The food is not fresh, the person at the checkout does not understand their work. The staff are rude and throw food at customers. I don't recommend it

Went in to use the WC. Large restaurant in two levels, no parking in the area

No coffee in my hot milk! Cold rock hard muffin! Cold lifeless hash brown tasted like it was reheated from the day before! Won’t be throwing my hard earned money away on this place again

Last night Thursday I got great customer service by two young girls everything I ordered was spot on they couldn't do enough to make sure I left Happy sorry didn't catch there names but keep up the good work x

It's just a very bland burger making machine. It's got very little seating downstairs and looks awful.

Was really quiet so thought I'd take a chance and get a quick bite to eat. Food took ages and by the time I got my food, it was cold! Can't say I was hungry after looking at the burger. It looks like someone sat on it! Avoiding this from now on!

After the last ‘meal’ I’ve vowed to never visit again. Stinks of weed, the usual undesirable kids treating the place like a youth club. Staff that are only there for the pay and couldn’t care less. The food I received was inedible. Let’s face it, you’re not here for fine dining, but soggy cold chips and a burger so hard it’s only practical use was as a doorstop. Honestly, the burger was so hard it could take on Chuck Norris and probably win. Just dreadful. Save yourself the bother and eat anywhere else. No amount of hunger can justify visiting here.

My food has took two hours to come

For over 20 years I have been a very regular customer at this Liscard, Wallsey branch, 3 sometimes 4 times a week plus deliveries. They recently had a branch refurbishment and were closed for quite a few weeks. Today I went there for the first time since they reopened and was amazed to find that almost all of the downstairs seating had dissappeared forcing people to go upstairs to sit down because there was nowhere for me to sit. For me, at 80 years old, to climb a long 3 flights of stairs is impossible and seeing that there were no vacant tables of the few that are downstairs, I had no option other than to leave and forget about having lunch there. Even speaking to the staff when he asked what the problem was, made no differerce.There must be many others, including mothers with push chairs, that are in the same situation and I cannot understand why they have done it. Now I have to find somewhere else to spend my money. Bad move McDonalds.

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 4 bbq dips didn’t come with dips ordered a large coke no straw it’s getting worse does the workers actually care about the customers these days

The meal was cold, the coffee tasted awful, I got a double quarter pounder that tasted almost wet and a triple cheese burger with 2 burgers in it...the chicken nuggets I gave to the kids outside to use as bouncy balls...this restaurant has always been known for missing items and wrong orders but it's clear since food deliverys have become popular the visiting customer is no longer prioritised and nor is thier food. Won't be going again.

Half way through a Big Mac burger was greeted with paper in my burger! Tried calling no answer off the store!

Just going to put it out there, this place needs shutting down. Spend a fair amount to order food and it comes all incorrectly, got another person's order on top of my own and parts of my order were missing. Staff don't care and neither does management. I'm not surprised the kids are terrorising it as they can't do a simple job! This place will now be blacklisted for my future orders. Disgusting 😡

Never come across a dumber set of employees in my life. ALWAYS get the order wrong, they just throw whatever in without any care whatsoever. Ordered the chicken combo meal, selects didn’t arrive. On top of that we then received FOUR burgers that we didn’t order, they were custom burgers and even the customisations were wrong according to the stickers. Didn’t get the two burgers we did order and as per for any maccies we didn’t get any of the dips either. Incompetence doesn’t even sum this mess up. By far the WORST McDonalds in the country and that takes some doing. Oh and when you go in store to point out the issues they will acknowledge you’re there and just leave you stood there waiting for 20 minutes. Don’t even get me started on the fries, so dangerously undercooked that one day they will kill someone. The place is always filthy, even since the refurb. Staff prat about in the kitchen in full view of the customers whilst not wearing full uniforms or hair/beard nets. The “management” if you even want to call it that, are absolutely clueless and have zero control. And if you thought you were risking your life with the food that’s nothing compared to the feral yobs that constantly attack the place because police just don’t exist in this area and the parents are too drugged up to know what planet they’re on, never mind what their kids are doing. I don’t expect Michelin star from McDonalds anywhere but even by McDonalds standards this place can only be described as a near death experience and it’s actually mind blowing they haven’t been shut down

Ordered form here a few times for the kids. I have always had problems (items missing, even had an order kept by the driver) but this time was the last straw. I placed an order over £50 for 7 of us, then received a delivery notification without the food (it was delivered to a neighbour). When I finally found the food, it was someone else's single meal, then I tried to phone the restaurant 16 times to notify them of the mistake and no one answered. They have no other was of contact either. DO NO ORDER FROM HERE.

Yet again, incorrect order delivered, dips missing, food cold. DO NOT USE LISCARD MCDONALD'S. Absolutely useless, and trying to phone them? Ha, they NEVER pick up. Terrible service.

