Missing sauces, no straw. Just simple easy things, and it;s all the, not blaming the staff, over worked under paid, from a global giant, this will all change soon.

Items missing! The food which did arrive was dry, sauces missing from burgers. Extra pickles and onions requested but didn’t actually have any on! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had.

1 portion of fries were stone cold and 1 portion was piping hot, so clearly not from same batch. Asked for extra onion on cheeseburger, tuere was barely any at all. Chicken burger was cold and dry like cardboard.

No straws or sauces delivered, which meant 20 dry nuggies. Otherwise pretty good.

We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and received 17. We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, one without mustard and both came without cheese, mustard, onion or gherkin. So basically just burger and tomato sauce. Fries were cold and burgers were cold.

I recieved a completely different order. I have not had any correspondence about a refund, as yet. My order cost a lot more money then what was recieved. I would like to hear back about a refund.

Food was great and the delivery driver was awesome, she went above and beyond to get the food to me on time and was really pleasant to deal with!

don't go thinking this food might be warm. I live walking distance from this branch and every element tasted like it'd been left outside to cool for an hour before sending it out. you've got to really make an effort to be this bad

Don’t think it was the drivers fault but delivery got delayed by over half an hour, driver was a nice guy as well. Food was ok’ish but the nuggets seemed rushed and barely cooked, no sauces delivered for them either which sucked. Amazing how different days get you better/worse food than others from the same place, always a roll of the dice to see if you got the A Team doing the food or the subs bench it feels like.

Ordered 9 chicken select box ordered 3 sauce Ano they are free but none arrived so the whole meal is ruined now because the sauce wasn’t there dry food

my muffins had cheese on! when i asked for no cheese everything was ice cold

Food was great but the real star here is the delivery man, he was easily the nicest person I’ve ever had food delivered by, he used my name which is a first and was incredibly pleasant and cheerful. That man needs a pay raise and has set a ridiculously high bar now for other deliveries. I would have tipped far more if I’d known someone like that was going to be delivering for me, you do not want to lose this guy!

Gave us a cheeseless cheeseburger but apart from that it was OK.

This is the second time our order is missing Big Mac within a few days!!! What’s point in offering a free burger if you forget the burger the customer actually paid for twice!
