McDonald's does what they say they'll do. Need i say more.

Great place to have your snacks or midnight snacks. Went here around 10PM love how the place is full of people. And it is cold outside. Fast services from the cre and approachable people. Glad they have the cctv monitor when entering. We enjoyed our burgers, soda and fries!

Customer service is clearly a thing of the past at MacDonalds. No greeting, please or thank you from the drive through operative. Just utter arrogance and contempt. When I asked what drinks they do in the happy meal, the response was “hot and cold drinks”. When I asked her to elaborate she audibly huffed. Someone clearly regretting life choices.

Useless and getting orders right. Come home to open bag to find not what I ordered. 😡

Popped in for Bacon butty and cup of tea. Staff are very friendly and professional.

Once again due to my disability I ordered a treat for the family and paid for delivery. Once again the order was wrong missing one big mac for one of the family. The receipt clearly shows 3 big macs. They are a fast food establishment so staff surely must be expected to work at a fast pace but once again couldn't count from one to three. The service is shocking as they certainly wouldn't treat a customer in person with the same issue but are happy to accept standards like this when delivering orders who can't complain in person then don't answer the phone to correct it

Treat for grandchildren quick service and restaurant being cleaned as people leave

Three times in the last month I’ve drove to this place after work at 1am only to be told they’re not serving food. Maccies hasn’t been fast or cheap in years, now it’s not even convenient, thanks for the wasted petrol.

Most poorly managed McDonald’s in the UK. Orders are always wrong, fries are always soggy, never open when they’re meant to be. It’s a joke. This McDonalds is the reason I will never get a maccies again, I’m more than happy to avoid a company that supports bombing children in the Middle East, and this franchise has pushed me over the edge. Sick of the Golden Arches, sooner this hole is knocked down and replaced the better.

Ordered breakfast for my diabetic daughter to be delivered. She done her insulin only to find there’s no syrup. This isn’t the first time this has happened but is the first time I’ve had a delivery. Can’t get hold of anyone either. Awful - will be requesting a refund

Milkshakes are described as "indulgence in a cup". Most definitely not what they gave me! They used to be thick, practically like ice cream. I've put ours in the freezer!

It's a McDonalds so probably like most others. Service was poor though. About 5 staff standing around in kitchen area and left us standing when all we wanted were some napkins because there were none given with order or available in restaurant. I was given coffee instead of coke and the wrong burger. There were about 6 people eating in at the time and next to nothing in drive-in. Not the best!

The staff are amazing very caring

Busy Saturday evening. Food piping hot... Until I had to go back and ask for missing items. Seems to be happening all the time 🙄

Typical McDonald's you only go there for one reason you like a McDonald's otherwise you wouldn't bother

It was very clean, with sanitiser & spray available to customers (bc of covid). It's really easy to order & pay for your food/drink, the order machines are low enough for wheelchair users, as well as having large text for those who are visually impaired. The staff are very helpful & friendly. There is an accessible entrance with a push button to open the doors.

Ordered a Big Mac medium meal. Stone cold chips. Two chavvy girls arguing through the hatch. Language appalling. No receipt given. So to summarise: Poor attitude of staff, cold food and no receipt

Not hot, wrap was quite small in comparison to a kfc wrap, no hot chocolate or chocolate milkshakes available.

Items missing from McDelivery and the restaurant does not answer the phone. No way on the app to resolve the problem either.

Visited store after putting stuff into storage over the road and wished I never ate here. Staff were rude and could hear swearing in the back and waited for 20 mins for my food which looked like its just been slapped on, asked for burger to be replaced and was dealt with a death stare and the employee shouting over to another make another burger for him. Won't be returning!

Definitely one of the better McDonald's on the Wirral.

As with almost all McDonald's, they get something wrong with the order. Ordered the share box of nuggets and chicken pieces that come with 4 sauces. Chose the sauces. And guess what... no sauces in the bag. Happens near enough every time

Delivery. Absolute awful service. Half the food didn't come !! Wouldn't refund an wouldn't give us the food that should have came. Staff laughing the background as we're trying to sort it out over the phone ! They also don't check the bags they weigh them !! Need to do there jobs properly!! Bromborough mcdonalds are awful !!

Stone cold, our drinks were warmer than the food

The delivery driver was friendly and came into the building and delivered the food straight to my flat door. Much appreciated.

Absolutely awful, didn’t get the right order. Had to drive to McDonald’s myself and even then they got the order wrong and I had to wait for ages, food was cold by the time they had sorted it.

Orders missing time and time again over the years, final nail in the coffin we ordered via uber, half the order missing, 1hr and 20 mins for delivery, the food was cold the ice creams where melted. 2 Big Macs several fries and drinks missing. We rang uber to be told that we where 3 mins outside the acceptable delivery time frame and the refunded us £9.99 (which didn’t cover the missing items). Genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s in the uk

we live in Bromborough rake the driver went all the way to Rock Ferry and when it's come the food is cold I would like to have a get my money back or send another order let me know ASAP

My nana got me a MacDonald’s then the delivery person put it on the step ran off and jumped over the garden wall then got into the car I wasn’t very happy with that

absolutely disgusted I use this service at least twice a week .this time my order didn't arrive when it said it was delivered. I emailed twice and I was told I couldn't have a refund .I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on

Long wait after drive through ordering. Served ice cream first and was totally melted when meal arrived.

Scheduled order for 1:20pm food arrived at 1:50 all food was cold, one drink didnt arrive, one drink was half empty and had spilled all over the bag, no pickles on burger when extra were added, chips didnt arrive, grilled chicken came crispy, brownie didnt arrive. Very disappointed mcdonalds

Not very good the driver wouldn’t pass the food and it all was cold by the time he accepted we didn’t have a code his language was not English and felt sorry for the guy just doing his job but our food was cold and have requested a refund but heard nothing may not order again as they’re always seems to be an issue

Got a deliveroo for McDonald’s last night order over 28.00 foreign gentleman in red car came with 2 drinks no meals all food missing put them on step knocked and ran back to car I chased him and asked where is all the food erm they not give it me told me to bring these and leave drinks were given back to him this is the 4 th time we have had this from bromborough no food just drinks and expect you to pay then they do not answer phone save your money and avoid

We ordered 2 meals and on both of them the chips where cold.

It took 1 hour on the phone to the just eat driver who, didn’t know how to speak English and didn’t know how to use a satnav trying to direct him to my property, to walk 20 minutes to him to get my order.

Food cold and syrup missing and has been missing the past two times we have ordered from here

Delivery driver gave me my drinks however it was leaking out the bottom, when I opened the bag the drinks lids had fell off and there was no liquid in either of them. Missing my hash brown also.

The chips were cold and the order was wrong. Cookie instead of a brownie, no sweet chilli dip and extra chicken nuggets which we didn't eat because we don't eat meat.

Missing items - McDonald’s staff error not just eat

Thought I was getting a macdonalds milkshake, one of the main reasons I ordered, not a small carton of flavour milk.

5/3/24 See the people serving in the drive through still busy on Facebook 20/3/24 - Drive through counter staff must be bored, working hard on WhatsApp this morning Another queue at the drive through waiting for someone, sorry wouldn't of used it if i was keeping staff members off Facebook again 12/06/24 On WhatsApp again 27/8/24 Using WhatsApp behind the counter while working - only went in because they messed up my order using the drive through 17/9/24 Maybe employ people that want to work in a drive through, hopefully she gone tomorrow

Order delivery time kept getting pushed back. Chips were freezing and uncooked, fresh out the fridge. Went straight through my partner. Ordered a milkshake and received a primary school box of milk.
