Food was fresh and the delivery driver was really polite.

Grease all over my double pounder order missing times again I’m trying up up load pictures!

Says delievered noone delivered no food didnt even come in my road was watching on maps !!!!

lazy people who never put the sauce in got 20 nuggets an now am eating them dry nice one

delivery driver apeared abrupt.had to ask him if he was ok as i felt uncomfortable.and hash browns where missing

Missing items and lukewarm, very disappointed

Food was cold, medium Coke was flat with no ice! Kids happy meal came wrong, with a full fat Coke instead of a zero sugar oasis!! Not very nice at all.

i ordered 20 nuggets a large coke , a sweet chilli chicken wrap , large big mac meal with a coke and i have received 5 chicken selects , a plain cheese burger, a big flavoured wrap an oasis and a sprite .

Absolutely freezing and no dips

delivery driver very agressive.delivered my food and asked for a code.i didnt have code and he became more agressive.i attempted to close my front door and he stopped me from doing this and forced door back against me.i warned him and had to force my front door shut.i am extremly alarmed and distressed

You gave the wrong drinks and the drink has been spilt into the McFlurry and I am not happy

Absolutely awful no point ordering again milkshake all over the bag where it’s not been secured properly half the food missing paid £32 for 2 half milkshakes and 4 chips got offered £10 back in 2-3 weeks I’m sure that’ll help

The chips were soggy and I ordered and paid for sauces, they didn't arrive. Delivery was spot on though.

Service is very bad it was very quiet just me and my friends more than 20 minutes we wait for 3 wraps We ordered without baken we can’t eat and they give three of them with baken i don’t know how they gonna serve for allergens too horrible 😤

Payday. Felt like a maccies breakfast as you do whenever you're loaded. Spent 2.99 and PATIENTLY waited for my large vanilla milkshake BUT little did I know.. the abomination that goes by the name SHAMROCK SHAKE would be delivered to my door. Teared open the soaking wet, americano bathed paper bag to find my suspiciously banana medicine coloured vanilla milkshake.. Stirred it up and took a sip. Sweet vanilla? No. Banana? Slight hint but no. Too spicy. SHAMROCK SHAKE?! I think YES! NOT ON AT ALL🤮

my order came cold which did come and only came with two cheeseburgers,6chickennuggets and two drinks when i ordered one cheesburger a 6 chicken nugget MEAL large and a philly cheesestack meal medium and 3 chicken selects,i am extremely disappointed.

Not sure if it was just me but the Philly cheese burger sauce tasted off and I’ve just seen a comment saying that someone threw up the burger a day ago. I never leave reviews but if someone sees this please check it as it’s never tasted like that before.

Every time I order from here and the prenton one the order is wrong or missing items. spent £42 on rubbish food, its stone cold. ordered the stomzy meals for my kids, who have been going on about wanting them, to not getting the limited edition stickers nor the McFlurrys, I ask for pineapple sticks and get carrot sticks joke would give no stars if I could won’t be ordering from there again could have got a nice Indian takeaway for the same price and surprise surprise won’t answer the phone.
