McDonald's in Wirral

The McFlurry was ruined! Coke spilled all over it.

Missing milkshakes missing dips for nuggets.

The delivery driver went from Birkenhead maccies past my house to an address 10 mins away on a push bike then came to me, even tho maccies is round the corner from my address. Food was cold!!

the kids chips didnt come and left pickles on me burger meanhwile im allergic to pickles and the food was cold meanwhile rhe order come 15 minutes early so i want a refund

First time they have ever sent the sauce with the mozarella dippers and put the extra mayonnaise on the burger, still stone cold even though I didn’t order a drink it baffles me

Every time I order breakfast I get the kids pancakes and syrup and every time they don’t add the syrup so they end up with plain dry pancakes.

This McDonalds is really run down and it's stuck in the 90's. In dire need of those self serve kiosk so you can actually get your points. Seems to be more of a hub for online orders than actual in person orders

When i went to place the order it stated an estimated time of 15 minutes however over an hour later i was still waiting for the delivery

chips coulda been fresher and the sauce could have been sent but good outside of that

this is the 2nd time they have forgot food and sent just nuggets when we ordered chips and burgers

Always miss items off the order! Staff must be so thick it’s unreal!! McDonalds need to invest in some staff training or teach them to read so they can actually read what needs to be packed instead of guessing and getting it wrong. Absolute idiots!

Cold food kept in the doorstep due to an error with a delivery code the couriers end. Didn’t feel he needed to keep me on the doorstep for 10 mins trying to sort it as I’d shown proof of purchase and payment.
