Subway in Nottingham

Not the most helpful of people, great food but lacked friendly service.

The worst subway I've ever been to. Salad is wilting before your eyes.

✨NO CARE FOR ALLERGY INDIVIDUALS✨ I came into the store on the 29/08/2024, stated to the individual serving me I have a dairy allergy. They proceeded to make my sandwich and then make another sandwich (which I assume was for pickup) behind mine, which had dairy on it - they then touched the dairy sandwich, put it in the toaster machine and then touched mine and shoved it next to it after I explicitly told them I had an allergy and they just shoved me off and proceeded to deal with my toppings. I ate this sandwich and had a reaction causing me a migraine and a rash. When emailing the store regarding this they say “thank you for the feedback, hope you come back soon” Definitely not coming back, no care regarding allergies at all, especially when a little girl died the other week regarding issues like this.

out of 3 items ordered only 1 turned up. The 1 item that turned up was a meal deal and even that was incorrect as the wrong drink was included and I can't drink it because of the sugar. Absolute Shambles!

These staff were utterly useless. Staff were unable to make a sandwich.

4 staff were unable to serve a queue of 4 people for 30 minutes due to incompetence and prioritisation of online orders!! I eventually gave up and left!

Helpful staff. Tasty subway. Parking outside. Would have been nice to have had an offer on my ap. But no complaints. Chicken nachos were good.

Rude staff members! I came in with my little girl and I was giving her homemade sandwich and one of the staff members told me that I can’t eat anything that’s brought out of subway in the restaurant! I left straight away and she was screaming at us

Staff are unhygienic, didnt wear gloves and was coughing over the till, wasnt greeting or recognised for 5 mins while in the store even though I was the only on to order, the 2 girls were just talking.

Delivery was over 1 hour food was made and sat in the shop and when it arrived it was cold won’t be ordering from here again

Very bad customer service and rude staff. Apparently we have even ask for the offer that's displayed on the front of the shop in order for it to be added when ashed if they could change it they refused it.

Order a chk tikka and couldn’t find the chk was very disappointing not normal subway quality or standard. Didn’t enjoy it and couldn’t eat it therefore a refund would be very much appreciated

I don’t usually leave bad reviews as i also work in hospitality and understand having bad days - however when i ordered £30 worth of food from Deliveroo and not a single item was made correctly, the wrong sandwiches were toasted, missing half of the ingredients, a pizza slice was made with just an old end of bread and a sprinkle of cheese, i ordered nachos but was given just a packet of crisps (expected to make my own perhaps?) Maybe the staff were having a bad day but with this standard i’m sure the good days aren’t much better.

Hello I came to these subway by 7:35PM the lady who work here is saying it’s close I am the regular customer for these subway because it was halal she was rush to go home and don’t know how to treat customers please have some training to there staff

Food was cold not fresh n stuff was not in the baguette was all out on box

Staff didn't listen. Very small amount of meat on bread. Not be going again to this one. 😔

We fully enjoyed our foot longs along with drinks and cookies but there was no crisps for me or my partner in the bag atall that we had picked with our meals

This was the new location for the Halal Subway shops, great as always.

Said what meal deal i would like, still over charged me, let 2 people who walked n stood by the till served them before me, 6inch sub was more like a 5 (at a push!) tuna was over done with what they had mixed it with. 1st time visit this year. Would of done better by going to tesco n getting their meal deal... Next time 👍

Great subs, amazing staff and quick service. I really find this outlet a great little stop if you are in a rush and want some tasty affordable food with awesome service!

Always tables available, workers are fast only issue I've ever had is that some of the worker don't understand what "I would like a lot of gherkins on my sandwich" means

If sandwiches are your thing, then this is the place for you. If underground trains is what you're after then you'll be disappointed. Does cookies.

Very busy but still a great service

The stupid delivery woman left my food on the wet floor outside and never delivered it to my door I am not happy at all I'd like to report her

I didn’t even receive my order, even though it said it was delivered what did you do leave it outside on the main road when that isn’t even reception I you need to go down the steps to reception. Think you need to tell your staff to stop being lazy, don’t think I’ll be ordering from just eat again and I hope you’re transferring my £16.42. Back to my account I think you need to have a word with the staff as well, thank you for you time

Food would’ve been lovely if they put the right ingredients on the right sandwich. Absolutely love subway but unfortunately today I wasn’t impressed. But thank you!

I ordered a mega meat salad with double meat and double cheese. Firstly, the meatballs were missing from the salad which is a substantial portion of the meal. Secondly, I wasn't given a double portion of meat or cheese. I've ordered the same many times from this restaurant so I know what I should be getting. Tried to complain about the order but no phone number shown. Also, the "unhappy with order" section of this site doesn't allow me to state that PARTS of the meal were missing. It only allows me to say the whole mean was missing. Which I've had to do.

ordered for my son while I was going out -the hash browns that we paid for were missing from the order but he enjoyed the rest of the food apparently.

