Didn't know people don’t know how to open an egg without the shell an left it in there thinking am gonna eat it

missed 2 burgers off the order

no drinks as they spilt on door stop wen she put them down , food is freezing and waited 20 mins for food

Food was cold and all my coffee has spilt in the bag!

one meal missing got the sauce and the drink but not the meal

food was cold whole drink has leaked in bag delivery on time nice man

Delivery driver was sound, preparing it could of been a bit faster but hey ho

very happy very full now. thank you

yet again my order was wrong , ordered 2 bacon and egg mcmuffin meals and received 2 sausage and egg mcmuffin meals , tried to ring McDonald's to get it sorted but as usual it just rings and rings then disconnects , absolutely useless

completely worms order delivered, couldn't eat any of it, and impossible to contact anyone

The drinks cups were empty just dregs in the bottom of the cups and half the order was missing

Food arrived squashed. It didn’t look at all appetising

It baffles me how these low iq idiots can’t even process a simple order, when we live in a time of automation. Forgetting items honestly what a shambles

The delivery driver was lovely, and very fast! The food was beautifully prepared and very hot when arrived x

i have a 45 minute break for work so i ordered 3 burgers thinking it would be quick, this was not the case at all i was in there for an hour waiting and was 15 minutes late getting back in to work there was no communication or apology for the inconvenience, was a disgrace

Meals were cold on delivery but items were correct.

Drinks had spilled into the mcflurrys so we couldn't eat them.

Food was cold , the drink was either soda water or the syrup had run out in sprite, basically fizzy water ?

wrong order. asked for a double sausage McMuffin with no cheese and got a double sausage with cheese. hash browns were greasy and couldn't get them free of the wrapper and cold.

drink had spilt everywhere and contaminated all the food bags had split food hanging out and was freezing cold not happy at all

Wrong items received . No way of contact to sort it out so wasted in bin

Food took over an hour to arrive and of course was cold when it did

I had to order twice as it was cancelled first time after waiting over an hour

Worst delivery experience. Breakfast was very packed at 9.28 and it was delivered at 10.16. We watched the courier go in the complete opposite direction for over a mile and then came back on himself. Looked like they stopped in the park for a little bit and eventually arrived over 45 minutes later with freezing food that was stuck to the wrappers. Terrible delivery service.

ive only just been able to contact you now our food comes early and was missing hash browns and the burgers was stone cold what can we do

You didnt send our chicken, 2 small fries or the sauces we asked for

This is second order in a row thats missing items, first order missing 4 fries and a big mac, this time missing a big mac again and all sauces. I think this branch needs to close and have a staff training day.

Great friendly delivery driver, pity that McDonald’s couldn’t manage to put all the items in the bag. Why ask what dips you want with chicken nuggets if you don’t bother putting them in with the order. Very poor McDonalds very poor.

Service is terrible waiting for over 15 mins in an almost empty mcdonanld and when i asked wat the hold up is i was spoken too rather appalingley . Staff member said quite abrubtley cos were busy the place is a mess and no ome is cleaning up

Order was not delievered to us and it says its complete but we have not recieved any food

I just honestly don’t get how hard it is to read what it says on the ticket and get the order right, it’s like they don’t even care! I ask for no sauce and no pickles all the time on my daughter burgers due to allergies and every single time they send it with it all on so then everybody is enjoying there food and she goes with out AGAIN …. Like just get it right!!! It would be a completely different story if she ended up in hospital because of it wouldn’t it …..

Wrong order ordered Mac crispy and got Mac spicy

literally never give you what you order, not once and they refuse to refund now aswell as a rule. if you order dips, don't expect to receive them so just don't order them. ultimately it's McDonalds so if you want McDonald's your still going to order it, but just be ready for missing items and never having a dip to wet your fries

double quarter cheeseburger came with a single patty instead of 2 and missing one 9 nuggets

Ordered at 11:10 didn’t arrive until 12 despite living within half a mile of restaurant and food was freezing cold and inedible

Not very hot at all again but that’s my only complaint this time. Everything was included and delivery was pretty quick.

Delivered with an open seal. Stone cold and soggy chips. Missing burgers from the family meal deal. Missing sauces I paid extra for. £30 for late delivery with inedible chips and two burnt burgers. Cheers.

Was on time food was still hot but they did forgot a large chips but got refund

The Fanta was zero sugar and tasted like water pickles in the cheese burger that I said not to put chicken nuggets good

items missing yet again, i dont know how you miss 4 fries and a big mac from an order, the order is attached to the bag, do you not check whats going in the bag against the order

The order was wrong. I ordered a mcrispy with no mayo, no lettuce with extra ketchup, extra cheese and extra bacon (meal with sprite). A banana milkshake and Oreo milkshake. This is what was delivered - mayo chicken, cheeseburger, chicken selects, fries, sprite, banana milkshake and Oreo McFlurry. So almost 50% of this order was completely wrong

Ordered banana milkshake got strawberry and the food is freezing

Asked for no cheese on burgers and guess what it was on both burgers which had to go in the bin as can’t have diary simply instructions wasn’t followed not the first time

I haven’t received my order!!!!!!
