missing items. modified items not been done. this place is so expensive for food that is not worth it. I only keep ordering because the kids like it. I would not actually recommend it to adults

Wow that was terrible! If your going to deliver food, make sure it ain’t on no electric peddle bike!! Me nans buss pass has got more pull than them!! Everything was cold by the time it got to my door, swear I could of brought that chicken back with the kiss of life! Also you forgot one thing that everyone only orders maccies for.. a straw, how can you always forget straws, it’s like the straws come out your wages just like the sauces do. Diabolical at best.

Delivery was excellent and driver was so friendly! The food however was lukewarm like it had been waiting in the queue and reheated. Disappointing again. Why can’t McDonald’s in Wallasey provide better quality?

Nipped in for a quick bite to eat and was waiting for ages for my order. I could see a tray on the side that looked like it matched my order minus the fries … 10 minutes later an employee tried to give it to me and it was stone cold! When I told him it had been stood there for ages he snatched the food away from me and put it all in the bin. Not even an apology or please let me get you fresh food, he barked at the staff to re make my order and when it came he shoved it on the tray and said “there”! Not an ounce of customer service in him, utterly rude and awful at his job he needs sacking

Order was spot on, well packaged and the delivery time was good, my only complaint was that the food was cold.

Wvery time i order from McDonald's in wallasey there is damage to the food it is cold or items missing on every occasion a saturday night treat for my son with autism 9 times out of ten is ruined thanks alot

I worked at McDonald’s for 12 years…I know what fresh food tastes like and I know what stale food tastes like..my order was stone cold,rubbery and I could not eat it…disgusting!

Another missing item from McDonalds Wallasey. Usually the odd hash brown or sauces but this time it was the main Breakfast wrap part of the meal. Seriously people, its not difficult.

Delivery time went from 15 mins to an hour. Food stone cold. Gave kids their pud while waiting. Supposed to be a treat but wouldn't feed it to my dog.

First order came, checked and wrong order, courier (no complaints about him) took order back to McDonalds and delivered right order which was then cold as had clearly been sat there for the time it should have been sent

I am absolutely gutted spent just under £24 and I was sent cold food, spilt drinks and the wrong bugers, absolutely disgusting.

Son was injured by door closing on his fingers no accident book it took the staff 5 minutes and 3 requests for ice to give us some and did not enquire about my son's injuries ( bruised bones)

By far the worst McDonald’s never get annoying right, it’s really not hard to read a ticket that says nothing on the burger! My daughter can’t have the ingredients but yet they didn’t read it and sent it anyway with everything on there and then didn’t even send drinks with the kids happy meals

One of the slowest and worst McDonald's. Only Liverpool city centre has beat it's unrivalled slowness.

Much improved recently. I don’t order too much anymore but the last few orders over the last 6 or so months have all been great, used to be missing stuff and freezing. Not sure if they’ve got new staff in but seems much better

Delivery driver got lost and I saw them driving around and calling at an address that wasn’t accessible to get to my property. They drive round eventually but the food was delivered very cold. Driver was pleasant though!

Worst maccies I've ever had tbh. Burger, fries and nuggets arrived barely lukewarm and the nuggets were so dry. Mcflurry was melted and had my pots of dip in it so that was a lovely surprise having to scoop them out and clean them off. Ordered the twix mcflurry and it had 2 bits of chocolate and biscuit in and barely any caramel sauce, might as well have just been a plain mcflurry.

Never had an order where there wasn't something missing.

Food was ok, driver delivered to 14 Lonsboro Rd (round the corner). he rang saying he was outside he was not on my ring door bel, I had to go out in the cold down the next street to find him. He was polite enough but this is the 2nd time mcdonalds have delivered to the wrong address. (it the delivery mini map showed how far he was away from my house, which was confusing)

I've paid £25+ for half the order not to come and the nuggets were freezing as the delivery guy was a a push bike what a joke tried calling the store with no avail surprise surprise so if u do that all night how much is maccies profiting and there stocks r still up

Delivery driver dropped all our food and although he was honest about it the food wasn’t great and the meal turned up cold and rubbery
