Burger King in Wirral

I ordered this monstrosity of a meal at 5:50 pm and didnt get it till after 7 pm. not only was it late, it was stone cold. my drink was warmer then my actual meal. chips were rock solid. I don't know how you could possibly call yourselves fast food when I waited over an hour for poor quality food. I will not be returning again. shocking

food was cold, chips are stale and inedible onion rings burnt

Food was barely warm when it arrived.

the loaded chips was more of a dripple of topping and barely any topping on the burger either so was dry. disappointed

whole order is wrong most of the food and drink hasn’t come

4 out of the last 5 orders from this burger king has screwed up the outer in one way or another. get a grip of your staff and double check the orders.

Food was missing and burnt also cold

unfortunately food was lukewarm. this is despite altering it so food would be fresh.

I saw from the tracker that the driver made a massive detour and when he finally arrived he called me on the phone telling me to come outside and was quite rude about it… only for him to be down the road.

Really helpful regarding my son’s sesame allergy, thank you so much…it meant such a lot. We will be back 👍🏼

Amazing customer service from Brandon 🙂 Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is obvious that customer care and satisfaction is important to them. Food was served quickly and was all fresh and hot (unlike Mcdonalds) Thankyou 🙂

Burgers were fine. Chips cold and they forgot the ice cream. All in all a mediocre service.

Went through the drive thru today (Thursday 1st May) about 6.30pm, I didn't catch the name of the guy serving me but 10/10 to him for customer service! He was really friendly and happy to go through the menu with me! Cheered my day up!

Brandon deserves a raise for his very lovely and peppy drive thru responses. Some people phone it in but he put a smile on my face tonight.

Rather good experience all round. Expertly served by a wonderful young gentleman called Brandon. Top class.

Our food was cold on arrival, chips where not cooked properly and there was hardly any chips or sauce with the order. Verg disappointed.

Took my children here , the experience was excellent the staff were polite and quick.

I popped in earlier Easter Sunday asked lovely guy if I could use the loo was really ne and helpful clean tidy store toilets a maculate if I was a meat eater or take away eater I would highly recommend this place

Not impressed at having to pay more by buying items separately to make up the meal. You were stating the meal was unavailable but when I contacted Burger King the staff told me it was available and had recently sold several. Do Just E

Food came wrong. We went into the store and they gave it us wrong again. In the end we got our food.

The burger and fries were stale. My child didn't even eat them. This shouldn't have happened for the money paid.

This is definitely the best Burger King we’ve been to, nice fresh food, a great bunch of staff and my order is order correct whenever we come here. This is how all fast food outlets should be run, the manager does a great job and is a really nice, friendly person.

Called today drive through. Lovely food , lovely staff and the manager is the larger than life Ingrid who is fabulous. Well done all the staff . Xxx

This reasturant can’t follow simple instructions I even stated in the notes to read the order carefully as they missed items off last time and well well well they have missed items of my delivery and also made all my burgers wrong swear it’s not hard won’t b ordering again !!!!!

Completely wrong items delivered, missing items also. Freezing cold, and no straw for the drink also. Phone number doesn’t connect when you call them either. Won’t be ordering from here again and have requested total refund.

Half the order never turned up

Cheesy bacon fries had no cheese or bacon. Chilli heatwave chicken fries had no chilli heatwave flavour. Ordered two original cokes recieved one diet.

Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them especially Ingrid the manager. She always remembers my onions on “plain” cheeseburger 😂 Our go to for lunch when out shopping .

Ordered burger king in bromborough, waited nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered to be told by the uber driver that staff at burger king just don't want to make it. Absolutely shoddy service from a big 'fast' food chain

Clean and tidy, salt napkins and sugar were all fully stocked. Servers were lovely jack Bailey helped out alot, tidying up my rubbish, all with a smile

NEVER DELIVERED AND SAYS DELIVERED WAITING AN HOUR

I visit the store once in awhile while in Bromborough. Food has always been hot and served within a reasonable time. Nice guy called Richie had a smile on his face, asked all customers about their food and eager to help. The restaurant is clean with the restaurant being chilled out. Only downside on this occasion was that drinks machines were limited on flavours (ran out of syrip?) But usually they are funny stocked. Would recommend 👌

Contrary to other reviews about staff, the near bald 45 year old male who has 0 customer service skills let the whole experience down by providing zero help after the self serve tills crashed twice. Always love ordering a third time ....

My experience at this restaurant was amazing. The staff were very helpful and polite, and Ritchie was very helpful and kind enough in assisting with any problems. will definitely be back

Went into Burger King yesterday and was very impressed with the level of service I received from Ingrid and Ritchie. Food came out hot and only had to wait a couple of minutes. I purchased a hot chocolate with Wopper Meal, and the wooden stirrer shaped and broke into the hot chocolate. Ingrid made me another without hesitation. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere upbeat. I could see that the staff team worked very well together. My wife and I look forward to our next visit. Simon & Sarah :-)

I qualified for free item as I spent over £25. so I told burger king in messages but they ignored me and no pop up from just eat for free items. so not to happy as I always order from burger king through your app.

Great food, service was a little on the slow side but worth the wait.

This Burger King is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet customers with a smile. They are very helpful and willing to assist with any questions, making the whole dining experience so enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and the service is top-notch. I’ll definitely come back again!

Thanks to manager Rich for excellent service, Burgerking Bromborough has become our place for a quick service meal, he remembers the adaptions to the meal needed.

put lettuce on it when i asked for none an didn’t give the right burger

Ordered 2 x kids meals - received fries but no main. Ordered halloumi fingers not received. Had to give adults burger to two children in half and left with no food

the driver was rude uncooperative I told him I was disabled and had my baby granddaughter with me but he still made me walk down 2 flights of stairs to get my food then I struggled to get up the stairs with the bag of food I had to leave my granddaughter in the flat alone whilst I went to collect the food I will never order from you again
