Leave my food outside , the driver didn’t knock, he just drop the food outside

ordered a pie it didn’t come with our order although we had already paid for it

Always parked waiting for food. Even just for ONE burger. Disgusting, how can you not make ONE burger???

Food tasted fresh, the chips were like I was at the restraunt , the driver came with no issues and very polite. Very happy with this meal!

I didn't get my order yet since today morning at 6 am?

Parking is limited here but the order is usually fast, with no items missing. Usually clean and tidy whichever day of the week we go. I would make the spaces wider for more modern cars and make the entrance better - two cars can’t pass at the same time entering and exiting.

Ordered hot chocolate, it looked like hot dish water in the cup, machine had obviously ran out of cocoa powder. But didn't know until I returned to my office and no time to return. Now understand why apparently the worst place to work, so if staff not happy you get poor food and service. Avoid!

Sat waiting to order at the drive thru. 5 cars go through one side whilst I’m sat there waiting for a response. The person I finally spoke to was rude. The manager showed no empathy. I just wanted to know why I had been sat there for so long and the person I spoke to was so rude and didn’t even apologise. Ran by a bunch of kids. I’d avoid at all costs. Awful food and awful service

My delivery driver just sat at McDonald’s waiting for over 30 minutes. I called the restaurant and they said they handed the order over already. When the food got to me it was stone cold and had coke tipped all over it.

It took forever to arrive due to the store taking a while, however once it had been picked up, it took a while to get here, when i went to get my food, the driver said he had rang me twice. I didn’t get any notifications or anything and i was sat on the app waiting for him. He then proceeds to try and lecture me about picking up and being more specific etc next time. I sent him a message beforehand to tell me when he was outside, he could’ve sent a message back if the phone didn’t work. So RUDE

McDonald’s didn’t get the order right missing a drink

I hate this place don't accept card because machines are broken.. LIES!! DIDNT EVEN GET MY FOOD WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES AND STILL HUNGRY. I HOPE THIS WILL IMPROVE.

The food is good but it is always messy, never clean

Twice now my burger has had no onion- even though i haven’t removed it which is just weird. And I pay for sauces that never arrive.

McDonald’s staff at Nutall road thought it was funny to push 3 sauces into my McFlurry

ordered 4 shakes and 2 boxes of nuggets. All 4 shakes missing. By the time you pay delivery fee and tip uber driver, the refund won't cover it. We have sore throats, the whole reason we made order was for the shakes. You're always missing items McDonald's, do better.

Always missing item when drive thru.

Never known a bunch of people who just cannot be bothered to do their jobs like 80% of the people who work here can't. Lying about the milkshake machine being broken, cutting people off at the drive through, unable to find the skill to put a gherkin on a burger.. just pure laziness. If you hate your job that much, just live that unemployed life. And on top of the idleness the food is always freezing.. you'd think what they lack in customer service they'd make up for in at the very least serving hot food.. if this were a 1 off I wouldn't even bother writing a review but it's almost always a disappointment eating here. Place needs shutting down or a massive refresh of staff that aren't incompetent snorlax's.

I am ill & I crave McDonald’s when I’m ill, this morning, the lazy grill guy didn’t clean the grill so I got 3 peoples grease in mine, to the point the muffin was “soaked” in fat & the paper was covered in grease, now this evening, cold cardboard fries, your employees have no pride in their work, I’ve worked at McDonald’s so I know the standards - this is a joke, I don’t know if Jerry or Fiona got this one in the divorce but either one needs to sack the staff in the kitchen & start again

I've visited McDonald's in over 20 countries, and this one is by far the worst in terms of hygiene. All the tables on the first floor were dirty and left uncleaned. Extremely disappointing.

everything we ordered was warm but one of the drink lids wasn't on properly so it had spilled, also 4 of our double cheeseburgers were missing

drink was emptyed out in the bag as it was delivered sideways, had to throw away a few of my nuggets because they where soggy from the spill

Drive thru was absolutely slow on a Friday night. Only one lane working and no sign to say it isn’t working. Was stuck at least 30 minutes in the queue waiting for food so really brought down the atmosphere and honestly don’t get why it takes THAT long. Would’ve been quicker to go in and get food. McFiver was fine but not worth the time waiting. Also chips were cold.

Unbelievably cold you'd say it just left the freezer, delivery courier was extremely rude and threw it to the ground.... Threw the entire order away after the performance given, save your money and use it somewhere it's appreciated and the food is cooked

hello, my driver was 2 minutes away from my house his excuse was he was looking for my address which don't add up as he was not moving at all for like 10 minutes than eventually he drove past my house up the wrong road and turned up 10 minutes later. I refused the food as it would be cold I had to go the corner of my street to see where he went before he came to mine. he shown me on his phone where his GPS was taking him but there was nothing with the route on the GPS at all.

Slow service… don’t attend if you’re hungry but if you can wait 15mins+ then by all means go for some grub…

Had to wait ages for 2 person drive through order to be prepared. The filet of fish burger was the size of a single slider! 🍔 there were no condiments or sauce with the order and the toffee latte didn’t taste of toffee!

Went today! Start to take my order by drive through just to be told half way through they couldn't do my order as there systems was resetting? Told it would be a 10 minute wait. Pretty rubbish service if you gonna take someone's order and turn around and say we can't do it now least you could of done was gave me the meal for free. Rubbish service and disappointed.
