Burger King in Wirral

Very busy during the school holidays, but great service!

Just like to say how helpful and cheerful where the members of staff where when we visited tday polite helpful nothing was a bother to them great young people.

Ordered meals for 4 people and never even showed up. Might want a word with your delivery people.

Needed a quick bite before a show. Should’ve looked at the reviews and gone to a chippy. Cold food and staff don’t care. Avoid.

Odered via uber eats £47 for 3 meals !! Cold and inedible - double cheeseburgers were about the size of a kids burger. Cost for these was absolutely terrible value. Restaurant had closed by the time we got order, uber eats complaint process is horrendous - they close as resolved despite only having sent a templated message. Not using ever again (BK or Uber eats).

Luke warm burger, loaded fries also Luke warm and a very small amount. have gad them in a restaurant and there were a lot more.

Probably due to cold weather and the distance but the food was cold on arrival. Once reheated, it was really nice though a bit expensive

this order was ridiculous for a near £30 price I didn't expect to be having to microwave everything, burgers freezing, loaded fries freezing and after receiving your message re: freebie Friday, and requesting free chilli cheese bites, thry weren't in the order How could it be so hard to get the full requested items and get stone cold food for the price

as usual, the food is delivered hot and on time. Chicken Royale is my favourite and never disappointed.

Driver read delivery instructions so food hot normally others don’t so food cold

Love this burger king, best one on the Wirral by far. Would definitely recommend and in such a good spot! Service is great amd staff are always lovely.

driver left food on freezing cold step. opened door . he only came back because he hadnt got code of me. food cold because wasn't in insulated delivery bag. sorry I tipped him upfront now. doesn't deserve a wage never mind a tip.

Living up to its name, fast food, staff are very welcoming too

Quick delivery even took note of removing unwanted item from burger as usual these establishments when getting a delivery just make it as is comes then you have to deal with all the messing around as order is wrong keep it up thank you

Ordered for my parents, wasn’t delivered messaged just eat and was told it was delivered and left on the doorstep i asked for evidence photos etc no reply fobbed off by just eat won’t be ordering again thank you

PLEASE BRING BACK THE STRAWBERRY DR PEPPER IT'S THE ONLY REASON I EVER ORDERED THERE 😭😭😭😭😭😭 GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE, fries are a bit hit and miss, some cook with and without the salt and it makes a different to how they cook :S I believe it's better cooked with the salt although I don't prefer to eat salt in general. I witnessed chavs getting kicked out that's always a plus for me ❤️ they couldn't afford whoppers if they wanted one. the travel Lodge is across the restaurant if they need a place to squat. All in all sincerely the Burger king costumer 9000.

There re nearly always missing items - this time it was the Onion Rings

the man who was delivering my food didn't bother to go around the back of the flats where I work. He was foreign as he didn't understand my texts and was texting back in another language. I then saw his icon move and he clicked delivered order. I did not receive any of my food and I am left starving. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't find the people who do this because this happened more than once. I want a full refund please.

delivery driver was brilliant. I made a mistake and the driver went out his way to deliver to the correct address.

Excellent-a lovely surprise! We rarely eat fast food but this place may change our minds. We popped in after the Gyles Brandreth gig at the Pavilion expecting a mediocre experience. It was late, they were closing up and must have just wanted to go home. We were hungry. It was a Monday night and not much was open. Very pleasant service, OK, chips a bit salty but still enjoyable. Oh the burgers! 2 Whoppers and absolutely wonderful. So tasty. We often go to events at The Floral Pavilion- I think a post event burger might become a regular part of our trip out. Big thumbs up to the staff that evening.

I only received part of my order, which keeps happening. I'm not ordering from here again.

Really good experience with my kids, staff very friendly, food was really nice and atmosphere was nice and chilled.

One of the best burger kings in my opinion. I haven’t been in a while but as always my experience was perfect. I was served by Katie with a big smile. My food was hot and fresh. I recommend the chilli bites the cheese is cheesing 😊

I went in as a treat for my four kids. The staff were very polite and even took the time to chat to us all. The food was amazing, especially with four fussy eaters.

Visited new Brighton with my grandchildren on Monday 6th October after going to the cinema,our server was Katie,she was so lovely asking my grandchildren what they had seen,said she had children the same age,all the food was perfect,hot and tasty just what we ordered. They want to know if we can go back again soon....and told them it's a yes

Went in for lunch with my wife. We were both pleasantly surprised by how good the food was as we don't normally go for BK. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Visited recently with family. Food was great, served quickly by katie who was friendly and went out of her way to keep kids happy. Would highly recommend this burger king.

Popped in before seeing a play at the Floral Pavilion (Sept 20th 2024). Great service and staff. Our order was fresh and we could see the staff making it. It's the best BK we've had to date 👍🏻

Oh well boy oh boy lovely place lovely staff I had a whopper meal with a coke and it was beautiful it made the hairs stand up on my arms ! I felt replenished and revitalised full of protein thank you Burger King 👑

There was no issue with the delivery driver he was really fast and very polite at the door. The food was terrible no salad or tomato’s on my burger just a mile of mayonnaise slopped with cheese. Absolutely disgusting considering that was supposed to be a gourmet burger!

Second time ordering from here, first time missing all fries and a burger then second time no fries again!!! Not good service and not exactly cheap when 5 meals have missing items!

As burger kings go we found it to be delicious. Probably best BK I've been too, service was fast and can't fault the staff or the venue at all

My delivery driver was very nice and very friendly!

Order shows delivered. Not turned up. Second time this has happened. Only option is to record it as missing through JustEat and get a refund. Doesn't replace the missing food. Wouldn't bother, go somewhere else.

Really positive experience one of my family members has allergies , My server Amelia was lovely so helpful , gave all the information needed and lots of reassurance. She could not have done anymore.

Really enjoyed my experience had a bit of trouble with the touch screen menu but was expertly and politely helped by Amelia. Will recommend and definitely come again .

My order came to £27 and it seemed a lot for what I received not happy with my order at all

The burgers are fine, but the chips were cold as if they were just been left out and then just reheated slightly disappointed because they usually very very good
