Great local doing quality vegan options

Ordered large chips and cheese and a large kebab. Both came in a 7inch (18.5cm~) box. Not sure if that's a case of them charging for a large and sending a small by accident (twice in one order), or just having tiny portion sizes.

Arrived hot and was very tasty.

I am absolutely livid the way I’ve just been spoken to by the manager, the food was late and cold and for what I paid for the food I consider the portions to be very small and twice the price of other local retails xx

The garlic bread was a little burnt around the edges on one side but apart from that it was really enjoyable I have used King's Meal for many years for me it's the best pizza shop around

It was decent. Better than all the other ones I have had that are local. Pizza could of been a bit hotter (Pizza did taste VERY nice).

Ordered off of the vegan menu before and it’s been great, today however something was off with the vegan cheese and it had a bad taste which I could only describe as a chemical taste, don’t know if they’ve changed the cheese or if it was just a bad batch but all the other times it’s been spot on, unfortunately today it wasn’t

Cannot fault this place at all! Food arrived on time & piping hot! All very delicious, made up a local take away is doing good vegan food!! Big portions and lots of options, very lovely & friendly delivery person too! Cannot wait for another take away day now 🤩

Not sure why but usually really good but last couple of orders it’s been quite poor!!!! Overcooked and small portions !!!!

The food was horrible simple as that nothing i ordered i enjoyed. Not sure what's happened to this place it use to be really nice in here. The wrap was not even a wrap it was just a mess in tinfoil and tasted horrible. I won't be ordering from here again.

Spot on. Everything fresh and hot. Chips crispy not like all the other generic soggy ones from most other places. Garlic bread best about.

Didn't get the correct order which has happened in the past.

They have a number of vegan options. We got 2 vegan pizzas. They are not the best pizzas I've had but they weren't bad. If I'm near by will pop in but we probably won't order as we quite far away and like I said, it wasn't the best. It was like very average takeaway food. But it is really great that had so many vegan options.

Very impressed! Calzone was probably the nicest I've eaten. All the food was really hot and nicely cooked. Drinks were nice and cold and it all arrived early. Looking forward to our next order 😋

I often order from here. Love the food & always great service. Today, over 30mins late. Was told each time it would be 2 mins. I said food would be cold if they left that long ago...he said 'no dear, its in a hot bag' Well it was ALL stone cold. Had a very upset 4 year old at 7.30pm who had to have toast for his tea. So so disappointed. I recommend this place to so many friends. We tried ti hear food up but just went dry. Take away is rare treat for us...£20 wasted

Cake didnt turn up. We tried calling several times but the phone was disconnected meaning we had to drive to the shop ourselves where were then told the driver would deliver our cakes to us.. which never happened. Very disappointing. Called the shop, poor customer service and ended up still without the cake.

Very happy with quality of food. My order came without a couple of items driver came back to give them to us. Excellent service.

Got the mixed kebab with my pitta and sauce separate! Was amazing,fresh and tasty!

We had a mixed Kebab and chicken,ham and sweetcorn pizza with a side salad and wedges! All food was well presented,really tasty and fresh,the tomato base on the pizza is amazing and the charred chicken on the kebab was spot on!

Ordered a Mexican pizza and a hawian burger. Went to eat them and they were both wrong. Tried ringing the shop several times but no response!!

Chips stale cardboard like. Onion rings under cooked very soggy both side went in the bin. Pizza, kebab & burger all average quality. Better takeaways in the local area.

The donor kebab says it comes with salad and sauce, the app did not let me choose a salad only sauce, I did get a salad with the meal , otherwise all good, my friend loves the vegan selection

Food arrived an hour and a half too early, and my instructions regarding where to leave delivery safely were ignored. I work for NHS, and try to make sure I don’t come into contact with people outside work to minimise any risk to them. Just Eat now looking into this at my request.

Marked down for food quality as the ice cream was put in the same bag as the food and obviously melted!!

The pizza sauce tested sweet and we did not eat the pizza. We also ordered three mini tubs of Ben and Jerry's for £7.50 and they had none in stock. Irand them and agreed to receiving donuts instead. I thought we would get £7.50 worth of donuts as this is what we had pais for the ice cream, but we got three chocolate covered ring donuts. Properly ripped off. I was really disappointed and annoyed.

