Victoria Kebab & Pizza House in Wirral

I ordered a kebab waited a hour for a donner kebab to be delivered what I'm not really bothered about but the quality of the kebab was horrendous there wasn't a single piece of soft meat on it every piece was hard and crispy. There was actually a burnt black rock hard piece of meat. Needles to say the kebab went in the bin

Poor delivery waited over an hour after phone call and still waiting won't order again

Food was bit later couse the food ball was on but lovely food

After the complete refit it's a pleasure to go there

I went to this place because it is by my school and I went because of my school play matilda I went with my friends and omg these chips are the best chips I have ever had and the amount of cheese they but on very generous I went every time I dis the show 100% recommended

I have used this place for years and after the order being wrong tonight I rang up only to be shouted at and verbal abused by the staff I will NEVER order from here again! They should be ashamed of themselves...... disgraceful

I ordered 21.39 although it’s around the corner and I appreciate it being Friday night but yummies in town would have already delivered by now and it’s now 22.48 not for me sorry

Placed order online. Went to pick up at required time. Got there, confirmed order, then got told it would get started then so had to wait. Got home, to find order not complete. They said they would deliver missing part. I told them by the time it comes, the food would be cold, to have replied back to me "just pop it in the microwave" - which is not possible as it had salad on it. Missing part turns up 30 mins late, and alls I got was an apology and I should of went back to collect my missing item. Been going for years but will never return after that poor service

Forget any negative comments, I have always had top service from these guys for many years. The pizzas always taste fresh and way better than Dominoes or any of the other overrated chains. Kebabs are also delicious. One time the guy cooked and delivered my food on a busy bank holiday 5 mins before closing time, and I know he didn't have to. Great take away.

Felt really uncomfortable walking in and the staff were incredibly rude. On a side note don't ask to pay with card as he charges an extra 50p with no mention of it anywhere else. Will not be coming back!

Made order online and didnt deliver then when i called the guy was very rude and hung up the phone then called me back and then hung up the phone again i will not order from here ever again rude !

Always arrives before it’s estimated time Food is always spot on Just received our order for free with the loyalty card and two free cokes with it Always so kind and polite when delivering Will always keep coming back

Bought a large chicken kebab (with salad and sauces) and a large portion of chips. Food was fresh and tasty and came to £10. Easily fed two people. 👍

Ordered for 1st time don’t get me wrong what I had was nice but t wrong order , I ordered dinner and lamb but chicken and lamb arrived after 1hr 20 minutes and I hate chicken , I called to tell them and they hung up not what I expected sorry won’t order again

Got a hot n spicy pizza from there tnite.....it wasn't very nice nor spicy...big let down,place has gone downhill since last owners left.

The best kebab shop in the area. Staff always friendly and can have a laugh. Food is well cooked and well prepared. Only downfall is.. you might get fat!!

It's just not as good as it used to be . Kebabs aren't as nice and service is slow and always get the order wrong if I ring ahead.still to be fair it's still better than most off kebabs places in the area.

It's like no one won'ts to pick up the phone rang about 20 times and the best of it is thay wos on the phone not two mins b4 save ur money kids get it from some were eles cos the food is below average and the waiting time is a joke

Kebab cold and over cooked,pizza burnt to a crisp.never ordering from here again,the food has detiorated since it's been took over.what a shame😟

Best kebab round here. Ordered a mixed kebab and it instantly cured my heart disease.

Pittta bread cold and uncooked..Chicken cold and not much of.Hardly any salad.When you are hungry and waiting for your supper and get this pathetic chicken kebab at a rip off price you really don't go back again..(Just checked my change actually and I was short changed by £1 50))..Don't go there is my advice.It has new owners as in the past it was a top Notch kebab place...

When you are waiting for something to eat for your supper and you are presented with the most pathetic kebab I have ever experienced and also ripped off with your change you get a bit downhearted. I was given what was meant to be a chicken kebab which was totally cold very very small.. the pita breads were not cooked at all there was hardly any salad or chicken (which was stone cold) it was just a huge let down and rip off I advised anybody not to go there. I went because in the past it had been a really good kebab place but this looked like new people there and it was absolutely shockingly bad.. bordering on criminal. I would advise anybody not to go there.

