Take away Cold chips no straw no serviette no customer service just a conveyor belt of Robots serving crap expensive un eatable food never again

Clean, efficient. Just what you would expect

Everything want want in a McDonald's, they staff are always friendly and polite

Ordered hot chocolate, it looked like hot dish water in the cup, machine had obviously ran out of cocoa powder. But didn't know until I returned to my office and no time to return.

Had to wait for a food in a bay, they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the sauce for my cheese bites so I drove through the drivethru again and they didn’t have any of the cheese bites sauce, I wouldn’t have ordered them if they didn’t tell me because who eats cheese bites without sauce

My food was freezing and my drinks spilled on some of the food

Order was correct nothing missing at all but food could of been warmer especially the chips , which I thought they would of been seen as I saw the delivery driver was in car which means shouldn’t of took long as don’t even live that far from the store

Drive thru was absolutely slow on a Friday night. Only one lane working and no sign to say it isn’t working. Was stuck at least 30 minutes in the queue waiting for food so really brought down the atmosphere and honestly don’t get why it takes THAT long. Would’ve been quicker to go in and get food. McFiver was fine but not worth the time waiting. Also chips were cold.

Nice average McDonalds Drive Through, just Murky looking. Went Wallaton Hall and took food there to eat lol.

Unbelievably cold you'd say it just left the freezer, delivery courier was extremely rude and threw it to the ground.... Threw the entire order away after the performance given, save your money and use it somewhere it's appreciated and the food is cooked

hello, my driver was 2 minutes away from my house his excuse was he was looking for my address which don't add up as he was not moving at all for like 10 minutes than eventually he drove past my house up the wrong road and turned up 10 minutes later. I refused the food as it would be cold I had to go the corner of my street to see where he went before he came to mine. he shown me on his phone where his GPS was taking him but there was nothing with the route on the GPS at all.

Slow service… don’t attend if you’re hungry but if you can wait 15mins+ then by all means go for some grub…

Would give service 0 ask for no mayo added double mayo on my wrap when I’m allergic terrible macdonalds worst in the area wouldn’t recommend

the food was good the only bad thing about it was there was no sauces with it

Had to wait ages for 2 person drive through order to be prepared. The filet of fish burger was the size of a single slider! 🍔 there were no condiments or sauce with the order and the toffee latte didn’t taste of toffee!

Went today! Start to take my order by drive through just to be told half way through they couldn't do my order as there systems was resetting? Told it would be a 10 minute wait. Pretty rubbish service if you gonna take someone's order and turn around and say we can't do it now least you could of done was gave me the meal for free. Rubbish service and disappointed.

The food is very bad , almost everything had a bitter taste and rancid oil taste

recieved the order. the delivery driver was a really nice guy however the food is stone cold and now my sons not interested. the chips are stale and taste like they've been sat for a long time and the burgers were constructed to a very poor quality. also stone cold. really regretting how much was spent for cold food that's not at all being enjoyed 😮‍💨

My local McDonald’s! Love the food, satisfies me all the time! Service is great, sometimes it can take a long time to order through the drive through as there can be one car ordering first. Overall, it’s a great place for a snack or a quick meal!

No bbq sauce and no cheese on my burger

Normally alright but last few times I've done click and collect through drive through and got home I've noticed items are missing, I should of checked but its not my job to make sure an orders correct and why is there never any mcflurrys man its hot out here, sort it out :)

They were 1minute late which is fine but as i opened the bag my drinks tilted to the side and spilt all over my food I am not happy.

I used the drive-through, so I was unsure what the atmosphere was like. Service from the drive-through was good!

For our visit, we used the click and collect option. This took a lot longer than expected which was frustrating as we had a carpool of five little kids waiting in the roaring hot sun to eat. As well as this, upon receiving our drinks and leaving we realised two drinks were missing which is irritating for those looking to have a drink in the hot weather

Chicken nuggets were slightly warm majority cold and stale chips were cold and soggy absolutely disgusting service

McDonald’s have honestly gone down hill. No one there knows how bag up an order correctly, why am I paying for food that isnt going into my system? You lot are out of order. Hire proper staff that are willing to work and ACTUALLY bag up peoples food PROPERLY with EVERYTHING they paid for inside THE BAG.

Easy to park as lots of free spaces. Modern McDonald's. Ordered a Quarter Pounder and fries from touchscreen order point. Receipt printer didn't work but managed to get order number. Collected food, was tasty and warm and good value. Toliets were clean. Decent experience and would return. Nice seating area upstairs, building used to be an old pub before being turned into a McDonald's.

We all 3 had upset tummies after eating lunch. Would not blame this specific restaurant though as it is not the first time... the atmosphere was good. Just as always McDonald's food is not great.

Not happy with going through the drive through and having to waiting while others are being served before me even though I was there before then and they have just pulled up. Not even an apology either

all the food was cold, when I phoned the restaurant I was told to bring it back for exchange, this was at 12 midnight or request a refund from just eat..Not happy not happy at all.

Cold and over cooked fries! Wrong drinks and all fizzy drinks were flat! Burgers were a mess, even the kids complained which is a first when they have had a mcds!!!! Will not be going back or ordering from this branch again!!! Disgusting

Very untidy place to eat in. Look at the spidernest in sealing lamp and dust and litter everywhere on the floor .. never recommend this branch

It is the second time that my delivery has come incomplete and after ringing McDonald’s they just turn round to me and said that there is nothing they can do. This is utterly unacceptable. I will not be using McDonald’s again

My food is saying delivered however I’ve been handed absolutely nothing and I can’t in contract with the driver !!!!!!!

3rd time ordered fillet-o-fish burger & it's been dry like a rock. Staff are incompetent & not bothered. Management is awful. Only McDonald's I have issues with.

When using the drive thru often asked to 'park up' in waiting for food. Despite most times no one waiting behind or all parking bays in use making it awkward and unusable. Clearly its use of stat padding in order to bring average wait times down so its not a true reflection of actual times!

I go there everyday and chill in the morning very quiet and the upstairs part is very good

My food was ridiculously late which I was annoyed about. But then to open the bag and have my drink spilled all over my chips and for the food to then be cold it went straight into the bin and I’ve now been left hungry and angry. Such poor service that I’m debating on ever using again.

Awful food is so bad that my granddad had to vomit and he did my cousin nearly vomited I did not like the service and I waited 30 minutes for my food awful don’t come here

Its a regular mc Donald how ever when you go there make sure your car fits in the drive through its a bit small and with a very sharp turn
