It’s MaccyD’s it’s the same every where you go

Ordered on the app due to my little boy being ill. When order arrived there was a wrap item missing. I ordered two meals so I don’t know how you miss that item out. Rang up the store, couldn’t do anything other than end the phone call sending me to ring another number so not resolved at all. Money back in 15 days for that item but that doesn’t explain to my young lad why his food hasn’t came so now I have to try and cheer him up for McDonald’s mistakes. Thankyou so much.

Thanks to Chris’s advice and support, I got a great meal. And on multiple occasions now he’s been on shift, fast to help out other customers too and managed what seemed to be multiple sections seamlessly; taking orders, collecting food items, assembling trays and portioning drinks and fries when needed. He stayed on top of orders with ease. I’m a repeat customer to this location not only because of the destination but also the friendliness of staff. I ordered two Med. Quarter Pounder meals, and 5 Chicken Selects. All of which have come out at ideal temperatures and taste up to par with McDonalds’ standards.

my order was put through to Northampton, I messaged and cancelled the order yet I have been charged and my credit f £7 something has been used

I don’t know why this branch never answers their phone, regardless of hour or day it is next to impossible to get ahold of anyone for delivery help. This store is very hit or miss, sometime get very fresh delicious food other times not so much due to difficult staff’s attitude. They could work on consistency going forward, but overall if you come to this branch know it could go either way. In a convenient location for sure though!

Ordered food at 12.16pm and gave me an estimated delivery time for 20mins every time i went on to check the time kept jumping up by 20mins said they was preparing food from the moment the order got accepted & wasnt delivered u till gone 2pm cold food

The delivery time changed 4 times, so when i got it it was JUST only just warm, no milk or suger for the drink. Change the name of this cowboy company to just warm food

Food never delivered, pointless pin process, clearly wasn't asked for as the order was given to someone random after the driver said he was outside, was not there.

As a McDonald's the food was good, hot and fresh. However, there were many things in the menu that were unavailable including all vegetarian options apart from vegetable fingers.

No issues with the food. Cooked to the right standard, order was correct and easy to order on the app. No issues.

Every single time I order from this mcdonald's through the app I have missing food! What is so hard about checking the order & putting it in a bag it's not rocket science! Absolutely shocking this service is! I would give no stars if I could!

So I used the drive through which for some reason is particularly bad at this particular unit but this experience was the worst so far. I ordered the large quarter pound double with cheese a coke and a galaxy MC flurry. Eventually after what seemed like a lifetime waiting to get my food I was served it. I got home and my coke tasted like coloured water ,so I presume the syrup mix had run out and somehow they managed to make my burger taste like nothing and it was cold yet the chips were warm.No onions on it and no gherkin either. I've had this meal at various sites in Nottingham and I really enjoy it. I am a chef and sometimes at night when I have had a hard day at work I don't want to cook anymore and I want to treat myself but this was the worst meal I have had at McDonald's ever and I am 60 been to a few around the UK and abroad as well. No faith in that particular site anymore,so won't be using it again.

I came in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service of food. I came to the till for help deciding my order, i ended up getting a large meal when Lee showed me the different frappe cup sizes. He was really helpful, patient and kind. I would definitely come here again

they gave me the wrong food at first but then sorted it out and redid my whole order, the manager Christina was lovely xx

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and chips for my two kids and I had to warm them up as they were cold not even a little bit warm nope frickin cold

Horrible never received my order and watched delivery driver just drive off once he saw me pure disrespectful and vile

Used to work here last year and it was a great experience and really helped me out socially especially for my first job. Made a bunch of nice people especially on the lobby side

The quality of McDonald's has always been good, but the price is getting more and more expensive, and the price/performance ratio is no longer high.

Food is great when you pick up but when delivered its always cold and crappie. Service is always lovely! Atmosphere is very busy all the time

order was wrong I order 3 for £4 2 hamburgers a 1 chips and 1 hamburger happy meal with toy. I only got chips and drink from the happy meal and no burger or toy !! very disappointed. so how do I get my food stuff I paid for!

driver cant read a map or use his legs, i pay for delivery not walk out and get it myself

Every single time we order, they put the drinks in the bag with the food. So the driver will bring them to us and the drinks spill all over the food and usually the bag gives way at my door step because it is literally soaking wet. It happens E.V.E.R.Y.T.I.M.E. Please please pack the drinks separately!!😭

I very rarely leave reviews but I had to share the fantastic experience I had at this McDonalds. The staff were so friendly, the food came out perfect and the store was very clean! I will definitely be returning to McDonald’s Castle Bridge Road again - thank you for the amazing experience!

