Burger King in Nottingham

Tom in kitchen made my meal to absolute perfect all the time with a smile on his face. Isnt Tom just a cool guy?

The delivery was half hour later than the website said it would be and our order was incorrect. We ordered 2 meals, neither of which came with the fries and we asked for no pickle on one of the burgers and got pickle. Very expensive meal to have it all wrong.

took more than an hour to get burger king from a place that's a 10 minute walk away. The coke served with the meal was room temperature, as was the food.

FOOD WAS COLD BUT NOT THE DRIVER FAULT

Ordered a double whopper with cheese meal the food was cold and missing the cheese Went back in to get it fixed and they just dissembled my burger added a slice of cheese and wrapped it back up poorly with my wrapper I left the burger on the counter Will not be visiting again

Just been into Lady Bay retail Burger King. Asked for two meals going large and two milky coffees. When we paid we asked for a receipt. On getting home we found that one coffee was only half a cup. The meals weren’t large as there was only a few chips. There was no receipt. So I went on the internet and called them using the number given. Only to be told the number is incorrect. Disgusted and will not be going there again. Don’t know the cost so I cannot complete the question it relates to. I am unable to post this without completing questions about which I would recommend. Please ignor the answer to the questions below.

Staff very helpful but a ridiculously long wait for food which was somewhat dissapointing, much more expensive than their larger competitior with the golden arches and burger nowhere near as tasty, but was nice to have an option of onion rings instead of fries. Chilli cheese bites were very nice. Planned to dine in, but having waited so long had to take it away and eat later.

ordered ay 5.36 didn't receive untill 7.09 food cold and also missing a burger

Ordered from Uber eats. It took over two hours to get to us, getting updates constantly saying the food was being prepared. When it arrived it was completely cold. It wouldn't let me cancel my order, so we just had to wait. I've only been offered a £4 refund. The driver told me once he was waiting for ages for them to sort the order, and they were just busy chatting.

it arrived late and when it did arrive the BOTTLE of coke had burst on to all the food, meaning none of it was edible. there were also items missing. they had put the coke bottles in WITH the hot food so the single bottle we did get was warwarmer than I have my tea! the lettuce was brown and had to be removed. totally incompetent and won't be using them again!

the overall service was terrible and I won't be using this service again

Missing a whole burger from meal, have ordered from these in the past and every time there's something wrong

Ordered two adults and two kids meals. Went up to ask where my order was twice to be confronted with slow miserable staff. Took 28 minutes from the point of ordering until it reached the table COLD. Won’t be going back, shocking food and service.

According to the delivery driver he had to wait 30mins for 2 orders. Original delivery time was 25-40mins but took just over an hour & when it did arrive the food was nearly cold

Happy to take my money but aren’t happy to fix my order, pay extra for things and can’t even get it right, very disappointed and they didn’t even care that it was wrong!!!

My food was delivered cold, my ice cream was very malted and i didn’t receive my free items for ordering over £25.

I only received 3 meals from my order of 7. Even though the recepiet was attached to the delivery so they knew what needed to be delivered they didn't send over half of the items. There phone number also doesn't work so you can't contact them.

Terrible customer service. Waiting 20 minutes for 2 children's meals. The young girl behind the counter appeared to be scared of moving any faster than snails pace. The woman all had there hair down and not in a hair net which I'm pretty sure is required when working in a kitchen. All seemed too busy talking to each other rather than serving customers. Terrible service and quiet frankly would think twice about visiting the so call "fast food" restaurant again.

Went in to order a meal paid and was stood waiting but didn't notice the amount of flys that was in there I was wearing shorts and they was crawling on my legs then I looked around and they was everywhere so I cancelled my food and spoke to the manager but all he said was he had reported it to HR but I work with food and if my work was that bad we would be closed down

Service was awful stood around for ages before they even acknowledged they could take an order... Docile staff with no enthusiasm. Long wait. Really warm inside to the point it was unbearable would not reccomend. Not "fast" food

Food stale and cold. Rider was very fast once the app showed him setting off, but it also showed him as waiting at the restaurant for more than 30 minutes before they gave him our order.

