It's deeply disappointing to witness the blatant disrespect displayed by the managers at KFC Chaul End towards their staff. My niece showed me some of the disgusting things these managers write to their employees in there group chat and I was truly appalled therefore I took a photo of these messages in case I decide to take this to HR. Instead of fostering a supportive and positive work environment, the manager's behaviour seems to undermine the very people who are essential to the restaurant's operations. The lack of respect, empathy, and appreciation for the hard work of the team is not only demoralizing but also unacceptable in any workplace. Such treatment creates a toxic atmosphere, affecting morale and the overall quality of service, and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Regardless of my niece wanting to stay to make money as the job market is very poor I am still encouraging her to leave as the lack of disrespect is not worth the money. They also have a lot of favouritism in this establishment and they do not try to hide it. Absolutely disgusting work place deserves to be shut down.

This is probably the worst branch of McDonald’s in the Uk. I have stopped using the drive through as staff are always getting order wrong. In the last few months the intercom in the drive through hasn’t been working properly. Others issues there has been no ice cream or milk shakes for the last two weeks. In addition when visiting today I was informed that there was no healthy alternative to the hash browns such as fruit salad or a melon bag. Secondly the member of staff took my sons order for a strawberry lemonade but when we collected our order tried to palm him off with a Carmel frappe. We refused and took a bottle of water instead. Very poor management and stock supply they should close this restaurant down to address the issues.

Vreselijke plaats. Koud eten,geen extra’s zoals bv zout of rietjes. Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Iedereen staat te praten tegen mekaar ipv te werken ! Nooit meer !

I am a manger in the same profession , I vaped not realising you could not , I was asked not to smoke , to which I replied I was not smoking I was vaping which I was told to go to another desk and I was been reimbursed by Josh your manager as he said I was arguing which I was not all he had to say was it is not companypoLicy not to vape ,( nothing in there signposted to say otherwise)I asked why when I had only corrected him he got very vocal I have worked on customer service for over 20 years and if this is how you train your staff for a late night venue I feel you may need to look at this issue ? He said he would be reimbursing me because apparently I had argued with him when I only corrected him, I said I would be complaining and the fact he and another of staff stood there laughing is a disgrace and not acceptable it is irrelevant wether you are an daytime customer or night your staff should all bee trained the same , if you wish me to come in have a face to face meeting with higher management with Josh, i am more than happy too because if you think this individual is a represent of your company you are seriously deluded

Walked up to the customer ordering counter and was told I would be served shortly..I must have stood there for a good 25 mins but still no service.Decided I had been there long enough so left. I will not be using that branch again as this isn't the first time it has happened.

I wrote my review 3 out of 5 because they did not send an apple pie and they must not have read my order properly some of my food came cold as well.

called in for rice box & chicken fillet burger meal, gave wrong order ,no drinks when i went back in to correct order, was kept waiting 10 mins for a chicken burger & drinks , young girl who served me seemed to be on another planet.all food cold when we finally got to eat it😡, steer clear of this branch , drive 5 minutes into wigan go to kfc on robin retail park👍🏻

Please sort your “official” opening times out as it is stated on the company’s web site and app that opening hours to 9pm! Apparently they close at 8. Not good as twice we have traveled a 15 mile round trip to either find it closed or turned away just before 8pm!

Called in just after 9 am with my granddaughter as car park pretty empty and drive through fairly empty placed 1 order of pancakes and not many people waiting and thought nice to sit in for a change. fast forward 25 mins, I along with several others asked for our orders, staff apologised and offered refund. However then proceeded to mention they only had one oven working and were doing their best. It would have been nice to have been given the choice after a 25minute wait for “fast food” or leave. Could have been managed better.

8/17/24 if I could give it a zero I would. No one else in the restaurant and waited at the counter being ignored while they were standing around in back. Finally took our order. Never asked original or crispy gave us whatever. Grandson got two different looking chicken toppings ? Chicken was dry and same with the biscuit. A manager was in the store and had same disposition has his employees. Another person came in and they ignored him also. Bad work ethics, bad food , waste of money!! Never again

Order meant to be delivered for half 7, didn’t arrive until 8. The food was fine but we didn’t get the bottle of pop ordered with it and no one answered the phone when called afterwards. I called at quarter past 7 to change the address for the food to be delivered to because I had forgotten to change it on the app, a mistake I’m sure plenty of people make. During this call I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve had in a while! I acknowledged that it was my mistake and apologised numerous times for it, the woman who answered seemed totally fed up - she replied with “well you’re lucky because we were just going to send it out. Where do you want it” I apologised again and gave my address, she then said “right, ok bye” and hung up. The way she spoke to me was like I was a piece of rubbish she had stepped on. Absolutely unacceptable! If you can’t deal with customers then don’t work in a place that requires some kind of customer service! Had a similar experience last month, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again but I won’t be making that mistake again! It’s a shame because I’ve never had a problem with their food, it’s quick and easy and I’ve always got good amounts for the prices! the customer service lets them down massively!

Had Uber eats wanted a Big Mac got a Big Mac box but a chicken mayo in the box. Very poor quality paid £22 pounds give the driver £2 tips just to be left hungry.
