Supposed to be a chilli double cheeseburger but I got a single cheeseburger. If I knew I was going to get a single cheeseburger I would’ve ordered 2

need to update your maps. the marker is correct but for some reason everytime it takes the driver through levers industrial estate which doesn't have access to the address. actually getting very annoying now as about 20x this has happened

Absolute joke. If you pre order food they won't give it to you unless you have the phone that made the order.

wrong order was delivered so I had to go without food due to my allergies. I'd ordered veggie dippers Astley are glute & dairy free. but received a cheeseburger which I gave to my colleague. I on the other hand was left with just a box of fries and a drink. Receipt even says veggie dippers on it. very disappointed

my medium fries literally came with about 10 chips in

Delivery was great. My order wasn’t so great. Forgot my drink. Then when I opened the salad box it wasn’t a salad. It was a Big Mac with no bun and no pickles. Very disappointed. I’ve requested a refund for my drink and salad. Everything else was accounted for. Was still warm and my kids enjoyed it. Thank you.

Order was open and missing mutiple items, wasted £40 and only got 2 happy meals, complete joke and needs sorting out, it's not hard to check all the food is in the order before they send it out and it's not hard to be a delivery driver and not open and steal food

3 missing items wouldn't come back out to send missing items and I wasn't able to collect so went without and lost money

Everything arrived cold and hard, like it hadn’t even been cooked in the first place. Don’t know how an order down the road can take over an hour and still be cold.

It took 1 hour for our food to get delivered to our tables. And we didn't even get what we ordered but we had it anyway as this mcdonalds looks like they're stressed out and don't have enough money to pay for staff (a discount on my next order will be nice)

Food was never delivered to my address. No call, no information. Nowhere else was open by the time it was meant to be delivered.

Chips cold, x2. One given 1 straw for 2 drinks. Wrap didn’t follow food insturctions. Asked for only mayo and had lettuce on it, If I pay £22 for an order and half of it is cold or not right. Not good enough

Items missing every time I order. Last time two fries were missing, this time a burger

Drive thru now painfully slow, told to park up every time even for a basic meal, way too many Ubereats orders

Ordered 2 milkshakes and received 2 cokes. No word from the restaurant, poor service.

the chips and nuggets were cold burgers luke warm and drinks were spill in the bag. I would of brought them all back but I do not drive an have a small child . this is why I order for a delivery.

Didn't expect a sausage and egg mcmuffin to take 20mins to only come without the egg. Was ignored by all staff members and received some strange looks from a bearded man (winked as well), until a staff member called Ben Adams acknowledge my concerns and promptly acted in assisting me. Ben rushed and made me a new in 30 seconds and gave me a hash brown to say sorry. Very classy from Ben but shame on the rest of the staff for ignoring me and other customers.

Lots of young adults working there snd seemed more bothered about gossiping,laughing and jocking rather than working. I ordered a banana milk shake and looked as tho it was half chocolate and half banana when I took it bk to ask if it could be changed I was met with a huff and roll of the eyes off the young staff who then slammed the new drink on the counter rather than passing it to me. Also we eat in ordering 2 happy meals and one big mac that we're luckwarm to say the least. Looked more like a youth club behind the counter than a work place needless to say I will not be going back. Total disgrace

Poor service! Packing a burger in a Bacon packing and no courtsey to inform about it. I had to come back and wait for long time to get the food. Such cold response and service! The take away packet was kept out for long, not even bothered to check if the customer was available to pick or not. When I asked about the order, nobody had a clue where the order was, when it was right infront of them
