5/3/24 See the people serving in the drive through still busy on Facebook 20/3/24 - Drive through counter staff must be bored, working hard on WhatsApp this morning Another queue at the drive through waiting for someone, sorry wouldn't of used it if i was keeping staff members off Facebook again 12/06/24 On WhatsApp again 27/8/24 Using WhatsApp behind the counter while working - only went in because they messed up my order using the drive through 17/9/24 Maybe employ people that want to work in a drive through, hopefully she gone tomorrow

Super busy with the kids still being off school, but the staff were still smiling and banging out the orders.

This was the bromborough location nice and clean and well kept food was the freshest I've had from a McDonald's all piping hot and fresh crispy fries quick and efficient 😋

It's McDonald's so you know what your getting. This one actually gives you hot fries, and the orders are all there.

It's maccies ,food differs day to day warm, cold dry,soggy over/ under cooked to greasy Overall still OK

My wife loves a mouth full of sausage and cleaning up the sauce after. She was very happy with the sausage and sauce provided.

Dreadful delivery service. 3 orders in a row missing food, latest order sent less than half of the meal ordered. Also don’t pick up the phone when you try to call them to get it corrected.

Very polite service. Quick service, didn't wait long at all for the food we ordered.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 15 minutes for 1 happy meal. The staff just sat there talking while my food was sat in the hatch. And it’s the same every time. More interested in Deliveroo orders

Quick food eaten quickly to stave my hunger at breakfast time

Tried unsuccessfully to use their computer and due to their lack decency went away hungry

For a quick pit stop and breakfast it hit the spot,the staff were very nice and the area clean

your driver.so nasty towards me....he kept ringing me saying I'm round the back.....I said I'm at the front he said OK.....I ywent stood outside he never came ......when he did arrive he came down the road ..... how does that work out...... then he was nasty towards me .....I will sort it out

got my order and there's no burger on my batch it's just a plain batch on its own .

i ordered a mc chicken with EXTRA LETTUCE, tell me why there is no lettuce on my burger. i also ordered a MAYO chicken, there is NO MAYO. not too happy delivery driver was nice though

We went early to take my grandkids for breakfast on their last day of school, and I have to be honest, I am not a fan of the automated ordering. I prefer face to face, and although there were staff, the majority were in the kitchen and avoided eye contact when I was waiting at the till to order. It took another member of staff who was cleaning the restaurant area to ask someone to come to the tills to serve.

My food was picked up about 20 past and didn’t get delivered till 10 to I have screenshots to show how far he traveled before he got to me. The driver had accepted way to many orders or accepted ones way to far from each other so by the time he got to me everything’s was barely luke warm chips were soggy and barely edible.

missed a burger on how hard can it really be ?

The lovely lovely man who delivered my order was such a sweetheart. He seemed so gentle as he saw my “don’t knock” on my order. Give this man a raise. He is such a sweetheart and i would order 1000 times again if he delivered.

Delivery was great. Food was cold. Get it sorted McDonnells. Other places seem to be able to deliver food that is fit for purpose. Maybe you should sack your driver

Why does it take 20 minutes for the drive through to make one burger ? Full of staff that have barely hit puberty swearing and screaming in the kitchen! Place is ran by kids. Often if you use the drive through , you get asked to pull up in a bay to wait even for a McFlurry which will take 15 minutes to get to you. There’s been times that staff have actually forgot about me waiting and I’ve had to go in. Often get given wrong order. Place never used to be like this but for the last two years it’s seriously gone to the pits. Quicker to find a cow , slay it and make your own burgers!

Half the order was missing. The driver said they'd lost the order?? The receipt issued did not match what I'd paid for ( only half the food was on it)

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. DRIVER MADE NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. NO KNOCK NO PHONE CALL, JUST TOOK ORDER AND LEFT. I WATCHED MAP UPDATE TO DELIVERED YET STILL NO FOOD!!! POOR SERVICE! POOR DELIVERY AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So I post alot of Positive reviews on Google which are my true thoughts and feelings on my experiences. So Yesterday me and My Fiancee picked up our Daughter from the nearby Village Hotel and due to the drive through being so busy we thought it would be quicker to Park and go inside to get our food. Huge mistake, We ended up ordering 2x Double Sausage and Egg Muffin as a meal with Coke and Hash brown and a bottle of Fresh Orange. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes to finally receive our food order.

Wrong order and no care to ever check they had the right food. Too h busy wanting to move on the next delivery

Often pop in if out later than usual it's quick hot and edible which is hard to find round here although coffee was just warm but drinkable

Just opened my Oder after driving home.my order was 2 plain cheese burgers.this is what I got.when I get back there tomorrow I will be expecting a full refund or a new order.i feel so sorry for all the locals they mess orders all the time and nothing is done about it.

If there are multiple items ordered by verbal communication I can understand some miss communication but when making an order from text which is all ready set out so it’s a case of inputting a number of said item… I am confused how this is complicated and how an order can be so wrong…

Chips were cold and stale, other food was fine. Forgot the sauces.

placed order on the app, collection at restaurant, waited 20 mins for meal to arrive. had to complain, chips were cold, fizzy drink was flat, burger looked as though someone had sat on it. galaxy/raspberry hot pie, was barely luke warm.

no dips at all with nugget share box. also delivered a carton of strawberry flavoured milk and a carton of milk instead of a strawberry milkshake

Shocking! One double quarter pounder was a single neither had bacon or onions on! All cold. All late! What even?!
