McDonald's in Wirral

Food didn’t even turn up - whoever the delivery drivers are don’t read the messages left on notes for them they just leave it at random people’s houses - cheers

Can't believe they put my muffin in bottom of the bag then put 2 large cups of hot choc on top of it. So obviously they sat wonky in transit and spilt everywhere. So bottom of bag was soaking wet and ripped.. Otherwise food was great hot and on time like usual

Good gone cold due to driver taking all the time he needed with my food then my neighbours and household too while he left his bike running for a further 15 minutes minimum in my street early morning hours

Food, was stone cold delivery time kept getting put back, even though within ten minutes of placing the order the app was saying the courier was at the restaurant and your order was being prepared.

delivery was very quick driver was lovely, the order however was wrong we ordered 3 bacon and muffins and 1 sausage and egg muffin but they sent 3 sausage and egg and 1 bacon and egg, they weren't exactly hot but warm, why don't the staff in McDonald's read the order properly!!!, I'd understand if they ran out of bacon and had to send a replacement but they always get out order wrong

Order was accepted at 2:10pm. It said half an hour delivery time except the time kept changing. Waited nearly 2 hours as food came at 4pm

Hot chocolate was actually hot. And my food was hot also. Was made up I got a free sausage n egg muffin with order. Liscard macdonalds is closer to me. But food there is poor and always cold. So I choose Birkenhead instead as food comes hot like it's meant to

The food on arrival was shocking. Not only was it squished to oblivion it was stone cold. The driver was not very communicative.

I have tried this restaurant on several occasions before leaving this review. Each visit has been absolutely terrible, this place is just vile. They had a bouncer on the door on one occasion, the staff should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. The restaurant seems to be a hangout for just eat drivers and crackheads along with the local feral youth. I had the pleasure of witnessing a staff member vomiting all over the kitchen floor on my last visit. Didn't seem to faze anybody, my food went straight in the bin, not that it was any big loss, cold and stale. There really is nothing good to say about this place, it's a total embarrsment to McDonald's. I could go on and on. Is this really the best birkenhead has to offer??

It wasn't a good experience tonight. We ordered 2 burgers and 1 small fries and 1 medium fries. Small fries was missing and the burgers doesn't look good. I ordered many times here in mcdonalds but this time it was a disappointing experienced. My advice to mcdonalds should have a quality control before you deliver your foods!

Delivery time kept changing and delivery driver was at restaurant for some time… what do they do? Stop off for a nap! On the positive side all food was correct just lukewarm

Food was stone cold, the fries were put in sideways so half fell out in the bag, and half the drinks had soaked the bottom of the bag. Always either cold or lukewarm when delivered on a bike.

I got a completely different order than what I ordered. Just eat refused to give me a refund. What did come had to be thrown in the bin as it contained cheese but even if it was suitable it was only 1 meal and a happy meal to feed 3 adults!

Never known a place to forget items as much as this place. I really don’t understand and yet AGAIN ive spent more money on not receiving a meal. Never will ever use this restaurant ever again. Disgrace. Alls you have to do is read a screen, it’s not hard.

This review will not matter one bit in the long run, but we ordered a meal from here, fries were dry and cold, burger had foul taste and coke was flat. Avoid this place. Would get better quality of food from a public bin.

this is why I order from this McDonald's and not the closest one (Rock retail) it seems the staff in Birkenhead are actually good at their job and can read orders. thank you for remembering everything as I know it was a big order. appreciate it so much!

Will never order from the Birkenhead maccies again. I asked for sauce and none was put in what so ever. I also selected NO lettuce and NO onions yet thats all you put on my burger!!! How do you employ someone who cant read simple instructions??

I ordered two of the burger meal deals (2 burgers and 2 chips per burger meal deal) I received three burgers so one was missing and two portions of chips. How can you get such a simple order so wrong?

Another visit, and another disappointment. Trying to order coffee ( no ordering screens available). Gave up after waiting 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Service quality and atmosphere in direct corelation with local population demographics. Unsafe, dirty, and unpleasant to visit.

I ordered to the wrong address (my work address) and as soon as I realised he was polite and said it was common mistake, I felt terrible but he came out of his way to make sure I got my order which I am so grateful for, he turned up and was lovely. thank you and I'm so sorry for messing about

The burgers were cold, obviously made quite a while before they were even ordered. The fries were also very cold. considering that delivery would take only 2-3 minutes I can only assume these were also cooked a long time before the order was placed.
