Don’t know how to answer the phone.

Items missing every time I order. Last time two fries were missing, this time a burger

Drive thru now painfully slow, told to park up every time even for a basic meal, way too many Ubereats orders

the chips and nuggets were cold burgers luke warm and drinks were spill in the bag. I would of brought them all back but I do not drive an have a small child . this is why I order for a delivery.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and received 2 cokes. No word from the restaurant, poor service.

Didn't expect a sausage and egg mcmuffin to take 20mins to only come without the egg. Was ignored by all staff members and received some strange looks from a bearded man (winked as well), until a staff member called Ben Adams acknowledge my concerns and promptly acted in assisting me. Ben rushed and made me a new in 30 seconds and gave me a hash brown to say sorry. Very classy from Ben but shame on the rest of the staff for ignoring me and other customers.

On time but changed time slot after ordering,Food cold and no dip and asked for zero sugar sprite and got normal sprite !!

Lots of young adults working there snd seemed more bothered about gossiping,laughing and jocking rather than working. I ordered a banana milk shake and looked as tho it was half chocolate and half banana when I took it bk to ask if it could be changed I was met with a huff and roll of the eyes off the young staff who then slammed the new drink on the counter rather than passing it to me. Also we eat in ordering 2 happy meals and one big mac that we're luckwarm to say the least. Looked more like a youth club behind the counter than a work place needless to say I will not be going back. Total disgrace

only half of the order arrived and was told it was a multi-dleivery, unsure why, thus part never came.

forgot parts of my order also I wanted burger with no bun just the burger with some pickles got sent a box of pickles haha who wants to pay almost £7 for a box of pickles absolute joke

Poor service! Packing a burger in a Bacon packing and no courtsey to inform about it. I had to come back and wait for long time to get the food. Such cold response and service! The take away packet was kept out for long, not even bothered to check if the customer was available to pick or not. When I asked about the order, nobody had a clue where the order was, when it was right infront of them

Great place to have your snacks or midnight snacks. Went here around 10PM love how the place is full of people. And it is cold outside. Fast services from the cre and approachable people. Glad they have the cctv monitor when entering. We enjoyed our burgers, soda and fries!

Customer service is clearly a thing of the past at MacDonalds. No greeting, please or thank you from the drive through operative. Just utter arrogance and contempt. When I asked what drinks they do in the happy meal, the response was “hot and cold drinks”. When I asked her to elaborate she audibly huffed. Someone clearly regretting life choices.

Food was still at a good temperature and bear in mind it’s -2 degrees outside. Up there with the top delivery’s I’ve had from McDonald’s

driver was rude and shouted at me to open the door when he was at the end of the path I can buzz anyone in to my block until the buzz on he was extremely rude and just grunted at me ..plus the food is barely hot

order placed at 18.05hrs. Arrived 19.25hrs almost 11/2 hours. According to Google Maps Brombough McDonald's 11/2 miles and travel time shown as 6 minutes. Meal, Burger Luke warm and fries Stone Cold. With updates provided I believe driver took approximately 1 hour to deliver for a 11/2 mile distance from restaurant to my home making me late for my appointment at 19.30hrs. With Cold meal and wait time NOT IMPRESSED. If this was the first order I definitely would not use 'Just Eat' to delive

took over 2 hours to arrive however we appreciate that the weather was awful. delivery driver was very nice

Missing items and refused refund

driver couldn’t find the house but was stood directly outsdie it so i had to leave my house and try find him then he parked half way down the road and went to deliver it to another house instead of my house

food was cold and arrived late. delivery time kept changing at one point it was estimated an hour and 30mins wait. eventually arrived an hour late

Filthy dirty place to eat, tables sitting area food all over the floors will not be going there again !!!!

Once again due to my disability I ordered a treat for the family and paid for delivery. Once again the order was wrong missing one big mac for one of the family. The receipt clearly shows 3 big macs. They are a fast food establishment so staff surely must be expected to work at a fast pace but once again couldn't count from one to three. The service is shocking as they certainly wouldn't treat a customer in person with the same issue but are happy to accept standards like this when delivering orders who can't complain in person then don't answer the phone to correct it

Ordered was absolutely freezing and most of it was damaged to the drink not having the lid on. So burgers and chips thrown in the bin. Won’t be ordered again!!

The worst I've ever had. now I dont expect the food from maccies to be steaming hot when it arrives. but could tell it had been sitting for a good while before being sent out. Would give less then 1 star if I could.

Most poorly managed McDonald’s in the UK. Orders are always wrong, fries are always soggy, never open when they’re meant to be. It’s a joke. This McDonalds is the reason I will never get a maccies again, I’m more than happy to avoid a company that supports bombing children in the Middle East, and this franchise has pushed me over the edge. Sick of the Golden Arches, sooner this hole is knocked down and replaced the better.

Three times in the last month I’ve drove to this place after work at 1am only to be told they’re not serving food. Maccies hasn’t been fast or cheap in years, now it’s not even convenient, thanks for the wasted petrol.

Ordered at 12 and didn’t get delivered until 12:50. The food was cold - had to microwave to reheat it which was a shame.

driver was called George, he just opened the gate to my garden and walked into my property. absolute disgrace, never open a door so someone's property and walk in.

I wish i knew my delivery drivers name to tell you how incredible and generous he was. My coke had split in the back of the car and he was the sweetest and most accommodating person and offered to run to the shop for me. Definitely deserves some kind of amazing recognition!

Ordered breakfast for my diabetic daughter to be delivered. She done her insulin only to find there’s no syrup. This isn’t the first time this has happened but is the first time I’ve had a delivery. Can’t get hold of anyone either. Awful - will be requesting a refund

Coca Colas came empty with it all spit out in the bag. Fries were half empty. This is wasteful of my money and im very disappointed. I demand a refund immediately.
