1 star is being very generous staff wipe nose with their hands and preper your order disgusting behavior

Food took quite a while, store shows heavy signs of ware and tear with little sign hygene, flies everywhere also.

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast 😋 Easy to order what l wanted thru the app.

Bad McDonald’s, manager was terrible

Got a mcplant on my break from work, it was so cold as if it had come straight out of the fridge. I would’ve taken it back but as being on my break from work I only opened it and noticed how cold it was when I got back

very dirty restaurant. all the seats are very badly damaged, condiments trolley dirty and incompete and only 2 staff behind the counter handing food. had to wait a long time

Had the new Philly burger it was thrown together which I thought was bad as it took 20 mins to reach me. The seating was all ripped, there seemed to be more security then chiefs who were standing around chatting while students were laying all over the seats and tables and being rude to other customers

didn’tfeliver half my order then didn’t pick up the phone. can’t even get a refund as i bought it on points. ridiculous

Really bad experience in terms of food . Cold fries and cold burger. The seats were not clean with a large rip in the desk .

delivery never arrived. lying about the order and making it out as if he didn’t take our food. didn’t leave our food, took it and we never received it. awful delivery absolutely disgusting customer service

The food is good and all, nice temperature and quality but the water not problem u had was having missing items in our delivery. Unusual because I’ve never had an issue of missing items. I ordered two extra fries and a McFlurry but I didn’t receive it. I had asked the driver I have a McFlurry but it’s not in the bag. But he didn’t have it with him.

Great place to eat and catch up with your friends or work colleagues. Very efficient service from ordering to pick up at counter or table service (in shop or via app). Small area downstairs, can be busy, but also has an upstairs too.

Will never be ordering off this app again I put my address in and it changed my post code delivery drive phone me I explain what happened he just put the phone down and put it as delivered they will not refund me my money

The chips where burnt, was super late on delivery but the delivery driver was quick once order was finally given to him

I've had several missing items from orders in the past and this time I'm missing the double cheeseburger and a straw for a milkshake. The food and delivery time is usually fine, it's just the consistently missing items from orders that's the issue!

It arrived cold and stale. It certainly was not fresh either. At least the delivery guy was friendly and quick, not it mattered with the temperature of the food.

Worst ever McDonald’s Slow service Slow Orders Slow taking Orders slow everything, I understand the pressure and demand but wow really shocking, i don’t think I will return to that one, but the staff and manager still getting paid, you probably can’t even speak to the manager because she (no discrimination) is to busy helping with orders

I normally go into the other McDonald's but this one was closer to where I was .. My god this place is a dump, smashed windows and just generally grubby and dirty inside ...

i had two cheese burgers, or should i say two sauce burgers. way to much red sauce. i had to squeeze out a lot of sauce to make burgers eatable. it took a long time to get order, they were not very busy.

so McDonald's need to actually put tape on top of the drinks like Greg's do by the time the driver dropped it off. I hardly had any drink left in the cup and it's soaked through to the rest of my food and that was all cold as well. hadn't even felt like it had been for the cooker. it just felt like everything had been sat there on the side then they go. oh we'll send this out

Milkshake delivered, no straw. Not that it was needed as it was watery. Shocking food and overall service

Kushshi The woman with this name flipped us off while taking the orders and behaved very badly. I definitely do not recommend this place. I bought two fries and they were ice cold.

Will never be ordering from here again. The food arrived stone cold after it was saying that the driver was at the restaurant for over an hour, and the delivery time kept getting delayed. Not too sure what caused so much delay as there was already an assigned driver, but extremely dissatisfied with this service. I do not recommend.

Everything arrived. The Coke drink was just a sparkling water type drink though. Think their machine needs to replace its cola! Delivery was fairly quick for the distance.

ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin meal with and orange juice, got someones vegetarian order of a cheesy bacon flatbread with no bacon… and a ketchup breakfast wrap with again no meat so just egg cheese and hashbrown sort it out mcdonalds

Drink was spilt into mcflurry, this is okay if you want a root beer float but dint want this at all, I also wanted warm fries (not expected to be hot af) but not cold and almost frozen again. The burgers was the only thing that tasted okay but everything was put on it like a stoner on molly; all lob sided and miss mass, tasted okay but got hits off alot off just mustard and pickles whick was minging. Mcflurry was the only thing I enjoyed. Whoever put the sprinkles on that, your a real G.

Great vegan burger,my body thx me compared to meaty cheeseburgers which taste& feel stodgier-artery clogging to me. Bonus is food is always sealed,drink should be too, but macdonald do the best service& bang for your buck.

Ordered a wrap meal and received no chips - very poorly organised considering the large volume of customers to be expected given the location. I would recommend the other location on Clumber street for an accurate order. Furthermore, the staff were rude stating it’s not their problem if an order was incorrect, despite showing a receipt. Wait times are 30 minutes at least with a complete lack of consideration of customer satisfaction. Would not recommend when other establishments are so close and meet a much better standard. This particular premises has significant room for improvement and shows a complete failure to align with the brands values and meeting customer expectations.

Driver did not come through front gate, instead standing in next door’s entry and reaching over the wall to knock on our door. Not impressed.

Very upset as what i received wasn’t what I paid for a paid for a meal that asks you what dips you want and I didn’t receive any dips, the food was lukewarm at best and the drinks didn’t have any straws and there was no napkins. Even worse the drinks had spilt in the packaging too. Moreover, the food was 10 minutes late as well

Get people who can speak English and better connection on their phones. Really bad. The guy rang me asking me for the postcode, what's the point in me putting it on the JUst eat app if some guy who can't speak English and doesn't have good connection is going to ask for my postcode. Ridiculous. Appalling from just eat and the food was late and cold. Terrible from Just eat today.
