Great food. The only problem was large member of staff picking her nose and not washing hands. Truly a big let down

Worst McDonald’s I’ve had, arrived cold as could be. Ordered at 3:20 and basically arrived just before 5am. The ticket printed said 4:13am and it tasted and was as hot as if it had been sat there for that long. If you don’t understand that, it means it was cold. Appalling. Dreadful. Disgraceful…

This is beyond a joke. Ordered a plain burger and a chicken bacon one. Got 2 triple cheeseburgers. Normally an upgrade but not when the person ordering them is lactose intolerant. They also forgot the seasonal pie and happy meal toy though they did also substitute that. With another cheese burger.

some sad low life workers who purposely don’t give you the fries in the double deal - bacon big macs both contained no bacon. honestly it’s dirty what kind of morals do the humans have who work here.

The food here is great, but the drinks are never filled to the top, which is disappointing. Also, the service could use improvement. For the past three Fridays, the staffs have seemed y happy and unwelcoming.

Driver didn’t even bother to answer my phone. My order never arrived. Poor communication and poor customer service

I was really excited about receiving my mac rib burger meal to find it was cold and also happy meal was cold drinks all spilt and only one straw very unhappy

Food took quite a while, store shows heavy signs of ware and tear with little sign hygene, flies everywhere also.

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast 😋 Easy to order what l wanted thru the app.

When I ordered my food the estimated time of delivery was between 19.00-19.20. My food arrived at 20.05. And when it eventually came I was missing all my dips. 4 in total. I’m not happy with this.

very dirty restaurant. all the seats are very badly damaged, condiments trolley dirty and incompete and only 2 staff behind the counter handing food. had to wait a long time

The seating was all ripped, there seemed to be more security then chiefs who were standing around chatting while students were laying all over the seats and tables and being rude to other customers

The food is good and all, nice temperature and quality but the water not problem u had was having missing items in our delivery. Unusual because I’ve never had an issue of missing items. I ordered two extra fries and a McFlurry but I didn’t receive it. I had asked the driver I have a McFlurry but it’s not in the bag. But he didn’t have it with him.

Great place to eat and catch up with your friends or work colleagues. Very efficient service from ordering to pick up at counter or table service (in shop or via app). Small area downstairs, can be busy, but also has an upstairs too.

Will never be ordering off this app again I put my address in and it changed my post code delivery drive phone me I explain what happened he just put the phone down and put it as delivered they will not refund me my money

I've had several missing items from orders in the past and this time I'm missing the double cheeseburger and a straw for a milkshake. The food and delivery time is usually fine, it's just the consistently missing items from orders that's the issue!

It arrived cold and stale. It certainly was not fresh either. At least the delivery guy was friendly and quick, not it mattered with the temperature of the food.

Tenía dos hamburguesas de queso, o debería decir dos hamburguesas de salsa. Camino a mucha salsa roja. Tuve que exprimir mucha salsa para hacer hamburguesas comibles. Tomó un mucho tiempo para conseguir orden, no estaban muy ocupados.

so McDonald's need to actually put tape on top of the drinks like Greg's do by the time the driver dropped it off. I hardly had any drink left in the cup and it's soaked through to the rest of my food and that was all cold as well. hadn't even felt like it had been for the cooker. it just felt like everything had been sat there on the side then they go. oh we'll send this out
