All food was cold had to put it in microwave time kept being put further back

Food was cold half chips where missing

driver left food on freezing cold step. opened door . he only came back because he hadnt got code of me. food cold because wasn't in insulated delivery bag. sorry I tipped him upfront now. doesn't deserve a wage never mind a tip.

Love this burger king, best one on the Wirral by far. Would definitely recommend and in such a good spot! Service is great amd staff are always lovely.

Quick delivery even took note of removing unwanted item from burger as usual these establishments when getting a delivery just make it as is comes then you have to deal with all the messing around as order is wrong keep it up thank you

Ordered for my parents, wasn’t delivered messaged just eat and was told it was delivered and left on the doorstep i asked for evidence photos etc no reply fobbed off by just eat won’t be ordering again thank you

PLEASE BRING BACK THE STRAWBERRY DR PEPPER IT'S THE ONLY REASON I EVER ORDERED THERE 😭😭😭😭😭😭 GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE, fries are a bit hit and miss, some cook with and without the salt and it makes a different to how they cook :S I believe it's better cooked with the salt although I don't prefer to eat salt in general. I witnessed chavs getting kicked out that's always a plus for me ❤️ they couldn't afford whoppers if they wanted one. the travel Lodge is across the restaurant if they need a place to squat. All in all sincerely the Burger king costumer 9000.

the man who was delivering my food didn't bother to go around the back of the flats where I work. He was foreign as he didn't understand my texts and was texting back in another language. I then saw his icon move and he clicked delivered order. I did not receive any of my food and I am left starving. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't find the people who do this because this happened more than once. I want a full refund please.

There re nearly always missing items - this time it was the Onion Rings

delivery driver was brilliant. I made a mistake and the driver went out his way to deliver to the correct address.

One of the best burger kings in my opinion. I haven’t been in a while but as always my experience was perfect. I was served by Katie with a big smile. My food was hot and fresh. I recommend the chilli bites the cheese is cheesing 😊

Went in for lunch with my wife. We were both pleasantly surprised by how good the food was as we don't normally go for BK. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Visited new Brighton with my grandchildren on Monday 6th October after going to the cinema,our server was Katie,she was so lovely asking my grandchildren what they had seen,said she had children the same age,all the food was perfect,hot and tasty just what we ordered. They want to know if we can go back again soon....and told them it's a yes

I went in as a treat for my four kids. The staff were very polite and even took the time to chat to us all. The food was amazing, especially with four fussy eaters.

Food delivered fine but haveing to go an find a delivery code for the driver is a pain couldnt get food with out it an didnt no what it was when asked . I would remove this feature

Popped in before seeing a play at the Floral Pavilion (Sept 20th 2024). Great service and staff. Our order was fresh and we could see the staff making it. It's the best BK we've had to date 👍🏻

There was no issue with the delivery driver he was really fast and very polite at the door. The food was terrible no salad or tomato’s on my burger just a mile of mayonnaise slopped with cheese. Absolutely disgusting considering that was supposed to be a gourmet burger!

As burger kings go we found it to be delicious. Probably best BK I've been too, service was fast and can't fault the staff or the venue at all

Order shows delivered. Not turned up. Second time this has happened. Only option is to record it as missing through JustEat and get a refund. Doesn't replace the missing food. Wouldn't bother, go somewhere else.

Really positive experience one of my family members has allergies , My server Amelia was lovely so helpful , gave all the information needed and lots of reassurance. She could not have done anymore.

Really enjoyed my experience had a bit of trouble with the touch screen menu but was expertly and politely helped by Amelia. Will recommend and definitely come again .

Went here a couple of days ago and was served by someone named Jordan I think his name was, was polite to me and my girlfriend and my order was spot on, couldn’t complain, received a much better service than every other fast food places I’ve been too, couldn’t of asked for a better service

Rarely eat here but for the few times I have been it’s always a fast and pleasant service. One staff member in particular called Jordan has served me a number of times; a very smiley and polite young man. The food is decent also, overall good experiences eating in this establishment.

Went today with my grandchildren aged 9 and 22 months. Bought them a happy meal or burger Kings own for kids. With this uou get a capri sun drink. The baby struggled trying to drink it so I nicely asked if I cud av a cardboard cup so I cud transfer his drink into it. But was told I'd have to pay for cup. Are they Avington a tin bath. Just paid nearly £28 for my meal and they want me to pay fir a cardboard cup. Was fuming. Your burger was cold and disgusting. Didn't complain bout that. Your food is vile.. I will never visit that place again. Get a grip burger king. Pay for a cardboard cup. You money grabbing bleep...

Missing items again!!! Why can’t you add chips!

was sat in there with two other friends and a man vomited and all the staff did was hand him a bucket and let him stay there. i find that very unhygienic and they should’ve got him out immediately but instead i was the one who left because nobody who is eating wants to sit near that.

After asking a staff member if my dog was allowed in as I am dyslexic so can’t read the sign he was rude and wouldn’t even look me in the eyes instead of telling me politely I felt he had an aggressive tone will not be back.