Take 'treats' off your menu if you don't have them! You can edit it, you know! Doesn't make any sense. Also, you can call when you don't have something!

the guy didnt ring when outside. then was rude as hes been "waiting a long time" even when on the map it showed him trying to find the office block and not knowing where it is..

Order was for a set meal deal. Food arrived on time but drink was missing. When reporting this, the Just Eat site only gave me the option to report that the whole meal was missing. I've spent the last 10 minutes trying without success to speak to Just Eat to try and explain that it's only the drink that's missing but I only have the option to say that the whole meal was missing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Generous portions. Note that since this is halal some normal subway menu items are not available which is quite disappointing.

Order was late when I called restaurant the lady was so rude and said ‘it’s not my problem driver isn’t here’. Day before they forgot my drink and she said ‘complain online’ she would not even speak in full sentences

Food arrived on time but there were items missing from the sandwich (Cheese) and the crisps I ordered as part of the meal were the wrong flavour (ready Salted not Cheese and Onion).

Went in to get some food and they never put card only in the window and when it came to paying for my food they had no cash left and they said i couldn’t have my food cause i didn’t have a card. Employees were also making fun of children quote “i’m sick of these children”. the food also gave my friend diarrhea.

I made an order and they got it wrong and I haven't had anything refund or help back. Ridiculous

Ordered two meals with two drinks, two cookies and only the drinks came with the meal… disappointed as I paid for an extra drink and two cookies.

Food was fine, but one sub had the wrong sauces and we ordered cookies that weren't included in the order at all.

Someone else's order arrived. I phoned and was assured it was being rectified. 25 minutes later I phoned again - the first call was hung up on, and the second one got through. I was told, rudely and rushed to get off the phone, that a new order had been placed. 15 minutes later I have had no order, nor any further contact. Utterly abysmal service. Avoid like the plague.

I have missing drink cookie and crisp I am not happy

Just like other reviewers, don't go here. Walk to one to ensure you know what you're getting. Drink completely wrong, crisps completely wrong, cookies were ok, sandwiches were falling to pieces trying to hold it, sandwiches had what we wanted, but only just satisfactory.

Got wrong order for cookie and crisps... I ordered ready salted crisps but got salt and vinegar and I ordered the white chocolate cookie but got a different one...

I did’t receive my food. I dont know what to do.

None of the sandwiches marked up to identify them. All crisps were wrong and some drinks were wrong.

Quick service by the lovely lady making the sandwiches. Special shout out to Adam who works here, great service. He took a small bit of verbal abuse from other customers and handled himself very well, didn't deserve to be treated like that. I hope the rest of his day was peaceful.

Most of my stuff wasn’t delivered then the phone was hung up on me as I called to complain

Gave us the wrong crisps for 4 different meals, Put all the cookies in 1 bag so couldn’t eat them and one is allergic to nuts. Over all was okay

We were waiting 45 minutes and all the Uber orders got priority over ours. In the end they said they haven't got what we wanted

I ordered a footling sub without cheese as I’m allergic to it one half was fine but then second half contained cheese, am very disappointed as subway has always never caused me a problem

They never read the notes which is frustrating when you order a salad box and can only leave a note that you want it warm as there’s no option!

no steak in my steak and cheese salad, and cheesy pepperoni had one slice of pepperoni. Not great.

Got sub ingredients wrong, and didnt label them so we had to open to find out. Did they even read the order? never again, just eat taking the p with their added fees too

This subway is super quick for whatever reason, the others in the city are behind.

The mega meaty sandwoch was absolutely delicious! thank you. However the cheesy pepperoni with ketchup for my kid came with no cheese and no ketchup. It was literally just bread with a few pieces of pepperoni. Disappointed.

I had asked for extra jalapeños and extra onions.. wasn’t there

My food came and it was the wrong thing

The staff in this branch were extremely rude. The food was uncooked properly and the bread was not fresh, and the meat was soggy. The lady who served us was rude and done an awful job preparing the job. The sandwich went straight to the bin.

Ordered two vegan patty subs and one came with normal cheese instead of vegan, I’m lactose intolerant and didn’t realise it was normal cheese until I took a bite. The other patty came with the wrong sauce and salad. I called subway and they didn’t apologise at all and hung up on me...

Arrived on time. Just warm enough.

Incorrect order, some items missing

Prices up ridiculously. £17 for two sandwiches is a disgrace. Customer service was woeful. No tissues just attitude given to us. Proper chavies working here. Would never return.

Great 1st server, terrible 2nd one on the till. Refused my subcard so i cancelled the order and made them run it through properly. Moaned about as i left the counter. Wont use again

Never toast my sub. Never send my dips. I like my sub warm not cold

I ordered extra cheese on my sub and I don't think it contained any cheese. The nachos had a small trace of cheese on them. They said they used their standard serving sizes but I think they just ran out of cheese and lied. I hope they did lie because, if this is their standard, Subway has really gone downhill. The pictures were taken about half way through my meal.