Heres an idea, don't put "estimated around" and then move it one minute at a time FOR HALF AN HOUR. That's not an estimate. That's a joke.

We dined in early evening. There was plenty of parking spaces, and the restaurant was about a third full. We ordered at the electronic till, and the food was served in about five minutes. It was all fresh, though the dries were a bit dry. The tables were clean, and the general atmosphere was quiet. Overall a good experience.

the food are nice, but the tea was all gone....no water inside even when I open it

Driver didn’t deliver my food, ended the call when I was giving him directions and turned his phone off. Then marked it delivered. Came off a night shift and all I wanted was the food I paid for.

I ordered McDonald's at 10.19 it took till 11.48 to he delivered when it arrived it was a breakfast order so u know it was stone cold and the restaurant don't cook breakfast they said he got the food at the place 10.30 so he has been somewhere with location of with my food sitting in bag I couldn't even contact just eat till it was delivered now when it came I was missing my hashbrowns and one egg mcmuffin and one missing an pattie just had egg so I'd we work it out he ate my food !!!!! fuming

Everything was cold despite being delivered within the timeframe - meaning I got served cold food from the restaurant.

By far the best McDonald’s in Nottingham beating to it even newly opened branches. Always quick and efficient service and staff members with manners which is rarity in hospitality these days.

Nothing wrong with food, driver argued with me over the phone stating he was outside of my house even though he was no where near my house and said it’s where it is stated on the map but he was 5 minutes in the wrong direction from my house, when he eventually got to mine he didn’t even apologise.

I have been coming on and off for around 20 years, it used to be a flag ship Mcdonalds, sadly it isn’t any more, on my last hand full of visits its been very very dirty, with the day before’s food all over the floor, the windows are always smeared , as i’m sat writing this, the young manager is trying to get an even younger member of staff to help clean the floor, but the staff member is point blank refusing to help out the cleaner, the manager has know Authority, its a real shame such a good Mcdonals has fallen so far,

The driver turned up at the incorrect address, when i tried to call him he didn't answer at first. After he answered I told him the address and he still proceeded to turn up at the incorrect address another time. When he arrived, he was extremely rude and shook his head at me. Not happy at all.

One of the better McDonald's which I have visited. Food arrived fast and of an acceptable quality.

Would be good if they checked they had the full order in the bag, No large coffee that was paid for, just check the order against whats in the bag doesn't take long

the staff at mcdonalds packed my orderly terribly to the point the delivery driver apologised because the mcdonalds staff had packed my latte with my food and the contents of the latte emptied out all over my breakfast. This is unacceptable and disgraceful of the staff that work at castle marina mcdonalds.

My wife ordered a normal meal whilst a friend and I ordered two Happy Meals. We also shared 20-piece chicken nuggets. The food was fine and the milkshakes good. But when comparing the Yu-Gi-Oh! x Hello Kitty and Friends toys in the UK with that currently available in Japan, the figures in Japan are much much better in terms of quality. I just wonder if McDonald's has quality control policy on its HM toys.

Told them l didn't think l had slice of cheese in my Mcmuffin , cleaner willing to help ,manager wandered off when l said l wasn't complaining, no sorry or are you sure,just sometimes the cheese shrinks. Not your usual Mcds happy service.

I got not even half in my medium chips! All chips were cold and stale! I asked for a plain cheeseburger everything came on it!!

Used to hold meetings here with my staff and spend a fair bit of money with this site. My staff left before 90 mins was up but I stayed on to carry on with some work. Slapped with a stupid parking charge a week later. I attended and asked for it to be cancelled as I was still eating and drinking in the restaurant. Was told it would be sorted. Weeks later still being hounded by the parking company. Long story short, taken to court for non payment of fine. Had no choice but to pay or a CCJ. Upshot is don't stay more than 90 mins even if you haven't finished your meal. Pack up and leave as you will be fined and will have to pay. Don't listen to all the people saying ignore the fine. Not that my decision to never eat in there again will impact their revenue, but they won't get a bean off me again. Ignore at your cost is my parting advice.

Who eber put this order together will probable get the sack as they put milk and sugar in with the order, ok it was only 3 milk and 2 sugar for 2 large teas but they don't normally put either in

I'm not sure it is related but I have seen massive improvement since I tweeted about this McDonald's few months ago about forgetting ingredients in burgers and indolent staff. I did get cold burger very rarely but that is all McDonald's i visited so We'll done!
