Delivery was ridiculous 1hour 30 mins it took to get here

Food was not delivered but suddenly updated and says delivered

food was cold chips was stale the mulkshake was warmer. not good

Been waiting over a hour no sign of food terrible service but apparently took my money out

the ordwe delivery time kept changing, the order was completely wrong got none of what we ordered. very disappointed, never had an issue before.

Food was cold, and all the food boxes were damaged items missing and didn’t get a straw for my drink, aswell as the map not updating so I couldn’t come down and get my order and it being half an hour late

Accepted an order for my address, but doesn't actually offer delivery for my address. Courier tried to blame me that I wasn't outside but upon actually looking up the address and realising I was right just marked the order as delivered.

Never received my order and was given a code to give the carrier but somehow it was able to say delivered

I had no coffee as it had all spilt out in the bag

delivery never came. waited and waited. I need to refunded immediately.

My experience wasn’t very good at all!! The drink had came half full and wetting the whole bag! The driver was trying to argue with my partner due to the whole drink situation!

How do you get an entire order wrong? Then put the phone down on me multiple times when I call to complain.

Lovely fast food after a night out. Service was great.

It's a very cramped area on the ground floor ( it being a small square to order , wait for/eat food). There is no table service at night (it understandably being too busy for staff to deliver to tables?- a shame none of the staff bothered to tell me that as they saw my order, made my food and waited me to collect my food (which I did many minutes later when the food had turned cold - then told there wasn't any table service like the app stated and I should have known such). Some people are new to being night customers at McDonald's; I've complained to McDonald's via X (formerly Twitter) about allowing branches to close the table service option on their app so to avoid giving customers a bad taste in their mouths ( literally too) about eating at McDonald's at night; I hope McDonald's HQ listens

Tienes una señora de pelo rubio que ha trabajado allí durante años. Puedo decir que la forma en que interactúa con los clientes es fantástica. Había una joven molesta ayer con su madre y su miembro del personal se tomó el tiempo para decir unas palabras a la joven y poner una sonrisa en su cara. I didn’t receive my big mac, mcflurry or cookie

So, it's mcdonald's, won't pretend it's anything special. But I love it lol. The staff/employees are always helpful and friendly. Self service didn't print my ticket. I went tonthe counter, the lovely young lady smiling n cheerful sorted my ticket issue out no problem and got my food fast. Xx

the driver didn't deliver to my door. I had to go outside my garden into the road. I kept telling him to open the garden gate but he wouldn't listen to my instructions

I visit this McDonald’s regularly for lunch when working nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which is great. However, the decor is looking quite worn—some wall vinyl near the counter is torn and hanging down, and the disabled toilet lock has been broken for months. The management really needs to refurbish and freshen up the place. Overall, still convenient, but definitely room for improvement.

This is a very rundown store, lovely staff but needs a refurbishment.

Best of Mcs in Nottingham; best packing for delivery. They close upstairs early in morning when there is limited seating downstairs

No sauces or napkins made it much less enjoyable.

Ordered at 18:32 with no long estimations for delivery time. Tracking kept shifting the estimated time up until eventually the order arrived at 19:53 pretending as if it had met the delivery time. Food was stone cold and the drink was 3/4 full.

my burger was missing additional balsamic dressing, and my hot chocolate spilled out of its cup completely due to not being securely packed. i didn’t even get to drink it.

Great food. The only problem was large member of staff picking her nose and not washing hands. Truly a big let down

Worst McDonald’s I’ve had, arrived cold as could be. Ordered at 3:20 and basically arrived just before 5am. The ticket printed said 4:13am and it tasted and was as hot as if it had been sat there for that long. If you don’t understand that, it means it was cold. Appalling. Dreadful. Disgraceful…

This is beyond a joke. Ordered a plain burger and a chicken bacon one. Got 2 triple cheeseburgers. Normally an upgrade but not when the person ordering them is lactose intolerant. They also forgot the seasonal pie and happy meal toy though they did also substitute that. With another cheese burger.

The food here is great, but the drinks are never filled to the top, which is disappointing. Also, the service could use improvement. For the past three Fridays, the staffs have seemed y happy and unwelcoming.

I was really excited about receiving my mac rib burger meal to find it was cold and also happy meal was cold drinks all spilt and only one straw very unhappy

Food took quite a while, store shows heavy signs of ware and tear with little sign hygene, flies everywhere also.

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast 😋 Easy to order what l wanted thru the app.

When I ordered my food the estimated time of delivery was between 19.00-19.20. My food arrived at 20.05. And when it eventually came I was missing all my dips. 4 in total. I’m not happy with this.

Got a mcplant on my break from work, it was so cold as if it had come straight out of the fridge. I would’ve taken it back but as being on my break from work I only opened it and noticed how cold it was when I got back
