Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nottingham

So, it's mcdonald's, won't pretend it's anything special. But I love it lol. The staff/employees are always helpful and friendly. Self service didn't print my ticket. I went tonthe counter, the lovely young lady smiling n cheerful sorted my ticket issue out no problem and got my food fast. Xx

I visit this McDonald’s regularly for lunch when working nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which is great. However, the decor is looking quite worn—some wall vinyl near the counter is torn and hanging down, and the disabled toilet lock has been broken for months. The management really needs to refurbish and freshen up the place. Overall, still convenient, but definitely room for improvement.

This is a very rundown store, lovely staff but needs a refurbishment.

Best of Mcs in Nottingham; best packing for delivery. They close upstairs early in morning when there is limited seating downstairs

my chips wasn't salty yet my burger was really salty. chips was also cold so straws for my drinks. chips also seemed like rubber. honestly was awful.

Ordered at 18:32 with no long estimations for delivery time. Tracking kept shifting the estimated time up until eventually the order arrived at 19:53 pretending as if it had met the delivery time. Food was stone cold and the drink was 3/4 full.

Great food. The only problem was large member of staff picking her nose and not washing hands. Truly a big let down

my burger was missing additional balsamic dressing, and my hot chocolate spilled out of its cup completely due to not being securely packed. i didn’t even get to drink it.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve had, arrived cold as could be. Ordered at 3:20 and basically arrived just before 5am. The ticket printed said 4:13am and it tasted and was as hot as if it had been sat there for that long. If you don’t understand that, it means it was cold. Appalling. Dreadful. Disgraceful…

This is beyond a joke. Ordered a plain burger and a chicken bacon one. Got 2 triple cheeseburgers. Normally an upgrade but not when the person ordering them is lactose intolerant. They also forgot the seasonal pie and happy meal toy though they did also substitute that. With another cheese burger.

The food here is great, but the drinks are never filled to the top, which is disappointing. Also, the service could use improvement. For the past three Fridays, the staffs have seemed y happy and unwelcoming.

Got a mcplant on my break from work, it was so cold as if it had come straight out of the fridge. I would’ve taken it back but as being on my break from work I only opened it and noticed how cold it was when I got back

very dirty restaurant. all the seats are very badly damaged, condiments trolley dirty and incompete and only 2 staff behind the counter handing food. had to wait a long time

The food is good and all, nice temperature and quality but the water not problem u had was having missing items in our delivery. Unusual because I’ve never had an issue of missing items. I ordered two extra fries and a McFlurry but I didn’t receive it. I had asked the driver I have a McFlurry but it’s not in the bag. But he didn’t have it with him.

Great place to eat and catch up with your friends or work colleagues. Very efficient service from ordering to pick up at counter or table service (in shop or via app). Small area downstairs, can be busy, but also has an upstairs too.

Will never be ordering off this app again I put my address in and it changed my post code delivery drive phone me I explain what happened he just put the phone down and put it as delivered they will not refund me my money

I've had several missing items from orders in the past and this time I'm missing the double cheeseburger and a straw for a milkshake. The food and delivery time is usually fine, it's just the consistently missing items from orders that's the issue!

so McDonald's need to actually put tape on top of the drinks like Greg's do by the time the driver dropped it off. I hardly had any drink left in the cup and it's soaked through to the rest of my food and that was all cold as well. hadn't even felt like it had been for the cooker. it just felt like everything had been sat there on the side then they go. oh we'll send this out
