The fish and chips were amazing! I’ve had one of the best beef burgers here as well, Jahnvi was extremely sweet to us and did a great job in recommending us the best selling dishes :)

This is my go to place and fish and kabab is phenomenal here.

Sea Fish ha ido cuesta abajo. Las patatas fritas eran horribles, flácidas y empapadas en aceite, anunciaban un pescado pequeño pero no vendían uno y pedí unos guisantes mushosos y la chica que servía se olvidó de mi pedido. No volverá.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but my takeaway meal was very disappointing. Whilst the fish and sausage I ordered and general service were perfectly fine, I struggle to understand why the chips were so undercooked. This resulted in a very unpleasant eating experience overall.

Ordered 3 meals yesterday to be delivered.When they arrived they were really hot the fish was beautiful best around Lenton 🐱🐱🐘 tonight l ordered fish chips and peas and it was truly awful the fish had been burnt or refried it was very dry the chips were greasy and Luke warm the peas were the best part l phoned up to get a refund or new order and was told that was not possible! I was looking forward to this all day so l am nearly £15 down with no meal . Disgusting

I haven't been for years. The service was excellent. Staff seemed all new the girls at the counter were extremely helpful and polite. It seemed much cheaper than I remember. Food is excellent Thank You

I've been a regular customer and never been disappointed in the food I am getting. My favorite is the cheeseburger meal deal which offers good amounts of food for the price. The staff is always friendly and smiling.

Really nice gyros and great service

We have a lunchtime special on Fridays. Sausage , chips and a sauce. Great value for money, tasty hot food and lots of it. Highly recommend.

Oily cold fish with skin left on the fish curry sauce watery and lacking in flavour and cold. Waste of £30 I threw it in the bin as did my daughter and my partner

This was the only place I used to get my lamb doner meat from, unfortunately not anymore the price has gone up but the portion has shrunk dramatically. Service us not what it used to be gutted.

Never open! Why are you never open? Useless. When they are open the service is slow, they use the age old trick of soaking the fish in water then frying it in the thinnest layer of tasteless batter. The chips are a mixture of undercooked and soggy, it's actually amazing the can get it that bad I must say 🤣 Extortionate prices. It's a meal but you don't get a drink & you have to pay an extra 40p for watered down warm sauce 🤣🤣🤣🤣 pathetic. The worst chips I've ever tasted...honestly

Shocking!!! Wished I'd ordered on just eat to leave a review to stop people wasting their money!!! Worked all round the country and this IS THE WORST!!! Been working in area for couple of months and been here drunk thought was ok, walked out another time because they never had items I wanted BUT THIS TIME I WAS SOBER!! My friend had already told me the chips were only WARM and brown when he got them last couple of times when i had decided to go elsewhere....so anyway after a hard day at work working away I felt like a school dinner so I bought a tin of heinz beans as you can never trust chip shop beans and thought I'd just go the local chippy and get chips and sausage...WHAT A MISTAKE!!! DISGUSTING CHIPS, LUKE WARM AT BEST!!! haven't had a chippy sausage for a while but this must have been the cheapest of the cheapest!!! Disgusting food and the only thing I'd feel guilty about if this hovel closed down is the poor girl girl that serves you, lovely girl but think she actually cringes when people walk in as she thinks they're gonna complain...go get a job over the road because you deserve better than this dump that needs closing...I'd actually complain to owners face but he deserves the same amount respect I was served tonight!

Very tasty food , friendly staff. I try already 3 different dishes and I can tell they all have amazing taste and portion size is very good . I have mix kebab 10/10 I try fried fillet and chips 8/10 And cod and chips 9/10 Will definitely visit this place again . Thanks for amazing food .

Picked my partner from qmc after being in there and from the past I have used it a few times and been very nice but as I found out it as change hands now the giros kabab was tikka meat cold so never go back there again

Just been back to have a jacket spud for my dinner just cheese on it with butter the spud was stone cold in fact the butter did not melt nor did the cheese just goze to show how hot it was not changed hands don't know will not be going back as that should of never been served to any customer what a waste of money my drink was more enjoyable than the food I would be ashamed to serve that to any body let alone a paying customer please be aware cheack before you leave

This is probably the cleanest and most efficient chippy I've ever been to. I ordered online for pickup but arrived early, so they immediately made my order up exactly as specified. Food was delicious. If I'm ever back in the area I will be eating here again!

Very overpriced for the portion sizes compared to other shops, and the chips arent fluffy and they're dry. The curry sauce wasn't the best I've tried either, I usually go for other chippys before this one.

Easily the best fish and chip shop in Nottingham. Located in a great place, the friendly team are very accommodating. They have vegetarian options which is why we went and my partner loved the fish. Plus the kid has lots of choice too. The packaging is good for the environment and they have offers on their social media. Highly recommended.

I am the first ever person to order using Foodhub at Seafish. It was very easy and they were literally boxing up my food as I walked through the door. No queues, which is reassuring at this time, although their premises are sparkling. Their food is amazing - you won’t get better fish and chips in Nottingham 😊

Absolutely Amazing place and staff

I'm from the North and am used to fish and chips from old, family run shops with many years of experience and an established reputation for quality, so relatively new places like Sea Fish are treated by me with some doubt. However, I have found the fish here to be reliably fresh, nice and white and well fried. Chips are likewise usually fresh and golden. The home made fish cakes are good too. I don't eat meat so can't say much about kebabs and burgers. In my book they have no place in a chippy, but hey, tbey are very popular. The choice if a halloumi gyro is great for none meat eaters. My only grumble about Sea Fish is thst although they serve very nice halloumi, they will only ever grill it and for some reason seem unwilling to dip it in batter and deep fry it, thus depriving veggies of a golden choice. The lady who runs this place is very friendly and helpful and the standard of service from staff is generally very good. Premises are spotlessly clean and modern. All in all a pretty good place for fish and chips and definitely up with the best in the area. I would definitely recommend.

Surprised to see Greek Gyros was on the menu. Very tasty, and high quality bits of chicken. I had a try of my friend's donner meat and whilst it's not exactly a favourite of mine, it was one of the best tasting and well seasoned examples I've tried. Highly recommended.

Really nice food and friendly staff

My regular take-away spot for fish & chips, and most recently kebabs. From growing up as a chubby northern boy, I've tried to find a go-to place in Nottingham and I can definitely say that "Sea Fish" hits the mark. Price might slightly be on the higher side when it comes to the kebabs, but when you have the option of being made fresh Greek gyros - you're happy to pay that little bit extra.

Great portion sizes for the chips. The chips are usually cooked quite well but sometimes a few of the chips can be undercooked. The sausages are very tasty. One downside is the cost of gravy, £1.09 for a portion of gravy is on the expensive side.

Was visiting a friend in hospital who insisted on fish and chips and these guys were located next to the qmc hospital so I went in... Great decision, was impressed and we both agreed the food was amazing... I would Definitely recommend cheering someone up in hospital with this food as a lovely surprise
