As good as any other Burger King. Good food overall.

Came down to order at 22:40 and a staff member on said the restaurant closed even though it says closes at 23:00 on google and the website.

Didn't pay the homie enough so bro left

It is located in the middle of the so-called downtown area of ​​Nottingham. I just wanted a bite of a burger, so I ordered the smallest one. I remember the price was around 1.5GBP. I believe the Whopper is 6GBP. . Order easily using the touch panel similar to McDonald's. No Japanese support available. After paying, I received it in about a minute. Regarding the cleanliness of the store, I was a little concerned about the dusty floors and windows.

Food was nice, but put what’s put me off ever eating there again is the cleanliness of the place, the floors are dirty, the tables are dirty and sticky! also the toilet on the ground floor was absolutely disgusting! filthy and reeked of urine so badly! Shame really as the food was nice but I don’t want to eat from a place that’s dirty makes me think what the kitchen in the back is like, the one really nice thing I had was the Blue Raspberry Fanta Slush. Please up your cleanliness!

Ben the manage who I tried to speak to on the phone about my order being completely wrong was honestly so rude and disrespectful towards me because I called up to try and find out why I had brought my items and the store had missed out the items I paid for he just kept putting the phone down on me and didn’t help me with getting the items I had paid for an expected. I do not know how this guy is even employed by Burger King the guy did not give 1single care in the world and was laughing at me over the phone on the fact I’d not got what I ordered. £32 completely wasted if anyone reading this review is wondering if to order from here. SAVE YOUR MONEY because you won’t get what you pay for.

Love the food. You do get plenty for the price very filling too. Better than McDonald's in my view.

Served a bacon melt when clearly asked for chicken. Did not refund and did not replace because burger was half eaten! Pathetic.

Exactly what I expect from a fast food establishment. We pop in to treat my little boy as a treat as he had been really good school. Food was good, the safe was polite, the food was speedy. I like to use the touch screens to order as I don't feel like I have to rush. And it wasn't too busy at the time.

Worst BK ever seen. Inside is mess and everything is sticky from dirt - floor, walls, tables, glass. Glass on stairs wasn't cleaned since new I believe it's horribly greasy. Visited twice in 8 days period, small piece of tissue left upstairs sills was still there! Food twice was slightly warm only. Awaiting time outside rush hours with two customers before me - 17 minutes! Never more. Someone should take out 5 stars higiene rating!!!!!!!!!!

Good food but frequent mistakes with orders ie. Lost 2 of 6 nuggets, dietary requirements mixed up sometimes so check orders carefully

Came for lunch with my 8 year old grandson,large tasty burgers. & Chips.the coffee was ok. The restaurant was clean, with plenty of seats upstairs too. Spent around £20 but could of chosen a smaller portion would of been little less to pay. The toilets were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will return

Food OK its burger King, disabled toilets out of order ,so was the lift so couldn't go ,had to go across town to find one, not a great start ,the drinks machine was flat and the order machine didn't work ,staff lovely though

Rereview: The time it takes for them to make your food differs greatly. They seem to have improved recently and made my food as quickly as 2 minutes. Seating on ground floor and upstairs is now usually open. But basement/downstairs seating is almost always closed because of having a lack of staff and customers. Food is average for any fast food. Acquired taste from anything else but nothing really going for burger King other than their flame grilled promise which is a lie

Dreadful service. We ordered barbecue double stacker XL and cheesy bacon loaded nuggets and paid over £18. What arrived was plain nuggets and a dry bacon cheeseburger. I rang the store and was shouted at when I asked for either a refund or a replacement. They refused to admit their fault, or take any responsibility. Terrible service!

Understaffed so slow service. Rubbish on the tables and the floor. I guessed correctly there'd be no receipt paper so took a note of my order number as it flashed up. Given a takeaway bag for an eat in order. I should have known better.

I rate 1 because me my partner and my daughter and baby son went here for some food and after a few days my daughter got ill made her sick the restaurant was not clean it was disgusting my daughter not been right since we were there.

Fairly decent, nice location on edge of market square with wide bright windows for sitting in. Food served pretty quickly and was quite nice. But not particularly cheap for what you get

Since Covid times this venue have deteriorated in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Quite obviously understaffed which means you likely to see trays of discarded food items littered around the tables that don’t look clean, less seating space as they permanently close off the stairs, and things such as ice cream machine never being in use.

The bab was sogy when contact with the burger fell apart in your hand.

Burger King has always been in my top list whenever I crave fast food. I love how friendly the staff are. I would like to give big shout out to the front girl 'Hiba' who is always there with the brightest smile and serving with such positive vibe.

From the staff not even working and visibly chatting and laughing while people waited with tickets, to the insanely salty chips, this is a place to avoid like the plague. As a new Burger King customer, I was immensely disappointed by the food I received. I understand advertising looks more glamorous than the real thing, but at least a Big Mac looks like it's posters, whereas this Single Bacon King looks more like McDonald's 99p cheeseburger, but worse amd not worth the price. It was actually cold, and would have been improved by putting in a microwave; however that wouldn't have helped the sad, floppy, basically uncooked bacon. The whole thing was awful.

