what is the point of a comments facility when the delivery person does not follow the instructions. I requested for a long ring on the door bell this did not happen ! I was fortunately stood by the front door when a single light tap on the door

Why does it take 4 buisness days to make an order? The staff seem to be in suspended animation, everyone seems to work in slow motion

Amazing, we just had a bad experience on the mcdonald’s app where we waited two hours for breakfast and it never came and we couldn’t get a refund of £15, however just eat was here within 15 mins of ordering and was up to good standard thankyou very much.

JustEat won’t stop spamming me with notifications to leave a review, so hopefully this stops it.

I don’t blame the driver he just did his job when he could , Mc Donald’s prepared food without driver being available, food must have sat 30 mins all cold and ice melted in drinks , coke flat! Sadly Waste of money .

The whole order was cold with half of it missing and was offered a £5 refund on a £30 order

well you must have dun training.. there was napkins sugar for the coffee a sweetener and milk, only problem was the hash browns was still abit hard

I ordered a maltesers mcflurry and got a smarties one instead. a small issue, but I am disappointed

All meals were cold , no straws for the 4 drinks ,on 1 out of 3 spoons for McFlurry,none of the sauces arrived,one of the milkshakes was the wrong flavour,to make it worse the driver was tracked going passed our address and delivered on the return journey.not a good experience for a family treat.

It’s not often I’ll give a bad review but this was appalling. Our delivery time kept getting later and later, we were given the wrong items AND it was freezing cold. The chips are so undercooked, they’re practically see through.

I ordered at 17.55 and estimated delivery time kept changing and arrived freezing cold at about 19.17

Driver was good, Big Mac and Filet not put together properly and had fallen to bits in their boxes, cheese was more on boxes than buns. I worked at McDonalds for a couple of years and these should have not got past the floor manager for quality.

The worst McDonald's in the world by a country mile. All the staff look utterly depressed, pace of service is extra extra slow , my own mistake for thinking it may have improved since a few years back but much worse now. Avoid at all costs.

The cheeseburgers where cooked in an overwhelming taste of black pepper, the patties and bun just covered in black pepper leaving a very horrible strong taste to the burgers, always get the same order when I have McDonald’s and have never tasted black pepper like this as I don’t even like pepper.

The food was squashed and cold as the courier went to the wrong place. He had my food in his bag for over 20 minutes and I had to come to the restaurant personally to rectify my order. Therefore negating the use of just eat and the delivery system that I had to pay extra for and I had to get my food myself
