This place gets a bad reputation because of its previous owners but it is great I eat here alot. So easy to order from order comes quick and always comes quick and right every time!!

Terrible donner meat. Ordered it with cheese and it didn't have any. Chips (with cheese) were cold so had to warm them up. Took just over an hour to arrive so was technically late. I always order from Moreton kebab but tried royal taste because of an uber eats offer. Need to do better... Tiniest amount of cheese added. Order from Moreton kebab house and notice the difference difference.

Lovely staff, food always arrives hot and nicely presented, food is always amazing! Food is well priced. They listen to comments and feedback couldn't recommend them enough!

Myself and a friend ordered from here last night and we have both been up all night throwing up. Meat feast pizza and the chicken and mushroom pizzas we had and never felt worse from it. Never ordering from here again.

half of our order was delivered , I rang the restaurant to let them no there was missing food if it had been a delivery mistake , the person on the phone basically told me I was lying, they bagged it them selves and it’s on cctv , I asked if they could check again as I had definitely only received one meal , they said they would ring me back , I waited with no return call so rang again , again was told I am lying and they are check cctv and will ring me , still no call , I rang again told he would speak with manager I asked if they would definitely call me back and was told they would , still no call back half hour later after delivery tried to ring Again and no answer. Sharing a £25 donor wrap with husband. Would not mind or even be leaving a bad review if where helpful in any way or helped to find out what the issue was , but to be called a lier 3 times and not even bother to return a call or answer the phone , is a joke , won’t be ordering again. Customer service is abysmal

We have only just recently started ordering from here as we usually use another kebab house, but literally can not fault anything here. Prices are cheaper, food is nicer and staff are much more friendly 👍

What happened to your TINY AMOUNT of cheese -cheesy chips? I tried calling Just Eat! Bare as a babies bum. Fast delivery and pizza okish but we love our cheesy chips and last few times they've been like this, sooo disappointing! Won't order again from now on!

Most of the food was amazing as always but the fried chicken was awful as it was burnt crisp an way too dry so it ended up in the bin. I will still order from you but not the chicken

We order from here a lot, the food is usually okay there is always a long wait on food & sometimes missing items from order. BUT toady the experience i had with a delivery driver being VERY VERY rude shouting at me that they had been waiting outside for 15 mins (waiting at the end of my path just beeping so i didn't hear they should have come and knocked on the door....) They called me and as soon as they did i came out (so if they were waiting there that long why not call before?? also beeping at 8:45 at night is very rude anyway). I do not expect to get spoken to the way i have tonight, it is very rude & bad customer service. We will NEVER be using this restaurant again which is a shame as we used them a lot. Time to find a new kebab shop with better customer service & hopefully not a 2 hour wait on food like there normally is.

I'd ordered chips from Royal Taste a couple of weeks ago and they were absolutely delicious! So I thought burger and chips would be a super tea for me. Unfortunately the chips didn't have that fresh-cooked taste and texture that I'd previously experienced. The burger was lovely, the onion rings were delicious (but I should know better--they never suit my delicate tummy.) And the chocolate gateaux was lovely once it defrosted. I'd certainly order again, but not necessarily this particular meal. One thing that's frustrating to me with lots of restaurants on Just Eat including this one is the "minimum order." When my husband was alive, dinner for 2 could easily exceed the £10 minimum. But now that I'm a widow, it's hard to order £10 of food if eating alone. So in this instance I ordered a 1/2 lb cheeseburger, when 1/4 is plenty. I shared some of the 2nd burger patty with my little dogs to the detriment of their digestive systems. The chips weren't a problem. I ate a very few and threw the rest away and ate some of the onion rings instead, but still have part of an order of onion rings and about 3/4 of a burger patty in the fridge. I do wish that there were more restaurants/takeaways that didn't have a minimum order. I just end up throwing food away.

Pizzas were delicious, garlic bread was lovely, and the chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken, and chips were consumed with delight by my autistic grandson. He's a very fussy eater, and he loved his meal.

We have used them for a long time & I've only ever had one slight disappointment but tonight my food was terrible. Some Scampi was burnt black, Garlic Mushrooms had no flavour & the Garlic Pizza was very hard with no flavour. Overall I am extremely ⁰disappointed & will not be using you again.

I was waiting for my food for 2.5 hours phones up three times to end up woth no food atall as the restaurant ignored my phone calls

How late was it? The food never turned up.! Manager blamed the driver/drivers, constantly added another 10 minutes delivery every time I called instead of just telling me straight and then I could’ve cancelled and ordered from elsewhere. At 11:30 I eventually gave up after waiting over 2 hours for a place that’s only a 5 minute drive from my house. Ridiculous. I’m still waiting to be credited from Justeat for food that never turned up too which is also ridiculous.

Food was over 2hrs wait still haven't received it and it now 22.52pm I ordered at roughly 8.30pm. Rang shop on multiple occasions and keet saying new driver he on his way!!!

The food from Royal Taste is usually great but in this instance, my kebab was drier than the Savannah desert! I asked for garlic mayo and chilli sauce and I received a mere war-time ration of these condiments. Would not recommend unless you enjoy donor meat in complete isolation.

Food was cold when we got it, and delivery time is always late. Received a notification 45 minutes after it said it was on the way. Had to call to chase it up. Happened the last few times, will be going elsewhere from now on.

Comming up to 19.45pm and order still not received, have rang restaurant Royal Tastet and emailed just eat . Order put in 17.05 pm and would appear our order has been delivered to someone else. Totally unacceptable as we have deliveries from this source before. this order is now over 2hrs late from just eat on its way email..We will not be looking to re visit this site again..20.00 pm still waiting