Definitely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had/been to. Customer service 1*. I was the only customer and it took them 15 minutes to prepare 2 chicken mayo burgers. I’ve asked Olivia about my order and I got completely ignored. Then on one of the burgers the meat was missing 🤣. The woman manager in charge this evening (19/10/23) didn’t seem to be in charge of the team.

Recent reviews say it all, not that McDonalds will actually care. The McDonalds in Liscard is in desperate need of staff and management that are capable or actually care about customers. In 4 orders I’ve placed here the food is always stone cold and missing items. Last order had the appearance of sitting under a heat lamp for hours and was served to me in such a solid and squashed state that eating it would have required power tools and a jaw replacement. Expectations for McDonalds food are already low, but forgiven for the convenience and reasonable prices (but even the price is questionable and the £3.99 delivery fee laughable) - but at the very least food should be warm and edible. Don’t order using their app, as you just get fobbed off and told to contact UberEats who routinely refuse refunds. Long story short, 4 orders, 4 attempts and all of them awful. Other McDonalds can get this right, so I can confidently say that Liscard branch just doesn’t care about standards or customers.

Literally 2 customers inside, staff just standing around, noone bothers to clean up the tables. Absolutely shocking. Health and safety compromised, food hygiene on a ZERO level here. Avoid.

A worker with the name Alexis was extremely rude me and my friend were sitting upstairs with an adult and he said we can’t sit there because we’re under 18 even though my Auntie Emma is 24 and was sat a few tables down from us he still said we have to sit downstairs so we did that but there was no seats so he then proceeded to remove us from the mcdonald’s premises leaving our poor auntie in there on her own. Me and my friend now had to eat on the liscard benches this is not ideal or okay. I want change people! Because of this we are taking our buisness elsewhere to kfc as we get treated like actual customers there. good day.

Never get delivery from this place the staff apparently are too dumb to ever get one right and deliver everything ordered. Despite assurances from head office they should answer the phone to correct orders they have messed up they still never answer the phones as they are too busy being lazy and standing around

Ordered from the breakfast menu, online, at 10.03am. Expected delivery 11-11.30am. At 11.01 my order was cancelled. Ridiculous service. I am now awaiting my refund which could take up to three days apparently

Food is always cold when delivered ordered an tripple cheese burger I got given a double & ordered a Big Mac it come with just burger an cheese hardly any burger sauce either which I didn’t request. When phone up to complain staff say to deal with just eat which is confusing when it’s the shop it’s self that is getting orders wrong not just eat!! My family order come to £22 it wasn’t even enjoyable most of it went in the bin.

Absolutely shocking service !!!! Order arrived through Uber Eats, food that was actually in the bag was cold! Delivery Guy got stuff out of the carry bag and dropped the drinks on the floor! Reluctantly said he would bring drinks back. Never turned up with the replacements! We then got inside and checked the order, to find cold food and lots of missing items. 4 chips were missing, a share box of mozzarella bites and there was no condiments or straws. Contacted McDonalds, to be told that the missing items would be delivered! 5 hours later. Still no replacement and the store don’t answer the phone to request a refund!!! Shocking !

What can I say? I just love this place so much. The chippies nuggys burgers, mcfloppies, all so bloody tasty! I go in here at least 4 days a week and when it's a weekend the kids get a treat of a Happymeal which has the best toys and they love eating the chippies aswell and then havin a milkshakes. The staff are amazin because they let me take home a burger which was stood on the counter that no one collected. Tea sorted! The security man on the door is my neighbor too lol

Ordered a delivery, waited over an hour, food arrived it was completely wrong order, food cold in any case so inedible, tried to ring store phone rang out. No option for a refund/ complain on app. 18 quid wasted. Absolutely shocking service

they are so stingy with the mcflurrys they don’t put hardly any toppings on the mcflurrys may as well just order a plain mcflurry at this point. The chips are never salted enough and are always cold. This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been in, or ordered from. The fries are usually cold and soggy, and the Delivery orders are always missing items even though the bags have been security sealed before being collected by the delivery person. The store will not answer the phone or correct mistakes, and they will not refund for items not provided.

IAM FUMING!!!!! I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 years and i ordered a happy meal ‘burger’ with NO meat and it even says that on the receipt but they gave me meat but remembered to not put onions on it? I took a bite out of this assuming there was no meat and didn’t look out of my own stupidity and was flabbergasted, the worker even told me no meat was on it… I assume this was a prank out of hatered on non-meat eaters !!!!!

There need to be some regulation brought in to monitor these services that employ uber and just eat. The service is abismal on all counts. It's like living in a third world country. Security needed here or police. Delivery drivers are making Liscard like the Bronx. Disgraceful state of affairs.

