McDonald's in Wirral

absolutely disgusted I asked for 3 burgers and each burger had some stuff missing appalling service

Food freezing cold nearly 2 hours late

food was cold again, had to warm it up

Food was stone cold when I only live 5 mins away. late as well and the delivery driver wasn't good either

chips were cold and burgers were squashed

Both Big Macs where cold coke leaked everywhere not happy at all

not delivered drivers said he was outside

My order hasn’t even came it’s not been delivered to my house

my only problem was no barbecue sauce only 2 sweet and sour, and no cheese on veggy burger

The Food was piping hot and the driver was very polite.

Dreadful, it’s stone cold. I know it won’t be piping hot but I expect a bit of warmth. Half of it was missing too.

order was very late so was cold , then the driver was being aggressive and ragging my gate

The fries were hot but both burgers were very cold with dry meat and far to much lettuce. I think I'll be using a different Mc Donald's from now on.

What ever change has happened in this store, which ever member of staff has joined and whipped it into shape deserves a pay rise. My last two orders have been all correct, nothing missing INCLUDING dips (!!!), fries are actually cooked properly & salted and still in their containers, the burger fillings are all present and actually inside the burger which is actually inside its wrapping and it’s all arriving still warm. Miraculous. Thank u so much xo

Can’t complain about the quality of the food except that I ordered a McCrispy and got a McSpicy even though the box says McCrispy. Wouldn’t mind if it was any other type of chicken burger but the McSpicy is unedible for me.

Terrible what food why did get was cold and they had forgotten to include our Big Macs it’s really frustrating as they forgot our Big Mac meal deal on the last order but I trusted them which I regret

fries where cold, missing fruit bags I ordered .........

This place is still in the dark ages, they don't support the McDonald's app which is very strange and when you ask the staff they look at you like you just mentioned something alien. The staff are rude and the food is not so great was a little under cooked note to self never go there again.

The order came four meals I ordered and they come with only the burgers no chips. How you can forget to put four chips in is beyond me. One maybe ye but for every meal is shocking

to the person who prepared that.. well done you! fries we're in a small bag within the large 1 meaning no spilt fries! the fries where seasoned/cooked 2 perfection, also I've never seen a nicer presented double 1/4 so yea thank you. about time someone cared!!!

2big macs missing and 2 med fries There's always items missing but I don't usually bother complaining but tonight.was ridiculous both mine and my husbands meals were missing which meant we couldn't eat with the rest of the family I'm waiting to hear

I was the only customer in birkenhead and waited and watched whilst courier orders were being prioritised. Coffee went cold whilst waiting so after 20 minutes got my money back and went elsewhere. Should no longer be called fast food.

they need to learn that when you pay for a large coffee you should get a full cup instead of just under half way. Proper daylight robbery.

Unfortunately the food was cold but it was sent by a man on a push bike so no wonder he was polite tho, you should keep the ones on bikes for local delievries & send people in the cars for anything a bit further out! The dogs where happy tho

The delivery guy not only hammered on my front door but when I opened it there was no hello, good morning like all the other guys nothing just "Code". He needs to learn less is more, and possibly some manners.

Genuinely perfect, I noticed there are new staff in this McDonald’s when I was last in the building and I think they’ve really improved the MacDo game. I usually avoid this maccies because it used to be so bad, but this time everything I asked for was there including sides, the fries were salted and not burnt, free dips were honoured and everything that was meant to be hot WAS hot. Good show you lot, I will consider you my go-to Weekly Calorie hot-spot once again xox