Beef and chicken burgers were lovely but wasnt too keen on the kebab meat. Worth a try though

Always wonderful food everytime I've ordered staff are friendly and nice and their garlic bread and cheese is great not dry but not greasy either it's just right and they're very genourous with the cheese on their cheese and chips would definitely recommend

Only person in shop, got my order wrong then buttoned me when I got home and rang. They have changed owners recently do not go there incompetent to say the least no delivery drivers going on or out only my order kebab and chips and they got it wrong.

Not good ! Girl friend was up all throw the night , had the run's with the only thing she had eaten all day ( doner kebab). I was lucky, because I didn't fancy 5 hours on my exercise bike burning 2000 calories off " so I past !. Shame really because this was a good shop with good food in the past 👎

Highly recommend fresh food and fast delivery.

This used to be the best place to eat when the Kurt family owned it, now its owned by Yummies, they have cheap and poor quality meat and other food, the food has changed and the service has changed, both are very poor and sub standard. They try to run it like yummies, where quality doesnt matter.

Easily one of the best places to call when it's takeaway time. Staff are always helpful and friendly, food is brilliant and the delivery drivers are always great and friendly. Never had an issue here in the best 3 years. Love it 👍👍

We have ordered from here on a weekly basis for a few years. Lovely staff and lovely food. We tried a few places prior to here but now we stick to what we know and it's good food and good service 😁

We phoned tonight to place a food order my daughter works for nhs in theatre she placed a order and mentioned she worked for nhs .. they discounted our food and we’re very helpful wot a great team during this crisis we’re going through Thankyou very much .. pizza was the best 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Well wat can i say best place ever n8cest ive had by far garlic bread with cheese dn exactly how u ask an sonner meat beautiful an delivery spot on 5hums up from me never disappointed 👌👌👌👌

Only been here once but they messed up my kofte kebab order by not putting the chilli sauce on it. It wasn't a very nice kofte either. Won't be going back here again.

Well i ate a burger Saturday night from here first time as everyone told me it was nice. Now I've spent the past 2 nights in hospital on a drip with really bad food poisoning safe to say i won't be eating there again

The food hear was awful it went straight in the bin. After one bite hope i dont have food posing. Friends and family or very drunk people have written all these reviews. I will be reporting to council food agency. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH EAT ELSEWHERE.

its a great place to go if you want a chippy and you don't want to go full out but its also a great place to go full out and by far an amzing chippy in the local area

Great friendly staff. Won't be waiting longer than 10mins for your food and it always tastes great, only complaint would be that they give you too much! Can barely finish half of what I get. Would be nice to pay less for less rather than chucking most of it in the bin the next morning.

Ordered food from here last night and it was honestly disgusting asked for lettuce on a cheese burger an it came full of purple dyed stuff, also no cheese on chips even though asked for it, chips had been smothered in salt making them unedible burger was full of hard bits had two bites an the food went in the bin, ordered because it was highly recommended but will never do it again!!!!

Our favourite kebab/pizza place. We've tried a few other places; most have been decent, but we really like the pizzas from here. Just something about the dough! It's so tasty, with plenty of topping. Chicken kebabs are also tasty. Staff are really nice. Used this place for years - always been spot on for us.

The man on the phone wasn't paying any attention, we had to repeat the order 3 times. He then got the address wrong and had to correct him. Order took over an hour to arrive, considering it's only round the corner a bit of warning would of been nice it would take so long. Had we know the wait would be so long we would have walked and collected! When the food finally arrived it was not as ordered, received kebabs when we ordered wraps! Chips & cheese arrived stone cold, absolutely inedible. Very disappointed, would normally leave a review on justeat but they are not in fact on there even though they are advertised on Google! Went here on Monday and food was just as ordered and maybe you have to go in and collect to receive good service as we only waited 15 mins and got just as asked. Even though we were told on the phone the same thing we ordered on Monday would not 'fit in a wrap'

Top quality banter between the staff, i had naughty chicken kebab with spicy mayo. It was scrumptious, would highly recommend to any kebab loving people,.

The food was over priced and wasn't very nice would never recommend or use this place again and order was wrong.first and last time I will waste my money in this place very disappointed.

Disguested that I have been on the phone since 7.30 and no one can pick up the phone but when I ring back it's engaged! I always order deliveries from here but after this I'll be looking else where very disappointed and disguested
