Burger King in Wirral

No fries, no straws not even excuses. The staff care less about making the food hot and fresh than they do about customers. The managers just go about their day while the staff rudely handle the front counter.

After waiting 15mins for my order, another customer had returned a bag of onion rings as she had ordered nuggets. The guy put the onion rings BACK ON THE WARMING SECTION. He then put these same onion rings on my tray with my order. I kindly asked for fresh ones as I saw the customer return them, to which he obliged. However he then returned said onion rings to the warming section AGAIN. Awful service and no food hygiene practice at all it seems.

Matey service and cardboard chips married in a box. I would avoid this location and this is coming from an American who has eaten at a lof of Burger Kings.

Ordered from here via Uber eats, never again! The ‘large’ chips only came halfway up the box, all the food was stone cold, and the price of the food is extortionate when you consider how rank it is.

Enjoyed the flame grilled flavour you get from here, it gives the burger that extra special bite to it. Good value for money & beats the other fast food burger franchise hands down. Good quality burgers & well worth a visit if your shopping here.

This place has some a great selection of big delicious hamburgers. I love the big double cheeseburger with bacon and the Texas rodeo burger with onion rings and BBQ sauce on top. The fries are always top notch as well, thick and crispy. Very good value for money. The service is pretty good. I just wish the ques could be shorter.

The food here is very good. The staff are pretty good aswell. However, waiting times can occasionally be a slight issue.

Disgusting semi warm food. Soggy brown lettuce on burger. Doesn’t deserve the one star rating we are forced to give..

Ordered a big bacon meal and asked the lady who saved me for the burger to have just bacon and cheese. As I have said to her 3 times just bacon and cheese I didn't think to check my order. As I got home the burger had mayonnaise and ketchup... I mean who has mayonnaise and ketchup?? Absolute yoghurts working in this place.

where is the delivery service for this area as there are people who cant get to burger king in town but do like burger king burgers ..the customer base would improve significantly if they only delivered.

Went here today for take away meals for family. Was told I would have to wait for some items as they weren't ready. They should be prepared for busy Saturday lunchtimes! Agreed to wait, and then when I got home and opened the order a £5.19 double whopper was missing from the order. There was more than enough time for the staff to check my order before giving it to me after keeping me waiting! Paid over £20 and just got 2 chicken items, 2 portions of fries and 2 portions of apple pie sticks. Not prepared to waste time and petrol to drive back into town and wait in a queue again to complain, so took the online survey instead. Website useless and no option there to even request the restaurant call you back. Don't bother ordering take away food here as you may get ripped off and I guess they know its probably inconvenient for most take away customers to go back to the restauarant, at their own expense to complain. Unless you are prepared to cover the expense and time to go back in person or phone to complain they will get away with ripping you off. Will never use again.

I reguarly come to this Burger King and they have the best staff I've dealt with. Friendly and knowledgable and work fast. Food is always hot, nice to come for a quick lunch

Went here today for lunch ordered two meals asked for extra mayo and they tried to charge me 10p for said Mayo told them why should I pay as meals were not cheap and you used to get it free is it now the done thing to charge extra for a very small sachet of mayo or sauce

Sullen young girl served us, looked totally fed up, suppose I would working there. Had no patience when our 4yr old dithered for all of 3 SECONDS when changed his mind, looked at him like he'd offended her, when I got huffy she backed down. Asked her manager a question, he spoke to her like absolute dirt, so felt bad for her then. The food was ok, it's the service I'm reviewing really. Every time I eat in one of these places I loathe myself for it.

Good food. Tad expensive. Indifferent levels of customer service (some staff are great, others not so much).

Nice food. Quick and friendly service. Overpriced for fast food in Birkenhead. Good Xmas decorations in the food court. Kids enjoyed it.

My wife had a hair in her burger i reportd it to the manager who looked and said no one here has that colour hair and gave me my money back .i emailed customer services who will not repl to me .i think hair in food is disgusting.
