Burger King in Wirral

for something that was on time it was cold i knew i should have ordered McDonald's that wasn't burger king that was burger peasant

Staff lovely service great but every time( drive thru Order) the burger (cheese melt) is uneatable been made hrs earlier and the meat is always like literal rubber that's not eatable! Not a one off either

Food missing angus burger meal, 2 milk shakes. Phones all off in store terrible service

Asked for a blue raspberry Fanta and got a red strawberry one instead

Stone cold burger with unmelted cheese. Soggy onion rings. Gross. Fries were the only thing edible.

VERY slow. Not fast food. Cannot order at till. Machine did not print receipt. Self service drinks, no ice in machine. Do not recommend. Staff seemed nice.

Thinks it's horrendous that they tell the drive through customers to park in disabled bays while they wait for there food.

Very impressed with my visit to this Burger King. Spotlessly clean, food nice and hot, very pleasant staff with brilliant Manager. Thankyou, we will be back.

driver knew items were missing and said there was nothing he could do

took near 2 hours to arrive delivery man threw chewing gum on the road beside my house and my coke is missing

Order food on the app at 8:30pm and the store is meant to close at 9pm. Got to the door and they were locked at 8:40 so therefore I was unable to get my food I paid for. This is poor behaviour and not good enough. Do not recommend

The delivery driver did not deliver our order this evening! It's showing as delivered but it definitely wasn't. Your delivery driver has ripped us off!

Came in other and the lad name Richie looked after me and he was so kind and help me used the machines to order my food just want to say thank u to him if any one can pass it on

Wrong order items missing, wrong drinks

After noticing the staff member putting cheese on my hamburger I told her, she opened it up and took the cheese off with her bare hands, and wrapped it back up to give to me,no gloves no utensils. This was In front of me imagine what they do when you can’t see. Cancelled the whole order and got a refund. Won’t be returning here

The place was clean,the food was made to order so it was hot and fresh and the chips were crunchy JUST perfect The toilets were clean and smelt nice Burger king not a cheap place but worth a visit especially this one is well looked after

Just had another great meal at Burger King earlier today. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and quick to get my order out. The place is always clean and had a nice vibe. Overall an excellent experience.

Shocking. Got a burger king delivered on uber eats tonight. Don't think I'll bother again. To start missing a burger straight away, ok user can refund that burger and chips but now I'm left with a family member with no food and paying again for delivery fee. Next the two other chicken burgers were an actual mess not even in the buns. The chips ordered cheesy chips and literally looks like someone has threw a spoonful of cheese across the room to try and land it on the chips and 80% MISSED. Actually paid extra for a bogey worth of cheese... The drinks! 🤣 3 frozen Fanta slush... every single one half empty and not a straw to be seen between the 3 of them. I mean the last order from them was terrible about 2 weeks ago but figured okay It happens, but this one was worse and with food missing. Don't bother with the Bromborough BK just use somewhere else. Useless

Literally thrown together these burgers from here. Missing items, drinks are large cups half filled 🤣 and the cheesy chips haha WHERES THE CHEESE because it looks like you stole the last bit off the mouse and split it between 2 chips. Don't waste your time this place is garbage you'll be lucky to get your order and when you do it's half filled drinks and cheeseless chips

Fantastic service today, ingrid was amazing we missed our number being called but she brought straight to our table and when I asked for extra pickles because there was no option on the screen she replied no problem and brought me some over. The place was lovely and clean and everyone seemed really friendly. Thankyou

Came in yesterday for a meal with the kids before going to the cinema, was so lovely to finally walk in to a clean Burger King. All tables were clean and no rubbish on floor. Even the toilets were spotless! They had the king crowns on the tables which was perfect for the kids l Ordering at the kiosks were so much easier and time effective but was nice to see a staff member around if needed help ! The food not one of us could fault! Kids had chicken nuggets and chips with frozen Fanta and I’ve never seen them so quiet. Double whopper was hot and full with salad and the chips well they are to die for. I’ve been to many burger kings but this one is by far the best! Will be back

Haven't been to burger king for years and used to love it, but went there today and was horrified at the store in bromborough retail park. The store was very unhygienic the tables were never cleaned the staff just sat behind the counters talking to each other the store wasn't even that busy so they had loads of time to go around and clean the tables and floor but they chose not to when we got our food it was Luke warm and the burger looked as flat as a pancake like it's been squashed there was no taste to the burger at all it was like eating cardboard The food is well overpriced for such a disastrous meal I think this place should be shut down Also since I have been back from there an hour and a half later my stomach was in bits I will never eat there again

fries we're freezing cold and the driver made out he didn't know were I was and asked me to come down stairs for the food at the same time he was buzzing my number just to lazy to bring my order up even tho I'm disabled

Burger came with nothing on, no sauce or lettuce, anything. Even the additional toppings I paid for were not on there. If a customer pays for an item, at least have the respect to give it to them

Delivered 15 minutes early, with no chips in either meal. Ice cream was also the wrong flavour. Won’t be going back there again, every time we go or get a delivery the food is either wrong, missing or cold

The food was cold, soggy and looked nothing like the photos online, my elderly mother attempted to complain to burger king directly and they laughed her out of the store. She was so embarrassed and distressed. Really upset my parents on father's day.

Ordered delivery of 4 meals, after a tiring long day in work. Took 50 minutes to delivered which is not the issue, though not ideal. One burger was missing for a £70 order. All the rest of the food was stone cold, and the bottled soft drinks were warm. Standards have sunk into the gutter in this place. Swerve any kind of delivery. It really is not worth it.

Absolutely terrible. Paid £68 and half the order was missing. Missing meals, 3 lots of chips and sauces. Over £35 worth of missing items. This Burger King is an absolute joke. Service is shocking, tried ringing them and of course the number doesn’t work.

Took ages to arrive, then the meal arrived and two drinks and two sets of chips were missing. The drinks had been placed in the same bag as the food, resulting in the drinks being lukewarm and the chips being cold. The burger was ordered without rocket and came with rocket on top and the other burger was squished. Literally every meal was missing at least one item, cold, squished, or not prepared as ordered.

The chips were cold and like chewing on cardboard, the double bacon and cheese XL burger was hard, almost stale, and all of it was cold. Not impressed at all. We’ve had much better service than Burger King than this before.