As a treat for my family and seeing how expensive this is for 3 meal I expect a better quality and timing. Food was cold but the time it arrived and they missed an item off of my order. If a chosen drink is not available then mark it as unavailable because our chosen drinks were replaced with something we do not drink in our house. All in all not happy, should have just gone to McDonald's.

What a joke. Asked were the toilet was, ladt joked it was 20p to use it. They owe me it was filthy and stunk.the toilet was actually black with dirt. Get someone to clean it we have standards .Charged me 30p for mayo, never been charged for it and 50p for two slices of cheese as the whopper was.large. this place has always been shocking but this is next level. Rip off and dirty.

Early lunch, so was quiet. Place clean. Food was freshly cooked and well packaged. Tia served me and she was friendly, welcoming and happy to answer any questions. Spoke to the boss about how good she was and he said they knew she was good and they valued her on staff. Would definitely go here again. Thanks Tia!

Staff very rude place is allways messy toilets are disgusting look like they need a Dame good clean and in somewhat in need of repair food also takes longer than any other burger king

Order incomplete. Notified just eat and nothing done to refund the missing meal. Driver was in too much of an hurry for me to check. £35 paid for a small bag incomplete. I commented this doesn’t look right and he rushed off. Tried ringing Colwick twice no answer( proof of call saved) logged incomplete order via this app to be told we need to investigate!!! Believe you me we will NEVER USE BK ever again and will canvass my disgust to every friend and family member !!!

It was okay. Had a burger and fries from the current offer £2.99, which isn't badly priced, I suppose, as it was a double burger. Meat was tasty, but the bread roll flat. Picture always looks better than the real thing. How much better would it look and taste with a little bit of lettuce. Still, always more tasty than Mac Donald's. Sitting area is nothing special, but fit for purpose and clean. Personal friendly. Parking limited, but nearby more possibilities. Toilets reasonably clean, but smelly when we were there.

Food is very dry and not worth the money. Service is excellent, just the quality of food is lower than mcdonalds and way more expensive.

Sick on toilet floor, sinks and floors look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks i didnt want to used or wash my hands. mucky tables floor in restaurant not been swept all day and staff look miserable.

I don't leave negative reviews easily. I have been here a number of times now each time hoping the time before was just bad luck. Unfortunately not. Every time I have ended up waiting between 15-30 minutes for food most times the food has been cold. On one occasion, after waiting 20 minutes, I watched the staff give my food to another car, then after they had hunted through it and given it back because it was the wrong order, it was then brought to me. I obviously declined it and got a refund. The service at this Burger King needs so attention.

Food arrived cold. Cold bottles in same bag as food and took ages to arrive as delivery person was on bicycle everything was cold when it arrived.

I went here for an order yesterday, I felt bad for the staff as it seemed they were running on a skeleton crew. 1 guy was running both the drive through orders and the only till that was open. I overheard one female member of staff complaining to him about not to take any more orders for drive through as they were swamped on orders already. The eating area was messy as probably had no staff to clean up at the time. The food was fine except I was served my coke in one of the slushy cups and it had a break in the plastic so leaked all over-the-counter but was given a replacement. Feel bad for the staff. Shame on the owner, hire more staff.

We were served today by Tia. My daughter was in her wheelchair feeling pretty miserable. Tia made a real effort with her, explaining the different foods and how they would taste - she tried a new food and was very happy. Really happy - great staff and a special thank you to Tia x

Ordered nuggets got onion rings. Not impressed want my money back. But no clear way to do this. Have photo proof. Please explain and help

my delivery driver was so rude, he left my food on the doorstep in the rain left me a voicemail and said absolutely nothing it was just rustling and music. very disappointed with the service and the food was barely edible. Stone cold fries and burger. I would greatly appreciate a refund

the driver took a longer way to get to my house...and then the food was cold.... and I wanted to get better service for 27£ .....the fries was hard and cold... I'm sorry but I don't know if I will order from here 😞

This BK has been closed for a while, so i decided to give it a go, service was nice and pleasant, long chicken with cheese was amazing, however the fries where bland and the cheeseburger was really dry,. The toilets where next level bad, akin to what you would experience in an old rundown pub.
