fancied something different so ordered the piri piri chicken from this place. Never ordered from here before. The chicken was amazing, Full of flavour and juicy. Will definitely use this place again. The kids rate the pizza as well they said it was really good.

The driver was super secure when delivering the food and made sure we got our food

PHONED FOOD EXPRESS AT 5pm TO SEE IF MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED SOMETIME TODAY. SPOKE TO A MOHAMMED, SAID HE WOULD SPEAKE TO HIS BOSS. ONLY FOR MOHAMMED TO TELL ME THAT HIS BOSS SAID, “THE WEBSITE IS FAULTY AND NOT WORKING.” BUT THE WEBSITE IS WORKING WELL ENOUGH TO TAKE MY MONEY, THOUGH! My chicken fillet burger was great and amazing but my chips wasn’t that great tho they looked abit uncooked and tasted abit soggy aswell i put a 5 star because the burger was amazing but the chips I’m abit disappointed tho ☹️ and my kebab was great aswell tasted amazing and fresh thank you so much but it would be better if the chips was less looked uncooked and would be better if they wasn’t tasting soggy aswell last time i ordered they was great everything was amazing burger the chips and kebab😊

Ordered on the website after tried ringing multiple times, still says order received but not being prepared that was an hour ago, so tried ringing again and still nothing, how can you run a shop and not even answer the phone and actually accept a order from online

Forget every single time my salad and rice. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE HAD 3 PEOPLE RINGING MULTIPLE TIMES. Nice food just the worst customer service. Imagine trying to get in touch for a refund LOL

Raw chicken, plastic found in the food, wrong chicken provided, and soggy, cold chips – it was an all-round disaster. I initially left a review on JustEat, thinking that would be the end of it. However, the company responded to my review with blatant lies, claiming they spoke to me and offered a full refund. They even said I told them both pizzas were great and that we’d already eaten them, which is completely false. So, thanks for the awful food,, and the near-attempt at food poisoning with raw chicken. If you hadn’t lied about speaking to me, I wouldn’t be leaving another negative review here. You need to get your act together – serving food like this is dangerous, and you’re going to seriously harm someone.

I had an awful order previously and phoned up to discuss a refund was told it wasn't possible but was assured I'd have freebies next time I ordered so gave them the benefit of the doubt. I order again a couple of weeks later and the freebies? A single can of tango.... Absolutely disgusted with how they treat customers especially myself who has used them multiple times over the past 3 years. Food was good but again poor customer service has made me realise its definitely not worth it.

Every time I have ordered from Food Express Co. The food has been of good quality and value. Kebabs and burgers are really tasty and the pizzas are delicious. Cooked well with plenty of toppings and cheese. I like how each item is separately packaged in additional paper including the burger boxes, kebab boxes and sauce tubs - which they’ve often just added to our takeout on the house. It avoids spillages. Nice little touch. We can rely on the takeout being delicious each and every time.

never received my order but took my money out my bank!!! rang me said they didn't have masala fish so I said can you cancel my order andrefund me. they said yes and never did 3 phone calls later my order was still out for delivery!!! what delivery you didn't have my food! I have screen shots of everything phone calls received and outgoing and delivery code which never got delivered. avoid with everything!!!!

The food was so bad that my friends ate everything and didn't leave anything to save me from eating such nonsense food.

Unfortunately I wish I could leave a good review because I use this place often but with my last order there was issues. Order notes weren't followed, wrap didn't have selected extras and was filled with soggy fries? Managed to eat half of the pizza but the other half was ruined by leaked chilli sauce in the box which I didn't order so that was extremely disappointing because I usually love this place but this has questioned as to if I want to go back or not

I ordered burger chips and kebab my burger wasn’t that great when i took a bite out of it it was very chewy it wasn’t soft it didn’t taste very nice it was uncooked and my chips wasn’t that great either they looked uncooked and didn’t taste great either my onion rings was amazing and they gave me a free pizza garlic bread which i appreciated so much and my delivery driver was so nice and amazing aswell but at least my kebab was nice and amazing tho so was my free pizza garlic bread slices 😁☺️

Told they would honour the £6 large pizza sign they had in the window, then charged £16 for two while covering card machine screen. Only after arguing did they admit they shouldn't have and gave back the £4. Business not to be trusted

Ordered a garlic naan and some cheesey chips (large) to share between me and my partner. We take out our stone cold food to eat inside the car outside the front of the restaurant. This is when , to my discovery our garlic naan is covered in green fury , Lorax like growths of mould sprouting from the midst of our garlic naan. Also (not the pressing matter in this situation) our garlic mayonnaise turned out to be mint yoghurt. After discovering the ecosystem growing from the naan I returned into the shop, this is when my refund was turned down, no replacement meal was offered and I was forced to leave without anything , not even an apology. Came here and ordered large cheesy chips, which was literally the smallest chips I’ve ever got, and a garlic naan which was MOULDY. I went back with the food and asked for a refund for which the rude member of staff refused, and he offered me a replacement naan only. Sorry but I’m not gonna get another mouldy naan. The guy was not apologetic in any way, he was rude, and he even tried squaring up to me. Safe to say I will be taking this further. Ordered on 29/05/2024 at 23:30pm.

Possibly the worst kebab I've ever had naan was 3 inches thick and dry meat was tasteless salad was an onion cut in thick slabs no care whatsoever ordered large got about 8 pieces of meat and to top of the experience the driver refused to get out of the car to deliver had to get dressed and go to him avoid avoid avoid
