:25, tracking showed the driver was at the restaurant and my order was being prepared, then nothing other than the delivery time kept changing, around 24:15 we found a phone No and rang but the call went unanswered, we checked the info on your site for the restaurant this showed delivery finished at 23:00 so it looked like we were not getting our meal. We went to bed at 24:30, approx at 01:30 we had a phone call from the delivery driver the order was here, I told him we were in bed and no longer required the meal and to return it for a refund. This morning when going out to my amazement a McDonalds bag was left on my doorstep (with the meal inside) as it had rained most of the night very soggy meal put in the bin. This is totally unacceptable, 2 hrs late then delivery when I have gone to bed, I would like my refund as asked for originally.

Staff members and food are fine. Absolutely ridiculous though that I’ve been landed with a £100 parking fine for staying over the 1.5 hour time limit. I’m disabled, use mobility aids and wheelchair and have a blue badge. It seems ridiculous for being barely over the time limit, and it already takes me a long time to get out of the car in the first place, and then to wait for the food, eat it and finally get the energy to leave and get back in my car. Especially compared to your average person. All I wanted was breakfast and I get charged £100 for the pleasure of it. Absolutely awful and completely unfair.