Honestly place needs shutting down I was disgusted by the customer service Megan well she stood out well due to 25 min wait we got good luck at the customer service you and your staff provided practically threw the food at customers and walked away not even a smile this seemed to spread because they all had miserable faces but however Megan you did an amazing job stood leaning agaist counters distracting staff from getting food out fan your face then rubbing your hand over your sweaty face and hair then touching peoples food made me feel sick to my stomach! Don’t go there !!! Awful place, filthy dirty. 10.00am and you are sticking to hand rails. The female member of staff had nothing about her to say she wanted to be there. Rude rude rude ! Slopping about. Toilets you need a code which then doesn’t work… so you have to visit another local fast food restaurant to use the facilities… I don’t think I would have wanted to use the ones at Burger King anyway… The manager was receiving a complain as a cold burger had just been served and he just said don’t worry I will make you another in a condescending manner. Own it sunshine own it and apologise. Never again !!!!!!!

We went to Burger king for a change trying to order a meal on the machine's was a job and half and the drink machines were down but you couldn't get pass the fries for a drink on your oder.The bottles of soft drinks wouldn't come up on screen so you had to tell the staff, Although with all that messing around the queues were getting bigger. The only thing that was good was the food it was hot when u got it.There has to be a bit more organisation in there,and a few more staff on.

Service was slow with staff on their phones behind the counter and in the kitchen. Dirty everywhere, had 4 or 5 wet floor signs down when the floor was still covered in dirt with no signs of a cleaner and tables were not cleaned so had to do it ourselves. Most unexpected behavior by staff for using washroom for child. I did buy large chips for child went out, my token number 107 dated 20.4.21. After 20 min my child wanted washroom. I request male staff to use washroom he ask me to buy something after only I can use. He didn't let child to go washroom. I never wanted my for burger King any product. The staff was rude.

Called in for something to eat that would please the kids before night out at motorpoint arena. So much for fast food took 20 minutes to prepare order, all the while about 8 staff stood about chatting like they were at some sort of social event, when finally got food half of it was barely Luke warm and the whole lot was an absolute disgusting. What an absolute disgrace. I appreciate burger kings ain’t no gourmet restaurant but the manager of this place needs to hang there head on shame and invest some time and effort into training there staff. It was the one in Nottingham shopping centre. Tables were dirty and I used my own disinfectant wipes to clean the table before putting the kids food on it and the dirt that came off it was disgusting. Food was ok although they charged for sauces, which is unfair considering their prices! Toilets were disgusting despite the fact that they were locked for customer use only and not many were using them. We only eat at Burger king cause it was raining, lunch time and needed a shelter but this is also the last time. It doesn't even deserve a 1 star and am.just glad we didn't get ill from the food.

Dirty place.Automatic ordering machines were not working, and when ordering from the cashier - no offers were available. employees, instead of serving - spent time talking. waiting time (when you have successfully ordered it) - fast. a lot of places on the first floor. but dirt - toilets, tables, floors - one huge trash can. the stench in the toilets was unbearable.

After inputting our large order on the screens it crashed at the payment part. No help or apologies from staff. Ordered at counter, again an interested and unhelpful member of staff took our order. Asked for sauces and he disappeared for what seemed like ages then came back and served someone else and could see me stood there waiting still. When we finally sat down 2 of the burgers were missing bacon. I went back down and put them on the counter to only be told ‘they have a tick on the wrapper to say they have bacon’ I said ‘look inside the burger, they absolutely do not’ So myself and the queue behind me watched as they were picked apart on the counter, almost like they didn’t believe me. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for a re-make which to be honest at £7+ a burger was shocking anyway. Small and burnt around the edges. Nearly £40 spent yesterday on lunch which was very disappointing. Wish we’d braved the queue at McDonald’s instead!

What on earth has happened to this place. The BK in Mansfield is not great, but this one in Nottingham Centre was the pits. The tables were filthy and I had to clean ours with baby wipes. Food all over the floor. Food was quite expensive for what was given and no toilets were available to use. A member of the public offered to help me carry out food to the table as it's a bit tricky as I was using crutches. The girl serving us should have asked if someone could have helped - but there was no please thank you or anything. I use to prefer this place over McDs but I certainly won't be coming here again - very disappointing.

Place was MESSY!! The tables were not cleared.it seemed there were only 4 staff working...upstairs was a little better there were one or two clean tables left. The bins Ike downstairs were full to over flowing.

Burger king a fast food restaurant!!!! Its a disgrace to the fast food industry, they are anything but not fast, you got to wait 30 minutes to place an order then wait another 40 minutes for your order to get ready. Staffs are always smiling which is good, but its never enough of them working, you can see long queues of customers and drivers and no one is happy with the service. Long queues of customers will disappear as no-one wants to wait one hour in a fast food restaurant. Food is not a big issue, but the service needs to have a lot higher standards and waiting time needs to be like a fast food. My advice do deliveries on one platform or just stick with dine in and take ways, the way it’s managed right now its foolish to run a business especially if you want customers at late nights. You can’t think people are drunk you can make them wait ages, if you can’t handle it close the restaurant and go home early. You will pay less on your utility bills and you don’t pay for any staff as it seems like no one wants to hire anyone in this restaurant.

Got turned away at the door due to "too many" online orders sorry thought this was a fast food restaurant. I've seen McDonalds handle over 100 customers in store. This isn't the first time either. Awful.

Awful, 95 mins for a cold delivery of a chicken royals, burnt whopper. No option on Uber eats for a refund, I’ve been robbed for this order will never use again.
