Oh well boy oh boy lovely place lovely staff I had a whopper meal with a coke and it was beautiful it made the hairs stand up on my arms ! I felt replenished and revitalised full of protein thank you Burger King 👑

Really enjoyed my experience had a bit of trouble with the touch screen menu but was expertly and politely helped by Amelia. Will recommend and definitely come again .

Really positive experience one of my family members has allergies , My server Amelia was lovely so helpful , gave all the information needed and lots of reassurance. She could not have done anymore.

Cold food and warm bottle of coke

twice I have ordered and items missing and no one answering the phone not at all happy .

The burgers are fine, but the chips were cold as if they were just been left out and then just reheated slightly disappointed because they usually very very good

Order wrong and cold. One meal had mayo when it when it was requested to be removed. Other meal was entirely wrong.

i went to burger king today and ordered the bacon cheesy loaded fries and found a hair stuck in the cheese. i was on a date with my boyfriend and this completely RUINED my date

Went here a couple of days ago and was served by someone named Jordan I think his name was, was polite to me and my girlfriend and my order was spot on, couldn’t complain, received a much better service than every other fast food places I’ve been too, couldn’t of asked for a better service

Poor man was given paper bags to deliver drinks in the pouring rain drinks and food got wet through

Rarely eat here but for the few times I have been it’s always a fast and pleasant service. One staff member in particular called Jordan has served me a number of times; a very smiley and polite young man. The food is decent also, overall good experiences eating in this establishment.

Went today with my grandchildren aged 9 and 22 months. Bought them a happy meal or burger Kings own for kids. With this uou get a capri sun drink. The baby struggled trying to drink it so I nicely asked if I cud av a cardboard cup so I cud transfer his drink into it. But was told I'd have to pay for cup. Are they Avington a tin bath. Just paid nearly £28 for my meal and they want me to pay fir a cardboard cup. Was fuming. Your burger was cold and disgusting. Didn't complain bout that. Your food is vile.. I will never visit that place again. Get a grip burger king. Pay for a cardboard cup. You money grabbing bleep...

was sat in there with two other friends and a man vomited and all the staff did was hand him a bucket and let him stay there. i find that very unhygienic and they should’ve got him out immediately but instead i was the one who left because nobody who is eating wants to sit near that.

After asking a staff member if my dog was allowed in as I am dyslexic so can’t read the sign he was rude and wouldn’t even look me in the eyes instead of telling me politely I felt he had an aggressive tone will not be back.

Go elsewhere!!!!!! Dirty grubby place. Tables filthy. Floor filthy. Toilets were disgusting!!! Wish we'd of seen before ordering. Food was ok thrown together. Very noisy couldn't wait to get out!

Food was all pretty cold by the time it arrived but the drinks were warm. The chips were actually inedible because they had got so cold!

Burger King over McD's every time. always comes Hot, on time and never punched apart by a Teenager like McDonald's does.

Food tasted great arrived on time. But there was no bacon on my steakhouse burger. I asked for no mayo, tomatoes or lettuce and got all 3 and no bacon. Hopefully it will be better next time.

The double melt burger was missing from the double melt value meal :( called the restaurant 3x but no answer on the phone. everything else looks lovely and all sides included but please add all the burgers and then check. How can you be the BORGER KING with a 🍔 not included? please Lord tell me why I missed out my melt :( why did this have to happen? If the universe is infinite why was my order finite and lacking? I missed out on the melt experience and am sad why I am missing the melt is this a beefy melted cheese based punishment for a sin I've committed I don't know because no one picked up the phone

My wife and I had a Aberdeen Angus burger meal. Meal was just how I wanted it and delicious. Jack was very helpful and appeared happy in his job. 10/10

Lovely hot, fresh food. So many other takeaway deliveries from famous burger outlets are cold with soggy salad & disappointing fries, this order was delicious. All delivered promptly.

Burgers were fab. Fries were not so great this time. A tad dry so may have been the end of the fry and sitting around for a while.

The food can and it was cold, plus they missed 3 whole items. This is the second time they have done this.

They didn’t even deliver it. Driver sat at the top of the street for 5 minutes and then marked as ‘delivered’ without coming anywhere near my house. Tried to call at least 5 times and have been ignored. £30 on absolutely nowt and nowhere to call. Just eat want me to fill in a form so I’m £30 no down and no food. Cheers x

I payed extra for Sauce and an extra patty on my burger and they didn’t put it on, or add the sauce to my order.

I am so annoyed, I chose BK because MacDonald's keep missing stuff off orders, well BK you are just as bad as you haven't delivered the 9 chicken nugget's meal or the 6 chili cheese bites. so annoying!!!!

Food was cold when delivered. I don't think it's ideal putting a cold bottle of Fanta in the bag next to the hot food. Would make more sense to provide an insulated bottle holder for the delivery. Also, I took rocket off but as it was still showing lettuce as an option, I expected some salad, more than the 1 slice of tomato at least.

Worst Burger King meal I have ever had

Really quick service, lots of seating areas available with USB and plug socket charging. Food was really good and the restaurant was actually pretty clean, alot better than most other Burger Kings.

I forgot to order cheese so burgers were not as enjoyable as they could have been. My fault not yours.