Ordered a large kebab and large chips and they both came in what a lifetime of take aways has taught me is the smallest container available. Kebab was a single pitta bread. No idea if they simply messed up my order and short changed me or are trying to be cheeky with portion sizes. Either way I was extremely disapointed with the portion size, especially considering I had to order large to get it delivered. I'd hate to see what the small portions are.

Food was fresh and hot, chips were crispy, the vegan menu is fantastic!! My only criticism is the garlic bread was very lacking in the garlic department!

King meal rung me & ask if they swop the flavour of the ice cream, as they had run out of the one I ordered. I was very pleased with king meal

Ordered food on Friday which took over 2 hours to come, couldn't get in touch with the shop, when it finally got delivered the wrong pizza was delivered! I understand that they were busy because of COVID 19 however their service has been awful! And I'm disgusted that they can not refund me(foodhub got in touch with them) for the wrong pizza they had delivered Which we didnt like so unfortunately had to throw away! Save yourself the time and do not order from this takeaway

Ordered two separate pizzas and they both gave us food poisoning, garlic bread was very bland and food wasn’t hot.

Had a meal from Kings Meal on Thursday . Got this drink with my meal . 8 months out of date . Just rang them as i have drank it tonight and just noticed the date . Got no apology . All he wanted was can to go to suppliers . Yes there in the wrong for sending short dates out . But the shop is responsible for not checking the dates before giving them to customers . He was very rude but had a go at me saying i was being unreasonable . I wasnt the one giving out drinks 8 months out of date.

I live local & use this place regularly, sometimes I collect other times get a delivery but most of the time it is great value for money & good quality. If you do ever have a problem the staff are great at sorting it out without any dramas.Nice family run business, give it a try you'll love it

Pizza terrible, Puddings never arrived. Unfortunately was too late to take up at the time, as after closing. King's Meal positively refute our complaint as their cctv proves the items were included! So simply I am lying? as there's no camera footage to prove that we didn't receive them. Shocking service, or lack of.

Pizzas were lovely. The chips and burger were very nice and chips were crispy, still warm by the time we got home.

Never ordering from here again spent £14 and £9 worth went in the bin, chips and onion rings were soggy an I asked for a garlic bread with cheese and mushroom, I got a garlic bread with cheese mushroom and ham, the ham is vile, save ur money don’t order from here, oh the cheeseburgers were ok that’s about it

I ordered the Margherita pizza and it was just a thick, cardboard cheese pizza. The chicken wings were something you could buy from Costco. We were supposed to get free garlic bread with our order but that didn't happen. I couldn't eat the food and it was a waste.

This is my fav place at the moment, delivery driver is friendly and actually talks to you unlike some other places who just grunt,food is always hot and it was delivered 20mins early which was good for me. Only problem I had was I asked for mayo on a wrap and didn't get any, but i can't complain about it as all the food was spot on.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave a good review. All my food was what can only be described as carboardy. It was 40 minutes late I phoned the store and they said it would be 10-15 mins (when it was already late) it then arrived 40 minutes after that. (delivery driver was very nice and apologetic). Assuming because it was out for so long before it got to me it was warm (not hot) and everything was just really chewy. It's sad because the menu sounded so appealing. Unfortunately not a good experience at all. The lady on the phone said you were busy, perhaps in future you should reject orders when you're too busy rather than sending people substandard food. Sorry.

ordered food at five didn't come till after seven pizza and garlic bread were cold and inedible.

postcode took driver to wrong street so food was pretty cold when it arrived and not as nice as it used to be from here

Food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering and was piping hot, tasted lovely!! My only complaint is that I ordered extra cheese to be put on the chips and was given the most minuscule amount of cheese, bit of a joke. Also didn't receive the Fanta with my chicken strips meal which I wasn't too happy about since I paid for it. Would order again but in the hope I'll get a complete order.

There was a mix up with address on my part. Not very friendly when I tried to sort it. All was OK in the end. Stressful.

Arranged for 930,hadnt even started the meal,girl on till was just talking mate,she was also handling cash and then she got a bag of nuggets out the fridge and stuck her hand in the bag to get a portion out,nice, bloke comes in from delivery goes straight in and grabs a wrap with his hands,nice Had to ask whats on my order when its on a ticket above them,food then rushed,no cuecumber,tomato on salad,fatty chips, 20 min wait added my bill then walked off to do something else no apologies,auful

Picked up my food got home for the order to be wrong I paid for chicken & donna wrap and ended up with no chicken in it ?? Also very cold not nice ....
