Gets busy towards the night. But they normally have everything and the service is fast.

The food is very bad , almost everything had a bitter taste and rancid oil taste

My local McDonald’s! Love the food, satisfies me all the time! Service is great, sometimes it can take a long time to order through the drive through as there can be one car ordering first. Overall, it’s a great place for a snack or a quick meal!

Normally alright but last few times I've done click and collect through drive through and got home I've noticed items are missing, I should of checked but its not my job to make sure an orders correct and why is there never any mcflurrys man its hot out here, sort it out :)

They were 1minute late which is fine but as i opened the bag my drinks tilted to the side and spilt all over my food I am not happy.

Arrive cold no sauces even though on notes chips were ice cold

I used the drive-through, so I was unsure what the atmosphere was like. Service from the drive-through was good!

Not happy would like something doing . I wasn’t at home with the food my children was upset they all had wrong meals . They I’m in hospital

Food was OK,but "young gangsters" hanging around with their bikes inside the building doesn't feel good.

For our visit, we used the click and collect option. This took a lot longer than expected which was frustrating as we had a carpool of five little kids waiting in the roaring hot sun to eat. As well as this, upon receiving our drinks and leaving we realised two drinks were missing which is irritating for those looking to have a drink in the hot weather

Chicken nuggets were slightly warm majority cold and stale chips were cold and soggy absolutely disgusting service

McDonald’s have honestly gone down hill. No one there knows how bag up an order correctly, why am I paying for food that isnt going into my system? You lot are out of order. Hire proper staff that are willing to work and ACTUALLY bag up peoples food PROPERLY with EVERYTHING they paid for inside THE BAG.

Easy to park as lots of free spaces. Modern McDonald's. Ordered a Quarter Pounder and fries from touchscreen order point. Receipt printer didn't work but managed to get order number. Collected food, was tasty and warm and good value. Toliets were clean. Decent experience and would return. Nice seating area upstairs, building used to be an old pub before being turned into a McDonald's.

Missing food , just brought me my drinks and missing 3 Big Macs and chicken nuggets

Cold again and blamed on Uber eats then refused refund , food went straight in the bin , I advise anyone who receives cold food and refused a refund to raise a dispute with your bank and get the money back that way in the meantime a family of 6 won’t be buying Anymore McDonald’s anytime soon, the best way to speak as a paying customer is to behave like a paying customer and to be treated as one or 6! Bye-bye

Not happy with going through the drive through and having to waiting while others are being served before me even though I was there before then and they have just pulled up. Not even an apology either

We all 3 had upset tummies after eating lunch. Would not blame this specific restaurant though as it is not the first time... the atmosphere was good. Just as always McDonald's food is not great.

Can you park in the bay we will bring your food out.... Honestly what the heck happened to fast food restaurants, all I did was order a single burger.

all the food was cold, when I phoned the restaurant I was told to bring it back for exchange, this was at 12 midnight or request a refund from just eat..Not happy not happy at all.

Cold and over cooked fries! Wrong drinks and all fizzy drinks were flat! Burgers were a mess, even the kids complained which is a first when they have had a mcds!!!! Will not be going back or ordering from this branch again!!! Disgusting

Very untidy place to eat in. Look at the spidernest in sealing lamp and dust and litter everywhere on the floor .. never recommend this branch

It is the second time that my delivery has come incomplete and after ringing McDonald’s they just turn round to me and said that there is nothing they can do. This is utterly unacceptable. I will not be using McDonald’s again

When using the drive thru often asked to 'park up' in waiting for food. Despite most times no one waiting behind or all parking bays in use making it awkward and unusable. Clearly its use of stat padding in order to bring average wait times down so its not a true reflection of actual times!

I go there everyday and chill in the morning very quiet and the upstairs part is very good

half items was missing was freezing cold and the mcflurry was a tub of melted ice cream

My food was ridiculously late which I was annoyed about. But then to open the bag and have my drink spilled all over my chips and for the food to then be cold it went straight into the bin and I’ve now been left hungry and angry. Such poor service that I’m debating on ever using again.

It makes you laugh when two white men get asked to move a electric scooter and bike out of the building but they let two black men in with bikes and don't say anything to them

Awful food is so bad that my granddad had to vomit and he did my cousin nearly vomited I did not like the service and I waited 30 minutes for my food awful don’t come here

Its a regular mc Donald how ever when you go there make sure your car fits in the drive through its a bit small and with a very sharp turn

Exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's, Good burgers, warm-ish fries and a refreshing coke.

Bought one plain and two flake Mcflurries, all contained hairs, felt pretty terrible and binned all. Disgustingly bad behaviour of staff

Disabled toilet lock damaged ,staff oblivious to people waiting outside unaware lock not working . Cleaner said "just ask and we can open it" Had they not heard of a sign for the door.

Constant shortages and errors in orders! Double check if you’re getting takeway because half of your order may be missing

Used the park and deliver to your car service and it was terrible. Big mac delivered with no top bun. Banana milkshakes were delivered as vanilla. Worst customer service in the world was told the problem with the burger was because it was an old store.

Fantastic work by manager Josh and his friends last night with the poorly man who collapsed in the toilets, getting him off safely in an ambulance. Josh proved once again that he's a winner and a skilled medical resuscitator.

I took my 9 year old son who has special needs, small family and friends came as well. I called Mcdonald in Nuthall Nottingham prior going so I could take a birthday 🎂 with us. On arrival and throughout our time there, Karolina (staff at the dining area) was very welcoming, pleasant and she was never too busy to assist. Myself and the family were really impressed with her amazing service as we have never experienced this at any other Mcdonald before. A big thank you Karlolina for making my son birthday extra special. From Nicky, family and friends.💙

That is the best mobile phone repair shop in Nottingham city.

If there was zero star for this outlet I would have given that. Got the wrong order delivered. Called the restaurant they refused to help. The McDonald’s app doesn’t even have the option for wrong orders. Worst costumer service. This is the second time I got the wrong order and they didn’t even help. Never going to order again. They don’t even take responsibility for their mistakes.

Ordered through just eat and the 4th time we didn't get our order first time delivery driver dropped drinks all over my door step now every time we order we never get what we Ordered receipt says what we should have so we contacted this McDonald's and every time they say sorry and do nothing just say contact just eat but they only deliver what they are given absolutely fed up with this place 4 times not just once but 4 mistakes and they do nothing about it.

Very rude customer service from not only the server but also management! I had to wait for a good 25 minutes to only receive cold food. (It was only 2 items) Normally wouldn't come to fast food places however after just having surgery cooking isn't easy. I don't mind the wait however being guilt tripped by staff is disgusting. Didn't see their names however the server was a young teen boy and the so called management was a 20 something female

One of the girls working here went through some rubbish I passed her for disposal at the drive thru and got a phone number. They made a prank call offering dick down the phone at 3 in the morning, minutes after I Ieft mcdonalds. After I made a compaint, the head office defended the girl, called me a liar, and brushed it all under the carpet. They refuse to acknowledge the CCTV showing what the girl did after serving me. Also, in correspondence they assumed my sexuality, which they have also brushed under the carpet. I recommend eating elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Unless you order yourself from the self service order stations it's like you don't exist. If you wait at the counter to be served you might as well be invisible as staff just walk past you.