Ordered on Justeat for delivery, what an absolute shambles this branch of mcdonalds is, never get it right. Food arrived, absolutely freezing cold (The food was delivered less than a 3min drive) Nuggets tasted off also freezing. Also why charge people for dips when your staff are clearly too lazy to simply just put them in a bag? Will not be ordering from here anymore, major improvement needed.

People disrespect the toilets and leave it full of rubbish something should be done about it instead of making others cleaning up after themselves which even though it's the cleaners job they shouldn't have to deal with the amount of mess people make it's a disrespect to all the staff

No atmosphere at this McDonald's , lots of staff waiting for eleven oclock to get the full menu . The deliveries seem to take over ,the delivery drivers sitting on the stools by door hanging around outside they seem to get to priority , I ordered on the screen can navigate it , on waiting though seem to be lack of communication with staff with food coming out at different times , I could see my order going from station to station , when got it the big Mac cold , that's why stopped going the deliveries must be cold when at destination as they seem to be stacked up till drivers come for them they put in bag but not zipped up , only go for my grandson , couple of staff need a tidy up they looked a bit rough

Group of the local idiots were riding in and out of the restaurant on their bikes , one came out of the toilet smoking a joint ,there appeared to be no one in control.only the local hooligans, you don't need to visit somewhere and fight your way through an intimidating hoard of brain dead youths before entering

I ordered for my kid and his friends using just eat. The food came it was cold and the nuggets missing. After trying and failing to get I. Touch as they don't answer their phone, I contacted main office who apologised and gave me a voucher. Just eat refunded me for the nuggets only and was unconcerned about the cold unedible food. Please be careful when ordering through just eat as it had to pay twice to go get some decent food.

Foods hit and miss. Its supposed to be fast food and you wait ages because as always they seem to prioritise just eat orders even when the drivers are not there but all the bags are lined up ready to go. Also don't go here after 5 unless you want to be surrounded by lads hanging round outside.

Store has a breakdown of operation due to home orders. 25 staff standing around orders backed up all across the counter. I ordered in store and waited 40 mins only to get cold chicken nuggets with no sweet chilli dip that I paid an extra 40p for. Delivery drivers going mad in store due to the delay. Everyone that had food delivered would have received cold inedible food. The system is not working and needs a long long rethinking.

Food ordered using the screens buy very slow. Table was dirty and good was cold. Staff were stood aimlessly staring into space.

Very long wait for a wrap and fries and when it eventually arrived, it was cold. I don't know why I am surprised. In the past 12 months, I have only ever resorted to using this branch a handful of times, but have never received hot (or even warm) food. The kitchen is open plan and on view to the customers, which I would usually suggest is a positive thing, but not when you can see members of staff literally throwing food around. If that is how they prepare the food you can see, it does make you wonder what is happening behind the scenes. I was also witness to a member of staff casually swearing at another, infront of customers. I did bring it to the manager's attention....but he was uninterested. In fact, 'uninterested' is how I'd describe the general attitude stemming from the manager down in this Macdonalds. If you can avoid this branch and use another, you're definitely best to.

This review that I’m leaving is no exaggeration. Liscard McDonalds is EASILY the worst McDonalds I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many in the U.K. and abroad) The fries ALWAYS come cold and chewy like rubber. They almost always leave out orders or the orders come damaged. They put your cold drinks in with your already luke warm food. I try and warn anybody I know, not to order from that particular one. I have a family member that works in the Birkenhead McDonalds, and when I’ve mentioned the liscard restaurant, that person told me it’s known to be the worst. This place has been like that for years now (I doubt it’ll change) Only for the fact it’s a McDonalds, that’s why it still gets custom. If it was any independent cafe/takeaway etc, it would’ve had to shut down years ago.

Only thing that bothered me is their priority over in house customers to outside orders . You end up waiting longer sometimes when nobody at till and they are running around getting orders for delivery ,also the delivery people tend to barge their way past to grab their orders pack . Nothing worse than that ,its a three way thing ,window service ,order delivery ,in-house service . Sadly last time I waited 16 mins ,yes i timed it while i stood there .

Just had my food delivered. Someone has taken a bite out of the apple pie. Just eat delivery was completely sealed so wasn't them. And they never answer the phone.

Shocking… cold food, slow delivery, half filled McFlurry. Awful service and shocking to see how long they leave the delivery food out for. The manager clearly doesn’t care whatsoever. Won’t be coming here again and will be posting images on different pages across Wallasey and the Wirral. 😤

Decent McDonalds with good staff but be aware it is located in a rough place. So rough it has bouncers on the door in the evening! Keep a lookout for ferrel teenager cherubs!
